Discussion on the event horizon and quantum ergosphere of dynamic rotating black holes in a tunneling framework 下载免费PDF全文
According to the Parikh--Wilczek tunneling framework, the locations of the local horizons of dynamic rotating black holes can be worked out. The calculations show that the quantum ergosphere of the black hole is identical with the tunneling potential barrier set by particle's tunneling across the relevant horizon. Then, some discussions on the origin of the Hawking radiation will be shown.

It is shown that exp(−2 Im(∫ p dr)) is not invariant under canonical transformations in general. Specifically for shells tunneling out of black holes, this
quantity is not invariant under canonical transformations. It can be interpreted as the transmission coefficient only in the
cases in which it is invariant under canonical transformations. Although such cases include alpha decay, they do not include
the tunneling of shells from black holes. The simplest extension to this formula which is invariant under canonical transformations
is proposed. However, it is shown that this gives half the correct temperature for black holes.

Fermion tunneling from squashed black holes in the GSdel universe and charged Kaluza-Klein space-time 下载免费PDF全文
This paper is devoted to the investigation the fermion tunneling radiation of squashed black holes in the G6del universe and charged Kaluza-Klein space-time. For black holes with different dimensions, establishing a set of appropriate matrices γμ for the general covariant Dirac equation plays an important role in the semi-classical tunneling method. By constructing two sets of γμ matrices, we have successfully derived the tunneling probability and Hawking temperature of the black holes.

In this paper,a canonical ensemble model for black hole quantum tunneling radiation is introduced. We find that the probability distribution function is the same as the emission rate of a spherical shell in the Parikh-Wilczek tunneling framework. With this model, the probability distribution function corresponding to the emission shell system is calculated. Therefore, the concrete quantum tunneling spectrum of the Schwarzschild black hole is obtained.

Hawking radiation can be viewed as a process of quantum tunneling near the black hole horizon. When a particle with angular
momentum L ≠ ωa tunnels across the event horizon of Kerr or Kerr-Newman black hole, the angular momentum per unit mass a should be changed. The emission rate of the massless particles under this general case is calculated, and the result is consistent
with an underlying unitary theory.

In this study, we investigate the effect of nonlinear electrodynamics on the shadows of charged, slowly rotating black holes with the presence of a cosmological constant. Rather than the null geodesic of the background black hole spacetime, the trajectory of a photon, as a perturbation of the nonlinear electrodynamic field, is governed by an effective metric. The latter can be derived by analyzing the propagation of a discontinuity of the electromagnetic waveform. Subsequently, the image of the black hole and its shadow can be evaluated using the backward ray-tracing technique. We explore the properties of the resultant black hole shadows of two different scenarios of nonlinear electrodynamics, namely, the logarithmic and exponential forms. In particular, the effects of nonlinear electrodynamics on the optical image are investigated, as well as the image's dependence on other metric parameters, such as the black hole spin and charge. The resulting black hole image and shadow display rich features that potentially lead to observational implications.

We investigate whether black holes can be defined without using event horizons. In particular we focus on the thermodynamic
properties of event horizons and the alternative, locally defined horizons. We discuss the assumptions and limitations of
the proofs of the zeroth, first and second laws of black hole mechanics for both event horizons and trapping horizons. This
leads to the possibility that black holes may be more usefully defined in terms of trapping horizons. We also review how Hawking
radiation may be seen to arise from trapping horizons and discuss which horizon area should be associated with the gravitational
entropy.

Based on the work of Kerner and Mann, fermions tunneling from the Horowitz-Strominger Dilaton black hole on the membrane is
studied. Owing to the coupling among electromagnetic field, matter field and gravity field, the Dirac equation of charged
particles is introduced, and according to that, the expected emission temperature is obtained. After the self-gravitational
interaction is considered, it is found that the tunneling rate of fermions also satisfies the underlying Unitary theory as
the case of scalar particles.

Hawking radiation is viewed as a tunnelling process. In this way the
emission rates of massless particles and massive particles tunnelling
across the event horizon of general stationary axisymmetric black
holes are calculated, separately. The emission spectra of these two
different kinds of outgoing particles have the same functional form
and both are consistent with an underlying unitary theory.

A new simpler mathematic method is proposed to study fermions tunneling from black holes. According to this method, by using semiclassical approximation theory, it simplifies the Dirac equation of curved spacetime and then the relationship of the gamma matrix and the component of contravariant metric is considered in order to transform the set of difficult quantum equations into a simple equation. Finally, the fermion tunneling and Hawking radiation of black holes are obtained. The method is very effective and simple, and we will take the Schwarzschild black hole with global monopole and the higher-dimensional Reissner-Nordstrom de Sitter black hole as two examples to show the fact.

We investigate the area spectrum for rotating black holes which are Kerr and BTZ black holes. For slowly rotating black holes, we use the Maggiore's idea combined with Kunstatter's method to derive their area spectra, which are equally spaced.

In this work we extend previous work on the evolution of a primordial black hole (PBH) to address the presence of a dark energy
component with a super-negative equation of state as a background, investigating the competition between the radiation accretion,
the Hawking evaporation and the phantom accretion, the latter two causing a decrease on black hole mass. It is found that
there is an instant during the matter-dominated era after which the radiation accretion becomes negligible compared to the
phantom accretion. The Hawking evaporation may become important again depending on a mass threshold. The evaporation of PBHs
is quite modified at late times by these effects, but only if the generalized second law of thermodynamics is violated.
