A new inorganic-organic hybrid solid, [Cd(phen)(H2O)4](ClO4)Cl · H2O (phen = 1,10-Phenanthroline), has been synthesized under reflux conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffractions, ICP analysis, elemental analysis and electrical analysis. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic, space group a = 0.88361(10) ?, b = 1.8492(2) ?, c = 2.2157(2) nm, Z = 8, Dc = 1.899 g cm−3. Furthermore, electrical studies for complex have also been reported in this article.  相似文献

Polarized absorption spectra of Ba(MnO4)2·3H2O/Ba(ClO4)2·3H2O mixed single crystals are reported at 4.2°K. Previous 1T21A1 assignments for the 5200 Å and 3000 Å absorption bands of MnO4 are substantiated; further support is provided for the 1T11A1 assignment of the 3600 Å absorption band of MnO4. The site-splitting of the 5200 Å 1T2 state is E(1E)−E(1A) ≈ −150 cm−1; that of the 3000 Å 1T2 state is E(1E)−E(1A) ≈ 300 cm−1. A significant e vibronic intensity component is observed in the 5200 Å 1T2 state.  相似文献

3,6,9-trioxaundecanedioic acid (3,6,9-tddaH2) reacts with Mn(CH3CO2)2·4H2O in ethanol to give [Mn(3,6,9-tdda)]·H2O (1). Recrystallization of 1 from methanol gives crystals of [Mn(3,6,9-tdda) (H2O)2]·2H2O (2). Complex 1 reacts with an ethanolic solution of 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) to give {[Mn(3,6,9-tdda)(phen)2]·3H2O·EtOH}n (3). All of the complexes are extremely water soluble. Complexes 2 and 3 were structurally characterised. The manganese(II) ion in 2 is seven coordinate, with an approximately pentagonal bipyramidal O7 coordination sphere. The axial donors are water molecules and the pentagonal plane is occupied by the diacid, acting as a pentadentate ligand through the three ethereal oxygens and one oxygen atom from each of the carboxylate functions. In complex 3 the manganese(II) ion is six-coordinate, being bound to two bidentate phenanthroline ligands and to the carboxylate oxygen atoms from two symmetry related diacids which are coordinated in a cis fashion. The structure consists of polymeric chains, with diacid ligands bridging the manganese ions. There is π-π stacking of pairs of phenanthroline ligands on adjacent chains, running along both the z and y directions.  相似文献

The compound [Zn(H2O)4]2[H2As6V15O42(H2O)]·2H2O (1) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ESR, magnetic measurement, third-order nonlinear property study and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound 1 crystallizes in trigonal space group R3, a=b=12.0601(17) Å, c=33.970(7) Å, γ=120°, V=4278.8(12) Å3, Z=3 and R1(wR2)=0.0512 (0.1171). The crystal structure is constructed from [H2As6V15O42(H2O)]4− anions and [Zn(H2O)4]2+ cations linked through hydrogen bonds into a network. The [H2As6V15O42(H2O)]6− cluster consists of 15 VO5 square pyramids linked by three As2O5 handle-like units.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of vanadium oxide starting materials with divalent transition metal cations in the presence of nitrogen donor chelating ligands yield the bimetallic cluster complexes with the formulae [{Cd(phen2)2V4O12]·5H2O (1) and [Ni(phen)3]2[V4O12]·17.5H2O (2). Crystal data: C48H52Cd2N8O22V4 (1), triclinic. a=10.3366(10), b=11.320(3), c=13.268(3) Å, =103.888(17)°, β=92.256(15)°, γ=107.444(14)°, Z=1; C72H131N12Ni2O29.5V4 (2), triclinic. a=12.305(3), b=13.172(6), c=15.133(4), =79.05(3)°, β=76.09(2)°, γ=74.66(3)°, Z=1. Data were collected on a Siemens P4 four-circle diffractometer at 293 K in the range 1.59° <θ<26.02° and 2.01°<θ<25.01° using the ω-scan technique, respectively. The structure of 1 consists of a [V4O12]4− cluster covalently attached to two {Cd(phen)2}2+ fragments, in which the [V4O12]4− cluster adopts a chair-like configuration. In the structure of 2, the [V4O12]4− cluster is isolated. And the complex formed a layer structure via hydrogen bonds between the [V4O12]4− unit and crystallization water molecules.  相似文献

在水溶液中合成了离子型配合物[Ni(phen)2(H2O)2][Ni(PDC)2]•7H2O (H2PDC=吡啶-2,6-二甲酸, phen=1,10-菲啰啉). 通过元素分析、红外光谱、单晶X射线衍射以及热重分析对配合物进行了表征. 晶体数据解析表明, 化合物属于三斜晶系, 空间群为P1, a=1.0092(4) nm, b=1.4599(6) nm, c=1.4933(5) nm, α=73.982(2)°, β=78.652(2)°, γ=75.184(3)°, V=2.0256(13) nm3, Z=2, F(000)=1004, μ=1.014 mm-1, R1=0.0538, wR2=0.1493. 配合物中的结晶水分子形成一个(H2O)12水簇, (H2O)12水簇通过氢键连接为二维水网, 最终构成三维超分子网络.  相似文献

The thermal decomposition mechanisms and the intermediate morphology of MgCl2·6H2O and MgCl2·H2O were studied using integrated thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and chemical analysis. The results showed that there were six steps in the thermal decomposition of MgCl2·6H2O: producing MgCl2·4H2O at 69 °C, MgCl2·2H2O at 129 °C, MgCl2·nH2O (1 ≤ n ≤ 2) and MgOHCl at 167 °C, the conversion of MgCl2·nH2O (1 ≤ n ≤ 2) to Mg(OH)Cl·0.3H2O by simultaneous dehydration and hydrolysis at 203 °C, the dehydration of Mg(OH)Cl·0.3H2O to MgOHCl at 235 °C, and finally the direct conversion of MgOHCl to the cylindrical particles of MgO at 415 °C. To restrain the sample hydrolysis and to obtain MgCl2·H2O, MgCl2·6H2O was first calcined in HCl atmosphere until 203 °C when MgCl2·H2O was obtained; HCl gas was then turned off and the calcination process continued, producing Mg3Cl2(OH)4·2H2O calcined at 203 °C, Mg3(OH)4Cl2 at 220 °C and MgO at 360 °C. The temperature of producing MgO from calcination of MgCl2·H2O was lower (360 °C) than that from MgCl2·6H2O (415 °C) because of its more reactive intermediate products: the irregular shape and tiny needle-like Mg3Cl2(OH)4·2H2O particles and the uneven surface porous Mg3(OH)4Cl2 particles. The MgO particles obtained at 360 °C had a flake structure.  相似文献

[H3O][Ce(SO4)2] · H2O crystallizes in the monoclinic system with unit-cell dimensions (from single-crystal data) a = 9.359(4), b = 9.926(4), c = 8.444(3) Å, β = 96.53(9)° and space group P21/n, z = 4. The structure was solved by conventional heavy-atom methods using 1787 counter-measured reflections (MoKα radiation), and refined using full-matrix least-squares techniques to an R of 0.0465 (ωR = 0.0413). The structure consists of cerium(III) ions in irregular nine-coordination to oxygen atoms from two bidentate sulfate ions, four monodentate sulfate oxygen atoms, and one water molecule. The oxonium ions are present as isolated ions in the structure and take par in the hydrogen bonding network. The Ce-O bond lengths range from 2.454(7) to 2.626(6) Å.  相似文献

A novel complex [Cu(NIT2Py)(PDA)(H2O)]·(CH3OH)(H2O) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction methods. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c. The structure consists of [Cu(NIT2Py)(PDA)(H2O)] moiety, one solvent methanol molecule and one water molecule. The copper(II) ion is in a distorted octahedral environment: one nitrogen atom and one oxygen atom from the NIT2Py, one nitrogen atom from the PDA (2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid) and one oxygen atom from the aqueous in the basal plane; two oxygen atoms from the PDA in the axial position. The units of [Cu(NIT2Py)(PDA)(H2O)] were connected as one dimension chain by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The complex exhibits intramolecular antiferromagnetic interactions between the Cu(II) ion and the NIT2Py.  相似文献

以Mg(NO3)2、苯基苯并咪唑-5-磺酸(H2Pbsa)和1,10-邻菲罗啉(phen)为原料,采用水热法合成了单核镁配合物[Mg(phen)2(H2O)2]·2HPbsa (1),产率88%,其结构和性能经FL、 IR、元素分析、X-射线单晶衍射和TGA表征。结果表明:1中镁离子为六配位,与phen配体中的4个氮原子以及两个水分子中的氧原子配位形成扭曲的八面体配位构型。与配体相比,配合物1的荧光发射峰发生了红移,最大发射峰位于525 nm。  相似文献

A complex of the composition KNa3[Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]3 [α-P2W17Fe(H2O)O61]·32.5H2O (I) was obtained by interaction of FeCl3·6H2O and phosphotungstate K102-P2W17O61]·20H2O in an acetate buffer with a yield of 52%. Compound I was characterized by single crystal X-ray phase analysis and IR spectroscopy. In the crystal structure, the Na and K cations bind [Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]+ trinuclear cations and [α-P2W17Fe(H2O)O61]7− heteropolytungstate anions into infinite zigzag chains. The complex [Re2(HPO4)2(H2PO4)2(H2O)2] · 4H2O (I) was synthesized and investigated by conductometric, potentiometric, electronic and vibration spectroscopic methods. Thermal behavior of the title compound was studied and its molecular structure was determined from X-ray diffraction data. In the dimeric neutral complex, the bridging pairs of the hydrophosphate and dihydrophosphate groups close four five-membered Re-O-P-O-Re chelate rings. The O atom of water molecule occupies the axial position in the metal coordination polyhedron. The Re-Re distance 2.2168(8) ? corresponds to quadruple bond. Original Russian Text ? A.V. The infrared spectra of isotopically dilute (matrix-isolated HDO molecules) isostructural compounds M(HCOO)2·2H2O (M=Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Zn,Cu) are presented and discussed in the region of the OD stretching modes. According to the structural data the compounds under study are divided into two groups: in M(HCOO)2·2H2O (M=Mn,Ni,Zn) the H2O(1) molecules form stronger hydrogen bonds as compared to H2O(2); in M(HCOO)2·2H2O (M=Fe,Co,Cu) the H2O(2) molecules form stronger hydrogen bonds as compared to the H2O(1) molecules. The influence of the metal–water interactions (synergetic effect) and the unit-cell volumes (repulsion potential of the lattice) on the hydrogen bond strength within the isostructural series is discussed. The wavenumbers of the uncoupled OD stretching modes of the HDO molecules influenced by guest ions (Cu2+ ions matrix-isolated in M(HCOO)2·2H2O and M2+ ions matrix-isolated in Cu(HCOO)2·2H2O) are presented and commented. For example, the analysis of the spectra reveals that when Cu2+ ions are included in the structure of M(HCOO)2·2H2O the hydrogen bonds of the type M–OH2OCHO–Cu are considerably weaker as compared to those of the same type formed when M2+ ions are included in the structure of Cu(HCOO)2·2H2O if the cations remain unchanged.  相似文献

Synthesis, structure, spectroscopy and thermal properties of complex [Co(NCS)2(hmt)2(H2O)2][Co(NCS)2(H2O)4] (H2O) (I), assembled by hexamethylenetetramine and octahedral Co(II) metal ions, are reported. Crystal data for I: Fw 387.34, a=9.020(8), b=12.887(9), c=7.95(1) Å, =96.73(4), β=115.36(5), γ=94.16(4)°, V=820(1) Å3, Z=2, space group=P−1, T=173 K, λ(Mo-K)=0.71070 Å, ρcalc=1.718567 g cm−3, μ=17.44 cm−1, R=0.088, Rw=0.148. An interesting two-dimensional network is assembled via hydrogen bonds through coordinated and free water molecules. The d–d transition energy levels of Co(II) ion are determined by UV–vis spectroscopy and calculated by ligand field theory. The calculated results agree well with experiment ones.  相似文献

The compound (Hql)2[Fe2(cit)2(H2O)2]·4H2O (1) [ql = quinoline, cit4– = C(O)(CO 2)(CH2CO 2)2], prepared by reacting ferric nitrate, sodium citrate and quinoline in a molar ratio of 1:1:1 in aqueous solution, was characterized by density measurements, elementary analysis, i.r., X-ray crystallography and magnetic measurements. The X-ray crystallography results reveal that the molecule (1) consists of a binuclear iron(III) citrate anionic complex [Fe2(cit)2(H2O)2]2– and two protonated quinolines [Hql]+. The anionic complex has a centro-symmetric structure, in which two Fe3+ ions are bridged by two 2-alkoxo groups of the two deprotonated citrate ligands. The other coordination sites of the two slightly distorted octahedra are completed by all the carboxylate groups of the two cit4– ligands in a monodentate mode, and two coordinated water molecules. Magnetic measurements indicate that the two Fe3+ ions are antiferromagnetically coupled below 200 K. A least-squares fit of variable-temperature (1.5–291 K) molar susceptibility data to a dimer model gave the coupling constant J/k = –6.35(7) K and Landé factor g = 2.052(9), where the spin-only Heisenberg–Dirac–van Vleck Hamiltonian is expressed as H = –2J S 1 S 2.  相似文献

Detailed magnetic susceptibility measurements on the polycrystalline complexes [Fe(phen)2(NCS)2] (phen = 1.10-phenanthroline) and [Fe(bipy)2(NCS)2] (bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine) have revealed a narrow hysteresis in both systems indicative of a first-order nature of the spin transition 5T2g(Oh) ? 1 Atg(Oh). The crystal quality, in particular crystal defects (through preparation or grinding), have been shown to influence strongly the spin transition behaviour.  相似文献

A Ni(II)-based dimer structure, Ni2(dpa)2(pyz)(H2O)4 (dpa = 2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid dianion, pyz: pyrazine), has been prepared using hydrothermal synthesis and the solid-state magnetic properties have been evaluated. In the dimeric structure, the planar tridentate 2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid dianion coordinates to a Ni(II) ion in a meridional fashion and defines the equatorial plane of the complex. The fourth equatorial coordination site is then occupied by a pyrazine molecule that functions as a linear bidentate ligand bridging two Ni(II) complexes to form a dimer. The axial positions of each Ni(II) complex are occupied by two water molecules to form a distorted octahedral geometry. Susceptibility and magnetization measurements show that both intra-dimer and inter-dimer exchange interactions are weakly antiferromagnetic. The fitting of the magnetic data also indicates the existence of a large axial zero-field splitting term that contributes to the small magnetization even under high fields.  相似文献

The new compound was prepared by the reaction of Cd(ClO4)2·6H2O,1,10-phenanthroline (phen)and picric acid (HPA)(ratio 1∶3∶2) in methanol-aqueous solution refluxing for 4 hours. The crystals used for X-ray analysis was obtained by slow evaporation of the solution at room temperature. The crystal compound is in triclinic with space group with a=1.1363(4)nm,b=1.2593(2)nm,c=1.3972(4)nm,α=93.97(2)?,β=100.84(3)?,γ=106.29(2)?,Z=2,V=1.8690(9)nm3,Dc=1.715g·cm-3, μ(MoKα)=0.677mm-1,F(000)=972,R=0.0907,wR=0.2240. In the complex, the Cd(Ⅱ) cation is octahedrally coordinated to two 1,10-phenanthroline ligands and two water molecules in cis disposition. As outer sphere, picrate anions are combined with inner by hydrogen bond and static electricity interaction.  相似文献

The syntheses and structural determination of NdIII and ErIII complexes with nitrilotriacetic acid (nta) were reported in this paper. Their crystal and molecular structures and compositions were determined by single-crystal X-ray structure analyses and elemental analyses, respectively. The crystal of K3[NdIII(nta)2(H2O)]·6H2O complex belongs to monoclinic crystal system and C2/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a=1.5490(11) nm, b=1.3028(9) nm, c=2.6237(18) nm, β=96.803(10)°, V=5.257(6) nm3, Z=8, M=763.89, Dc=1.930 g cm−3, μ=2.535 mm−1 and F(000)=3048. The final R1 and wR1 are 0.0390 and 0.0703 for 4501 (I>2σ(I)) unique reflections, R2 and wR2 are 0.0758 and 0.0783 for all 10474 reflections, respectively. The NdIIIN2O7 part in the [NdIII(nta)2(H2O)]3− complex anion has a pseudo-monocapped square antiprismatic nine-coordinate structure in which the eight coordinate atoms (two N and six O) are from the two nta ligands and a water molecule coordinate to the central NdIII ion directly. The crystal of the K3[ErIII(nta)2(H2O)]·5H2O complex also belongs to monoclinic crystal system and C2/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a=1.5343(5) nm, b=1.2880(4) nm, c=2.6154(8) nm, b=96.033(5)°, V=5.140(3) nm3, Z=8, M=768.89, Dc=1.987 g cm−3, μ=3.833 mm−1 and F(000)=3032. The final R1 and wR1 are 0.0321 and 0.0671 for 4445 (I>2σ(I)) unique reflections, R2 and wR2 are 0.0432 and 0.0699 for all 10207 reflections, respectively. The ErIIIN2O7 part in the [ErIII(nta)2(H2O)]3− complex anion has the same structure as NdIIIN2O7 part in which the eight coordinate atoms (two N and six O) are from the two nta ligands and a water molecule coordinate to the central NdIII ion directly.  相似文献
