29Si NMR peaks due to species with the double four-membered ring siloxane backbone composed of both Si(O)4/2 and CH3Si(O)3/2 units, (CH3) n Si8O 20 – n /(8 – n) – (n=1–3), formed by co-hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane and methyltriethoxysilane in the presence of tetramethylammonium ions in methanol have been assigned. It has been found that 29Si NMR peaks due to Si(OSi)3(O) units shift to lower frequencies by replacement of the adjacent Si(O)4/2 units by CH3Si(O)3/2 units, in other words, with increasing m value in Si[OSi(O)3]3 – m [OSi(CH3) (O)2] m (O) (m=0–2). Peaks from CH3 Si(OSi)3 units in the species have also appeared as separated due to the kind of neighbor structural units. On the basis of the assignments, positions of CH3Si(O)3/2 units in the cubic octameric siloxane framework of (CH3) n Si8O 20 – n /(8 – n) – (n=2, 3), for both of which three isomers are present, have been estimated.  相似文献

Pyrolysis of t-butyl formate, (CH3)3C-O-CHO, has been carried out in a carrier gas stream of Ar or N2 in a temperature range of 200–400°C. Between 200 and 300°C, the pyrolysis yielded an equimolar mixture of HCOOH and (CH3)2C=CH2. The results have been used as a calibration method for determining the concentration of the gas-phase HCOOH monomer without interference from the formation of the formic acid dimer. Using this technique, the gas-phase infrared absorption cross-section of HCOOH at 1105 cm–1 (peak to valley) for the resolution of 0.5 cm–1 has been determined to be 6.76×10–19 cm2 molecule–1.  相似文献

The density functional theory method was used to study the structural flexibility of a hydroxyl-containing (3-allyl)palladium complex with sorbic acid [(3-C3H3(CH(OH)CH3)(COOH))PdCl2] and its analog [(3-C3H3(CH(OH)CH3)(COO))PdCl2]2–. Potential surfaces of internal rotation in the CH(OH)CH3 substituent at the terminal carbon atom of the allyl fragment have been constructed for the complexes. It is found that weak hydrogen bonds COOH...Cl and OH...Cl are formed in the molecules. The solid-liquid phase diagrams of binary mixtures of tetrabutylammonium halogenated carboxylates with water were examined in order to confirm the formation of clathrate-like hydrates. It was found that, among thirteen carboxylates examined, four carboxylates having CH2FCOO, CHF2COO, CF3COO, and CH2ClCOO, formed a hydrate with hydration numbers around 30 and seven carboxylates having CHCl2COO, CCl3COO, CH2BrCOO, CHBr2COO, CBr3COO, CH3CHClCOO, and CH3CHBrCOO formed a hydrate with hydration numbers around 23. The latter hydrate has not been reported earlier. The melting points of these newly found hydrates were fairly high: they lie between 10 and 16°C. The effect of Cl and Br atoms attached to the carbon atom of the-position of a carboxylate anion both on the type of hydrate formed and on its stability was greatly different from that of a CH3 group attached to the same position of the carboxylate anion.Dedicated to Dr D. Silver(I) dialkyl/alkylene dithiophosphates of the types [Ag{S2P(OR)2}] and [Ag{S2P(OGO)}] (where R = –Pr n ; G = –CMe2CH2CHMe–, –CH2CMe2CH2–, –CMe2CMe2– or –CH2CH2CHMe–) have been prepared by treating an aqueous solution of AgNO3 with ammonia salts of the respective dithiophosphoric acid. The derivatives form 1:1 adducts readily with 2,2-bipyridine or Ph3P in CH2Cl2 solution. These novel complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, molecular weight measurements and spectral (i.r., 1H- and 31P-n.m.r.) studies. The crystal structure of [Ag{S2POCH2CMe2CH2O · PPh3]2 · 2H2O exhibits an unsymmetrical attachment of the silver(I) to the ligand moiety.  相似文献

Silica from leached chrysotile fibers (SILO) was silanized with trialkoxyaminosilanes to yield inorganic–organic hybrids designated SILx (x=1–3). The greatest amounts of the immobilized agents were quantified as 2.14, 1.90, and 2.18 mmol g−1 on SIL1, SIL2, and SIL3 for –(CH2)3NH2,–(CH2)3NH(CH2)2NH2, and –(CH2)3NH(CH2)2NH(CH2)2NH2 groups attached to the inorganic support. The infrared spectra for all modified silicas showed the absence of the Si–OH deformation mode, originally found at 950 cm−1, and the appearance of asymmetric and symmetric C–H stretching bands at 2950 and 2840 cm−1. Other important bands associated with the organic moieties were assigned to νas(NH) at 3478 and νsym(NH) at 3418 cm−1. The NMR spectrum of the solid precursor material suggested two different kinds of silicon atoms: silanol and siloxane groups, between −90 and 110 ppm; however, additional species of silicon that contain the organic moieties bonded to silicon at −58 and −66 ppm appeared after chemical modification. These modified silicas showed a high adsorption capacity for cobalt and copper cations in aqueous solution, in contrast to the original SILO matrix, confirming the unequivocal anchoring of silylating agents on the silica surface.  相似文献

The interactions of the sulfonium ions (CH3)3S+, (CH3)2S+CH2CO2 , and (CH3)2S+-CH2CH2CO2 with up to four water molecules have been studied by ab initio molecular orbital methods. Complexes of (CH3)3S+ with one to three water molecules involve strong electrostatic sulfur-oxygen interactions; in contrast, the sulfide (CH3)2S interacts with water molecules via weak S-H hydrogen bonds, suggesting that methyl-group transfer from (CH3)3S+ in aqueous solution involves a significant alteration of the hydration pattern around the sulfur atom. Two conformers of (CH3)2S+CH2CO2 were found that display sulfur-oxygen distances which are approximately 0.3 å less than the sum of the sulfur and oxygen van der Waals radii, indicating a strong intramolecular electrostatic interaction. For the complexes (CH3)2S+CH2CO2 ·nH2O(n =1–4), water interacts primarily with the carboxylate group via hydrogen bonds, rather than electrostatically with the sulfur atom, although in complexes with the three- and four-water complexes, the proximity of the positively charged sulfur atom to the carboxylate group significantly alters the hydration pattern compared to that in the corresponding of complexes CH3SCH2CO2 · Thus, methyl transfer from (CH3)2S+CH2CO2 to an acceptor in aqueous solution also involves substantial changes in the hydration pattern around the carboxylate group.  相似文献

A new ionic strength adjustor, ISA (ISA-Pb) composed of 0.02M Pb(CH3COO)2–0.01M PbO–0.02M CH3COOK–0.01M NH2SO3H, was tested for the rapid nitrate analysis of waters, soil and plant extracts by means of ion-selective electrode (ISE). It was found that nitrate can be determined accurately and precisely within the concentration range of 5 × 10–2 M to 2 × 10–6 M. The proposed ISA-Pb, with a pH of 6.8, controlled the interferences of Cl, HCO 3 , NO 2 , and organic anions effectively, and gave results comparable to those obtained by the commonly used ISA with Ag2SO4 (ISA-Ag) and to well established chemical methods as well. ISA-Pb is much cheaper than ISA-Ag, and can therefore economically replace the latter when ISE is used for nitrate determination.Part of the senior author's doctorate thesis  相似文献

Lithiation of O-functionalized alkyl phenyl sulfides PhSCH2CH2CH2OR (R = Me, 1a; i-Pr, 1b; t-Bu, 1c; CPh3, 1d) with n-BuLi/tmeda in n-pentane resulted in the formation of α- and ortho-lithiated compounds [Li{CH(SPh)CH2CH2OR}(tmeda)] (α-2ad) and [Li{o-C6H4SCH2CH2CH2OR)(tmeda)] (o-2ad), respectively, which has been proved by subsequent reaction with n-Bu3SnCl yielding the requisite stannylated γ-OR-functionalized propyl phenyl sulfides n-Bu3SnCH(SPh)CH2CH2OR (α-3ad) and n-Bu3Sn(o-C6H4SCH2CH2CH2OR) (o-3ad). The α/ortho ratios were found to be dependent on the sterical demand of the substituent R. Stannylated alkyl phenyl sulfides α-3ac were found to react with n-BuLi/tmeda and n-BuLi yielding the pure α-lithiated compounds α-2ac and [Li{CH(SPh)CH2CH2OR}] (α-4ab), respectively, as white to yellowish powders. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of [Li{CH(SPh)CH2CH2Ot-Bu}(tmeda)] (α-2c) exhibited a distorted tetrahedral coordination of lithium having a chelating tmeda ligand and a C,O coordinated organyl ligand. Thus, α-2c is a typical organolithium inner complex.Lithiation of O-functionalized alkyl phenyl sulfones PhSO2CH2CH2CH2OR (R = Me, 5a; i-Pr, 5b; CPh3, 5c) with n-BuLi resulted in the exclusive formation of the α-lithiated products Li[CH(SO2Ph)CH2CH2OR] (6ac) that were found to react with n-Bu3SnCl yielding the requisite α-stannylated compounds n-Bu3SnCH(SO2Ph)CH2CH2OR (7ac). The identities of all lithium and tin compounds have been unambiguously proved by NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 119Sn).  相似文献

The infrared spectra (4000–400 cm– 1) of solid and the Raman spectra (3500–30 cm– 1) of liquid and solid 1-nitropropane, CH3CH2CH2NO2, have been registered. Both the trans and gauche conformers have been identified in the fluid phase, while the trans form remains in the stable solid. Temperature dependence (190–230K) of the liquid 1-nitropropane Raman spectra has been carried out. From these data, the enthalpy difference was determined to be 870 ± 105 J-mol–1, with the gauche conformer being the more stable rotamer. Ab initio and DFT calculations at different levels of approximation (HF, MP2, B3LYP, B3PW91) gave optimized geometries, harmonic force fields, and vibrational frequencies for the trans and gauche conformers. All the calculations (except the B3PW91/6-31G* level) predicted gauche as the low-energy conformer. Theoretical force constants are analyzed for formulating constraints in the molecular force field model of 1-nitropropane.  相似文献

Three poly(ethylene-co-acrylic) acid copolymers (–CH2CH2–)x[CH2CH(CO2H)–]y with different chain lengths and mass fractions of acrylic acid were covalently immobilized as stationary phases on silica via two variants of spacer molecules (3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane). Different mobilities of the alkyl chains in the stationary phases were observed using 13C solid-state NMR spectroscopy. The stationary phases with more rigid trans-ordered alkyl chains had better selectivity for geometric -carotene and xanthophyll isomers (provitamin A derivatives). Also, all the separations of the analytes were affected by polar interactions with the chromatographic sorbent. This was further proved by separating more polar cis/trans retinoic acid isomers (vitamin A derivatives). 13C high-resolution/magic-angle spinning (HR/MAS) NMR measurements of the chromatographic sorbents suspended in the mobile phase confirmed a dependence of molecular shape recognition ability on alkyl chain conformation.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die IR-Spektren verschiedener Salze mit den Anionen CH3SO3 , CD3SO3 , CF3SO3 und CCl3SO3 sowie ein Raman-Skektrum des Ag[CF3SO3] werden mitgeteilt. Für die gen. Anionen sowie CH3PO3 2– und CD3PO3 2– wird mit einem für alle Ionen ähnlichen allgemeinen Valenzkraftfeld eine Normalkoordinatenanalyse durchgeführt. An den A1-Schwingungen von CF3SO3 und CCl3SO3 sind mehrere Koordinaten beteiligt; eine charakterisische CS-Valenzschwingung tritt in diesen Ionen nicht auf.
Infrared spectra and normal coordinate analysis of compounds with the anionsX 3CSO3 (X=H, D, F, Cl)
The infrared spectra of several salts with the anions CH3SO3 CD3SO3 , CF3SO3 , and CCl3SO3 and Raman data for Ag[CF3SO3] are reported. A normal coordinate analysis using a GVFF is performed for these anions as well as for CH3PO3 2– and CD3PO3 2–. The A1 modes of CF3SO3 and CCl3SO3 are mixed; consequently no characteristic CS stretching vibration occurs.

The influence of the solvent on the activation energy of the synchronous, concerted, narcissistic reaction: CH3F + F¦CH3F2¦FCH3+F, has been investigated by means of CNDO/2 method. The reaction path has been fully followed in vacuo, and at a suitable point only, of reaction coordinate, in solution. The geometries of H2O, F, CH3F, and ¦CH3F2¦, in vacuo and in different hydrated cages, have been optimized.
Zusammenfassung Der Einfluß des Lösungsmittels auf die Aktivierungsenergie der synchronverlaufenden Reaktionen CH3F+F¦CH3F2¦FCH3+ F, wurde mit der CNDO/2 Methode geprüft. Der Reaktions-Ablauf wurde in Vakuum vollkommen und in der Lösung an einem geeigneten Punkt der Reaktionskoordinate durchgeführt. Die Geometrien von H2O, F, CH3F, und ¦CH3F2¦ im Vakuum und in verschiedenen hydrierten Käfigen wurden optimalisiert.

Résumé L'influence du solvent sur l'énergie d'activation de la réaction synchronique, concertée, narcissistique: CH3F+ F¦CH3F2¦FCH3+F a été examinée par la méthode CNDO/2. On a suivie l'entier chemin de réaction in vacuo, alors qu'on a observé un seul point convenable de la coordonée de réaction en solution. On a optimize les geometries de H2O, F, CH3F, et ¦CH3F2¦ in vacuo et en differentes cages hydratés.

Raman OD stretching spectra of alcoholic LiX (X = Cl, Br, I, ClO4 , NO3 , and CH3COO) solutions (alcohols = methanol and ethanol) were measured in the liquid state at room temperature and in the glassy state at liquid nitrogen temperature. The effects of the anions on the Raman OD stretching spectra in these alcoholic solutions are investigated and the structural changes of the solutions are discussed. It is shown that the structure-breaking effects of anions on the intrinsic alcoholic structure increase in the order: Cl < Br < I < ClO4 . From spectral changes, it seems that CH3COOLi exerts little effect on the liquid structure of the alcohol.  相似文献

Reactions of iodination of monosubstituted derivatives of B12H11X2–anion (X = OC(O)CH3, OH, SCN) were studied. The reactions were shown to proceed smoothly to give B12H10(OC(O)CH3)I2–((carboxy)(iodo)[decahydro[I h1551-20-closo]dodecaborate(2–)] anion), B12H10(OH)I2–((hydroxo)(iodo)[decahydro[I h1551-20-closo]dodecaborate(2–)] anion), and B12H10(SCN)I2–((thiocyanato)(iodo)[decahydro[I h1551-20-closo]dodecaborate(2–)] anion) in high yields, irrespective of the solvent used (benzene, H2O–ROH, where R = C2H5, CH2CH2CH3).1  相似文献

The quantum-chemical SCF LCAO-MO calculations have been carried out in the MNDO/H approximation for the dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) molecule, its anion [CH 3 CH 2 SO], and DMSO adducts with HCL, OH, and H2O. Bond lengths, interbond angles, effective charges on atoms, bond orders, ionization potentials, formation enthalpies, and dipole moments have been calculated. Raman and some infrared line parameters of Zn(NO 3 ) 2 /H 2 O/CH 3 CN systems spanning a range of both solute and mixed solvent compositions are reported. It is concluded that the first cosphere of the zinc cation contains H 2 O, CH 3 CN, and NO 3 , the relative amounts of which are dependent on the composition. From an intensity analysis the relative amounts of these species in the first cosphere have been obtained. As the CH 3 CN/H 2 O ratio increases, a signal at 2263 cm –1 , attributed to CH 3 CN in the second cosphere binding to water in the first cosphere, increases. For a solvent composition of 4 moles water to 1 mole acetonitrile, an ion-pair association constant for Zn 2+ (NO 3 ) of 0.090 M –1 (25°C) was measured. Evidence that the tetrahedral four-coordinate species [Zn(NO 3 ) 2 (CH 3 CN) 2 ] is the major constituent in acetonitrile-rich mixed solvents is presented.  相似文献

The pyrolysis kinetics of ethyl 3-hydroxy-3-methylbutanoate have been examined over the temperature range of 286–330°C and pressure range of 29–108 Torr. In a seasoned vessel and in the presence of the free radical inhibitor cyclohexene or toluene the reaction is homogeneous, unimolecular and obeys a first-order rate law. The elimination products are mainly acetone and ethyl acetate, and very small amounts of ethyl 3-butenoate, acetic acid, ethylene and H2O. The rate coefficient is expressed by the following equation: log k1(s–1)=(12.39±0.46)–(174.5±5.2) kJ mol–1 (2.303RT)–1. The mechanism appears to proceed via a six-membered cyclic transition state, where polarization of the (CH3)C(OH)+...-CH2COOCH2CH3 bond is rate determining.  相似文献

Complex between a carbene analog (SnF2) and organo halide (CH3Cl) was stabilized by a low-temperature (Ar, 12 K) matrix isolation technique and characterized by IR spectroscopy for the first time. The bands at 567 and 543 cm–1 were assigned to this complex. The potential energy surface of the system SnF2 + CH3CI was studied byab initio MP2/ 3-21G(d)//HF/3-21G(d) and semiempirical PM3 methods. Calculations shown that the reaction between SnF2 and CH3C1 results in the formation of a donor-acceptor complex. The calculated energy of the complex formation is 14.2 kcal mol–1 (ab initio) and 15.7 kcal mol–1 (PM3). Quantum-chemical calculations were used to interpret the IR spectrum of the complex. Insertion of SnF2 into the C-Cl bond with formation of CH3SnF2Cl is an energetically favored process but it requires surpassing of a high energetic barrier and does not occur under the experimental conditions. A complex of CH3CI with H2O codeposited in argon matrix was detected by IR spectroscopy for the first time.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Complexes of manganese(III) and manganese(V) with octaphenyltetraazaporphine (H2OPTAP) were synthesized. Acid–base interactions of these complexes in the CH2Cl2–CF3COOH system and kinetics of their dissociation in concentrated sulfuric acid, as well as kinetics of octaphenyltetraazaporphine destruction in sulfuric acid solutions were studied by spectrophotometric methods. Acid–base interactions in CH2Cl2–CF3COOH were shown to involve two macrocyclic meso-nitrogen atoms in succession. Concentration stability constants of the acid forms obtained pK 1 = 0.29 ± 0.01 and pK 2 = –0.62 ± 0.08 for (chlorine)manganese(III)octaphenyltetraazaporphine ((Cl)MnOPTAP); pK 1 = 0.99 ± 0.02 and pK 2 = – 0.70 ± 0.03 for (nitrido)manganese(V)octaphenyltetraazaporphine ((N)MnOPTAP). The rate of dissociation of the complexes in 94–98% H2SO4 does not depend on the acid concentration. The manganese(V) complex is three times as stable as the manganese(III) complex.  相似文献
