基于LuGre摩擦模型和线性互补问题(LCP)的数值算法,给出了具有双边约束含摩擦滑移铰平面多体系统动力学的数值算法.首先,根据滑移铰的特点,当间隙充分小时,将其视为双边约束,给出了滑移铰中滑道作用于滑块上的法向接触力的互补关系;LuGre摩擦模型能有效地描述机械系统中的黏滞与滑移运动,将该模型用于描述滑块与滑道间的摩擦力.其次,结合Baumgarte约束稳定化方法,应用第一类Lagrange方程,建立了该多体系统的动力学方程,给出了Lagrange乘子与滑移铰中作用于滑块上的法向接触力的关系式.然后,将滑块与滑道间多种接触状态的判断以及作用于滑块上的法向接触力的计算转换为线性互补问题的求解,并用常微分方程的数值算法求解该多体系统的动力学方程.最后,通过数值仿真算例揭示了滑移铰中滑块的黏滞与滑移现象,以及滑块在滑道内的多种接触状态;另外,在文中分别采用Coulomb干摩擦模型和LuGre摩擦模型,对算例中的某些工况进行了数值仿真,并且分别用本文方法得到的数值仿真结果与已有方法得到的数值仿真结果对比,表明了本文给出的方法的有效性.   相似文献

给出了快速准确地获得材料处于弹塑性大变形状态下各向异性弹塑性本构模型参数反求方法。首次提出了筛选试验测试点的活度规则,并以此来指导试验测试点的位置的选择;提出了仿真先验信息的概念,丰富了获取材料参数先验信息的途径;混合采用Levenberg—Marquardt方法和Gauss—Newton法的优化策略,给出了材料参数反求的基本公式和关键算法。数值算例表明,反求参数的初值以及反求区间的确定对于反求结果有着重要影响,为了确保反求过程的顺利进行,必须充分了解材料模型的先验信息.并充分利用筛选试验测试点的活度规则。同时效值算例计算还表明本文方法具有很高的计算精度和计算效率。  相似文献

A numerical approach is proposed to simulate the interaction between flow and flexible nets in steady current. The numerical approach is based on the joint use of the porous-media model and the lumped-mass model. The configuration of flexible nets can be simulated using the lumped-mass model and the flow field around fishing nets can be simulated using the porous-media model. Using an appropriate iterative scheme, the fluid–structure interaction problem can be solved and the steady flow field around flexible nets can be obtained. In order to validate the numerical models, the numerical results were compared with the data obtained from corresponding physical model tests. The comparisons show that the numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental data. Using the proposed numerical approach, this paper presents the flow field around a single flexible net and two flexible nets with a spacing distance. Both the configuration of the flexible nets and the flow velocity results are in accordance with those of the corresponding physical model tests.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the problem of the numerical evaluation of dissipation induced by thermoelastic coupling in microelectromechanical systems. An ad hoc conceived, FE based, numerical procedure for the evaluation of the thermoelastic dissipation is proposed and the numerical results are compared with analytical solutions. In order to introduce in the numerical response a dependence on the size of the resonating devices, which is experimentally observed at very small dimensions, a new enhanced non-local coupled thermoelastic model is proposed and the first results are discussed. 采用薄壁边界元/FW-H理论混合方法建立了考虑薄壁声学散射效应的数值计算模型.这种声学计算模型可以预测存在薄壁如风扇机匣、蜗壳等条件下的声波的传播及散射问题.计算模型的建立主要包含噪声源的计算和声源的传播两方面:首先建立FW-H的频域方程,并采用计算流体力学方法计算流场,通过流场数据计算气动噪声源;然后采用薄壁面边界元法计算固壁对声波的散射,并计算声波在固壁散射后的声场分布.数值计算结果和实验结果及经典的叶轮机管道风扇噪声理论进行了对比,结果表明,这种计算模型与理论计算结果及实验结果吻合较好,可以准确的预测机匣壁的散射效应对声源传播的影响.  相似文献

Pinned connections and journal bearings with cylindrical conforming contacts are widely used as fundamental building blocks in machines and civil structures of civilization. It is critical to determine their stress fields and contact performances under desired configurations in order to successfully design them. This paper presents a numerical model to deal with such contacts, particularly with the general configuration–double interfaces. Necessary formulae are developed and numerical procedures are described in this paper. Efficient numerical methods, i.e., the discrete convolution-fast Fourier transformation (DC-FFT) method and the conjugate gradient method (CGM), are implemented in the algorithm. Validations are conducted against the Persson’s results and finite element results and demonstrate excellent agreement. This contact analysis can be useful for design engineers to evaluate stress and contact pressure distribution. Furthermore, this efficient method of determining radial displacement can be applied in an elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication analysis.  相似文献

The paper addresses a numerical approach for solving the Baer‐Nunziato equations describing compressible 2‐phase flows. We are developing a finite‐volume method where the numerical flux is approximated with the Godunov scheme based on the Riemann problem solution. The analytical solution to this problem is discussed, and approximate solvers are considered. The obtained theoretical results are applied to develop the discrete model that can be treated as an extension of the Rusanov numerical scheme to the Baer‐Nunziato equations. Numerical results are presented that concern the method verification and also application to the deflagration‐to‐detonation transition (DDT) in porous reactive materials.  相似文献

In this paper the dynamics of a two‐layered liquid, made of two immiscible shallow‐layers of different density, has been investigated within the framework of the lattice Boltzmann method (LBM). The LBM developed in this paper for the two‐layered, shallow‐water flow has been obtained considering two separate sets of LBM equations, one for each layer. The coupling terms between the two sets have been defined as external forces, acted on one layer by the other. Results obtained from the LBM developed in this paper are compared with numerical results obtained solving the two‐layered, shallow‐water equations, with experimental and other numerical results published in literature. The results are interesting. First, the numerical results obtained by the LBM and by the shallow‐water model can be considered as equivalent. Second, the LBM developed in this paper is able to simulate motion conditions on nonflat topography. Third, the agreement between the LBM (and also shallow‐water model) numerical results and the experimental results is good when the evolution of the flow does not depend on the viscosity, that is, during the initial phase of the flow, dominated by gravity and inertia forces. When the viscous forces dominate the evolution of the flow the agreement between numerical and experimental results depends strongly on the viscosity; it is good if the numerical LBM viscosity has the same order of magnitude of the liquid's kinematic viscosity. In this paper, a flow model for avalanches based on the three-dimensional yield criterion is presented in an attempt to allow the relaxation of the assumption of lateral confinement pressure that is adopted in the traditional three-dimensional Savage–Hutter model (S–H model). One of the advantages of this model is that a simplified constitutive relationship for granular flow, which could reveal the internal mechanism of avalanches, is adopted. Additionally, another advantage is that the strength parameters used in the proposed model are readily available for natural materials. The flow properties of avalanches are influenced by the generalized friction coefficient, which is a parameter that can be assessed by introducing the three-dimensional yield criterion. By comparing the results obtained by numerical simulations using the model proposed in this paper and laboratory experiments, a reasonably good agreement can be reached with regard to the prediction of the moving process of avalanches.  相似文献

要想使加权残数法广泛应用于工程实际问题,需要解决两方面的问题,一是精度问题,二是必须研制和开发通用软件。本文阐述了加权残数法通用程序包MWRAP的结构设计和功能设置及其前后处理技术,详细阐述了其前后处理程序的程序设计流程;在该软件中计算模块,所用的计算方法为加权残数和有限元耦合法,为此推导了加权残数和有限元耦合法的公式,从计算结果来看该方法具有较高的精度,可以满足工程需要。最后,运用MWRAP计算了钢管混凝土柱肩梁结构的位移和应力,与实验结果相比吻合较好,说明了MWRAP具有较高的精度,加上其完善的前后处理功能,可以应用于工程实际问题。  相似文献

研究大脑基底神经节中产生异常β振荡的起源有助于分析帕金森病的致病机理.本文系统地研究了改进的皮质-基底神经节(E-I-STN-GPe-GPi)共振模型的振荡动力学.首先,通过Routh-Hurwitz准则和稳定性理论获得了该模型局部平衡点处的稳定性与Hopf分岔发生的条件,并且推导出该共振模型存在Hopf分岔的时滞参数范围.研究发现,增加突触传输时滞能够使模型产生Hopf分岔,并且诱导β振荡的产生,使系统在健康和帕金森病这两个状态之间相互转换.其次,揭示了β振荡的产生与丘脑底核相关的突触连接强度有关.数值模拟发现,当丘脑底核同时受到兴奋性神经元集群和苍白球外侧较强的促进作用时,丘脑底核产生振荡.最后,分析了与苍白球内侧有关的参数对其产生振荡的影响,研究结果发现,当较小的苍白球外侧突触连接强度和较大的突触传输时滞共同作用时,苍白球内侧更容易发生振荡,且振幅越来越大.希望本文对E-I-STN-GPe-GPi共振模型的动力学特征的研究有助于人们理解帕金森病的致病机理和揭示帕金森病异常β振荡的来源.  相似文献

In this paper, Euler-Lagrange type equations are used to describe the jet flow of a mixture of pulverized-coal and gas, which is an unsteady axisymmetric two-phase flow. By means of the finite-difference method, the coal particle's distribution, velocity and trajectory in the flow field are obtained. The coal particles are represented by a finite number of computational particles. Each particle's diameter is randomly assigned according to a given distribution. The states of the computational particles are different from each other. Turbulence is accounted for in a stochastic model. Explicit time-splitting scheme is used to calculate the strongly coupling interphase term. The numerical results are reasonable. The comparison between the numerical results and the experiment data for the case of the oil droplet injection shows good agreement. This numerical technique can be extended to the calculation of other two-phase flows of dilute particles or a droplet system. Mr. Mei Renwei also participated in the work of this paper.  相似文献
