In-line phase-contrast computed tomography(IL-PC-CT) imaging is a new physical and biochemical imaging method.IL-PC-CT has advantages compared to absorption CT when imaging soft tissues. In practical applications, ring artifacts which will reduce the image quality are commonly encountered in IL-PC-CT, and numerous correction methods exist to either pre-process the sinogram or post-process the reconstructed image. In this study, we develop an IL-PC-CT reconstruction method based on anisotropic total variation(TV) minimization. Using this method, the ring artifacts are corrected during the reconstruction process. This method is compared with two methods: a sinogram preprocessing correction technique based on wavelet-FFT filter and a reconstruction method based on isotropic TV. The correction results show that the proposed method can reduce visible ring artifacts while preserving the liver section details for real liver section synchrotron data.  相似文献

基于极坐标变换去除计算机层析图像环形伪影   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
探测器像元响应的不一致、光源能不稳定等因素使得计算机层析(CT)图像中含有较多的环形伪影,严重降低了图像质量,影响了图像的三维重建和量化分析,为此提出了基于极坐标变换与傅里叶变换后低通滤波的算法去除环形伪影。通过极坐标变换将直角坐标下的环形伪影转化为极坐标下的线性伪影,然后对线性伪影图像进行傅里叶变换获得频谱图像,进而设计二维低通滤波器进行滤波处理,最后通过傅里叶逆变换与坐标逆变换获得校正后的图像。利用Matlab软件,编写程序对算法进行验证,结果表明,该算法能够有效地去除环形伪影,使图像内部细节清晰可见,并且保护了图像边缘信息,提高了图像的信噪比;另外,使用该方法处理100张切片图像只需3.5min,可满足批量处理的需求。  相似文献

针对多金属伪影的校正问题,本文通过仿真实验分析了多金属伪影的成因,并提出了一种基于投影校正的多金属伪影校正方法.该方法首先直接从投影域分割出金属区域,然后建立对金属区域投影值的校正模型,最后通过调整模型参数达到校正目的.模型以重建图像的灰度熵为目标函数,采用单纯形法迭代求解使熵最小时的校正参数.仿真和实际数据的实验结果表明,本文算法对多金属伪影的校正起到了良好的效果,且校正后的图像质量优于插值校正法.  相似文献

In this paper, an improved interframe registration based nonuniformity correction algorithm for focal plane arrays is proposed. The method simultaneously estimates detector parameters and carries out the nonuniformity correction by minimizing the mean square error between the two properly registered image frames. A new masked phase correlation algorithm is introduced to obtain reliable shift estimates in the presence of fixed pattern noise. The use of an outliers exclusion scheme, together with a variable step size strategy, could not only promote the correction precision considerably, but also eliminate ghosting artifacts effectively. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated with clean infrared image sequences with simulated nonuniformity and real pattern noise. We also apply the method to a real-time imaging system to show how effective it is in reducing noise and the ghosting artifacts.  相似文献

为了去除X射线工业CT图像中的杯状伪影,提高CT图像的识别能力和量化分析精度,提出一种基于分度投影和权函数的射束硬化校正方法。首先分析得出杯状伪影主要是由X射线连续谱穿过被测物体过程中出现的射束硬化所导致。然后扫描阶梯模型,采集不同厚度下的投影数据并求出线衰减系数,通过拟合曲线,得到硬化模型函数和权函数校正模型函数,并确定权函数。接着,扫描被测圆柱形工件,采集不同分度下的投影数据。最后,针对每一个分度投影数据,采用权函数与当前分度投影数据乘积的方法进行硬化校正。对含有杯状伪影的实际CT图像进行了校正实验,结果表明,与多项式拟合法相比,该方法校正后的灰度图像没有放大噪声,且信噪比提高3.29%,有效地消除了杯状伪影,同时较好地保留了图像边界细节。  相似文献

对红外焦平面阵列成像系统而言,基于场景的非均匀校正技术是处理固定图案噪声的关键技术。现有的非均匀校正算法主要被收敛速度和鬼像问题所限制。提出一种新的基于恒定统计算法的自适应场景非均匀校正技术。利用红外图像序列的时域统计信息结合提出的α修正均值滤波来估计探测器的参数,通过减少样本的渐进方差估计,完成成像系统的非均匀性校正。通过模拟和真实的非均匀性图像对算法的性能进行评价。实验结果表明,在继承恒定统计算法快速收敛的同时,图像峰值信噪比较恒定校正法及常系数α校正算法分别有44.5%和32.9%的提升,图像鬼像问题有明显改善。  相似文献

In this Letter we propose an adaptive scene-based nonuniformity correction method for fixed-pattern noise removal in imaging arrays. It is based on the minimization of the total variation of the estimated irradiance, and the resulting function is optimized by an isotropic total variation approach making use of an alternating minimization strategy. The proposed method provides enhanced results when applied to a diverse set of real IR imagery, accurately estimating the nonunifomity parameters of each detector in the focal-plane array at a fast convergence rate, while also forming fewer ghosting artifacts.  相似文献

为去除X射线CT图像中的环形伪影,建立了一种投影数据预处理方法。该方法通过对各角度投影数据逐一进行分段多项式拟合的方式建立异常探元的备选校正因子集合,再根据备选校正因子的概率密度分布确定最可几校正因子。介绍了方法的物理依据、原理及其实现步骤,并分析了其在复杂条件下的适应性。结果表明:该方法对稀疏环形伪影、密集环形伪影以及伴随强噪声污染的CT图像环形伪影均可去除;与中值滤波等方法相比,可以更好地保持图像的空间分辨率。该方法可用于多材质检测对象CT图像的处理。  相似文献

<正>A scattering correction method for a panel detector based cone beam computed tomography system is presented. First,the x-ray spectrum of the system is acquired by using the Monte Carlo simulation method.Secondly,scattered photon distribution is calculated and stored as correction matrixes by using the Monte Carlo simulation method according to scanned objects and computed tomography system specialties.Thirdly,scattered photons are removed from projection data by correction matrixes.A comparison of reconstruction image between before and after scattering correction demonstrates that the scattering correction method is effective for the panel detector based cone beam computed tomography system.  相似文献

一维位置灵敏单丝气体探测器采用单根镀金钨丝和200根阴极感应条的探测结构, X射线在阳极丝上产生的信号被多个阴极条感应, 利用重心法得到X射线的原初电离点的位置信息, 位置分辨率达到160 μm(半高全宽). 在同步辐射衍射实验中, X射线通过样品后会形成不同大小的衍射环, 本实验中测量得到11.148°和14.201°的两组衍射角位置信息; 通过平行移动一维探测器在衍射环范围内多次扫描, 可以重建得到二维衍射环. 由于一维探测器的气体厚度和入射窗宽度会给测量结果带来像差, 分析发现像差的影响大于一维探测器的位置分辨. 基于相应的物理分析对测量到的衍射位置进行修正, 修正后的衍射位置相比修正前的衍射位置的相对像差最大改善达到7%, 该方法实现了无像差二维衍射环的重建.  相似文献

Echo Planar Imaging (EPI) is a neuroimaging tool for clinical practice and research investigation. Due to odd-even echo phase inconsistencies, however, EPI suffers from Nyquist N/2 ghost artifacts. In standard neuroimaging protocols, EPI artifacts are suppressed using phase correction techniques that require reference data collected from a reference scan. Because reference-scan based techniques are sensitive to subject motion, EPI performance is sub-optimal in neuroimaging applications. In this technical note, we present a novel EPI data processing technique which we call Parallel EPI Artifact Correction (PEAC). By introducing an implicit data constraint associated with multi-coil sensitivity in parallel imaging, PEAC converts phase correction into a constrained problem that can be resolved using an iterative algorithm. This enables “reference-less” EPI that can improve neuroimaging performance. In the presented work, PEAC is investigated using a standard functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) protocol with multi-slice 2D EPI. It is demonstrated that PEAC can suppress ghost artifacts as effectively as the standard reference-scan based phase correction technique used on a clinical MRI system. We also found that PEAC can achieve dynamic phase correction when motion occurs.  相似文献

在工业CT(ComputedTomography)重构中,由于射束硬化使得重建图像中出现"杯状"伪影。为了消除这种影响,提出了一种校正方法。该方法基于Beer理论,根据多色射束和数据,首先拟合出等效单色射束和数据,然后进行卷积反投影重构。这种方法不仅较好地消除了射线硬化的影响,同时也使重构图像的信息损失不大。  相似文献

锥束CT具有高效率和高精度的显著特点, 在医学成像与工业无损检测等领域已得到广泛应用, 但余晖的存在降低了CT图像的质量. 本文借鉴余晖多指数衰减模型的思想, 结合平板探测器输出信号的实际衰减规律, 提出了一种新的基于多指数拟合的余晖衰减建模及校正方法. 首先进行了基于平板探测器的锥束CT成像实验, 结果表明平板探测器各像素的余晖衰减规律具有良好的一致性, 且余晖衰减规律与初始灰度的大小无关; 其后根据建立的余晖衰减模型实现了余晖的快速校正, 并分析比较了余晖校正前后投影图像和切片图像质量, 表明余晖校正后的零件轮廓清晰度得到了显著提升. 该方法无需获取探测器闪烁体成分及其衰减时间常数, 便于实际锥束CT成像系统的余晖检测与校正. 关键词: 余晖 平板探测器 锥束CT 多指数衰减  相似文献

为了去除工业CT图像中的边缘伪影,提高CT图像的识别能力和尺寸测量精度,提出一种降低串扰的系数修正法。首先分析得出边缘伪影主要是由散射射线在相邻探测通道之间的串扰所导致,并给出了探测通道串扰的数学模型;然后根据数学模型设计实验方案,通过对影响串扰率的主要因素进行实验分析,得到串扰率随入射X射线能量和被测物体厚度变化关系,再通过最小二乘拟合得出投影数据关于串扰率的函数;最后利用此函数对投影数据进行校正,降低了串扰的影响。实验结果表明,探测器间一级串扰率约为9.0%,二级串扰率约为1.2%,其中一级串扰是造成边缘伪影的主要因素,采用本文方法能够有效地抑制边缘伪影,同时较好地保留了图像细节和边缘。  相似文献

采用多项式校正方法对光子计数位置灵敏探测器成像畸变进行校正。介绍光子计数位置灵敏探测器工作原理并分析其畸变产生原因;介绍多项式校正原理,并给出光子计数位置灵敏探测器畸变多项式校正流程;采用该方法对两种不同畸变程度的基于楔条形阳极该类探测器进行了畸变校正,校正后残余误差分别为2.5pixel和1.2pixel。实验结果表明,多项式校正法能够有效校正光子计数位置灵敏探测器成像畸变。  相似文献

 中子激发发射计算机断层扫描成像对探测器有着较高的要求,为了探讨利用传统阵列探测器实现其应用的可行性,利用模拟的方法给出了锗酸铋(BGO)晶体阵列探测器的基本性能。对高能光子在单根BGO晶体中的能谱进行了分析,提出叠加相邻晶体信号以提高能量分辨率的修正方法。结果表明:此方法能够很大程度上优化输出能谱,并能够得到较好的空间分辨率。  相似文献

CT成像质量受诸多因素影响,有必要系统地研究各因素带来的影响以得到更好的成像效果。基于兰州大学核科学与技术学院研制的锥束CT系统,在近探测器几何条件下,采用一铝制标准件,通过对比实验研究了投影采集范围及步长、管电压及管电流、焦点尺寸、样品在转台位置、硬化校正和图像优化等因素对CT系统成像质量的影响。结果表明,当投影采集完备时,投影采集范围对成像质量影响较小,减小扫描步长能提高成像质量;适当提高管电压能降低硬化伪影,提高管电流能减小图像噪声;较小的焦点尺寸能提高图像空间分辨率,但在近探测器几何条件下不明显;样品在转台位置不影响CT系统还原样品结构;硬化校正能明显消除硬化伪影;最后,对于单一材质样品通过阈值去噪能优化图像质量。以上研究为CT系统的研制和应用提供了参考。  相似文献

Diffusion tensor imaging requires correction of eddy current distortion in diffusion-weighted images. An effective retrospective correction approach is to transform a diffusion-weighted image to maximize the mutual information (MI) between the transformed diffusion-weighted image and the corresponding T2-weighted image. In the literature, either linear interpolation or partial volume interpolation is applied to estimate the MI objective function. However, these interpolation methods induce artifacts to the MI objective function, thus compromising correction results. In this work, the MI objective function is estimated based on interpolation using Fourier shift theorem. This method eliminates the artifacts incurred with the aforementioned interpolation methods. The algorithm is further improved by approximating pixel values using their nearest neighbors in the up-sampled spatial domain, resulting in dramatically increased computational efficiency without compromising the correction results. The effects of varying the number of quantization levels and using Parzen window filtering to smooth the MI objective function are also investigated to obtain optimized algorithm parameters. The diffusion tensor image quality after applying the proposed distortion correction method is significantly improved visually.  相似文献

Energy dispersive X‐ray fluorescence (EDXRF) is widely used in the study of archeological metal artifacts, heritage and art history, where the fragile nature of the objects requires the use of noninvasive techniques such as the EDXRF, which in addition, is fast and very affordable. An EDXRF analysis of copper‐based artifacts from Late Bronze Age metal hoards from Central Portugal is presented. The EDXRF measurements were carried out by using an X‐ray tube with a Mo anode and a commercial Si‐PIN detector. The data acquisition was performed by keeping small distances between the X‐ray window, the sample and the detector. Both patinated and polished areas were analyzed: the relative composition of the artifacts was inferred from the fluorescence spectra obtained. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
