The facile cross-coupling reactivity of triarylbismuth compounds with aryl iodides was achieved under mild heating conditions. The established catalytic protocol using Pd(OAc)2(Cy2NH)2 system exhibited high coupling reactivity with a variety of triarylbismuth and aryl iodide compounds under mild conditions. These coupling reactions were completed in short reaction time affording good to high yields of functionalized biaryl products. The studies of multi-coupling reactions with tris(4-iodophenyl)amine, 8 also furnished moderate to good yields of coupled products, 8a-8f. 相似文献

10 mol% Cul combined with the DMEDA ligand can efficiently catalyze the N-arylation of 2-arylindoles with aryl iodides and aryl bromides in good to excellent yields. The aryl halides bearing electron-rich or electron-deficient functional groups can be well tolerated under this mild reaction conditions. 相似文献

Copper-catalyzed intermolecular C–N bond-forming reactions between aryl iodides and amides are described using sodium ascorbate, which is both cheap and nontoxic, as the additive. A variety of functionalized amides including some practical, unique secondary amides, such as N-arylacrylamides and 4-amido-N-phenylbenzamides, which are difficult to obtain by the classical methods, are prepared. Benzotriazole (BtH) is an efficient ligand for the Cu-catalyzed N-arylation of imidazoles with aryl and heteroaryl halides. Two new coordination polymers, [Ag(tza)]∞ (1) (Htza=tetrazole-1-acetic acid) and [Cu(tza)2]∞ (2) have been prepared at room temperature and characterized by X-ray crystallography, IR, UV-vis, fluorescence spectra and magnetism analysis. Compound 1 exhibits extended helical chains through bridging ligand tza. The AgAg interactions between the adjacent chains form a 3-D framework featuring the extended tza-connected Ag chains that obviously affect the photoluminescent property. Compound 2 features undulated layered structure with hourglass-shaped [Cu4(tza)4] as subunits with the weak ferromagnetic interactions between Cu(II) ions, which are further stabilized by inter-lamellar CHO hydrogen bonds in the resulting 3-D supramolecular framework. 相似文献

A simple, efficient, and inexpensive copper catalyzed protocol has been developed for cross-coupling of indoles with aryl halides by using glycerol as a green recyclable solvent and DMSO as an additive. The reaction was carried out at low catalyst loading furnishing various N-aryl indoles in good to excellent yield. This copper/glycerol mixture was recycled up to four runs without any loss in its catalytic activity. 相似文献

A decarboxylative coupling reaction with an alkynyl carboxylic acid and aryl iodides in the presence of a nickel catalyst was developed. When the reaction was conducted with NiCl2 (10 mol%), Xantphos (15 mol%), Mn (1.0 equiv), and Cs2CO3 (1.5 equiv), the desired diaryl alkynes were formed in moderated to good yields. Complexes 1 and 2 exhibit 3-D architectures formed by π–π interaction of 2,2′-bpy ligands interlinking to the adjacent 2-D layers. A method for direct preparation of diaryl sulfides from aryl iodides using potassium thiocyanate as a sulfur-transfer agent is reported. A catalyst system comprising of a simple copper salt, tetrabutylammonium bromide as a phase-transfer agent and water as the solvent is used. Microwave heating at 200 °C for 60 min allows for the conversion of a range of aryl iodides to the corresponding diaryl sulfides. 相似文献
