本文考虑复合材料结构发生局部破坏时的分析问题,这是一个非线性问题。本文引入带步长限制的变步长增量载荷方案作为解决这一问题的工程途径。用有限元法作为结构分析的基本手段。经试验结果对比,初步表明该方案是可行的。  相似文献

This paper presents results of the numerical study of a piston-driven unsteady flow in a pipe with sudden expansion. The piston closes the larger-diameter pipe and moves between two limiting positions with strong acceleration or deceleration at the beginning and end of each stroke and constant velocity in between. The piston velocity in the exhaust stroke is about four times higher than in the intake stroke. Periodic piston movement in this fashion creates a complex unsteady flow between the piston head and the plane of sudden expansion. The numerical method is implicit and of finite volume type, using a moving grid and a collocated arrangement of variables. Second-order spatial discretization, fine grids and a multigrid solution method were used to ensure high accuracy and good efficiency. Spatial and temporal discretization errors were of the order of 1% and 0.1% respectively. The features of the flow are discussed and the velocity profiles are compared with experimental data, showing good qualitative and quantitative agreement.  相似文献

本文建立了一种在海洋平台导管架有限元分析中代表管节点局部柔度的等效单元,可有效地反映管节点在轴力和弯矩作用下的局部变形性质,并导出了T型、Y型以及K型管节点的局部柔度等效单元的刚度矩阵。本文建立的等效单元可方便地与通用结构分析有限元程序(如SAP5)配合,对海洋平台导管架进行计及管节点局部柔度的精确静动力分析。作者编制了与SAP5配合使用的前处理程序,可自动生成符合SAP5输入格式的等效单元读入刚度矩阵的数据。文中给出了说明等效单元应用方法的简单算例。与有限元法计算的结果比较表明,用等效单元模拟管节点的局部柔度是必要的和准确可行的。  相似文献

本文通过实验测定了三维编织结构复合材料侧边未切割、受切割和中央钻孔试件的拉伸性能,对比了受切割和未切割纤维对于试件侧边拉伸应变的影响,并且讨论了拉伸失效的机理和原因.发现受切割和钻孔试件的拉伸性能低于未加工试件的性能,受切割侧边的拉伸应变高于未切割侧边的拉伸应变,三维编织结构复合材料的拉伸失效主要由纤维断裂引起的.文中还对三维编织结构复合材料的孔边应力集中现象进行了研究,并进行了深入分析,得到一个重要结论,即四步法复合材料的孔边应力集中系数比传统层板复合材料和金属材料的低.从这个意义上说,三维编织结构复合材料适合于作为含孔结构的连接件.  相似文献

介绍了新开发的防护结构动力有限元分析程序DIASS系统。该系统装有空爆冲击波荷载数值自动生成器,并可将基础土壤模拟为饱和多孔介质模型,采取多重子结构技术进行结构与土体相互作用的动力分析。文中利用该程序系统进行数值试验,给出若干初步结论。  相似文献

The characteristics of heat transfer during natural thermogravitational fluid convection of low intensity in a rectangular cavity heated from below (cooled from above) are investigated. Local convection effects are studied. The dependence of local superheating (supercooling) on the Grashof number and the cavity side ratio is found for single-, two-and three-vortex steady motions. 使用PVDF涂层建筑膜材制成的结构,在承受外载荷情况下,力学行为非常复杂。在本文中,重点研究其单元结构在承受外载荷情况下的力学性能。首先,对PVDF涂层建筑膜材进行拉伸试验,测定其在常温和低温环境下膜的拉伸力学性能参数。然后,以制成的三角框架结构膜单元为对象,在常温条件下,从有限元分析和实际加载试验两方面计算得出结构单元在均布载荷下的位移、应变和应力分布。最后,对其进行强度验证,得出采用膜单元构建大型建筑是安全的结论。试验方法和结果可以应用于膜建筑结构的设计。  相似文献

复杂结构动态应力的准确计算是一个没有圆满解决的问题。本文以最小余能原理为基础,提出了计算结构动态应力的最小伤痛有法。该方法采用二次分析思想,首先采用常规有限元对结构进行适当离散,计算输出结构所需应力区域的有限元结点位移和加速度动力时程反应,再应用最小余能法计算所求部位的动态应力值。这种方法的优点是它可以与现有的有限元程序有机结合,方便使用;动应力在区域内的分布规律可以由计算者根据具体情况而确定,一般情况下,可以选用二次曲线来逼近动应力在区域内的实际分布,避免了常规有限元法计算结构动应力时必须对单元形函数求导的做法,从而提高了动应力计算精度。计算结果表明:本文方法计算结构动态应力结果较常规有限元法的计算结果有明显改进,特别是当结构变化剧烈时,改进效果更为明显。  相似文献

Model updating and validation is currently a central issue in the fields of computational structural mechanics and dynamics. The vast majority of applications however concerns linear structures. On the other hand, updating nonlinear models is something the structural dynamicist prefers to avoid mainly because tools such as modal analysis are no longer available. The objective of the present study is to propose a two-step methodology for dealing with nonlinear systems. Its most appealing feature is that it decouples the estimation of the linear and nonlinear parameters. A numerical application consisting of an aeroplane-like structure is used to assess the efficiency of the procedure.  相似文献

针对面内静拉伸纤维增强复合材料含中孔层合板,发展了参数化三维逐渐损伤模型. 该模型 可以模拟含中孔层合板损伤起始、发展及最终结构破坏整个过程,并能较好地预测含中孔层 合板的破坏模式和破坏强度. 采用所发展的模型和有限元三维逐渐损伤分析技术即应力分 析、失效判定准则及损伤过程中材料性能退化等,对其他文献所提供的9种不同类型含中孔层合板进行了损伤扩展分析及强度预测,同时对层合板的损伤基本机理、类型及其相互关联作用进行了探讨,计算结果与文献实验结果非常吻合.  相似文献

In three recent papers [6–8], the present authors show that both plane strain and axially symmetric deformations of perfectly elastic incompressible Varga materials admit certain first integrals, which means that solutions for finite elastic deformations can be determined from a second order partial differential equation, rather than a fourth order one. For plane strain deformations there are three such integrals, while for axially symmetric deformations there are two. The purpose of the present papers is to present the general equations for small deformations which are superimposed upon a large deformation, which is assumed to satisfy one of the previously obtained first integrals. The governing partial differential equations for the small superimposed deformations are linear but highly nonhomogeneous, and we present here the precise structure of these equations in terms of a second-order linear differential operator D2, which is first defined by examining solutions of the known integrals. The results obtained are illustrated with reference to a number of specific large deformations which are known solutions of the first integrals. For deformations of limited magnitude, the Varga strain-energy function has been established as a reasonable prototype for both natural rubber vulcanizates and styrene-butadiene vulcanizates. Plane strain deformations are examined in this present part while axially symmetric deformations are considered in Part II [16]. 利用大型非线性有限元程序ABAQUS和LS-DYNA,对具有填充材料的金属格栅结构的冲击问题进行数值模拟.研究了不同的填充材料(金属泡沫和陶瓷)分别填充到不同的格栅构型(波纹型、蜂窝型和加强六边形)夹层板后,各类夹层板受到金属泡沫子弹和不锈钢子弹冲击时变形与能量吸收特性,探讨了夹层板上下面层板、支撑格栅及填充材料等各部分的吸能比率.研究结果表明,泡沫填充夹层板在缓冲吸能方面具有优势,陶瓷填充夹层板则在抵抗冲击穿透方面更具有优势,不同构型的夹层板,性能略有不同.  相似文献

A dynamic model for a two degree-of-freedom planar robot arm is derived in this study. The links of the arm, connected to prismatic and revolute joints, are considered to be flexible. They are assumed to be fabricated from either aluminum or laminated composite materials. The model is derived based on the Timoshenko beam theory in order to account for the rotary inertia and shear deformation. These effects are significant in modeling flexible links connected to prismatic joints. The deflections of the links are approximated by using a shear-deformable beam finite element. Hamilton's principle is implemented to derive the equations describing the combined rigid and flexible motions of the arm. The resulting equations are coupled and highly nonlinear. In view of the large number of equations involved and their geometric nonlinearity (topological and quadratic), the solution of the equations of motion is obtained numerically by using a stiff integrator.The digital simulation studies examine the interaction between the flexible and the rigid body motions of the robot arm, investigate the improvement in the accuracy of the model by considering the flexibility of all rather than some of the links of the arm, assess the significance of the rotary inertia and shear deformation, and illustrate the advantages of using advanced composites in the structural design of robotic manipulators.  相似文献

In Part I of this article, we have formulated the general structure of the equations governing small plane strain deformations which are superimposed upon a known large plane strain deformation for the perfectly elastic incompressible 'modified' Varga material, and assuming only that the initial large plane deformation is a known solution of one of three first integrals previously derived by the authors. For axially summetric deformations there are only two such first integrals, one of which applies only to the single term Varga strain-energy function, and we give here the corresponding general equations for small superimposed deformations. As an illustration, a partial analysis for the case of small deformations superimposed upon the eversion of a thick spherical shell is examined. The Varga strain-energy functions are known to apply to both natural and synthetic rubber, provided the magnitude of the deformation is restricted. Their behaviour in both simple tension and equibiaxial tension, and in comparison to experimental data, is shown graphically in Part I of this paper [1]. The axisymmetric buckling (delamination) of a circular disk (plate) with a penny-shaped crack is analyzed using a continuum model, piecewise-homogeneous model, and the three-dimensional linearized theory of stability. The FEM is used. The analysis is carried out using various singular and ordinary finite elements. 本文利用一单参数三维塑性模型对AS4/PEEK热塑性复合材料的塑性行为进行表征。利用有限元程序生成系统FEPG,将复合材料的三维单参数塑性模型引入该系统中,编制了相应的有限元程序。通过将本文的有限元计算结果与文献实验结果进行对比,证明了所生成程序的精确性。并对AS4/PEEK热塑性复合材料层合板[0/90]s的面内应力进行了计算与分析。给出了0°层与90°层的面内应力。0°层的最大应力σx大约是90°层相应值的20倍,这主要是由于热塑性复合材料AS4/PEEK的纵向和横向模量存在很大的不同,并且具有明显的弹塑性行为所造成的。  相似文献

采用试验和有限元方法,对含胶接缺陷的椭球泡沫夹层结构在外压作用下的破坏模式和承载能力进行了研究。针对国内在研的大尺寸椭球泡沫夹层结构,实施了全尺寸静力外压试验,发现初始胶接缺陷破坏了夹层结构界面应力传递的连续性;随着载荷增加,面板发生皱褶且脱胶界面继续扩展,从而降低结构整体承载能力。通过红外无损检测确定了缺陷的类型和形貌;采用预留相应初始脱粘面积、脱粘间隙以及内聚力单元模拟界面脱粘的有限元分析方法,对含胶接缺陷的椭球泡沫夹层结构承载能力进行预测。数值结果表明:含胶接缺陷结构易发生面板皱褶,且结构顶部和根部区域较易发生界面脱粘扩展。数值和试验结果取得了较好的一致性,本文结果可为同类结构设计提供参考。  相似文献
