Two flavonoid glycosides (compounds 1 and 3) of which one is reported for the first time and a methylinositol (compound 2) were isolated from the aerial parts of Ebenus haussknechtii (Leguminosae). The structures were established as quercetin-7-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 6)-beta-D-galactopyranoside] (1), morin-3-O-[4-[5-(4-hydroxyphenyl)pentanoyl]-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 6)-beta-D-galactopyranosyl]-7-4'-di-O-methyleter (3), and methylinositol (2) on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic means. The antimicrobial activities of the extracts have also been examined.  相似文献

Bioassay guided investigation of whole parts of Polygala japonica afforded two new triterpenoid saponins, characterized as 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl medicagenic acid 28-O-{beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1-->4)-[beta-D-apiofuranosyl(1-->3)]-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl} ester (1), 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl 2-oxo-olean-12-en-23, 28-dioic acid 28-O-{beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1-->4)-[beta-D-apiofuranosyl(1-->3)]-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl} ester (2), together with four known triterpenoid saponins (3-6). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical methods. Saponins 3, 4 and 5 showed significant anti-inflammation effects on carrageenan-induced acute paw edema in mouse.  相似文献

Five new monoterpene glycosides, ovatolactone 7-O-(6'-O-p-hydroxybenzoyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside, ovatic acid methyl ester 7-O-(6'-O-p-hydroxybenzoyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside, 7-O-p-hydroxybenzoylovatol 1-O-(6'-O-p-hydroxybenzoyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside, 6'-O-p-hydroxybenzoylcatalposide and (2E,6R)-2,6-dimethyl-8-hydroxy-2-octenoic acid 8-O-[6'-O-(E)-p-coumaroyl]-beta-D-glucopyranoside were isolated from the fallen leaves of Catalpa ovata G. The chemical constituents of the roots of Smilax bockii Warb. were investigated and two pregnane glycosides and three steroid saponins were isolated. Their structures were established as 3beta-hydroxypregna-5,16-dien-20-one-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 4)-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 2)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), 3beta-hydroxypregna-5,16-dien-20-one-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 2)-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 4)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), dioscin (3), methyl protodioscin (4), 26-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-22alpha-methoxyl-(25R)-furost-5-en-3beta, 26-diol 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 4)-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 2)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside (5) on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical methods. Compound 1 is a new natural product and compounds 2, 5 were first isolated from the genus Smilax. Compound 5 showed enhancing activity of nerve growth factor (NGF)-induced neurite outgrowth in PC 12D cells.  相似文献

Two new compounds were found in the phenolic glycosides isolated from the roots of Lindera fruticosa: 5-O-[beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1'-->2')-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl]gentisic acid-7,5'-ester (3), named linderofruticoside A; and 5-O-[beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1'-->3')-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl]gentisic acid methyl ester (4), linderofruticoside B. Two previously known phenolic glycosides were also identified: beta-D-(3,4-disinapoyl)fructofuranosyl-alpha-D-(6-sinapoyl)glucopyranoside (1) and beta-D-(3-sinapoyl)fructofuranosyl-alpha-D-(6-sinapoyl)glucopyranoside (2). Compounds 1 and 2 inhibited osteoclast differentiation in a dose-dependent manner at concentrations higher than 1.04 microM and 0.132 microM, respectively.  相似文献

Three new oleanane-type saponins, giganteosides L (1), M (2) and N (3) along with eight known ones were isolated from the roots of Cephalaria gigantea. Their structures were established as 3-O-[beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-oleanolic acid, 3-O-[beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-hederagenin, 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-hederagenin, respectively, by means of spectroscopic methods (1D and 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS). Cytotoxic activity of monodesmosides was investigated in vitro using three cancer cell lines, namely, human non pigmented melanoma MEL-5 and human leukemia HL-60. Giganteosides D (4) and E (5) showed antiproliferative effect on human cell lines with IC(50) values in the range 3.15-7.5 microM.  相似文献

From the herb of Luffa acutangula ROXB. (Cucurbitaceae), seven oleanane-type triterpene saponins, acutosides A--G, were isolated and their structures were determined. Acutoside A is oleanolic acid 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside. Acutosides B, D, E, F and G have a common prosapogenin structure, acutoside A, and only differ in the structures of the ester-linked sugar moieties. Acutoside B is a 28-O-[O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1----4)-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2) -alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] ester, D is a 28-O-[O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1----3)-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1----4)-O- alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] ester, E is a 28-O-[O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1----3)-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-( 1----4)-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] ester, F is a 28-O-[O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1----3)-[O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1----4)-O -alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] ester, and G is a 28-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1----3)-[O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1- ---3)-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1----4)]-O-alpha-L- rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] ester. Acutoside C is a machaelinic acid (=21 beta-hydroxyoleanolic acid) saponin having the same sugar moiety as that of acutoside B.  相似文献

从海南岛三亚海域采集的软珊瑚Labophytumsp.中分离得五个甾醇苷(1)~(5)。通过波谱分析,确定它们的化学结构依次为3'-O-乙酰基-4-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(1),4-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(2),4'-O-乙酰基-4-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(3),4'-O-乙酰基-4-O-[β-D-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(4)和4-O-[β-D-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(5),其中1为新化合物。体外细胞毒性实验表明:化合物(1),(2)和(5)对SKMG-4,Hep-G2和CNE2三种人体癌细胞具有抑制作用。  相似文献

Three new asterosaponins 1-3 and four known saponins 4-7 have been isolated from the starfish Asterias amurensis LüTKEN. By means of high magnetic field 1D- and 2D-NMR ((1)H-(1)H correlation spectroscopy (COSY), total correlation spectroscopy (TOCSY), heteronuclear multiple quantum coherence (HMQC), heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC), heteronuclear multiple bond correlation (HMBC), and nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy (NOESY)) and MS analyses, the chemical structures of new compounds were determined to be 6α-O-[β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-galactopyranosyl]-5α-chol-9(11)-en-23-one-3β-yl sodium sulfate (1), 6α-O-[β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-galactopyranosyl]-5α-cholesta-9(11),24-dien-23-one-3β-yl sodium sulfate (2), and 6α-O-[β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-galactopyranosyl]-5α-cholest-9(11)-en-23-one-3β-yl sodium sulfate (3). In addition, the NMR data for known saponins 4-7 were completely assigned by extensive 2D-NMR analysis without chemical degradation.  相似文献

Chromatographic studies on the EtOAc soluble portion of the MeOH extract of Geranium lasiopus led to the isolation of eight flavonoids (kaempferol (1), quercetin (2), quercetin 3-O-β-glucopyranoside (3), quercetin 3-O-β-galactopyranoside (4), kaempferol 3-O-α-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?→?6)-β-glucopyranoside (5), quercetin 3-O-α-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?→?6)-β-glucopyranoside (6), kaempferol 3-O-α-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?→?2)-β-glucopyranoside (7) and quercetin 3-O-α-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?→?2)-β-glucopyranoside (8)), two simple phenolic compounds (gallic acid (9) and its methyl ester (10)) and a hydrolysable tannin (pusilagin (11)). The structures of the compounds were elucidated by 1- and 2-dimensional NMR techniques ((1)H, (13)C, COSY, HMBC, HMQC) and ESI-TOF-MS spectrometry. Inhibitory effects on H(2)O(2)-induced lipid peroxidation in human red blood cells of the different extracts of G. lasiopus, as well as isolated compounds, were investigated. All tested compounds showed comparable or higher activity than that of ascorbic acid and trolox.  相似文献

Two major acylated flavonoid tetraglycosides were isolated from the methanol extract of oolong tea. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods as quercetin 3-O-[2(G)-(E)-coumaroyl-3(G)-O-beta-D-glucosyl-3(R)-O-beta-D-glucosylrutinoside] (1) and kaempferol 3-O-[2(G)-(E)-coumaroyl-3(G)-O-beta-D-glucosyl-3(R)-O-beta-D-glucosylrutinoside] (2). A new 3-hydroxydihydrobenzofuran glucoside, gnaphaliol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), was isolated from the aerial parts of Gnaphalium polycaulon together with 1-{(2R*,3S*-3-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-2,3-dihydro-2-[1-(hydroxyl methyl)vinyl]-1-benzofuran-5-yl}-ethanone or gnaphaliol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), (Z)-3-hexenyl O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) and adenosine (4). The absolute configurations at C-2 and C-3 positions of compound 1 were determined to be 2R and 3R. Complete (1)H and (13)C spectral assignments for the four major steroidal saponins isolated by methanolic extraction of the roots of Dioscorea villosa, collected in North Carolina, United States (in summer and autumn), are presented in this paper. The reaction of methyl 2-bromo-6-(trifluoromethyl)-3-pyridinecarboxylate ( 1 ) with methanesulfonamide gave methyl 2-[(methylsulfonyl)amino]-6-(trifluoromethyl)-3-pyridine-carboxylate ( 2 ). Alkylation of compound 2 with methyl iodide followed by cyclization of the resulting methyl 2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino]-6-(trifluoromethyl)-3-pyridinecarboxylate ( 3 ) yielded 1-methyl-7-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrido[2,3-c][1,2]thiazin-4(3H)-one 2,2-dioxide ( 4 ). The reaction of compound 4 with α,2,4-trichlorotoluene, methyl bromopropionate, methyl iodide, 3-trifluoromethylphenyl isocyanate, phenyl isocyanate and 2,4-dichloro-5-(2-propynyloxy)phenyl isothiocyanate gave, respectively, 4-[(2,4-dichlorophenyl)methoxy]-1-methyl-7-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrido[2,3-c][1,2]thiazine 2,2-dioxide ( 5 ), methyl 2-[[1-methyl-2,2-dioxido-7-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrido[2,3-c][1,2]thiazin-4-yl]oxy]propanoate ( 6 ), 1,3,3-trimethyl-7-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrido[2,3-c][1,2]thiazin-4(3H)-one 2,2-dioxide ( 7 ), 4-hydroxy-1-methyl-7-(trifluoromethyl)-N-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-1H-pyrido[2,3-c][1,2]thiazine-3-carboxamide 2,2-dioxide ( 8 ), 4-hydroxy-1-methyl-7-(trifluoromethyl)-N-phenyl-1H-pyrido[2,3-c][1,2]thiazine-3-carboxamide 2,2-dioxide ( 9 ) and N-[2,4-dichloro-5-(2-propynyloxy)phenyl]-4-hydroxy-1-methyl-7-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrido[2,3-c][1,2] thiazine-3-carboxamide 2,2-dioxide ( 10 ).  相似文献

以橙皮苷为原料,经脱氢、选择性甲基化、糖苷水解、相转移催化下的糖苷化反应、异戊烯基化和法呢烯基化等反应步骤,分别合成了3’-O-甲基香叶木素(1),香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2),香叶木素-7-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(3),3’-O-甲基香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)4种天然产物及3’-O-甲基香叶木素-7-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(5),香叶木素-7-O-β-D-乙酰葡萄糖苷(6)、香叶木素-7-O-β-D-乙酰半乳糖苷(7),3’-O-甲基香叶木素-7-O-β-D-乙酰葡萄糖苷(8),3’-O-甲基香叶木素-7-O-β-D-乙酰半乳糖苷(9),7-O-异戊基香叶木素(10),7-O-异戊烯基-3’-O-甲基香叶木素(11)和7-O-法呢烯基-3’-O-甲基香叶木素(12)8种新的香叶木素衍生物.所合成化合物的结构已由核磁共振谱、红外光谱和质谱所证实,并用比色法MTT[3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2)-2,5-二苯基四氮唑溴盐]蛋白染色法对所合成的目标化合物进行了体外抗肿瘤细胞生物活性测试,发现化合物6,10和11对肝癌细胞(SMMC-7721)、乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)和结肠癌细胞(SW480)有一定的抑制活性.  相似文献

Six new phenolic constituents, L-malic acid 2-O- (1), mucic acid 2-O- (5), mucic acid 1,4-lactone 2-O- (6), 5-O- (8), 3-O- (10), and 3,5-di-O- (11) gallates, were isolated from the fruit juice of Phyllanthus emblica together with their methyl esters (2-4, 7, 9), and their structures were determined by spectral and chemical methods. Compounds 5, 6, and 8, the major phenolic constituents of the juice, were present as an equilibrium mixture in aqueous solution.  相似文献
