设计并制作了一种基于聚二甲基硅氧烷(Polydimethylsiloxane,PDMS)基片的可变焦微型柱透镜。这种柱透镜主要由一根埋入PDMS基片中的玻璃毛细管构成,通过选择毛细管内液体的折射率实现变焦功能。液体折射率为1.451 8~1.550 2时,柱透镜焦距可由21.369 mm减小到3.362 mm,变焦倍数达到6.4倍。用散射光成像方法观察并拍摄了平行光通过这种可变焦柱透镜后的光线轨迹图;用ZEMAX光学设计软件摸拟了成像过程,模拟结果和实验图像相符;用高斯光学的逐次成像方法推导出了这种柱透镜的焦距公式,焦距的计算结果和实验以及模拟结果吻合。PDMS基片中可变焦微型柱透镜的成功制作,为"芯片上的实验室"提供了一种重要的光学成像元件。 相似文献

提出了一种液体可变焦折衍混合光学系统,该系统将传统的折射透镜的其中一面设计成二元面,通过改变折射系统的曲率半径来实现对整个光学系统的焦距的调节.这种液体可变焦折衍混合光学系统的主要优点是能够消除色差.经实验证明该光学系统焦距和折射系统的曲率半径呈线性变化关系并且在变焦的同时很好的解决了色差问题. 相似文献

Approximate expressions are derived for the second and third order aberrations of a quadrupole doublet, allowing for aberrations intrinsic to fields of perfect symmetry, for parasitic aberrations of imperfect symmetry, and for compensating multipole lenses. Five third-order coefficients are found, and expressed in terms of four octopole strengths and the first-order parameters of the doublet as determined by its dimensions. For compensation of third-order aberrations of achromatic quadrupole/octopole lenses, either skew octopole lenses are required externally, or lenses with more than 8 poles are required coincident with the quadrupoles. If an octopole lens is added between the quadrupoles of the achromatic doublet, the spherical aberration of a condenser lens may be compensated. Such a Cs and Cc compensated quadrupole doublet is suitable for use as a probe-forming lens in focused ion beam systems and ion microscopes. 相似文献

A new method of harmonics rejection based on X‐ray refractive optics has been proposed. Taking into account the fact that the focal distance of the refractive lens is energy‐dependent, the use of an off‐axis illumination of the lens immediately leads to spatial separation of the energy spectrum by focusing the fundamental harmonic at the focal point and suppressing the unfocused high‐energy radiation with a screen absorber or slit. The experiment was performed at the ESRF ID06 beamline in the in‐line geometry using an X‐ray transfocator with compound refractive lenses. Using this technique the presence of the third harmonic has been reduced to 10?3. In total, our method enabled suppression of all higher‐order harmonics to five orders of magnitude using monochromator detuning. The method is well suited to third‐generation synchrotron radiation sources and is very promising for the future ultimate storage rings. 相似文献

本文主要介绍对X射线组合折射透镜的制作工艺误差对其聚焦性能影响的研究结果. 首先给出采用深度X射线光刻技术制作的PMMA材料圆柱面型X组合折射透镜的工艺测试结果,得出制作工艺误差值,定性分析制作工艺误差对X射线组合折射透镜聚焦性能的影响. 然后根据实际的制作工艺误差建模,给出详尽的理论分析和定量的理论模拟结果. 最后在北京同步辐射装置(BSRF)上,构建基于PMMA材料的圆柱面型X射线组合折射透镜的微束聚焦实验系统,实际测试了有明显工艺误差和尽量消除工艺误差的两种X射线组合折射透镜的聚焦性能,给出实测结果

自麦克斯韦鱼眼透镜理论模型提出后,长期以来学术界一直以为它只是一种绝对光学仪器,在实践中并没有应用的可能。但通过对麦克斯韦鱼眼微球透镜的理论研究表明,在一定条件下,它具有良好的成像性能和耦合效率。根据菲克定律推导出梯度折射率球透镜的折射率分布函数。并且熔制了含Li+硅酸盐玻璃和采用槽沉法以及Na+/Li+离子交换法制备直径为0.3—3.0mm的梯度折射率球透镜。通过干涉法测得了梯度折射率球透镜的折射率分布曲线,并研究了光线通过梯度折射率球透镜的轨迹。研究结果表明:在590℃,离子扩散系数为3.07×10-6mm2/s;所制备的梯度折射率球透镜的折射率分布是抛物线分布,并且和理论分析相吻合;梯度折射率球透镜的光线轨迹满足椭圆方程。 相似文献

Optical operations have served as the basis of spectroscopy and imaging in terahertz regimes for a long time.Available lenses are practical tools for modulations. We fabricate a kind of biconvex lens from the natural dolomite cluster. The lens works well at 0.1 THz based on the relatively high refractive index and low absorption coefficients. Compared with the lens fabricated by a dolomite stone, such a lens can focus dispersive terahertz beam efficiently in terahertz imaging systems, which indicates that natural minerals hold promising applications in terahertz optics. 相似文献

The meniscus between two immiscible liquids of different refractive indices can be used as a lens. A change in curvature of this meniscus by electrostatic control of the solid/liquid interfacial tension leads to a change in focal distance. It is demonstrated that two liquids in a tube form a self-centred variable-focus lens. The optical properties of this lens were investigated experimentally. We designed and constructed a miniature camera module based on this variable lens suitable for mobile applications. Furthermore, the liquid lens was applied in a Blu-ray Disc optical recording system to enable dual layer disc reading/writing. 相似文献

We report a design for one nanometer X-ray focusing by a complex refractive lens, which is capable of focusing 20 keV X-rays down to a lateral size of 0.92 nm (full-width at half-maximum (FWHM)) and an axial size of 98 nm (FWHM) with intensity gain of 49050. This complex refractive lens is comprised of a series of kinoform lenses, whose aperture is gradually matched to the converging trace of the X-ray beam so as to increase the numerical aperture (NA). The theoretical principle of the proposed complex refractive lens is presented. The NAs of these lenses are calculated. The numerical simulation results demonstrate that the proposed design can focus the X-ray beam into sub-nanometer while remaining high gain. 相似文献

We compare the focal lengths of porcine lenses measured optically and by using a novel MRI technique. The geometric properties of the lenses were also measured and compared. The MRI technique exploits the dependence of both the lens refractive index and relaxation rates on the local protein concentration. By measuring the refractive index and corresponding values of R2 (=1/T2) for samples of lens homogenates with different protein concentrations, the dependence of refractive index on R2 was determined empirically. R2 maps, constructed from monoexponential fits to multiecho images of a slice through the lens containing the optical axis, were converted to refractive index maps using this relationship. A simulated ray trace through the refractive index map provided an estimate of lens focal length that was compared to a direct optical measurement of focal length using a laser ray-tracing method. It was found that the mean focal lengths estimated from the two techniques agreed within experimental uncertainty. The refractive index profile along the optical axis was found to be well described by a simple function of the form n=n0 + n1 x ra where r is the (normalized) lens radius. 相似文献

This paper outlines an improved technique for profiling the refractive index of Graded-index (GRIN) lenses based on the measurements obtained from a reflectivity image. The theoretical model of the Maxwell fish eye sphere lens has long been regarded as an absolute optical instrument without practical application since it was proposed. But the study on the theory of Maxwell fish eye micro-spherical lens shows that at certain condition it has fine image formation ability and coupling efficiency. Based on the Fick's diffusion equations, the distribution function of refractive index of gradient refractive index (GRIN) ball lenses is derived. Lithium-containing silicate glass is fabricated and GRIN ball lenses whose diameters are from 0.3 to 3.0 mm are made by ion exchange and the sagging method in sodium nitrate. Radial refractive index profiles of these GRIN ball lens are measured by interferometer. Results show that the distribution of the index of refraction is a parabolic curve and in concordance with the computational consequence and its Δn is 0.0002. 相似文献

We have measured the intensity profile and transmission of x rays focused by a series of biconcave spherical unit lenses fabricated from beryllium. The use of beryllium extends the range of operation of compound refractive lenses, improving transmission, aperture size, and gain. The compound refractive lens was composed of 160 biconcave unit lenses, each with a radius of curvature of 1.9 mm. Two-dimensional focusing with a gain of 1.5 was obtained at 6.5 keV with a focal length of 93 cm. The effective aperture of the compound refractive lens was measured as 600 mum , with 9% peak transmission. 相似文献

A method based on the diffraction theory for estimating the three-dimensional (3D) focusing performance of the compound refractive X-ray lenses is presented in this paper.
