This paper presents a new hyperbolic-type memristor model,whose frequency-dependent pinched hysteresis loops and equivalent circuit are tested by numerical simulations and analog integrated operational amplifier circuits.Based on the hyperbolic-type memristor model,we design a cellular neural network(CNN)with 3-neurons,whose characteristics are analyzed by bifurcations,basins of attraction,complexity analysis,and circuit simulations.We find that the memristive CNN can exhibit some complex dynamic behaviors,including multi-equilibrium points,state-dependent bifurcations,various coexisting chaotic and periodic attractors,and offset of the positions of attractors.By calculating the complexity of the memristor-based CNN system through the spectral entropy(SE)analysis,it can be seen that the complexity curve is consistent with the Lyapunov exponent spectrum,i.e.,when the system is in the chaotic state,its SE complexity is higher,while when the system is in the periodic state,its SE complexity is lower.Finally,the realizability and chaotic characteristics of the memristive CNN system are verified by an analog circuit simulation experiment. 相似文献

This paper presents a fully integrated circuit implementation of an operational amplifier (op-amp) based chaotic neuron model with a bipolar output function, experimental measurements, and analyses of its chaotic behavior. The proposed chaotic neuron model integrated circuit consists of several op-amps, sample and hold circuits, a nonlinear function block for chaotic signal generation, a clock generator, a nonlinear output function, etc. Based on the HSPICE (circuit program) simulation results, approximated empirical equations for analyses were formulated. Then, the chaotic dynamical responses such as bifurcation diagrams, time series, and Lyapunov exponent were calculated using these empirical equations. In addition, we performed simulations about two chaotic neuron systems with four synapses to confirm neural network connections and got normal behavior of the chaotic neuron such as internal state bifurcation diagram according to the synaptic weight variation. The proposed circuit was fabricated using a 0.8-μm single poly complementary metal-oxide semiconductor technology. Measurements of the fabricated single chaotic neuron with ± 2.5 V power supplies and a 10 kHz sampling clock frequency were carried out and compared with the simulated results. 相似文献

A wideband optical coupling isolation amplifier is presented. Experimental results showed that the presented isolation amplifier can transmit an analog signal from dc to 2.7MHz with good linearity and low propagation delay. Effects of the compensation capacitor on the frequency characteristics of the isolation amplifier was studied by simulation analysis. Meanwhile the mathematical model of the circuit was established with parts of the parasitic parameters taken into consideration. The linearity and frequency characteristics of the circuit was studied, combining theoretical analysis, simulation and test. At last, the availability of the presented isolation amplifier was verified in the Langmuir probe floating potential measurement system on J-TEXT tokamak. 相似文献

给出了半导体激光(LD)放大器的电路模型,使得对半导体激光放大器的特性可以用通用电路分析软件进行分析。用该模型对谐振型光放大器光功率输出特性与失谐关系进行了模拟分析,模型的分析结果与已报道的理论和实验基本一致;用该模型还对谐振光放大器的噪声进行了分析。 相似文献

忆阻器是一种具有记忆功能和纳米级尺寸的非线性元件,作为混沌系统的非线性部分,能够提高混沌系统的信号随机性和复杂度.本文基于增广Lü系统设计了一个三维忆阻混沌系统.仅仅通过改变系统的一个参数,该系统能产生单涡巻、双涡卷和四涡巻的混沌吸引子,说明该系统具有丰富的混沌特性.首先对该忆阻混沌系统的基本动力学行为进行了理论分析和数值仿真,如平衡点稳定性、对称性,Lyapunov指数和维数,分岔图和Poincare截面等.同时,建立了模拟该忆阻混沌系统的SPICE(simulation program with integrated circuit emphasis)电路,给出了不同参数下的电路实验相图,其仿真结果与数值分析相符,从而验证了该忆阻混沌系统的混沌产生能力.由于脉冲同步只在离散时刻传递信息,能量消耗小,同步速度快,易于实现单信道传输,因而在混沌保密通信中更具有实用性.因此,本文从最大Lyapunov指数的角度实现了该忆阻混沌系统的脉冲混沌同步,数值仿真证实了忆阻混沌系统的存在性以及脉冲同步控制的可行性,为进一步研究该忆阻混沌系统在语音保密通信和信息处理中的应用提供了实验基础. 相似文献

为了实现不同类型混沌吸引子之间的复合,采用理论分析、数值仿真和电路仿真方法,通过设计合适的切换控制器实现了不同两涡卷混沌系统之间的复合、不同多涡卷混沌系统之间的复合、两涡卷混沌系统与两翅膀混沌系统之间的复合和多涡卷混沌系统与多翅膀混沌系统之间的复合.通过观察吸引子相图、最大Lyapunov指数和Poincaré截面,分析了复合系统的动力学行为.设计了复合多涡卷-多翅膀吸引子的模拟电路,并对其进行了电路仿真,得到的电路仿真结果与数值仿真结果相一致.这表明利用切换控制器实现不同类型混沌系统之间复合方法的正确性. 相似文献

采用常见元器件等效实现一个广义忆阻器, 进而制作出一个电路特性可靠的非线性电路, 有助于忆阻混沌电路的非线性现象的实验展示及其所产生的混沌信号的实际工程应用. 基于忆阻二极管桥电路, 构建了一种无接地限制的、易物理实现的一阶有源广义忆阻模拟器; 由该模拟器并联电容后与RC桥式振荡器线性耦合, 实现了一种无电感元件的忆阻混沌电路; 建立了无感忆阻混沌电路的动力学模型, 开展了相应的耗散性、平衡点、稳定性和动力学行为等分析. 结果表明, 无感忆阻混沌电路在相空间中存在分布2个不稳定非零鞍焦的耗散区和包含1个不稳定原点鞍点的非耗散区; 当元件参数改变时, 无感忆阻混沌电路有着共存分岔模式和共存吸引子等非线性行为. 研制了实验电路, 该电路结构简单、易实际制作, 实验测量和数值仿真两者结果一致, 验证了理论分析的有效性. 相似文献

在提出的一种压控忆阻器的基础上, 构造了最简的并联忆阻器混沌系统, 分析其动力学特性, 得到了该系统的Lyapunov指数和Lyapunov维数, 给出了时域波形、相图、Lyapunov指数谱、分岔图、Poincaré映射等. 利用EWB软件设计了该新混沌系统的振荡电路并进行了仿真实验. 研究结果表明, 忆阻器的i-v特性在参数的变化时, 并不保持斜“8”字形, 会变为带尾巴的扇形. 该混沌系统与磁控忆阻器混沌系统不同, 系统只有一个平衡点, 初始条件在系统能振荡的情况下不影响系统状态. 电路实验仿真结果和数值仿真具有很好的一致性, 证实了该系统的存在性和物理上可实现性.

A multi-section circuit model of quantum dot semiconductor optical amplifier is proposed by employing the standard rate equations. Using this model, gain spectra, saturation property, and occupation probability of quantum dot semiconductor optical amplifier are analyzed by PSPICE simulation. To decrease the loss of a parametric two-circuit amplifier is a main problem of paper. The use of dielectric inserts with inclined face as a circuit of non-load frequency is considered in the study. Results of electrodynamic simulation of oscillatory processes in a dielectric insert in a rectangular waveguide are represented. Experimental amplitude and noise characteristics of the breadboard model of the parametric amplifier on the basis of the considered filter are given. Within the range of 60 GHz the amplification factor no less than 12 dB over a half-power bandwidth of 1.2 GHz has been obtained with a noise temperature of 550 K. 相似文献

A five-value memristor model is proposed, it is proved that the model has a typical hysteresis loop by analyzing the relationship between voltage and current. Then, based on the classical Liu–Chen system, a new memristor-based four-dimensional(4D) chaotic system is designed by using the five-value memristor. The trajectory phase diagram, Poincare mapping, bifurcation diagram, and Lyapunov exponent spectrum are drawn by numerical simulation. It is found that, in addition to the general chaos characteristics, the system has some special phenomena, such as hidden homogenous multistabilities, hidden heterogeneous multistabilities, and hidden super-multistabilities. Finally, according to the dimensionless equation of the system, the circuit model of the system is built and simulated. The results are consistent with the numerical simulation results, which proves the physical realizability of the five-value memristor-based chaotic system proposed in this paper. 相似文献

In this paper, a new type of flux-controlled memristor model with fifth-order flux polynomials is presented. An equivalent circuit which realizes the action of higher-order flux-controlled memristor is also proposed. We use the memristor model to establish a memristor-based four-dimensional (4D) chaotic system, which can generate three-scroll chaotic attractor. By adjusting the system parameters, the proposed chaotic system performs hyperchaos. Phase portraits, Lyapunov exponents, bifurcation diagram, equilibrium points and stability analysis have been used to research the basic dynamics of this chaotic system. 基于单电子晶体管与金属氧化物半导体混合结构构造出一种一维离散混沌系统. 研究了单电子晶体管与金属氧化物半导体串联混合结构的电压传输特性,并建立了相应的N型分段线性函数模型. 基于该模型实现了一维离散映射系统,分析了它的一维映射过程、分岔图和Lyapunov指数谱等动力学特性. 最后利用单电子晶体管与金属氧化物半导体混合电路设计出该离散混沌系统的电路结构,仿真验证与理论分析一致. 研究结果表明,利用单电子晶体管与金属氧化物半导体混合结构设计的离散混沌电路不仅结构非常简单,功耗很低, 而且有利于混沌系统的集成和应用. 相似文献
