The highly sensitive giant magneto-impedance effect in a solenoid containing a magnetic core of Fe36Co36Nb4Si4.8B19.2 (FeCo-based) ribbon under a weak magnetic field (WMF) is presented in this paper. The FeCo-based amorphous ribbon is prepared by single roller quenching and annealed with Joule heat in a flowing nitrogen atmosphere. The giant magnetoimpedance effect in solenoid (GMIES) profiles are measured with an HP4294A impedance analyzer. The result shows that the GMIES responds to the WMF sensitively (as high as 1580 %/A穖-1). The high sensitivity can be obtained in a moderate narrow range of annealing current density (30-34 A/mm2) and closely depends on the driven current frequency. The highest sensitivity (1580 %/A穖-1) is obtained when the FeCo-based amorphous ribbon is annealed at 32 A/mm2 for 10 min and then driven with an alterning current (AC) at the frequency of 350 kHz. The highly sensitive GMIES under the WMF may result from the multiple magnetic-anisotropic structure, which is induced by the temperature gradient produced during Joule-heating the ribbon. 相似文献

研究了Fe36Co36Nb4Si4.8B19.2合金薄带为磁芯的螺线管(FeCo基磁芯螺线管)的巨磁阻抗效应与磁芯长度之间的关系.研究结果表明,磁芯长度是影响FeCo基磁芯螺线管巨磁阻抗效应的重要因素.当磁芯长度小于螺线管长度时,磁芯螺线管巨磁阻抗的最大值(ΔZ/Z)max与磁芯长度呈线性关系,其线性相关系数可以根据电磁学理论推导得到;当磁芯的长度大于螺线管的长度时,由于漏磁作用,(ΔZ/Z)max与磁芯长度的关系偏离了线性关系,(ΔZ/Z)max与磁芯长度的关系曲线中有一个极值点,(ΔZ/Z)max在极值点达到最大.磁芯螺线管巨磁阻抗效应曲线的尖刺部分高度(ΔZ/Z)T与磁芯长度的关系也有类似的极值点,(ΔZ/Z)T在极值点达到最大值.磁芯螺线管巨磁阻抗效应曲线的尖刺部分对弱磁场敏感,受磁芯退磁场的影响明显,磁芯的退磁场与磁芯长度呈负指数关系.

将600℃退火后的超磁致伸缩材料(Tb0.27Dy0.73)0.3Fe0.7薄膜作为Ni80.2Fe14.1Si0.2Mn0.4Mo5.1三明治膜的基底,制备出四层膜.结果表明:附加的磁致伸缩并没有减小材料的巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应,而由于磁场下磁致伸缩材料的应力效应影响了三明治膜中的各向异性场,使三明治膜的GMI效应增大了4倍.再将制备态的四层膜在280℃下真空退火,退火态四层膜也增大了三明治膜的GMI效应,但可能由于磁致伸缩向磁性层中的扩散,其GMI效应相对于制备态四层膜则有所降低.

提出了由中间为高电导率的非铁磁性金属丝外面包裹一层铁磁材料组成的复合结构丝的电流 密度分布和巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应模型,并对Cu/FeCoNi复合丝进行了数值模拟. 结果表明:在 相同的磁性材料几何尺寸和磁特性时,Cu/FeCoNi复合丝铁磁层内的电流随频率的升高比匀 质FeCoNi铁磁丝内的电流更趋于表面分布,而且开始出现趋肤效应时对应的频率明显降低. 当在比较低的频率下就可以观察到明显的MI变化时,复合结构丝中的电阻和电抗变化主要是 由趋肤效应引起,趋肤效应仍然是引起复合结构材料(包括多层薄膜结构)

An easy method of tuning the response of maximum magnetoimpedance (MI) ratio in Fe75.5Si13.5B7Nb3Cu1 amorphous ribbons was investigated by laser ablation. In order to obtain different GMI peak positions, the stripes were ablated by laser with different separations on the surface layer of the ribbon. When the stripes were parallel (or perpendicular) to the applied magnetic field, the peak location of maximum MI ratio would drift to larger (or smaller) external field. And the shift was correlated with the spaces between stripes. The applied fields corresponding to the minimum and maximum values of peak location are 13 Oe and 49 Oe at the frequency of 15 MHz, respectively. The phenomenon can be explained by the anisotropy field induced by demagnetizing field after the laser ablation. 相似文献

依据Landau-Lifshitz阻尼项和Gilbert阻尼项的磁矩转动方程,提出统一形式的磁化率张量表达式.基于等效磁导率将非晶丝中各向异性的电磁场求解问题转化为等效的各向同性问题,进而分析了套在绝缘磁环或导电磁环中非晶丝的阻抗.采用基于有限元的数值方法仿真磁环中非晶丝的阻抗,仿真结果验证了理论分析结论.理论分析和仿真实验均表明,外磁体的附加阻抗将严重降低阻抗变化率,破坏巨磁阻抗特性.为此,提出采用回路形式降低附加阻抗的方法,并基于仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性.

The ground states of the ultracold spin-1 atoms trapped in a deep one-dimensional double-well optical superlattice in a weak magnetic field are obtained. It is shown that the ground-state diagrams of the reduced double- well model are remarkably different for the antiferromagnetic and ferromagnetic condensates. The transition between the singlet state and nematic state is observed for the antiferromagnetic interaction atoms, which can be realized by modulating the tunneling parameter or the quadratic Zeeman energy. An experiment to distinguish the different spin states is suggested. 相似文献

双阱光学超晶格中的超冷原子是近期冷原子物理领域的研究热点. 本文推广提出了实现三阱光学超晶格的方案, 并采用精确对角化的方法分别研究了弱磁场下对称三阱 光学超晶格中铁磁性和反铁磁性的自旋为1的原子系统的基态, 发现二者的相图很不相同: 反铁磁性原子对应的相图中没有沿磁场方向总自旋磁量子数为±2的基态, 而铁磁性原子对应的相图中可能有. 在负的二次塞曼能量区域, 铁磁性原子的相图中只有完全极化态. 分析了可控参数影响基态的物理本质. 由于这些量子自旋态可以通过调节外磁场和光势垒的高度非常简便而精确地控制, 适合用来研究自旋纠缠.

The theoretical study of the energy spectrum and optical response of off-axis donor in a GaAs quantum ribbon with anisotropic rim height under the presence of constant crossed electric and magnetic fields is presented. The calculations are carried out within the effective mass and parabolic approximation, using an adiabatic approach combined with a diagonalization scheme. The rim height of the quantum ribbon has been modeled by including a phenomenological two-parametric function that accounts for realistic features of multi-hilled semiconductor nanostructure obtained from atomic force microscopy images. The first phenomenological parameter is introduced to control the number of quantum ribbon structural hills and the second one to deal with the height of the hills. It is shown that both the depth and the number of structural hills tend to substantially affect the Aharonov–Bohm oscillation pattern which can be quenched or restored by applying an electric field in an appropriate direction. The effect of the changes in the geometry and in the applied electric field onto the optical absorption and refractive index change are discussed. The phenomenon of electric-field-induced optical transparency in the system is particularly highlighted. 相似文献

Giant resonance enhancement is demonstrated to be due to the Fano interference in a grating waveguide composed of gain-assisted silicon slabs. The Fano mode is characterized by its ultra-narrow asymmetric spectrum, different from that of a pure electric or magnetic dipole. We used the spheroidal beam equation to calculate the sound field created by focusing a transducer with a wide aperture angle to obtain the heat deposition, and then we used the Pennes bioheat equation to calculate the temperature field in biological tissue with ribs and to ascertain the effects of rib parameters on the temperature field. The results show that the location and the gap width between the ribs have a great influence on the axial and radial temperature rise of multilayer biological tissue. With a decreasing gap width, the location of the maximum temperature rise moves forward; as the ribs are closer to the transducer surface, the sound energy that passes through the gap between the ribs at the focus decreases,the maximum temperature rise decreases, and the location of the maximum temperature rise moves forward with the ribs. 相似文献

In this article we investigate the flow of Sutterby liquid due to rotating stretchable disk. Mass and heat transport are analyzed through Brownian diffusion and thermophoresis. Further the effects of magnetic field, chemical reaction and heat source are also accounted. We employ transformation procedure to obtain a system of nonlinear ODE's. This system is numerically solved by Built-in-Shooting method. Impacts of different involved parameter on velocity, temperature and concentration are described. Velocity, concentration and temperature gradients are numerically computed. Obtained results show that velocity is reduced through material parameter.
