Ho3+/Yb3+/Tm3+ tridoped LiNbO3 single crystal exhibiting intense upconversion white light under 980?nm excitation has been successfully fabricated by the Czochralski method. The tridoped LiNbO3 single crystal offers power dependent color tuning properties by simply changing excitation power. Efficient three-photon blue upconversion emission and two-photon green and red upconversion emissions have been observed. In addition, the red emission of Ho3+ originates dominantly from the nonradiative decay of green emission. The LiNbO3 with upconversion white light will be a potential laser candidate material.  相似文献

We report efficient, diode-pumped, self-frequency doubling (SFD) in the newly developed laser crystal Nd3+:Na3La9O3(BO3)8 (Nd:NLBO). More than 730?mW of fundamental output power at 1072?nm was achieved with a slope efficiency of 16.2%. With incident pump power of 8?W, 29?mW of green cw laser emission at 536?nm was observed with proper phase matching. This initial performance and the good optical properties of the crystalline host are encouraging for the development of a high power diode-pumped SFD visible light laser source.  相似文献

以EDTA为络合剂,用水热法合成了Er3+,Tm3+和Yb3+共掺杂的NaYF4纳米晶。XRD和TEM的结果表明:粒径约为30 nm,属于六方晶系。在980 nm半导体激光器激发下,研究了不同Er3+离子掺杂浓度对Tm3+和Er3+离子上转换发光性能的影响,光强与泵浦功率的双对数曲线表明,474,525,539,650 nm的发射均属于双光子过程,408 nm的发射属于三光子过程。讨论了样品的协作敏化和声子辅助共振能量传递的上转换发光机制。  相似文献

The vector correlations between products and reagents for the reactions Ne+H + 2 , Ne+D + 2 , and Ne+T + 2 are calculated by means of the quasi-classical trajectory method on a new potential energy surface constructed by Lü et al. [J. Chem. Phys. 2010 132, 014303]. The polarization-dependent differential cross-sections (2π/σ)(dσ 00 /dω t ), (2π/σ)(dσ 20 /dω t ), (2π/σ)(dσ 22+ /dω t ), and (2π/σ)(dσ 21 /dω t ), and the distributions of P (θ r ), P (φ r ), and P (θ r ,φ r ) are calculated. The isotopic effect, which is associated with the difference in mass factor among the three reactions, is revealed.  相似文献

A yellow phosphor, Ca2BO3 Cl:Eu2+ , is prepared by the high-temperature solid-state method. Under the condition of excitation sources ranging from ultraviolet to visible light, efficient yellow emission can be observed. The emission spectrum shows an asymmetrical single intensive band centred at 573 nm, which corresponds to the 4f 6 5d 1 →4f 7 transition of Eu2+ . Eu2+ ions occupy two types of Ca2+ sites in the Ca2BO3 Cl lattice and form two corresponding emission centres, respectively, which lead to the asymmetrical emission of Eu2+ in Ca2 BO 3 Cl. The emission intensity of Eu2+ in Ca2BO3 Cl is influenced by the Eu2+ doping concentration. Concentration quenching is discovered, and its mechanism is verified to be a dipole–dipole interaction. The value of the critical transfer distance is calculated to be 2.166 nm, which is in good agreement with the 2.120 nm value derived from the experimental data.  相似文献

<正>Ca2BO3Cl:Ce3+,Ca2BO3Cl:Tb3+,and Ca2BO3Cl:Ce3+,Tb3+ phosphors are synthesized by a high temperature solid-state reaction.The emission intensity of Ce3+ or Tb3+ in Ca2BO3Cl is influenced by the Ce3+ or Tb3+ doping content,and the optimum concentrations of Ce3+ and Tb3+ are 0.03 mol and 0.05 mol,respectively.The concentration quenching effect of Ce3+ or Tb3+ in Ca2BO3Cl occurs,and the concentration quenching mechanism is d-d interaction for either Ce3+ or Tb3+.The Ca2BO3Cl:Ce3+,Tb3+ can produce colour emission from blue to green by properly tuning the relative ratio between Ce3+ and Tb3+,and the emission intensity of Tb3+ in Ca2BO3Cl can be enhanced by the energy transfer from Ce3+ to Tb3+.The results indicate that Ca2BO3Cl:Ce3+,Tb3+ may be a promising double emission phosphor for UV-based white light emitting diodes.  相似文献

Molecular structure, vibrational frequency and infrared intensity of UF 6 are investigated by using the revised Perdew-Burke-Enzerhof function with the triple-zeta polarized basis set. The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental values and indicate the existence of a stable U2F6 molecule with a multiple bonded U2 unit. The calculation results also predict that the D3d symmetry of U2F6 is more stable than D3h . The optimized geometries, vibrational frequencies, and infrared intensities are also reported for U2F6 molecules in D3d symmetry. In addition, the isotopic shift of vibrational frequencies of the two molecules under isotopic substitution of uranium atom are also investigated with the same method. The U2F6 molecule is predicted to be better than UF6 for laser uranic isotope separation.  相似文献

We report on an 880 nm quasi-continuously pumped Nd:YVO4 grazing-incidence "bounce" amplifier, operating at a 300 Hz repetition rate. More than 70 dB small signal gain is achieved with a single crystal. Combined with fast programmable modulators, high-contrast and near-diffraction-limited pulse sequences at the 100 μJ level are produced and can be tailored in terms of pulse duration, amplitude, and a temporal spacing well into the microsecond range. This system could significantly improve extreme-UV comb generation based on parametric amplification and harmonic upconversion of two near-IR comb laser pulses.  相似文献

La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 thin films are fabricated on fluorine-doped tin oxide conducting glass substrates by a pulsed laser deposition technique with SrTiO3 used as a buffer layer. The current-voltage characteristics of the heterojunctions exhibit an asymmetric and resistance switching behaviour. A homogeneous interface-type conduction mechanism is also reported using impedance spectroscopy. The spatial homogeneity of the charge carrier distribution leads to field- induced potential-barrier change at the Au-La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 interface and a concomitant resistance switching effect. The ratio of the high resistance state to the low resistance state is found to be as high as 1.3 × 10 4 % by simulating the AC electric field. This colossal resistance switching effect will greatly improve the signal-to-noise ratio in nonvolatile memory applications.  相似文献

The resistive switching properties in amorphous Pr0.67Sr0.33MnO3 films deposited by pulsed laser deposition are investigated.Reproducible and bipolar counter-8-shape and 8-shape switching behaviours of Au/Pr0.67Sr0.33MnO3 /F:SnO2 junctions are obtained at room temperature.Dramatically,the coexistence of two switching polarities could be reversibly adjusted by an applied voltage range.The results allocated those two switching types to areas of different defect densities beneath the same electrode.The migration of oxygen vacancies and the trapping effect of electrons under an applied electric field play an important role.An interface-effect-related resistance switching is proposed in an amorphous Pr0.67Sr0.33MnO3-based memory cell.  相似文献

The far-infrared optical reflectivity of an optimally doped Ba1-xKxFe2As2(x =0.4) single crystal is measured from room temperature down to 4 K. We study the temperature dependence of the in-plane infrared-active phonon at 251 cm-1 . This phonon exhibits a symmetric line shape in the optical conductivity, suggesting that the coupling between the phonon and the electronic background is weak. Upon cooling down, the frequency of this phonon continuously increases, following the conventional temperature dependence expected in the absence of a structural or magnetic transition. The intensity of this phonon is temperature independent within the measurement accuracy. These observations indicate that the structural and magnetic phase transition might be completely suppressed by chemical doping in the optimally doped Ba0.6K0.4Fe2As2 compound.  相似文献

KH2PO4 crystal is a crucial optical component of inertial confinement fusion.Modulation of an incident laser by surface micro-defects will induce the growth of surface damage,which largely restricts the enhancement of the laser induced damage threshold.The modulation of an incident laser by using different kinds of surface defects are simulated by employing the three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain method.The results indicate that after the modulation of surface defects,the light intensity distribution inside the crystal is badly distorted,with the light intensity enhanced symmetrically.The relations between modulation properties and defect geometries(e.g.,width,morphology,and depth of defects) are quite different for different defects.The modulation action is most obvious when the width of surface defects reaches 1.064 μm.For defects with smooth morphology,such as spherical pits,the degree of modulation is the smallest and the light intensity distribution seems relatively uniform.The degree of modulation increases rapidly with the increase of the depth of surface defects and becomes stable when the depth reaches a critical value.The critical depth is 1.064 μm for cuboid pits and radial cracks,while for ellipsoidal pits the value depends on both the width and the length of the defects.  相似文献

The I–V characteristics of In2O3:SnO2/TiO2/In2O3:SnO2 junctions with different interfacial barriers are inves- tigated by comparing experiments. A two-step resistance switching process is found for samples with two interfacial barriers produced by specific thermal treatment on the interfaces. The nonsynchronous occurrence of conducting filament formation through the oxide bulk and the reduction in the interfacial barrier due to the migration of oxygen vacancies under the electric field is supposed to explain the two-step resistive switching process. The unique switching properties of the device, based on interfacial barrier engineering, could be exploited for novel applications in nonvolatile memory devices.  相似文献

Yb:Sc2O3 transparent ceramics are fabricated by a conventional ceramic process and sintering in H2 atmosphere. The room-temperature spectroscopic properties are investigated, and the Raman spectrum shows an obvious vibration characteristic band centred at 415 cm 1 . There are three broad absorption bands around 891, 937, and 971 nm, respectively. The strongest emission peak is centred at 1.04 μm with a broad bandwidth (11 nm) and an emission cross-section of 1.8×10 20 cm 2 . The gain coefficient implies a possible laser ability in a range from 990 nm to 1425 nm. The energy-level structure shows that Yb:Sc 2 O 3 ceramics have large Stark splitting at the ground state level due to their strong crystal field. All the results show that Yb:Sc2O3 transparent ceramics are a promising material for short pulse lasers.  相似文献

In this Letter, a hybrid interferometer for simultaneous measurement of the partial pressures of O2 and CO2 mixtures is reported. The sensing head consists in the combination of two interferometric structures, one a Fabry-Pérrot cavity and the other a modal interferometer. The intrinsic Fabry-Pérot was formed by splicing a single mode fiber with a graded index fiber length that was then subjected to chemical etching creating an air cavity. The second interferometer is based on a splice of a pure silica tube in series with the Fabry-Pérot. It was observed for a particular gas that its refractive index changes with pressure variation in a specific way, a characteristic that permitted the simultaneous measurement of partial pressures of CO2 and O2 with rms deviations of ~±48.7 kPa and ~±20.1 kPa, respectively.  相似文献

As one of the relativistic electron tubes having compact configuration and high efficient output,the relativistic magnetron with direct axial radiation is very attractive in pulsed power and high power microwave fields for industrial and military applications.In this paper,the experimental investigation of a relativistic magnetron with axial TE 11 mode radiation is reported.Under a total length of ~ 0.3 m,volume of ~ 0.014 m 3,working at an applied voltage of 508 kV and a magnetic field of ~ 0.31 T,the relativistic magnetron radiates a microwave of 540 MW with the TE 11 mode at 2.35 GHz in the axial direction.The power conversion efficiency is 15.0%.After a lot of shots,the detected amplitudes of microwaves are nearly the same.The fluctuations of wave amplitudes are less than 0.3 dB.  相似文献

Tm3+/Yb3+ codoped transparent glass ceramic containing β-PbF2 nanocrystals was successfully prepared. After thermal treatment, emissions from the 1G4 state of Tm3+ excited by 980 nm laser were greatly quenched by cross relaxation and the 700 nm luminescence from Tm3+:3F2,33H6 transition was strongly enhanced. A nearly monochromatic red luminescence band was observed. Based on the luminescence decay curves and Judd-Ofelt analysis, the strengthened cross relaxation played an important role in such phenomenon.  相似文献

Optical planar waveguides in Yb 3+-doped phosphate glasses are fabricated by implanting triple-energy helium ions. The guiding modes and the near-field intensity distribution are measured by using the prism-coupling method and the end-face coupling setup with a He-Ne laser at 633 nm The intensity calculation method (ICM) is used to reconstruct the refractive index profile of the waveguide. The absorption and the fluorescence investigations reveal that the glass bulk features are well preserved in the active volumes of the waveguides, suggesting the fabricated structures for possible applications as waveguide lasers.  相似文献

A simplified structure of birefringent chalcogenide As 2 Se 3 photonic crystal fiber(PCF) is designed.Properties of birefringence,polarization extinction ratio,chromatic dispersion,nonlinear coefficient,and transmission are studied by using the multipole method,the finite-difference beam propagation method,and the adaptive split-step Fourier method.Considering that the zero dispersion wavelength of our proposed fiber is about 4 μm,we have analysed the mechanism of spectral broadening in PCFs with different pitches in detail,with femtosecond pulses at a wavelength of 4 μm as the pump pulses.Especially,mid-infrared broadband polarized supercontinuums are obtained in a 3-cm PCF with an optimal pitch of 2 μm.Their spectral width at 20 dB reaches up to 12 μm.In the birefringent PCF,we find that the supercontinuum generation changes with the pump alignment angle.Research results show that no coupling between eigenpolarization modes are observed at the maximum average power(i.e.,37 mW),which indicates that the polarization state is well maintained.  相似文献

用微波水热法制备化学计量比为(Y0.94-x,Eu0.06, Bix)2O3(x=0, 0.01~0.06 )的铋铕共掺杂氧化钇磷光粉。用XRD、SEM、EDS、荧光光谱及HRTEM等进行表征。结果表明:该系统由于铋的加入使(211)晶面的生长受到抑制;在激发波长346 nm时,由于铋的掺入使发光增强;随铋掺杂量的增加,其发光先增强后减弱,并在x=0.03时有最大值;因此该系统可作为320~375 nm的近紫外(如白光LED及高压汞灯)激发用磷光粉。该系统在激发波长为254 nm时,铋的加入使发光强度减弱;因此该系统不适合用于低压汞灯。  相似文献
