对四探针测试半导体薄层电阻中二维电流场的电势分布采用有限元法(FEM)数值计算,并提出了计算模型。对几种常用的测试结构进行计算其电势分布证明了有限元方法的正确性。与以前所采用的镜像源法和图形变换法相比,该方法具有对任意形状的样品和任意放置探针具有同样简单和计算通用的特点。  相似文献

将无限长线电荷看成二维平面上的一个“源”,利用电势叠加原理计算了无限长柱形均匀分布的电荷产生的电势.这些柱体的截面电荷分布包括可解析表示和不可求解表示两种,后者可以通过数值计算给出结果.因此这种方法实际上可以计算任意截面柱形电荷分布的电势.通过计算,展示了各种电荷分布所产生电场的特性和共同特征.  相似文献

Based on the nanostructured surface model,where conical nanoparticle arrays grow out symmetrically from a plane metal substrate,a theoretical model of the local electric potential near nanocones is built when a uniform external electric field is applied.In terms of this model,the electric potential distribution near the nanocone arrays is obtained and given by a curved surface using a numerical computation method.The computational results show that the electric potential distribution near the nanocone arrays exhibit an obvious geometrical symmetry.These results could serve as a basis for explaining many abnormal phenomena,such as the abnormal infrared effects(AIREs) which are found on nanostructured metal surfaces,as well as a reference for investigating the applications of nanomaterials,such as nanoelectrodes and nanosensors.  相似文献

针对电磁耦合仿真结果的校验需求,建立了基于光纤电场传感器的验模测试实验系统,对某模型的仿真结果进行了近场耦合验模测试。初步实验结果表明,在一定区域内,测试结果与仿真结果呈现趋势性一致,并对部分区域与仿真结果不符合的原因进行了分析,为下一步仿真模型优化和测试方法手段改进奠定了基础。  相似文献

运用密度泛函B3P86方法和cc-PV5Z基组,获得了BH分子基态在不同外电场下的键长、偶极矩和振动频率等物理性质参数.通过分析物理性质参数,判断离解电场所处的范围,设置合适的参数扫描该范围的单点能获得势能曲线.结果表明物理性质参数和势能值随外电场的变化而变化,特别是在反向电场中.利用Morse势模型拟合无外场下势能函数,得到的拟合参数与实验值吻合较好,采用偶极近似构建外电场下的势能函数模型,编制程序拟合对应的势能函数,得出拟合参数,再计算临界离解电场参量,结果与数值计算值较为一致,说明构建的模型是可靠和准确的.为分析外场下分子光谱、动力学特性和分子Stark效应冷却囚禁提供理论参考.  相似文献

The electric microfield distributions have been calculated using an integral‐equation method for one‐component plasmas proposed by Iglesias [1] and the coupling‐parameter integration technique for two‐component plasmas proposed by Ortner et al. [2]. Electric microfield distributions are studied in the frame of the Kelbg pseudopotential model, taking into account quantum‐mechanical effects (diffraction, quantum symmetry effects) and screening effects. 利用傅里叶模式理论分析了具有高衍射效率的全内反射式衍射光栅在TE 和TM偏振态下的近场光分布特点,讨论了光栅结构参数以及入射角度对光栅内电场增强的影响。结果表明:全内反射光栅内部电场分布对偏振态较敏感,光栅槽深和占宽比对电场增强影响较小,光栅内的峰值电场随光栅周期增大而增大,并且峰值电场随着入射角度的增大而减小。在应用于高功率激光时,降低光栅内部的电场增强可以有效降低损伤风险。  相似文献

In light of the nanostructured surface model, where half-spherical nanoparticles grow out symmetrically from a plane metallic film, the mathematical model for the partial electrical potential around nanospheres is developed when a uniform external electric field is applied. On the basis of these models, the three-dimensional spatial distribution of the partial electrical potential is obtained and given in the form of a curved surface using a numerical computation method. Our results show that the electrical potential distribution around the nanospheres exhibits an obvious geometrical symmetry. These results could serve as a reference for investigating many abnormal phenomena such as abnormal infrared effects, which are found when CO molecules are adsorbed on the surface of nanostructured transition metals.  相似文献

We report on the calculation of electric field gradients (EFGs) of MgF2, MnF2, CoF2, NiF2 and ZnF2. EFGs were calculated by the full potential Korringa–Kohn–Rostoker (KKR) Green's function method in the framework of the density functional theory. While EFG calculation of these fluorides are rather difficult in the muffin-tin-potential model, due to its sensitivity to the muffin-tin radius, no difficulties arise in the present full potential treatments. We proposed and developed a new solid immersion mirror (SIM) for near-field optical data storage. The SIM has some advantages, especially in manufacturing, because its shape is similar to a general plano-convex lens. Making an aperture of about 130 nm in diameter just on the focus area of the SIM, a bit-data recording onto a photochromic thin film was carried out. Minimum diameter of the written marks was estimated to be 180nm. We also demonstrated readout experiments where a recorded medium was rotating and a gap between the SIM and the disk was controlled with capacitance sensing. This is the first result of reading with a rotating disk using an SIM containing a small aperture.This paper was originally presented at the 10th Optical Near Field Workshop, which was held on June 27-28, 2001 at Osaka University, organized by the Optical Near Field Group, the Optical Society of Japan, an affiliate of the Japan Society of Applied Physics.  相似文献
