The infrared spectra, in the 700–200 cm–1 region, have been reported for6LiHCO2 · H2O,6LiHCO2 · D2O,7LiHCO2 · H2O and7LiHCO2 · D2O and the observed fundamental bands have been discussed taking into account the6Li/7Li and H2O/D2O isotope wavenumber shifts on the fundamental vibrations.

Raman and infrared spectra of polycrystalline6Li2C2O4 and7Li2C2O4 have been investigated in the wavenumber region from 1,800 to 40 cm–1. The internal C2O4 –2 vibrations have been studied on the basis of a D2h molecular structure and the correlation field splittings have been found to be about 40 cm–1 for the stretching modes and about 15 cm–1 for the bending modes. The external vibrations of the Li+ and C2O4 –2 sites have been discussed by considering the results of the factor group analysis and the6Li/7Li isotope effect on the normal vibrations.

Zusammenfassung Es wurdenRaman- und IR-Spektren von polykristallinem6Li2C2O4 und7Li2C2O4 im Bereich der Wellenzahlen von 1800 bis 40 cm–1 untersucht. Die internen Schwingungen wurden auf der Basis einer D2h Molekülstruktur analysiert. Für die Streckschwingungen wurde eine Korrelationsaufspaltung von etwa 40 cm–1 gefunden, für die Deformationsschwingungen etwa 15 cm–1. Die Diskussion der externen Schwingungen von Li+ und C2O4 –2 erfolgte unter Berücksichtigung der Resultate der Faktorgruppenanalyse und des6Li/7Li Isotopeneffekts auf die Normalschwingungen.

Raman spectroscopic study of Lactarius spores (Russulales, Fungi)   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Fungi are important organisms in ecosystems, in industrial and pharmaceutical production and are valuable food sources as well. Classical identification is often time-consuming and specialistic. In this study, Raman spectroscopy is applied to the analysis of fungal spores of Lactarius, an economically and ecologically important genus of Basidiomycota. Raman spectra of spores of Lactarius controversus Pers.: Fr., Lactarius lacunarum (Romagn.) ex Hora, Lactarius quieticolor Romagn. and Lactarius quietus (Fr.: Fr.) Fr. are reported for the first time. The spectra of these species show large similarity. These spectra are studied and compared with the Raman spectra of reference substances known to occur in macrofungi, including saccharides, lipids and some minor compounds that may serve as specific biomarkers (adenine, ergosterol and glycine). Most Raman bands could be attributed to specific components. In agreement with the biological role of fungal spores, high amounts of lipids were observed, the main fatty acid being oleate. In addition to different types of lipids and phospholipids, the polysaccharides chitin and amylopectin could be detected as well. The presence of trehalose is not equivocally shown, due to overlapping bands. Raman band positions are reported for the observed bands of the different species and reference products.  相似文献

The third Li+ translational mode of lattice vibration of lithium hydrogen oxalate monohydrate has been assigned to the band at about 383/360 cm–1 taking the characteristic6Li/7Li isotope band shifts into consideration.

Lithium stannides were prepared from lithium naphthalenide and tin (II) chloride or tin (0) powder in THF solvent at room temperature under dry argon atmosphere. They were characterized with elemental analysis, XRD, and solid 6,7Li NMR. Stabilities and reactivities of lithium stannides prepared from different conditions were tested and showed they were stable for a limited time at low temperatures. Best reactivity was obtained when they were prepared from tin (II) chloride and an excess of lithium naphthalenide. The lithium stannide mixture can reductively cleave carbon-halogen bonds and yield pinacol coupling with aldehydes. Organolithium compounds prepared from lithium stannides and organic halides add to ketones or aldehydes under Barbier conditions.  相似文献

The structures of cyclopentanone lithium enolate under HMPA titration in 0.04-0.8 M diethyl ether and dimethyl ether solvents have been investigated using the low-temperature 7Li, 31P, and 13C NMR. The progressive solvation by HMPA occurs for the tetra- and dimeric enolates, and upon addition of >2 equiv. of HMPA, the lithium enolate has been converged on a mixture of tetra-HMPA coordinated tetramer and bis-HMPA coordinated dimer with the ratio of 5:95 and <1:99 in diethyl ether and dimethyl ether, respectively. Neither monomeric nor trimeric enolate is detectable under such HMPA titration.  相似文献

The complex formation of lithium and sodium ions with silicon podand solvents: phenyl-tris(1,4-dioxapentyl) silane (PhSi23) and ethyl-tris(1,4-dioxapentyl) silane (EtSi23) has been studied by FTIR, 1H-, 13C-, 7Li- and 23Na NMR. The far FTIR spectra show that the Li+ cations fluctuate very fast whereas Na+ cations are still localised between the oxygen atoms of the oxaalkyl chains. The 7Li NMR spectra prove that one Li+ cation can be coordinated not only by one but also two silicon podand molecules. The concentration dependence of the molar conductivity of LiClO4 in the podand solvents indicates charge transfer between ion clusters.  相似文献

Summary The acid and base catalyzed isomerization of some tricyclic 2-pyrazolines with N-Carbamoyl-,N-thiocarbamoyl-and N-phenyl substituents was investigated. Starting fromcis ortrans 3-H, 3a-H diastereomers, equilibrium mixtures ofcis andtrans diastereomers were prepared which were separated and subsequently studied by1H NMR and13C NMR spectroscopy. A mechanism for the isomerization of the pyrazolines is suggested, supported by a deuterium exchange at C-3a.

Zusammenfassung Die Isomerisierung einiger tricyclischer 2-Pyrazoline mit N-Carbamoyl-, N-Thiocarbamoyl-und N-Phenyl-substituenten unter saurer und basischer Katalyse wurde untersucht. Ausgehend von dencis odertrans 3-H,3a-H-Diastereomeren wurdencis- undtrans Gleichgewichtsgemische gewonnen, die getrennt und durch1H- und13C-NMR-Spektroskopie untersucht wurden. Ein Mechanismus für die Isomerisierung von Pyrazolinen wird vorgeschlagen, der durch den Deuteriumaustausch in Position 3a-C unterstützt wird.

Summary 1H,13C, and CP/MAS13C NMR spectra of sixp-substituted 1-aryl-3-arylamino-2-propen-1-ones in solution and in the solid state are reported and discussed. In the proteon-accepting solvent dimethylsulfoxide, electronegative substituents shift the isomeric equilibrium to the (E)-isomer. Bulky substituents promote crystallization of the (Z)-form.

In protonenakzeptierendem Dimethylsulfoxid verschieben elektronegative Substituenten das Gleichgewicht zum (E)-Isomer. Große Substituenten begünstigen die Kristallisation in der (Z)-Form.

7Li NMR measurements were employed to monitor the stoichiometry andstability of Li+ ion complexes with 12-crown-4 (12C4), 15-crown-5 (15C5), benzo-15-crown-5 (B15C5) l8-crown-6 (18C6), dicyclohexano-18-crown-6 (DC18C6) and dibenzo-18-crown-6 (DB18C6) in binary acetone-nitrobenzene mixtures of varying composition. In all cases studied, the variation of 7Li chemical shift with the crown/Li+ mole ratio indicated the formation of 1:1 complexes. The formation constants of the resulting complexes were evaluated from computer fitting of the mole ratio data to an equation that relates the observed chemical shifts to the formation constant. In all solvent mixtures used, the stabilities of the resulting 1:1 complexes varied in the order15C5 > B15C5 > DC18C6 > 18C6 > 12C4 >DB18C6. It was found that,in the case of all complexes, an increase in the percentage of acetone in thesolvent mixtures significantly decreased the stability of the complexes.  相似文献

The structure of the silica aerogels was studied by Raman spectroscopy. The spectra of the solid network resembles that of bulk silica with additional bands related to organic groups and a large amount of OH groups.The typical bands due to ring breathing also called defect bands D 1 and D 2 located at 490 and 610 cm–1 are present. However, the evolution of the D 2 band compared to that of OH band (980 cm–1) seems apparently, in contradiction with the results previously reported in the literature. During heat treatments between 25 and 300°C the D 2 and the OH bands increase simultaneously. Generally, in silica glass the defect band D 2 grows at the expense of the OH groups.This result is explained by the oxidation of the organic compounds which, in this temperature range, leads to the formation of the both species (OH) and those related to siloxane rings. 29Si MAS NMR results are in agreement with the Raman study.  相似文献

The structural stability and redox properties of yeast iso-1-cytochrome c and its mutant, F82H, were studied by surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering (SERRS) spectroscopy. Phenylalanine, which exists at the position-82 in yeast iso-1-cytochrome c, is replaced by histidine in the mutant. The SERRS spectra of the proteins on the bare silver electrodes indicate that the mutant possesses a more stable global structure with regard to the adsorption-induced conformational alteration. The redox potential of the mutant negatively shifts by about 400 mV, relative to that of yeast iso-1-cytochrome c. This is ascribed to axial ligand switching and higher solvent accessibility of the heme iron in the mutant during the redox reactions.  相似文献

New hexadecaalkyl-substituted diphthalocyanine complexes of lanthanides RPc2Ln (R = Et, or Bu; Ln = Lu, Dy, or Eu) were synthesized by three methods: in solution in the presence of 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene, in a melt of a mixture of the reagents, and under microwave irradiation. The first of the above-mentioned procedures has an advantage for the preparation of Dy and Eu diphthalocyanines, whereas the melt synthesis is a method of choice for the preparation of Lu complexes. The reaction time decreases in going from the first to the third method. The structures of the complexes were confirmed by mass spectrometry, NMR spectroscopy, and electronic absorption spectroscopy.  相似文献

The interaction oftert-butyl chloride with aluminum bromide in methylene dibromide at −30°C leads to the formation of two types of adducts, which give signals with δ 2.4 and 3.2 in the1H NMR spectra in addition to that of free alkyl halide. these signals are attributed to a polarized complex (PC) and ion pair (IP), respectively. An excess of AlBr3 shifts the equilibria toward IP. The latter contains more AlBr3 than the polarized complex. Based on the spectral data, we calculated the limiting values of some equilibrium constants. The ability of AlBr3 to solvate counterions is consistent with the results of isobutylene polymerization under the action of the initiating ButCl−AlBr3 system at different ratios of the starting concentrations [AlBr3]0/[ButCl]0. An increase in this ratio results in both the acceleration of polymerization and an increase in the relative role of chain transfer reactions. Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Summary The synthesis of some dimeric coumarin and furanocoumarin models and their structure elucidation by1H NMR,13C NMR, and mass spectroscopy is presented. In the presence of moisture some aldehydes are accompanied by their hydrates. Methoxy signal doubling in the presence of a chiral lanthanide shift reagent proves the dimeric nature of compound8. In the mass spectra, heterolytic cleavage of the O-C linkage was noticed which is a rare fragmentation in the case of aromatic ethers.

Zusammenfassung Die Synthese einiger dimerer Cumarin- und Furanocumarin-Modellverbindungen und ihre Strukturaufklärung mit1H- und13C-NMR- sowie Massenspektrometrie werden beschrieben. In Gegenwart von Feuchtigkeit werden einige der Aldehyde von ihren Hydraten begleitet. Verdoppelungen der Methoxy-1H-Signale von8 in Anwesenheit eines chiralen Lanthanoid-Verschiebungsreagenzes beweisen, daß8 ein Dimer ist. In den Massenspektren finden sich Hinweise für heterolytische Spaltungen der O-C-Bindungen. Solche Fragmentierungen sind bei aromatischen Ethern ungewöhnlich.

Electron density distribution, EXAFS, and transmission electron microscope studies on stoichiometric Li(Mg1/6Mn11/6)O4 have revealed that: (1) the structure is essentially of spinel-type with slight diffuse scattering, (2) the Li atoms are not all located at the ideal 8a site of the spinel structure, but are partially tetrahedrally distributed along the 8a-16c tie line, (3) the O atoms also exhibit a statistical distribution about their ideal positions and (4) the Mn 3d electrons are squeezed out toward the open space of the coordinating octahedra with D3d distortion. The present results indicate the possible existence of many metastable Li positions in the structure, suggestive of complicated Li atom hopping routes in conjunction with a local distortion of neighboring atoms at least up to the second shell.  相似文献

We report the results of a semiempirical PM3 study of the 1,4 cycloaddition reaction of substituted λ3-phosphabenzenes with alkynes. The influence of the nature, position and steric hindrance of substituents on the reaction energy is studied. Except for some values, the results are in reasonable agreement with experimental observations and electronic effects of substituents.  相似文献

Stereochemistry of 7-aryl-1,7,8,8a-tetrahydro-3(2H)-indolizinones was studied by1H and13C NMR. Complete assignment of1H NMR signals and analysis of1H-1H coupling constants were performed using the iterative PANIC program. Values of3 J 6,7,3 J 7,8endo, and4 J 5,7 allow one to unambiguously identify the correspondingexo- andendo-stereoisomers.
