The Mössbauer spectrum of amorphous iron-phosphorus has been measured for alloys having compositions ranging from 15 to 25.8 at% phosphorus. Measurements were made at ambient temperature and also above the Curie temperature. The Curie temperature was measured by an induction method and increased linearly from 280 to 300°C with decreasing phosphorus content. The results indicated a large number of different iron sites having the same compositional short-range order as the crystal.  相似文献

Nanogranular magnetic films were produced by the specially designed UHV plasma-jet system with DC hollow-cathode discharge. We investigated the properties of these ferromagnetic FeCo-AlN films. The samples were studied by nuclear magnetic resonance, Mössbauer spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The films are composed of nanoparticles of cubic FeCo, 2–10 nm in size, embedded in amorphous matrix containing Al, N and O. The Mössbauer spectra indicate that the orientation of local magnetic moments on the surface is random for the sample with 1:1 Fe/Co ratio, while the magnetization lays in the plane of the layer for samples with Fe/Co smaller than 1 (0.91–0.95).  相似文献

Glass forming ability, thermal stability and mechanical behavior of (Fe0.5Ni0.5)80?xMoxB20 (x = 0, 2, 4, 6, 8) amorphous alloys were studied by XRD, TEM, SEM, DSC, tensile test, microhardness test and tearing test. The effects of Mo addition on glass formation, strength and ductility of (Fe0.5Ni0.5)80?xMoxB20 amorphous alloys were discussed. The substitution of Mo for Fe and Ni simultaneously causes improvement in glass forming ability and thermal stability, and changes the crystallization process. The tensile fracture strength of amorphous alloy depends on both hardness and ductility; the alloy with high hardness and good ductility simultaneously also has a high tensile fracture strength. The (Fe0.5Ni0.5)78Mo2B20 amorphous alloy exhibits good glass forming ability and the highest tensile fracture strength among (Fe0.5Ni0.5)80?xMoxB20 alloys. Micro-plastic deformation occurred in ductile and brittle amorphous alloys that both show viscous flow characteristics. The mechanical behavior of (Fe0.5Ni0.5)80?xMoxB20 amorphous alloys is related to the average outer shell electron concentration of metal atoms.  相似文献

Abstract

KCr5Se8 has a TIV5S8-type structure, containing K ions in one-dimensional tunnels. Deintercalated samples of KxCr5Se8 (0.32 ≤ x ≤ 0.93) were prepared by leaching method using Alc3/FeCl3 aqueous solution. These samples showed a broad peak of magnetic susceptibility at ca. 130 K. 57Fe-Mössbauer spectra of Kx(Cr0.95 57Fe0.05)5Se8 (x = 1.0, 0.49) showed a quadrupole doublet at 300 K. Magnetic sextets appeared at 4.2 K in both samples, indicative of magnetic ordering. The observed isomer shift indicated that the charge of Fe is +3 in both samples. It was proposed that Se2- was partially oxidized by the deintercalation.  相似文献

Foils of the amorphous alloy Pd70Fe10Si20 were investigated after isothermal heating at the temperature range 350–450°C with a heating period from 15 min to 4 h. At 350°C no changes were observed in the shape of the Mössbauer spectra. At 400°C and at 450°C up to 30 min only the parameters of Mössbauer spectra consisting of two quadrupole doublets corresponding to palladium and silicon vicinities of iron atoms were changed. After further heating at 450°C crystalline phases of Pd3Fe and Fe3Si appeared on the Mössbauer spectra.  相似文献
