We construct a system of magnetic tweezers and apply it to study the interaction between histones and DNA. The condensation of DNA by purified histones at low ionic strengths is directly monitored by recording the length of the DNA as a function of elapsed time. It is found that DNA condensates in a dynamic manner. The binding of hist, ones to DNA is energetically favoured, but the ten,sion applied on DNA tends to unravel the DNA-histone complex, The competition between the two processes determiners the rate of the DNA condensation.  相似文献

A new theoretical scheme for quantum secure direct communication is proposed, where four-qubit symmetric W state functions as quantum channel. It is shown that two legitimate users can directly transmit the secret messages by using Bell-basis measurements and classical communication. The scheme is completely secure if the quantum channel is perfect. Even if the quantum channel is unsecured, it is still possible for two users to perform their secure communication. One bit secret message can be transmitted by sending a bit classical information.  相似文献

Realization of the Poincaré group as a subgroup ofGL(5,R) that maps an affine set into itself is shown to lead to a well-defined minimal replacement operator when the Poincaré group is allowed to act locally. The minimal replacement operator is obtained by direct application of the Yang-Mills procedure without the explicit introduction of fiber bundle techniques. Its application gives rise to compensating 1-formsW , 1 6, for the local action of the Lorentz groupL(4,R), and to compensating 1-forms k , 1k4, for the translation groupT(4). When applied to the basis 1-formsdx i of Minkowski space, distortion 1-formsB k result that define a canonical anholonomic coframe that contains both theT(4) and theL(4,R) compensating fields. When the canonical coframe is considered as a differential system onM 4, it gives rise to gauge curvature expressions and Cartan torsion, but the latter has important differences from that usually encountered in the associated literature in view of the inclusion of the compensating fields forL(4,R). The standard Yang-Mills minimal coupling construct is used to obtain a total Lagrangian. This leads to a system of field equations for the matter fields, theT(4) compensating fields, and theL(4,R) compensating fields. Part of the current that drives theT(4) compensating fields is the 3-form of gauge momentum energy that obtains directly from the momentum-energy tensor of the matter fields onM 4 under minimal replacement. Introduction of the Cartan torsion in the free-field Lagrangian is shown to lead to a direct spin decoupling in the sense that the gauge momentum energy (orbital) contribution of the matter fields to the spin current is eliminated. Explicit conservation laws for total momentum energy current and total spin current are obtained.  相似文献

We propose a novel protocol for quantum secure direct communication with cluster states. In this protocol, the two legitimate users, Alice and Bob, can directly transmit the secret messages by using the Bell-basis measurement and Z-basis measurement, respectively, in classical communication. Since our quantum secure direct communication protocol is based on the cluster state, it is easily processed by a one-way quantum computer.  相似文献

We calculate the capture cross sections of the ^10Be(n,γ) ^11Be reaction by means of the asymptotic normalization coefficient method and demonstrate the halo effects on the capture cross sections for the direct radiative neutron capture where a p-, s- or d-wave neutron is captured into an s-orbit or p-orbit in ^11Be by emitting an E1 γ-ray, respectively. The result shows that the enormous enhancement of the capture cross section is just due to the large overlap of the incident neutron wave with the extended tail of the ha/o, which is clearly illustrated by the reduced transition amplitude function.  相似文献

An efficient quantum secure direct communication protocol with one-sender versus N-receiver is proposed. The secret bits can be encoded in the N + 1-particle GHZ states and can be decoded by the N receivers with a classical information of the sender plus their own measurement outcomes. The quantum secure direct communication protocol recently proposed by Cao and Song [Chin. Phys. Left. 23 (2006)290] (i.e., the C-S QSDC protocol) is revisited. A security leak is pointed out. Taking advantage of this leak, an eavesdropper may adopt the intercept-measure-resend strategy to attack the quantum channel such that in the C-S QSDC protocol the secret message can be completely eavesdropped. To fix the leak, the original version of the C-S QSDC protocol is revised. As a consequence, the security is improved and assured at least in the case of an ideal quantum channel.  相似文献

An efficient quantum secure direct communication network protocol with the two-step scheme is proposed by using the Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pair block as the quantum information carrier. The server, say Alice, prepares and measures the EPR pairs in the quantum communication and the users perform the four local unitary operations to encode their message. Anyone of the legitimate users can communicate another one on the network securely. Since almost all of the instances in this scheme are useful and each EPR pair can carry two bits of information, the efficiency for qubits and the source capacity both approach the maximal values.  相似文献

针对传统交通状态信息采集中采用的环形线圈车辆检测器存在布设和维护难度较大等问题,提出了一种基于Wi-Fi Direct的道路交通状态信息采集方法,以实现对基本的道路交通流状态参数进行采集估计。该方法利用车-路通讯设备实现车辆与路侧设备的通信;以车载通讯设备的Wi-Fi芯片介质访问控制层地址完成车辆个体识别;通过车载通讯设备中的北斗定位装置向路侧设备提供车辆实时位置及时间信息,进而实现道路区段内交通流基本状态信息估计。实验测试表明,该方法能够完成路段平均速度、交通流量及车流密度的采集和估计,是一种有效的道路交通信息采集方法。  相似文献

In light of a quantum secure direct communication (QSDC) scheme using entanglement swapping [Chin. Phys. Lett. 22 (2005)18], by introducing additional local operations for encoding, we propose a bidirectional QSDC (BQSDC) protocol, in which two legitimate users can simultaneously exchange their respective messages. The rule for the users to retrieve his/her partner's messages is derived explicitly in the most general case. Eve's commonly used attack method has been discussed and can be detected with the security checking process.  相似文献

This paper continues the study of direct gauge theory of the Poincaré groupP 10. The meanings and implications of transformations induced by the local action ofP 10 are studied, and transformation rules for all field quantities are derived for the local action ofP 10 in a sufficiently small neighborhood of the identity. These results lead directly to a system of fundamental partial differential equations that are both necessary and sufficient for invariance of the free field Lagrangian density. Homogeneity arguments and the classical theory of invariants are used to obtain the most general free field Lagrangian density. Gauge conditions are shown to imply coordinate conditions, and an algebraic system of antiexact gauge conditions is implemented. The underlying Minkowski space,M 4, and the resulting Riemann-Cartan space,U 4, become attached at their centers, as do their respective frame and coframe bundles. Weak constraints of vanishing torsion are studied. All field quantities are shown to be determined in terms of the compensating l-forms for the Lorentz sector alone provided an explicit system of integrability conditions is satisfied. Field equations of the Einstein type are shown to result.  相似文献

Direct numerical simulations of a spatially evolving supersonic flat-plate turbulent boundary layer flow with free Mach number M∞ = 2.25 and Reynolds number Re = 365000/in are performed. The transition process from laminar to turbulent flow is obtained by solving the three-dimensional compressible Navier-Stokes equations, using high-order accurate difference schemes. The obtained statistical results agree well with the experimental and theoretical data. From the numerical results it can be seen that the transition process under the considered conditions is the process which skips the Tollmien-Schlichting instability and the second instability through the instability of high gradient shear layer and becomes of laminar flow breakdown. This means that the transition process is a bypass-type transition process. The spanwise asymmetry of the disturbance locally upstream imposed is important to induce the bypass-type transition. Furthermore, with increasing the time disturbance frequency the transition will delay. When the time disturbance frequency is large enough, the transition will disappear.  相似文献

Based on the factorization theorem for lepton induced hard diffractive scattering and color octet heavy quarkonium production mechanism, ηc diffractive production in the direct photon process is studied. The results show that this process can be measured at DESY HERA, and ηc production has different features from J/Ψ production, which is weakly affected by the initial and final state gluon radiation. Therefore, ηc photoproduction can be viewed as reliable estimate. The experimental study of this process can give valuable insight in the co/or octet heavy quarkonium production mechanism.  相似文献

We present a simple method that can be used to directly measure the squeezing of the quantum motional states of a trapped ion. Through the use of the interaction between the trapped ion and classical lasers, one can design a required coupling between the internal electronic and external vibrational degrees of freedom of the ion and can transfer information of the expectation value of a vibrational operator to the atomic internal populations. Thus measurement of squeezing on the quantum motional state can directly be realized. By adjusting the phases of the interacting lasers, one can measure the squeezing of both position and momentum quadratures.  相似文献

We present a scheme for three-party simultaneous quantum secure direct communication by using EPR pairs. In the scheme, three legitimate parties can simultaneously exchange their secret messages. A new quantum secure direct communication (QSDC) protocol is proposed by using decoherence free subspace (DFS) to avoid insecurity of the present QSDC protocols in a quantum noise channel. This protocol makes it easily for Bob and Alice to find eavesdropping in channel because the collective dephasing noise disappears in DFS. The probability of successful attack by Eve in this protocol is smaller than in BB84 protocol. Thus this protocol realizes secure QSDC and is feasible with present-day technology.  相似文献
