We study dynamics of genuine entanglement for quantum states of three and four qubits under non-Markovian dephasing. Using a computable entanglement monotone for multipartite systems, we find that the GHZ state is quite resilient state whereas the W state is the most fragile. We compare dynamics of chosen quantum states with dynamics of random pure states and weighted graph states.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a scheme for generating multipartite entanglement of distant four-level atoms separately trapped in individual cavities, each of which is coupled to a non-Markovian reservoir. The entanglement of atoms is generated by measuring the photons leaking from cavities. In non-Markovian environments, we derive dynamical evolution of the entanglement and obtain the condition of generating the long-living multipartite maximally entangled state. When the condition is not satisfied, by introducing a time-varying coupling strength, the maximal multipartite entangled state can also be generated.  相似文献

This paper analyses a system of two independent qubits off-resonantly coupled to a common non-Markovian reservoir at zero temperature. Compared with the results in Markovian reservoirs, we find that much higher values of entanglement can be obtained for an initially factorized state of the two-qubit system. The maximal value of the entanglement increases as the detuning grows. Moreover, the entanglement induced by non-Markovian environments is more robust against the asymmetrical couplings between the two qubits and the reservoir. Based on this system, we also show that quantum state transfer can be implemented for arbitrary input states with high fidelity in the non-Markovian regime rather than the Markovian case in which only some particular input states can be successfully transferred.  相似文献

In the measurement-based model of quantum computing, a one-way quantum computer consisting of many qubits can be immersed in a common environment as a simple decoherence mechanism. This paper studies the dynamics of entanglement witness for 3-qubit cluster states in the common environment. The result shows that environment can induce an interesting feature in the time evolution of the entanglement witness: i.e., the periodical collapse and revival of the entanglement dynamics.  相似文献

More recently, K. Berrada [Annals of Physics 340 (2014) 60-69] [1] studied the geometric phase of a two-level atom system driven by a phase noise laser under non-Markovian dynamics in terms of different parameters involved in the whole system, and collapse and revival phenomena were found for large class of states. In this paper, using this noise effect, we study the quantum fisher information (QFI) for a two-level atom system driven by a phase noise laser under non-Markovian dynamics. A new quantity, called QFI flow is used to characterize the damping effect and unveil a fundamental connection between non-Markovian behavior and dynamics of system–environment correlations under phase noise laser. It is shown that QFI flow has disappeared suddenly followed by a sudden birth depending on the kind of the environment damping. QFI flow provides an indicator to characterize the dissipative quantum system’s decoherence by analyzing the behavior of the dynamical non-Markovian coefficients.  相似文献

The entanglement evolution of two qubits in local, two-sided non-Markovian pure dephasing channels is investigated. It is found that for the two-sided pure dephasing channel case, when the qubits are initially prepared in a general class of states, whether pure or mixed, the entanglement can be expressed as the products of initial entanglement and the channels? action on the maximally entangled state. This provide us a good approximation to characterize the entanglement dynamics of arbitrary states to some extent.  相似文献

The influence of anharmonic renormalization effects on the decay dynamics of coherent longitudinal optical phonons is investigated from a microscopic point of view. Time-resolved coherent anti-Stokes Raman signals are calculated for GaP on the basis of a full phonon dispersion calculation, and the relevant decay channels are identified and compared. Anharmonic renormalization effects are found to induce non-Markovian behaviour of the decay dynamics and lead to a decrease of the decay time. The renormalization effects only depend on the special properties of the phonon dispersion of the given material. This underlines the intrinsic nature of the non-Markovian decay dynamics of phonons for any material. Non-Markovian dynamics of the decay of coherent LO-phonons is calculated for GaP and result in a 30% faster decay signal than the corresponding Markovian dynamics.  相似文献

The effect of the non-Markovian dynamics on the violation of Bell inequalities for a generic tripartite entangled state has been investigated. Our results imply that the dynamics of Bell violation depends not only on the coupling strengths between the system and the environment but also on the rotation angles. Under both the strong and weak couplings, the Bell nonlocality can be eliminated by the decoherence induced by the environment in finite time when the rotation angles take certain values.  相似文献

The dynamic evolutions of the discord and entanglement of two atoms immersed in two independent Lorentzian reservoirs at zero and finite temperatures have been investigated by using the time-convolutionless master-equation method.Our results show that,nonzero temperature can induce the entanglement sudden death and accelerate the decays of discord and entanglement.The discord and the entanglement have different robustness for different initial states and their robustness may change under certain conditions.When both the non-Markovian effect and detuning are present simultaneously,due to the memory and feedback effect of non-Markovian reservoirs,the discord and entanglement can be effectively protected even at nonzero temperature by increasing the non-Markovian effect and the detuning.  相似文献

Non-Markovian dynamics of correlations of fermionic systems is investigated beyond the single-mode approximations in a non-inertial frame. Two well known correlation measures, quantum discord and geometric quantum discord, are analyzed for the fermionic states influenced by the non-Markovian noise. Persistence of discord is seen for longer times depending upon the level of mixedness of the fermionic system. The dynamics of the fermionic systems heavily depends upon the degree of white noise. It is shown that fermionic systems remain dependent upon the choice of Unruh modes (qRqR) beyond the single-mode approximations under non-Markovian noise. Quantum discord is found to be more robust as compared to the geometric quantum discord. Furthermore, the non-Markovian effects are more stronger than the acceleration of Bob, the accelerated partner.  相似文献

The models of two qubits separately trapped in two independent Markovian or non-Markovian environments have been investigated. The distinction of the two-qubit entanglement dynamics in different environments has also been discussed in detail. The results show that, in non-Markovian environments, the possible usage time of entanglement can be extended due to its memory effect. On the other hand, we note that, compared to Markovian environments, the two-qubit entanglement could be protected better in non-Markovian environments by modulating the detuning between qubits and cavities. Finally, an intuitive physical interpretation for these results is given.  相似文献

The dynamics of NN-qubit GHZ state quantum Fisher information (QFI) under phase noise lasers (PNLs) driving is investigated in terms of non-Markovian master equation. We first investigate the non-Markovian dynamics of the QFI of NN-qubit GHZ state and show that when the ratio of the PNL rate and the system–environment coupling strength is very small, the oscillations of the QFIs decay slower which corresponds to the non-Markovian region; yet when it becomes large, the QFIs monotonously decay which corresponds to the Markovian region. When the atom number NN increases, QFIs in both regions decay faster. We further find that the QFI flow disappears suddenly followed by a sudden birth depending on the ratio of the PNL rate and the system–environment coupling strength and the atom number NN, which unveil a fundamental connection between the non-Markovian behaviors and the parameters of system–environment couplings. We discuss two optimal positive operator-valued measures (POVMs) for two different strategies of our model and find the condition of the optimal measurement. At last, we consider the QFI of two atoms with qubit–qubit interaction under random telegraph noises (RTNs).  相似文献

The quantum discord dynamics of two qubits in two independent non-Markovian reservoirs has been investigated. On the condition of resonant interactions, the result shows that the quantum discord has the phenomenon of “revival”. What is more, even in the region where the entanglement is zero, the quantum discord still can reveal the quantum correlations between the two qubits. Considering the detuning, it is interesting to note that the quantum discord can be preserved when the non-Markovian and the detuning conditions are satisfied simultaneously. Finally, an intuitive physical interpretation has been given by the quasimode approach.  相似文献

In a recent paper [Phys. Rev. A 76 042313 (2007)], Sainz and Bjork introduced an entanglement invariant ε under evolution for a system of four qubits interacting through two isolated Jaynes-Cummings Hamiltonians. This paper proves that this entanglement invariant ε is closely connected with the linear entropy between two independent subsystems.  相似文献

Solutions for a non-Markovian diffusion equation are investigated. For this equation, we consider a spatial and time dependent diffusion coefficient and the presence of an absorbent term. In this paper, we consider the entanglement dynamics of a four-qubit model [2006 Phys. Rev. A 74 042328] where two entangled qubits a and b locally interact with separate qubits A and B via the spin-exchange-like Hamiltonian. We study the effect of purity of initial entangled state of qubits a, b on the entanglement evolution and its relation with energy transfer. Also, we find that the total bipartite entanglement of qubits a, b plus A, B is not a constant any longer when the initial entangled state of a, b is not pure, which is a complement to the result in the paper [2007 J. The sudden death of entanglement is investigated for the non-Markovian dynamic process of a pair of interacting flux qubits under a thermal bath. The results show that, for initially two-qubit entangled states, entanglement sudden death (ESD) always happens in the thermal reservoir, where its appearance strongly depends on the environment. In particular, ESD of the qubits occurs more easily for the non-Markovian process than for the Markovian one.  相似文献
