The transition energies, E1 transitional oscillator strengths of the spin-allowed as well as the spin-forbidden and the corresponding transition rates, and complete M1, E2, M2 forbidden transition rates for 1s~2, 1s2s, and 1s2p states of He I, are investigated using the multi-configuration Dirac–Hartree–Fock method. In the subsequent relativistic configuration interaction computations, the Breit interaction and the QED effect are considered as perturbation, separately. Our transition energies, oscillator strengths, and transition rates are in good agreement with the experimental and other theoretical results. As a result, the QED effect is not important for helium atoms, however, the effect of the Breit interaction plays a significant role in the transition energies, the oscillator strengths and transition rates.  相似文献

The dipole-length, velocity and acceleration absorption oscillator strengths for the 1s^22p-1s^2nd(3≤n≤9) transitions of the lithium-like systems with Z=11 to 20 are calculated using the energies and the multiconfiguration interaction wavefunctions obtained from a full core plus correlation method. The agreement between the f-values calculated from the length, velocity and acceleration formulae is excellent. Our results agree closely with the experimental data available in the literature. Combining these discrete oscillator strengths with the single-channel quantum defect theory, the discrete oscillator strengths for the transitions from 1s^22p state to highly excited states (n≥10) and the oscillator strength densities corresponding to the bound-free transitions are obtained.  相似文献

The transition energies, wavelengths and dipole oscillator strengths of 1s^22p-1s^2nd (3 ≤ n ≤ 9) for Cr^21+ ion are calculated. The fine structure splittings of 1s^2nd (n ≤ 9) states for this ion are also calculated. In calculating energy, we have estimated the higher-order relativistic contribution under a hydrogenic approximation. The quantum defect of Rydberg series 1s^2nd is determined according to the quantum defect theory. The results obtained in this paper excellently agree with the experimental data available in the literature. Combining the quantum defect theory with the discrete oscillator strengths, the discrete oscillator strengths for the transitions from initial state 1s^22p to highly excited 1s^2nd states (n ≥ 10) and the oscillator strength density corresponding to the bound-free transitions are obtained.  相似文献

The dipole-length, dipole-velocity and dipole-acceleration absorption oscillator strengths for the 1s22s-1s2np (3≤n≤9) transitions of lithium-like systems from Z=11 to 20 are calculated by using the energies and the multiconfiguration interaction wave functions obtained from a full core plus correlation method, in which relativistic and mass-polarization effects on the energy, as the first-order perturbation corrections, are included. The results of three forms are in good agreement with each other, and closely agree with the experimental data available in the literature. The electron energy loss spectrum in the energy region of 42-48.5 eV of neon is measured with an angle-resolved fast-electron energy-loss spectrometer at an incident electron energy of 2500eV. Besides the dipole-allowed autoionization transitions of 2s^-1ap (n -= 3, 4) and 2p^-23s3p, the dipole-forbidden ones of 2s^-1ns (n = 3 - 6) and 2s^-13d are observed. The line profile parameters, i.e. Er, F and q for these transitions, are determined, and the momentum transfer dependence behaviour is discussed.  相似文献

The fine structure splittings of 1s^2nd (n ≤ 9) states for this ion are also evaluated. The higher-order relativistic contribution to the energy is estimated under a hydrogenic approximation. The energies of any highly excited states with (n ≥ 10) for this series can be reliably predicted using these quantum defects as input. The interaction potential of a He-BH complex is investigated by the coupled-cluster single-double plus pertur-bative triples (CCSD (T)) method and an augmented correlation consistent polarized valence (aug-cc-pV)5Z basis set extended with a set of (3s3p2d1f1g) midbond functions. Using the five two-dimensional model potentials, the first three-dimensional interaction potential energy surface is constructed by interpolating along (r–r e ) by using a fourth-order polynomial. The cross sections for the rovibrational relaxation of BH in cold and ultracold collisions with 3 He atom are calculated based on the three-dimensional potential. The results show that the Δv =-1 transition is more efficient than the Δv =-2 transition, and that the process of relaxation takes place mainly between rotational energy levels with the same vibration state and the Δj =-1 transition is the most efficient. The zero temperature quenching rate coefficient is finite as predicted by Wigner’s law. The resonance is found to take place around 0.1–1 cm-1 translational energy, which gives rise to a step in the rate coefficients for temperatures around 0.1–1 K. The final rotational distributions in the state v = 0 resulting from the quenching of state (v = 1, j = 0) at three energies corresponding to the three different regimes are also given.  相似文献

The available experimental energies for the 4s~24p~3 and 4s~4p~4 configurations in As Ⅰ—like Sr Ⅵ—Ag Ⅹ Ⅴions are compared with the values calculated using the Hartree—Fock method including configuration interaction and relativistic corrections. Some energy values of the 4s~24p~3 configuration in Rh Ⅹ Ⅲ、Pd Ⅹ Ⅳ and Ag Ⅹ Ⅴ ions are improved and all the energies、wavelengths and transition probabilities of the 4s~24p~3—4s4p~4 transition array in Cd Ⅹ Ⅵ are presented.  相似文献

We calculate the electron impact excitation of Ni-like gold by using the Dirac R-matrix theory, and the corresponding collision strengths and effective collision strengths are obtained. In the calculations of the level energy,(1s22s22p6)3s23p63d10, 3s23p63d94 l, 3s23p53d104 l, and 3s3p63d104l(l = 0,1,2,3) configurations are included and 107fine-structure levels are generated. In the calculations of the collision strengths, only the first 59 levels are included. Comparisons are made with the distorted wave(DW) results of Zeng et al. for both collision strengths and effective collision strengths. For the collision strengths, the two sets of calculations are in excellent agreement for most of the transitions.However, because of the inclusion of the resonances, our effective collision strengths are generally several times larger than those of Zeng et al.. The accuracy of our calculations is assessed.  相似文献

Using the multi-configuration Dirac-Fock self-consistent field method and the relativistic configuration-interaction method,calculations of transition energies,oscillator strengths and rates are performed for the 3s 2 1 S 0-3s3p 1 P 1 spinallowed transition,3s 2 1 S 0-3s3p 3 P 1,2 intercombination and magnetic quadrupole transition in the Mg isoelectronic sequence(Mg I,Al II,Si III,P IV and S V).Electron correlations are treated adequately,including intravalence electron correlations.The influence of the Breit interaction on oscillator strengths and transition energies are investigated.Quantum electrodynamics corrections are added as corrections.The calculation results are found to be in good agreement with the experimental data and other theoretical calculations.  相似文献

Calculations on the spectroscopic constants and transition properties of the first three states (${\rm a}^{1}\Delta $, ${\rm b}^{1}\Sigma^{+}$, and X$^{3}\Sigma^-$) of the SbH molecule were performed under the relativistic framework using the exact two-component Hamiltonian (X2C). The potential energy curves in the Franck-Condon region were computed and compared with the previous values. Furthermore, the transition dipole moments for the weak spin-forbidden transitions (${\rm b}0^{+}$-X$_{1}0^{+}$, ${\rm b}0^{+}$-X$_{2}$1, X$_{1}0^{+}$-X$_{2}$1, and X$_{2}$1-${\rm a}$2) were reported. The spontaneous radiative lifetime of the ${\rm b}^{1}\Sigma^{+}$ ($\upsilon '=0$) state was calculated as 163.5 $\pm$ 7.5 μs, which is in reasonable agreement with the latest experimental value of 173 $\pm$ 3 μs. The spontaneous radiative lifetimes of the X$_{2}$1 ($\upsilon '=0$) state and the ${\rm a}$2 ($\upsilon '=0$) state were calculated to be 48.6 s and $\sim 8 $ ms, respectively. Our study is expected to be a benchmark transition property computation for comparison with other theoretical and experimental results. This paper calculates the transition wavelengths and probabilities of the two-electron and one-photon (TEOP) transition from the $(3{\rm s}^{-1}_{1/2}4{\rm d}_{j})_{J=1,2}$ to $(3{\rm p}^{-1}_{3/2}4{\rm s}_{1/2})_{J=1}$ and the $(3{\rm p}^{-1}_{1/2}4{\rm s}_{1/2})_{J=1}$ to $(3{\rm d}^{-1}_{j}4{\rm d}_{j'})_{J=1,2}$ for highly charged Ni-like ions with atomic number $Z$ in the range $47\leq Z\leq92$. In the calculations, the multi-configuration Dirac--Fock method and corresponding program packages GRASP92 and REOS99 were used, and the relativistic effects, correlation effects and relaxation effects were considered systematically. It is found that the TEOP transitions are very sensitive to the correlation of electrons, and the probabilities will be enhanced sharply in some special $Z$ regions along the isoelectronic sequence. The present TEOP transition wavelengths are compared with the available data from some previous publications, good agreement is obtained.  相似文献

本文采用多组态相互作用及Davidson修正方法和全电子基组计算了SH~-阴离子的X~1∑~+,a~3∏和A~1∏态的势能曲线、电偶极矩和跃迁偶极矩.计算的光谱常数与实验值及已有的理论值符合得很好.在计算中考虑了自旋-轨道耦合效应.计算得到a~3∏_1(v'=0)?X~1∑_(0+)~+(v"=0)和A~1∏_1(v'=0)?X~1Σ_(0+)~+(v"=0)跃迁具有高对角分布的弗兰克-康登因子,分别为0.9990和0.9999;计算得到a~3∏_1和A~1∏_1态的自发辐射寿命分别为1.472和0.188 ms.A~1∏_1?X~1∑_(0+)~+跃迁存在中间态a~3∏_(0+)和a~3∏_1,但中间态对激光冷却SH~-阴离子的影响可以忽略.分别利用a~3∏_1(v'=0)? X~1∑_(0+)~+(v"=0)和A~1∏_1(v'=0)? X~1∑_(0+)~+(v"=0)跃迁构建了准闭合的能级系统,冷却所需的激光波长分别为492.27和478.57 nm.最后预测了激光冷却SH~-阴离子能达到的多普勒温度和反冲温度.这些结果为进一步实验提供了理论参数.  相似文献

In the weak-magnetic-field approximation, we derived an expression of quadratic Zeeman shift coefficient of $^3P^{\rm o}_0$ clock state for $^{88}$Sr and $^{87}$Sr atoms. By using this formula and the multi-configuration Dirac-Hartree-Fock theory, the quadratic Zeeman shift coefficients were calculated. The calculated values $C_2$ = $-23.38(5)$ MHz/T$^2$ for $^{88}$Sr and the $^3P^{\rm o}_0$, $F = 9/2$, $M_F = \pm9/2$ clock states for $^{87}$Sr agree well with the other available theoretical and experimental values, especially the most accurate measurement recently. In addition, the calculated values of the $^3P^{\rm o}_0$, $F = 9/2$, $M_F = \pm9/2$ clock states were also determined in our $^{87}$Sr optical lattice clock. The consistency with measurements verifies the validation of our calculation model. Our theory is also useful to evaluate the second-order Zeeman shift of the clock transition, for example, the new proposed $^1S_0$, $F = 9/2$, $M_F = \pm5/2$-${}^3P^{\rm o}_0$, $F = 9/2$, $M_F = \pm3/2$ transitions.  相似文献

Density functional Theory (DFT) (B3p86) of Gaussian03 has been used to optimize the structure of Os2 molecule. The result shows that the ground state for Os2 molecule is 9-multiple state and its electronic configuration is ^9∑^+g, which shows spin polarization effect of Os2 molecule of transition metal elements for the first time. Meanwhile, we have not found any spin pollution because the wavefunction of the ground state does not mingle with wavefunctions with higher energy states. So, the fact that the ground state for Os2 molecule is a 9-multiple state is indicative of spin polarization effect of Os2 molecule of transition metal elements. That is, there exist 8 parallel spin electrons. The non-conjugated electron is greatest in number. These electrons occupy different spacious tracks, so that the energy of Os2 molecule is minimized. It can be concluded that the effect of parallel spin of Os2 molecule is larger than the effect of the conjugated molecule, which is obviously related to the effect of electron d delocalization. In addition, the Murrell-Sorbie potential functions with the parameters for the ground state ^9∑^+g and other states of Os2 molecule are derived. Dissociation energy De for the ground state of Os2 molecule is 3.3971eV, equilibrium bond length Re is 0.2403nm, vibration frequency ωe is 235.32cm^-1. Its force constants f2, f3, and f4 are 3.1032×10^2aJ·nm^-2, -14.3425×10^3aJ·nm^-3 and 50.5792×10^4aJ·nm^-4 respectively. The other spectroscopic data for the ground state of Os2 molecule ωexe, Be and ae are 0.4277cm^- 1, 0.0307cm^- 1 and 0.6491 × 10^-4cm^-1 respectively.  相似文献

In this article, we assume that there exist the pseudoscalar $D\bar{D}_{s0}^*(2317)$ and $D^*\bar{D}_{s1}^*(2460)$ molecular states $Z_{1,2}$ and construct the color singlet-singlet molecule-type interpolating currents to study their masses with the QCD sum rules. In calculations, we consider the contributions of the vacuum condensates up to dimension-10 and use the formula $\mu=\sqrt{M_{X/Y/Z}^{2}-(2{\mathbb{M}}_{c})^{2}}$ to determine the energy scales of the QCD spectral densities. The numerical results, $M_{Z_1}=4.61_{-0.08}^{+0.11}\,\text{GeV}$ and $M_{Z_2}=4.60_{-0.06}^{+0.07}\,\text{GeV}$, which lie above the $D\bar{D}_{s0}^*(2317)$ and $D^*\bar{D}_{s1}^*(2460)$ thresholds respectively, indicate that the $D\bar{D}_{s0}^*(2317)$ and $D^*\bar{D}_{s1}^*(2460)$ are difficult to form bound state molecular states, the $Z_{1,2}$ are probably resonance states.  相似文献

Ho^3+ : GdVO4 is a new laser material suitable for high-power laser systems. In this paper we measure the absorption spectra of Ho^3+ in the sample Ho^3+: GdVO4. The intensity parameters are calculated by using the Judd-Ofelt theory. Some predicted spectroscopic parameters, such as the spontaneous radiative transition rate, branching ratio and integrated emission cross section are dealt with. And we also compare the optical parameters with those of other materials. From these results, it is found that there are many transitions which have large oscillator strengths and large integrated emission cross sections. Especially the transitions such as ^5 F4 → ^5 I 8, ^5 S2→^5 I8, ^5 F5 → ^5 I8 and ^5 I7 →^ 5 I8 are useful in solid-state lasers and other fields. Finally, we discuss the splitting of the energy levels of Ho^3+ in the crystal GdVO4 based on the group theory.  相似文献

The interface state of hydrogen-terminated(C–H) diamond metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistor(MOSFET) is critical for device performance. In this paper, we investigate the fixed charges and interface trap states in C–H diamond MOSFETs by using different gate dielectric processes. The devices use Al_2O_3 as gate dielectrics that are deposited via atomic layer deposition(ALD) at 80℃ and 300℃, respectively, and their C–V and I–V characteristics are comparatively investigated. Mott–Schottky plots(1/C~2–VG) suggest that positive and negative fixed charges with low density of about 1011 cm~(-2) are located in the 80-℃-and 300-℃ deposition Al_2O_3 films, respectively. The analyses of direct current(DC)/pulsed I–V and frequency-dependent conductance show that the shallow interface traps(0.46 e V–0.52 e V and0.53 e V–0.56 e V above the valence band of diamond for the 80-℃ and 300-℃ deposition conditions, respectively) with distinct density(7.8 × 10~(13) e V~(-1)·cm~(-2)–8.5 × 10~(13) e V-1·cm~(-2) and 2.2 × 1013 e V~(-1)·cm~(-2)–5.1 × 10~(13) e V~(-1)·cm~(-2) for the80-℃-and 300-℃-deposition conditions, respectively) are present at the Al_2O_3/C–H diamond interface. Dynamic pulsed I–V and capacitance dispersion results indicate that the ALD Al_2O_3 technique with 300-℃ deposition temperature has higher stability for C–H diamond MOSFETs.  相似文献
