Diels–Alder reactions of five-membered heterocycles containing one heteroatom with an N-arylmaleimide were studied. Cycloaddition of 2,5-dimethylfuran (4) with 2-(4-methylphenyl)maleimide (3) in toluene at 60 °C gave bicyclic adduct 5. Cycloadditions of 3 with 2,5-dimethylthiophene (11) and 1,2,5-trimethylpyrrole (14) were also studied. Interestingly, the bicyclic compound 5 cleanly rearranged, with loss of water, when treated with p-toluenesulfonic acid in toluene at 80 °C to give 4,7-dimethyl-2-p-tolylisoindoline-1,3-dione (6).  相似文献

Pictet–Spengler reactions of oxetan-3-ones and azetidin-3-ones with tryptamine and tryptophan derivatives produce spirocyclic tetrahydro-β-carbolines in good yields. Molecular iodine (5 mol %) is an effective catalyst in most cases and high levels of diastereoselectivity are witnessed using 2-substituted oxetan-3-ones.  相似文献

A series of diamide?Cdiimide?Cdiamines (DADIDAs) were synthesized by reacting diacid N,N??-(3,3??,4,4??-benzophenone tetracarboxylic)-3,3??4,4?? diimido-bis-l-phenylalanine (I) with different aromatic diamines viz. 1,4-phenylene diamine (PD), 1,5-diamino naphthalene (N), 4,4??-(9-fluorenyllidene)-dianiline (F), 4,4??-diaminodiphenyl sulphide (DS) and 3,4??-oxydianiline (O). The diacid (I) was synthesized by the condensation of 3,3??,4,4??-benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA) with l-phenylalanine (PA) in a solution of glacial acetic acid and pyridine (3:2 v/v) at refluxing temperature. The resulting DADIDAs so synthesized were characterized with the help of elemental analysis (EA) and spectroscopic techniques, and were used as epoxy curing agents. Two epoxy blends (EP and ES) were prepared, each by mixing in an equivalent ratio of 2:3 of tris(glycidyloxy)phosphine oxide (TGPO) with diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A (DGEBA) and 1,3-bis(3-glycidyloxypropyl)tetramethyl disiloxane (BGPTMSO) with diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A (DGEBA), respectively. A series of new epoxy thermosets with good thermal stability were prepared by reacting EP/ES with synthesized DADIDAs stoichiometrically. Thermal properties of these epoxy resins were observed using the techniques viz. Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) for curing behaviour and Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) to study the thermal stability and mass loss behaviour. All the samples showed good thermal stabilities in terms of char yield (24.8?C52.7) and calculated LOI (27.4?C38.6), thereby demonstrate their effective use as flame retardant systems.  相似文献

Enantiomerically pure (2S,6S)-2,6-diphenyltetrahydro-2H-thiopyran, (2S)-2-phenyltetrahydro thiophene, and (2S)-2-phenyltetrahydro-2H-thiopyran were prepared in 70–72% yields and with 86–99% ee via cyclization of the corresponding dimesylate in an SN2 cyclization reaction using sodium sulfide nonahydrate. The results on the application of various chiral sulfides in asymmetric Baylis–Hillman reactions are also described.  相似文献

The solid state configurations of 1 : 1 and 1: 2 adducts formed by tin tetrahalides and titanium tetrachloride with β-aminothione, CH3 C(S)CHC(NHCH3)CH3, (MeSN MeMe), tetradentate amino-thione, H2[(sacac)2en] and β-ketoamines R1C(O)CHC(NHR)R2, (R1ONRR 2) have been investigated. The i.r. spectra of the addition compounds suggested that the bi- and tetradentate aminothiones coordinated tin(IV) and titanium(IV) through the nitrogen atom and the β-ketoamines through the oxygen. The conducting behaviour of the products of tin tetrahalides in non-aqueous solvents of high dielectric constant exhibits some interesting trends with the change of the halide group.  相似文献

A spectral-luminescent study of the hydrogel formed by the crosslinking of chitosan succinate and hyaluronic acid dialdehyde (HAD) macromolecules, which is a dosage form of the Lucentis drug (active ingredient, ranibizumab), has been conducted. The individual fluorescence (FL) spectra of Lucentis (λmax = 336 nm), HAD (λmax = 328 and 438 nm), and the hydrogel (λmax = 396 nm) have been obtained. An analysis of these spectra suggests the participation of carbonyl groups and proteins contained in HAD in its gelation with chitosan succinate. The diffusion of Lucentis from the hydrogel into a physiological solution was studied by a FL method to demonstrate the high prolonged-release properties of the new dosage form.  相似文献

By means of a structural representation of the chemical reactivity as a condensed graph a model predicting rate constants of the bimolecular elimination reaction is derived for the first time. The model developed enables the prediction of rate constants of reactions proceeding in different solvents or water-organic mixtures at different temperatures. It demonstrates a good predictive performance: a mean square deviation of predicted values from experimental ones is less than 0.7 logarithmic units. An outlier analysis shows that prediction errors are mainly due to the imperfection of the training data containing unique reactions. In this study, we prepared oxizolidines through 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)-propane (DPPP)-catalyzed mixed double-Michael reactions of β-amino alcohols with electron-deficient acetylenes. These reactions are very suitable for the diversity-oriented parallel syntheses of oxizolidines because: (i) they are performed under mild metal-free conditions and (ii) the products are isolated without complicated work-up. To demonstrate the applicability of mixed double-Michael reactions for the preparation of five-membered-ring heterocycles, we prepared 60 distinct oxazolidines from five β-amino alcohols and 12 electron-deficient acetylenes. We synthesized 36 of these 60 oxazolidines in enantiomerically pure form from proteinogenic amino acid-derived β-amino alcohols.  相似文献

α-Trifluoromethyl-β-aryl enamines were successfully used as synthetic equivalents of benzyltrifluoromethyl ketones in both the Fischer indole synthesis and the Pictet-Spengler reaction. Accordingly, 2-trifluoromethyl indoles and a variety of trifluoromethylated 4,5,6,7-terahydro-1H-pyridines including carbolines were synthesized in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

Improved and expanded one-pot, two-component syntheses of bicyclic heterocycles containing a 3-N-acyl-3-amino-1,2-pyrazole motif from N′-hydroxy-carboxyamidines and acylbenzotriazoles have been developed. Importantly, this sequence obviates the need for hydrazine or N-aminating reagents to synthesize the key nitrogen–nitrogen (N–N) bond of these heterocycles, which is formed via Boulton-Katritzky rearrangement. A diverse array of pharmaceutically relevant N–N containing heterocycles has been prepared with this methodology using readily available reagents without the need for special equipment or conditions.  相似文献

The partial pressures of saturated vapor of the components in the Se–Te system are determined and presented in the form of temperature–concentration dependences from which the boundaries of the melt–gas phase transition are calculated at atmospheric pressure and vacuums of 2000 and 100 Pa. The existence of azeotropic mixtures is revealed. It is found that the points of inseparably boiling melts correspond to 7.5 at % of Se and 995°C at 101325 Pa, 10.9 at % at 673°C and 19.5 at % at 522°C in vacuums of 2000 and 100 Pa, respectively. A complete state diagram is constructed, including the fields of gas-liquid equilibria at atmospheric and low pressures, the boundaries of which allow us to assess the behavior of selenium and tellurium upon distillation fractionation.  相似文献

One main issue in protein-protein docking is to filter or score the putative docked structures. Unlike many popular scoring functions that are based on geometric and energetic complementarity, we present a set of scoring functions that are based on the consideration of local balance and tightness of binding of the docked structures. These scoring functions include the force and moment acting on one component (ligand) imposed by the other (receptor) and the second order spatial derivatives of protein-protein interaction potential. The scoring functions were applied to the docked structures of 19 test targets including enzyme/inhibitor, antibody/antigen and other classes of protein complexes. The results indicate that these scoring functions are also discriminative for the near-native conformation. For some cases, such as antibody/antigen, they show more discriminative efficiency than some other scoring functions, such as desolvation free energy (deltaG(des)) based on pairwise atom-atom contact energy (ACE). The correlation analyses between present scoring functions and the energetic functions also show that there is no clear correlation between them; therefore, the present scoring functions are not essentially the same as energy functions.  相似文献

Hybrid organic–inorganic nanocomposite coatings were prepared by copolymerizing tetraethylorthosilicate with ethyltriethoxysilane with an acid catalysis process. Oxygen sensor coatings were fabricated by doping the hybrid sol with platinum meso-tetra(pentfluorophenyl) porphyrin. Photophysical properties and oxygen sensitivity of the sensor coatings were studied. The microstructure of the coatings was examined using optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The effect of sol–gel process conditions like precursor silane molar ratio, acid concentration and stirring time of the sol on the oxygen sensitivity and surface microstructure of the sensor coating was studied. Oxygen sensitivity and surface morphology of the coatings were dependent on the sol–gel process parameters.  相似文献
