Using the equation of motion, we investigate theoretically the dynamical ac conductance of a clean Luttingerliquid quantum wire adiabatically coupled to Fermi liquid electron reservoirs in the presence of short-ranged electron-electron interactions. For a perfect single mode quantum wire, in the limit of zero-ranged interaction we conclude that the static dc conductance of ω → 0 is e^2 /h, which is independent of the electron interactions. While in the dynamical case of ω≠0, the ac conductance oscillates with the amplitude e^2/h and the period which depends on the interaction strength and the driving frequency as well as the position in the wire.  相似文献

Role of self-inductance in superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) charge qubit is considered. It is found that when an SQUID charge qubit is coupled to a quantum LC resonator, the SQUID voltage operator equation is modified in accompanying with the modification of operator Faraday equation describing the inductance. It is shown that when the extra energy is applied to the junction, the mean phase will be squeezed according to a damping factor.  相似文献

In the context of quantum mechanics we employ the technique of integration within an ordered product of operators to recast the classical wavelet transform to a squeezing-displacing transform between the mother wavelet vector and the state vector to be transformed. In this way we propose the wavelet-transform spectrum for quantum optical states. For some typical states we obtain numerical results which imply that the spectrum can be used to recognize a variety of quantum optical states, and the inverse wavelet transform has the possibility to play a role in quantum state engineering.  相似文献

Quantum contextuality is one kind of quantumness that distinguishes quantum mechanics from classical theory.As the simplest exclusivity graph,quantum contextuality of the n-cycle graph has been reviewed,while only for odd n the quantumness can be revealed.Motivated by this,we propose the degree of non-commutativity and the degree of uncertainty to measure the quantumness in the n-cycle graphs.As desired,these two measures can detect the quantumness of any n-cycle graph when n≥4.  相似文献

From the inspection of noncommutative quantum mechanics, we obtain an approximate equivalent relation for the energy dependence of the Planck constant in the noncommutative space, which means a minimal length of the space. We find that this relation is reasonable and it can inherit the main properties of the noncommutative space. Based on this relation, we derive the modified Klein-Gordon equation and Dirac equation. We investigate the scalar field and φ4 model and then quantum electrodynamics in our theory, and derive the corresponding Feynman rules. These results may be considered as reasonable approximations to those of noncommutative quantum field theory. Our theory also shows a connection between the space with a minimal length and the noncommutative space.  相似文献

With the help of a set of exact closed-form solutions to the stationary Gross–Pitaevskii (GP) equation, we calculate the collective excitation and quantum depletion of a weakly interacting Bose gas in the presence of a periodic array of quantum wells. The excitation spectrum (Bogoliubov spectrum) is obtained from the solution of the linearized time-dependent GP equation, which develops energy bands hωj( p) periodic in quasi-momentum space. Moreover, we calculate the excitation strengths Zj( p) relative to the density operator and then the dynamic structure factor S( p,ω). Accordingly, the analytical expressions of quantum depletion of the system are obtained. We find that the quantum depletion is enhanced when the interatomic interactions become larger and the potential is sufficiently deep. The conditions for the possible experimental realization of our scenario are also proposed.  相似文献

Applying the approximate Fokker-Planck equation we derived, we obtain the analytic expression of the stationary laser intensity distribution Pst(l) by studying the single-mode laser cubic model subject to colored cross-correlation additive and multiplicative noise, each of which is colored. Based on it, we discuss the effects on the stationary laser intensity distribution Pot(I) by cross-correlation between noises and “color“ of noises (non-Markovian effect) when the laser system is above the threshold. In detail, we analyze two cases: One is that the three correlation-times (i.e.the self-correlation and cross-correlation times of the additive and multiplicative noise) are chosen to be the same value(Tl=T2=T3=T). For this case, the effect of noise cross-correlation is investigated emphatically, and we detect that only when λ≠ 0 can the noise-induced transition occur in the Pst (I) curve, and only when T≠ 0 and λ≠0, can the “reentrant noise-induced transition“ occur. The other case is that the three correlation times are not the same value,T1≠T2≠T3. For this case, we find that the noise-induced transition occurring in the Pst(I) curve is entirely different when the values of T1,T2, and T3 are changed respectively. In particular, when T2 (serf-correlation time of additive noise) is cha~g~g, the ratio of the two maximums of the Pst( I) curve R exhibits an interesting phenomenon,“reentrant noise-induced transition“, which demonstrates the effect of noise “color“ (non-Markovian effect).  相似文献

We obtain analytical expressions for the energy eigenvalues of both the Schioberg and Eckart potentials using an approximation of the centrifugal term.In order to determine the e-states solutions,we use the Feynman path integral approach to quantum mechanics.We show that by performing nonlinear space-time transformations in the radial path integral,we can derive a transformation formula that relates the original path integral to the Green function of a new quantum solvable system.The explicit expression of bound state energy is obtained and the associated eigenfunctions are given in terms of hypergeometric functions.We show that the Eckart potential can be derived from the Schioberg potential.The obtained results are compared to those produced by other methods and are found to be consistent.  相似文献

Using the pseudomode method, we theoretically analyze the creation of quantum correlations between two two-level dipole-dipole interacting atoms coupled with a common structured reservoir with different coupling strengths. Considering certain classes of initial separable-mixed states, we demonstrate that the sudden birth of atomic entanglement as well as the generation of stationary quantum correlations occur. Our results also suggest a possible way to control the occurrence time of entanglement sudden birth and the stationary value of quantum correlations by modifying the initial conditions of states, the dipole-dipole interaction, and the relative coupling strength. These results are helpful for the experimental engineering of entanglement and quantum correlations.  相似文献

We show that the Newtonian forms for the motion of particles in mechanics and for light in geometrical optics can be extend to the Gibbons-Meada and the GarfinMe-Horne dilaton spacetimes in string theory. As an example,we study the bending of the light rays, the perihelion advance of planet, and the radar echo delay in the dilaton spacetimes. The results show that the gravitational effects arising from the dilaton can be observed provided that the dilaton is large enough.  相似文献

We extend the method that Banerjee and Majhi have used to discuss Hawking radiation. Under the condition that the total energy and electrical charge of spacetime are conserved, we investigate Hawking radiation of the charged black hole by a new Tortoise coordinate transformation. Taking the reaction of the radiation of the particle to the spacetime into consideration, we not only derive the radiation spectrum that satisfies the unitary principle in quantum mechanics but also show that the contribution of ingoing particles is equal to the one of outgoing particles on the similar chemical potential term in radiation spectrum caused by charged particles.  相似文献

The Fourier equation of heat conduction predicts a paradox that the effect of a thermal impulse (e.g. the thermal effect in pulse laser) in an infinite medium; i.e., a thermal impulse is propagated in an infinite velocity. In order to solve the thermal transport paradox, C. W. Ulbrich and M. Chester have proposed the modification heat conduction equation respectively from different macroscopic viewpoint. Using the linear local induction approximation, we investigate the self-induced motion of a vortex-line that corresponds to the motion of a particle in quantum mechanics. Provided Kelvin waves, the effective Schr?dinger equation, physical quantity operators, and the corresponding path-integral formula can be obtained. In particular,the effective Planck constant defined by parameters of vortex-line motion shows the mathematical relation between the two fields. The vortexline–particle mapping may help in understanding particle motion in quantum mechanics.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate the phase sensitivity with parity measurement on a Mach–Zehnder interferometer with a coherent state combined with a squeezed number state. Within a constraint on the total mean photon number, we find, via parity measurement, that the mixing of a coherent state and squeezed number state can give better phase sensitivity than mixing a coherent state and squeezed vacuum state when the phase shift deviates from the optimal phase φ= 0. In addition,we show that the classical Fisher information for parity measurement saturates the quantum Fisher information when the phase shift approaches to zero. Thus, the quantum Crame′r–Rao bound can be reached via the parity measurement in the case of φ= 0.  相似文献

Stabilization of the accelerating field in Drift Tube Linac(DTL) is obtained by inserting Post Couplers(PCs). On the basis of the equivalent circuit model for the DTL with and without asymmetrical PCs, stabilization is deduced quantitatively: we let δω/ω0 be the relative frequency error, then we discover that the sensitivity of field to perturbation is proportional to √δω/ω0 without PCs and to δω/ω0 with PCs. Then we adapt the circuit model of symmetrical PCs for the case of asymmetrical PCs. The circuit model shows how the slope of field distribution is changed by rotating the asymmetrical PCs and illustrates that the asymmetrical PCs have the same effect as the symmetrical ones in stabilization.  相似文献

In this article, we calculate the contribution from the nonfactorizable soft hadronic matrix element to the decay B^0→Xc1π^0 with the light-cone quantum chromo-dynamic (QCD) sum rules. The numerical results show that its contribution is rather large and should not be neglected. The total amplitudes lead to a branching fraction which is in agreement with the experimental data marginally.  相似文献

We theoretically study the quantum nondemolition measurements of a flux qubit coupled to a noisy superconduct-ing quantum interference device (SQUID).The obtained analytical results indicate that the measurement probability is frequency-dependent in a short time scale and has a close relationship with the measurement-induced dephasing.Furthermore,when the detuning between the driven and bare resonator equals the coupling strength,we can obtain the maximum measurement rate that is determined by the character of the noise in the SQUID.Finally,we analysed the mixed effect caused by coupling between the non-diagonal term and the external variable.It is found that the initial information of the qubit is destroyed due to quantum tunneling between the qubit states.  相似文献

We study a quantum game played by two players with restricted multiple strategies. It is found that in this restricted quantum game Nash equilibrium does not always exist when the initial state is entangled. At the same time,we find that when Nasli equilibrium exists the payoff function is usually different from that in the classical counterpart except in some special cases. This presents an explicit example showing quantum game and classical game may differ.When designing a quantum game with limited strategies, the allowed strategy should be carefully chosen according to the type of initial state.  相似文献

Quantum entanglement is regarded as one of the core concepts,which is used to describe the nonclassical correlation between subsystems,and entropic uncertainty relation plays a vital role in quantum precision measurement.It is well known that entanglement of formation can be expressed by von Neumann entropy of subsystems for arbitrary pure states.An interesting question is naturally raised:is there any intrinsic correlation between the entropic uncertainty relation and quantum entanglement?Or if the relation can be applied to estimate the entanglement.In this work,we focus on exploring the complementary relation between quantum entanglement and the entropic uncertainty relation.The results show that there exists an inequality relation between both of them for an arbitrary two-qubit system,and specifically the larger uncertainty will induce the weaker entanglement of the probed system,and vice versa.Besides,we use randomly generated states as illustrations to verify our results.Therefore,we claim that our observations might offer and support the validity of using the entropy uncertainty relation to estimate quantum entanglement.  相似文献
