Under hydrothermal conditions the reaction of cis-aconitic acid with Cu2(OH)2CO3 and bipy (bipy = 2,2'-bipy) in H2O/DMF (3:2) afforded a neutral mononuclear compound [Cu- (bipy)((2-CO3)(H2O)](2H2O, which has been structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group Pī with a = 8.3950(5), b = 8.7974(5), c = 9.4496(3)(A。), α = 98.270(3), β = 93.014(3), γ = 100.068(3)°, V = 677.83(6) (A。)3, Dc = 1.635 g/cm3, Z = 2, C11H14CuN2O6, Mr = 333.78, μ = 1.637 mm-1, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 (A。), F(000) = 342, the final R = 0.0616 and wR = 0.1273 for 1621 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure of the complex contains a distorted square pyramidal core with a bipy, a carbonate anion and a water molecule coordinating to a CuⅡ atom. The dihedral angle between the two planes composed of N(1)N(2)Cu(1) and O(1)O(3)Cu(1) is 21.73(8)°. The intermolecular hydrogen bonds (O…O) are observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

The reaction of 5-sulfosalicylic acid(H3-SSA) with o-phenanthroline(Phen),NaOH,and Mcl2(M=Zn,Cu) affords Zn(H-SSA)(Phen)(H2O)2(1) and Cu(H-SSA)(Phen)(H2O)2 (2),respectively ,compounds 1 and 2 are characterized by elemental analysis,IR,fluorescence spectra and single crystal Xray diffraction analysis.The X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that compounds 1 and 2 are isostructure.The 5-sulfosalicylic acid ligand loses two protons at the sulfo-group and carboxylic group during the reaction.The Zn(II) and Cu(II)ions are sixcoordinated and adopt distorted octahedral geometry,which are surrounded by two N atoms from Phen,two O atoms from two water molecules,one O atom from-SO3 group and one oxygen from carboxylic group of the other H-SSA.Compounds 1 and 2 have unprecedented one-dimensional linear chain formed by a repeating mononuclear structureal unit.which is bridged by H-SSA.The fluorescence intensity of 1 and 2 is stronger than that of Phen and H3-SSA at 400nm.The lowest excited single states of these complexes are assigned as mainly Phen localized 1(π π),The antibacterial activity test shows that compounds 1 and 2 strongly inhibit the growth of Streptococcus haemolyticus,Straphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.  相似文献

A metal-organic coordination polymer [Cd2(PDC)2(bix)(H2O)2]n ·nH2O(H2PDC=2,4-pyridinedicarboxylic acid, bix=1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Brown crystals crystallize in the orthorhombic system, space group P2 12 12 1 with a=11.741(3), b=14.190(4), c=18.963(5) , V=3159.4(14) 3 , C28H26Cd2N6O11, Mr=847.35, Dc=1.781 g/cm3 , F(000)=1680, Z=4, μ(MoKα)=1.415 mm 1 , the final R=0.0381 and wR=0.0882 for 5472 observed reflections (I >2σ(I)). The structure of 1 exhibits a threedimensional network structure.  相似文献

Complex [Mn(tce) 0.5(H2O) 4](1) was obtained from Mn(OAc) 2 and tce,where tce is 1,1,2,2-tetracarboxyl-ethane. The structure of 1 is a single molecule,in which Mn(II) is a distorted octahedron coordinated to six oxygen atoms. Complex [Cd(tce) 0.5(H2O) 3](H2O) (2) fea-tures a pillared layer architecture. The Cd(II) atom is in an octahedral environment coordinated by six oxygen donors from water molecules and tce ligands. Cd(II) atoms are interlinked by the tce ligand to generate a 2-D wavelike layer. The layers are strutted by the intermolecular O-H···O hydrogen bonds to form a 3-D open framework. Luminescence property of complex 2 was investigated. Magnetic property of complex 1 was also studied. 1 belongs to triclinic,space group P1 with a = 6.2901(12) ,b = 8.0212(15) ,c = 8.0769(15) ,α = 108.522(3) ,β = 95.068(3) ,γ = 97.086(3) °,V = 379.92(12) 3,Mr = 456.08,Dc = 1.993 g/cm3,F(000) = 232,μ = 1.748 mm-1,Z = 1,the final R = 0.0297 and wR = 0.0731 for 1575 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) . 2 is of monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a = 6.4367(14) ,b = 9.495(2) ,c = 13.907(3) ,β = 117.405(8) °,V = 754.6(3) 3,Mr = 285.51,Dc = 2.513 g/cm3,F(000) = 556,μ = 2.905 mm-1,Z = 4,the final R = 0.0375 and wR = 0.0737 for 1521 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).  相似文献

The new title compound 2-methoxy-benzoic acid 2-oxo-3-(2,4,6-trimethyl-phenyl)-1-oxa-spiro[4.4]non-3-en-4-yl ester(3,C25H26O5) has been synthesized by the condensation reaction of 4-hydroxy-3-(2,4,6-trimethyl-phenyl)-1-oxa-spiro[4.4]non-3-en-2-one(2) with 2-methoxylben-zoyl chloride,and characterized by 1H NMR and MS spectra.Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal is of monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 10.6945(7),b = 12.8176(7),c = 16.4223(10) ,β = 103.5665(17)o,V = 2188.3(2) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.234 g/cm3,F(000) = 864.000,μ = 0.085 mm-1,the final R = 0.0520 and wR = 0.1132 for 2732 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).In the crystal structure,the C(1)-C(2)(1.478 ) bond is significantly shorter than the normal single C-C bond(1.53 ),suggesting that the carbonyl group on C(1) has formed a conjugated system with a double bond on C(2) and C(12).  相似文献

A new Schiff base compound, 2-hydroxybenzoic acid [1-(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxy- phenyl) methylidene]hydrazide methanol (C14H10Br2N2O3·CH3OH), has been synthesized by the condensation of equimolar 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde and 2-hydroxybenzoic acid hydrazide in a methanol solution. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single- crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound consists of a Schiff base moiety 2-hydroxybenzoic acid [1-(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]hydrazide and a lattice methanol molecule. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 7.183(1), b = 15.673(2), c = 15.001(2) , β = 98.345(2)o, Z = 4, V = 1670.9(4) 3, Dc = 1.773 g/cm3, Mr = 446.10, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 , μ = 4.872 mm-1, F(000) = 880, R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.0963. A total of 3445 unique reflections were collected, of which 2236 with I > 2σ(I) were observed. As expected, the molecule adopts a trans configuration about the C=N double bond. The two benzene rings are nearly coplanar (mean deviation from the combined plane is 0.061(4) ), with the dihedral angle of 7.9(3)o. The preliminary biological tests show that the compound has moderate antibacterial activities.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional polymeric complex [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]L (L = N,N?-bis(furan- 2-ylmethylene)hydrazine) has been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV spectra, TG-DTA technique and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, pace group P1 with a = 5.9268(8), b = 10.8678(15), c = 13.3671(19) , α = 109.295(2), β = 95.092(2), γ = 97.8580(10)°, V = 796.70(19) 3, Z = 2, C12H10CdN4O3S2, Mr = 434.76, μ = 1.648 mm–1, Dc = 1.812 g/cm3, F(000) = 428, R = 0.0308 and wR = 0.0769. The crystal structure reveals that the structure of [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]n features di-μ-1,3-thiocyante bridges and 1D chains. The octahedrally coordinated Cd atom is surrounded by one oxygen atom from water molecule, three S atoms and two Natoms from five di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges. The Cd atoms are connected by two di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges with the Cd(1)…Cd(1A) separation of 4.239(1)  and Cd(1)…Cd(1B) of 5.852(1). In addition, the one-dimensional straight chain structure is further connected by multiform intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bonds and π…π interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The complex [Cd(bbb)Cl2]·DMF·H2O, where bbb is 2-(2-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)benzyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole, was synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal structure analyses. For the complex: C24H25Cl2CdN5O2, Mr = 598.77, crystal system, triclinic, space group P1, a = 9.9878(12), b = 10.0008(12), c = 13.2217(15) , α = 80.674(2), β = 72.158(2), γ = 86.776(2)°, V = 1240.5(3) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.598 g/cm3, λ = 0.71073, μ(MoKα) = 1.127 mm–1, F(000) = 600, S = 1.04, R = 0.0905 and wR = 0.3088 for 4805 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). It is a neutral complex. The distorted tetrahedral geometry of cadmium ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of ligand and two chloride ions. The complex emits blue green luminescence with emission peaks at 480 nm in DMF solution.  相似文献

X-ray diffraction analysis reveals the fused rings of benzo[4,5]furo[3,2-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidin-5(1H) -one system are nearly coplanar. The crystal packing is mainly stabilized by weak intermolecular C-H···O hydrogen bond and π-π interactions.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound 2-[(P, P-Diphenoxy)phosphono(p-methyl)benzyl]-1, 2-benzisoselenazol-3(2H)-one, C27H22NO4PSe, was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P(No. 2) with Mr=534.41, a=9.761(2), b=10.304(2), c=13.396(3), α=110.97(3), β=107.70(3). γ=90.02(3)°, V=1190(1) 3, Z=2, Dx=1.492 g/cm3, λ=0.71073, μ=1.6596 mm-1 and F(000)=544. The structure was solved by direct methods. The final R factor is 0.068 and Rw is 0.074 for 2500 unique observed reflections [I≥3σ(I)]. The results presented herein indicate that the selenium-containing bicyclic moiety is a coplanar structure and that two adjacent molecules are symmetrically linked to each other forming a dimer through the Se(1c)...O=P(1) bonding interaction with an intermolecular Se(1c)...O distance of 2.797 .  相似文献

A new luminescent Cd(Ⅱ) compound, [Cd3(OABDC)2(bipy)2(H2O)2]n (1, H3OABDC = 5-oxyacetateisophthalic acid, bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine), has been prepared by the assembly of Cd(Ⅱ) salt with the mixed ligands of H3OABDC and 4,4'-bipy under hydrothermal conditions. The crystal structure is of monoclinic, space group P2/n with a = 13.6730(5), b = 10.1265(3), c = 15.9752(4) , β = 103.061(3)o, V = 2154.70(11) 3, C40H34Cd3N4O18, Mr = 1195.94, Z = 2, Dc = 1.843 g/cm3, F(000) = 1180, μ = 1.549 mm-1, the final R = 0.0409 and wR = 0.1291 for 2746 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis reveals that compound 1 features a self-penetrating two-dimensional (2D) layered structure. According to topology analysis, this 2D framework can be characterized as a (3,4)-connected (6.72)2 (62.8)2 (73.8.102) net that has never been reported before. Finally, these 2D layers are further linked by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π…π interactions to form a three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular framework. Moreover, Compound 1 exhibits strong blue photoluminescence at room temperature.  相似文献

A new 3D metal-organic framework of {[Co3(IDC)2(bipy)2(py)2]·7H2O}n (1) was obtained by the hydrothermal reaction of Co(NO3)2·6H2O, imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid (H3IDC), 4,4'-bipyridine (bipy), and pyridine (py), and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray diffraction crystal structural analysis reveals that it crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group Pccn with a = 11.1040(3), b = 19.8834(5), c = 21.3025(5), V = 4703.3(2)3, Mr = 1079.63, Z = 4, Dc = 1.525 Mg·m-3, F(000) = 2212, μ(CuKα) = 8.855 mm-1, the final R = 0.0331 and wR = 0.0713 for 2525 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). In compound 1, each cobalt(II) ion is six-coordinated with a slightly distorted octahedral coordination geometry, and each μ3-IDC3- acts as a bridge to bond three neighboring Co(II) ions, leading to an infinite 2D network layer structure of [Co3(IDC)2]n with Kagomé lattice. The adjacent layers are further linked by μ2-bipy to form an infinite 3D layered-pillared framework architecture of [Co3(IDC)2(bipy)2(py)2]n.  相似文献

The title compound (C20H21N3O4, Mr = 367.40) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 7.5143(15), b = 13.901(3), c = 18.545(4) , V = 1937.1(7) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.260 g/cm3, μ = 0.089 mm-1, F(000) = 776, the final R = 0.0616 and wR = 0.0912. X-ray diffraction reveals that the molecule adopts an E configuration about the central C=N double bond. The intermolecular O–H…O hydrogen bond stabilizes the crystal structure by causing the formation of a supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 11.7175(13), b = 11.8873(13), c = 14.0958(16) , α = 74.889(2), β = 78.228(2), γ = 78.831(2)o, V = 1835.0(4) 3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.502 Mg/m3, Mr = 1660.17,μ = 0.662 mm-1, F(000) = 846, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 , the final R = 0.0585 and wR = 0.0577 for all observed reflections. The results show that the Cd(Ⅱ) ion with a square antiprismatic geometry is coordinated by a N2O6 donor set, two NO2 sets from two ligands and two O atoms from a bidendate nitrate group. In the crystal, the O-H···O and N-H···O hydrogen bonds are helpful to consolidate the three- dimensional network.  相似文献

The solvothermal reaction of 3-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazole (ttr) with Zn(ClO4)2·6H2O and NaCl in a 1:1:1 molar ratio gave a new complex [Zn(ttr)Cl]n with a 3-connected (4.82) 2-D struc- ture. The layers stack in the -ABAB- way along the c axis with abundant hydrogen bonding interac- tions to form the crystal structure. The complex [Zn(ttr)Cl]n crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with a = 9.369(1), b = 10.049(1), c = 11.905(1) , V = 1120.9(3) 3, Z = 8.00, C2N4H3ZnCl, Mr = 183.90, Dc = 2.180 g/cm3, μ = 4.740 mm-1, F(000) = 720, S = 1.059 and T = 293(2) K. The final R = 0.0662 and wR = 0.2457 for 956 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I), and R = 0.0689 and wR = 0.2504 for all data.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 23.913(4), b = 7.8883(13), c = 8.6291(14) , β = 95.816(3)o, V = 1619.4(5) 3, Z = 2, C24H26Cl6MnN6O6, Mr = 762.15, Dc = 1.563 g/cm3, μ = 0.950 mm-1, S = 1.045, F(000) = 774, R = 0.0462 and wR = 0.0981. The molecular structure is a centrosymmetric conformation, and two ligands are symmetrically located on both sides of the Mn atom. The manganese atom is surrounded by two nitrogen atoms from ligands, two chlorine atoms and two oxygen atoms from water molecules to form a slightly distorted octahedral geometry.  相似文献

The crystal structure of a solid electrolyte, beta-Al2O3, was investigated by XRD analysis and demonstrated by Diamond software. Its chemical formula was verified by the Ag ion molten salt exchange method and X-ray fluorescence analysis(XRF). The chemical formula of β-Al2O3 is Na2O·8.52Al2O3, and its crystal is of hexagonal, space group P63/mmc, with a = 5.5941  and c = 22.5300 . The chemical formula of β'-Al2 O is Na2O·6.03Al2O3, and its crystal is of trigonal, space group R 3 m, with a = 5.6017 and c = 33.6219 . The maximum span in the sodion migration of β'-phase(2.4283 ) is only about a third of that for the β'-phase(6.9037 ), so the β'-phase has higher ionic conductivity than the β-phase.  相似文献
