Mistletonone, a novel diarylheptanoid, was isolated from the branches and leaves of Viscum coloratum (Kom.) Nakai (Loranthaceae). It was identified as 1,7-di-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-5-hydroxyl-cis-2,3-epoxy-1-one on the basis of spectral evidence. The compound showed significant scavenging effects on hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion radicals in the direct assay using the electron spin resonance (ESR) technique.  相似文献

Two new acylated flavanone glycosides, (S)-eriodictyol 7-O-(6"-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1) and (S)-eriodictyol 7-O-(6"-O-galloyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2) were isolated from the leaves and branches of Phyllanthus emblica together with a new phenolic glycoside, 2-(2-methylbutyryl)phloroglucinol 1-O-(6"-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), as well as 22 known compounds. Two new phenolic glycosides, 1-O-benzyl-[5-O-benzoyl-beta-D-apiofuranosyl (1-->2)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), and 4;-hydroxy-7,3;-dimethoxyflavan-5-O- beta-D-gluco-pyranoside (2), together with nine known flavanones 3 - 11, have been isolated from the dried whole plants of Viscum articulatum.Their structures were identified by extensive spectral analysis, especially 2D NMR techniques. The first total synthesis of viscumneoside III, a promising anti-angina pectoris dihydroflavone O-glycoside isolated from Viscum coloratum was described here. Trichloroaceti-midate was employed as the apiofuranosyl donor to construct the key building block of homoeriodictyol-7-O-β-d-apiosyl-(1?→?2)-β-D-glycoside (1). The longest linear sequence (from 2 to 1) in the synthetic route required thirteen steps and afforded the final product 1 with an overall yield of 6.3%.  相似文献

A novel polypeptide was isolated from mistletoe Viscum coloratum. The primarystructure of the polypeptide ‘named viscotoxin B2‘ was determined to be KSCCKNTTGRNIYNT CRFAGGSRERCAKLSGCKIISASTCPSDYPK by Edman degradation. Viscotoxin B2 shared highsequence homology with viscotoxins isolated from Viscum album. Pharmacological experimentsshowed that viscotoxin B2 had distinct cytotoxic activity on tumor cells. A new orcinol glucoside, orcinol-1-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), was isolated from the rhizomes of Curculigo orchioides GAERTN., together with seven known compounds: orcinol glucoside (1), orcinol-1-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), curculigoside (4), curculigoside B (5), curculigoside C (6), 2,6-dimethoxyl benzoic acid (7), and syringic acid (8). The structures of these compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic methods. The antioxidant activities of these isolated compounds were evaluated by colorimetric methods based on their scavenging effects on hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion radicals, respectively. All the compounds showed potent antioxidative activities and the structure-activity relationship is discussed.  相似文献

One new phenylenthanoid glycoside, scroside D (2), was isolated from the roots of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora (Scrophulariaceae), together with nine known phenylethanoid and phenolic glycosides: 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), 2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-ethyl-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->3)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), scroside B (4), hemiphroside A (5), plantainoside D (6), scroside A (7), androsin (8), piceoside (9), and 6-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside (10). The structures of these compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic methods. The antioxidative activities of these isolated compounds were evaluated based on their scavenging effects on hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion radicals, respectively. Compounds 1, 2, and 6 showed potent antioxidative effects as those of ascorbic acid and the structure-activity relationship is discussed.  相似文献

One new 1,3-diphenylpropane, viscolin (1), and one new flavanone, (2S)-7,4'-dihydroxy-5,3'-dimethoxyflavanone (2), together with thirty-nine known compounds, which included eleven known flavanones, two chromones, fourteen benzenoids, one inositol, two pyrimidines, four triterpenoids and five steroids, were isolated and characterized from Viscum coloratum. Structures of new compounds were determined by spectral analysis. Among them, viscolin (1) showed the most significant inhibition on superoxide anion generation by human neutrophils in response to fMLP (formyl-L-methionyl-L-leucyl-L-phenylalanine).  相似文献

Three new lupane-type saponins, acankoreosides F--H (1--3) were isolated from the methanol extract of the leaves of Acanthopanax koreanum NAKAI. The structures of these three saponins were established by chemical and spectroscopic analysis as 3alpha,30-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-23,28-dioic acid 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester (1), 3alpha,30-dihydroxylup-23-al-20(29)-en-28-oic acid 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester (2), and (20S) 3alpha-hydroxylup-23-al-28,29-dioic acid 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester (3), respectively. The effects of the isolates (1-3) on the lipopolysaccharide-induced production of nitric oxide and prostaglandin E2 were evaluated in RAW 264.7 macrophages.  相似文献

A novel lupane-triterpene glycoside, called wujiapioside B (1), was isolated from the leaves of Acanthopanax gracilistylus (Araliaceae) together with three known lupane-triterpene glycosides, acankoreoside C (2), acantrifoside A (3) and 3-epibetulinic acid 28-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (4). Based on spectroscopic data, the chemical structure of 1 was determined as 3alpha,23-dihydroxy-lup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid 28-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester. Compounds 2-3 were obtained for the first time from this plant and compound 4 has not been isolated from Acanthopanax genus yet.  相似文献

A high-performance liquid chromatographic-mass spectrometric method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 10 flavonoids in Viscum coloratum obtained from different host species and different sources. Viscum coloratum was extracted with 50% methanol. The extracts were separated on a C(18) column with a gradient of 0.1% (v/v) formic acid and methanol. The flavonoids in the extracts were detected by negative electrospray ionization mass spectrometry in selective ion monitoring mode. The calibration curves showed good linearity (r>0.998) within the test ranges (homoeriodictyol: 0.149-8.940 μg/ml, homoeriodictyol-7-O-β-D-glycoside: 0.230-13.80 μg/ml, homoeriodictyol-7-O-β-D-apiose (1→2)-β-D-glycoside: 5.000-300.0 μg/ml, homoeriodictyol-7-O-β-D-apiose (1→5)-β-D-apiose (1→2)-β-D-glycoside: 0.835-125.3 μg/ml, rhamnazin-3-O-β-D-glucoside: 0.064-3.840 μg/ml, rhamnazin-3-O-β-D-(6″-β-hydroxy-β-methyglutaryl)-glucoside: 1.435-86.10 μg/ml, isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside: 0.930-55.80 μg/ml, 5-hydroxy-3,7,3'-trimethoxyflavone-4'-O-β-D-glucoside: 0.067-4.020 μg/ml, 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxyflavone: 0.270-16.20 μg/ml, pachypodol: 0.110-6.600 μg/ml). The limits of quantification were between 0.006-0.720 μg/ml. The assay was reproducible and the overall intra- and inter-day variations were less than 4.6%. The recoveries varied from 93.4 to 103.9% at three different concentration levels. The validation method was used to determine the contents of 10 flavonoids in Viscum coloratum. A one-way analysis of variance was applied to evaluate Viscum coloratum-host-source interactions. Compared with the host species, the sample source had a significant impact on the sample content.  相似文献
