利用落塔设施创造的短时间微重力条件, 研究了不同尺寸的正方形和三角形截面的毛细管中的流体在微重力条件下的流动行为, 并与圆形毛细管中的毛细流动进行了对比, 总结出了毛细管尺寸和截面形状对界面张力主导的毛细流动行为的影响规律. 结果显示, 对于同样形状的毛细管, 其尺寸对于毛细流动的影响规律基本相同; 而对于不同的截面形状, 方形管和三角形管都与截面积小得多的圆形管有一定的类似性. 相关结果对于深入理解不同条件下的界面张力主导的毛细流动特性, 以及在空间微重力条件下通过改变毛细管的形状来实现流速和流量的独 立控制等方面都具有明显的现实意义. 关键词: 微重力 毛细流动 毛细管形状  相似文献

设计了一种分别填充水、酒精和苯炔等边三角形空气孔纤芯、包层空气孔排列为正六边形结构、以环烯烃共聚物作为基底材料的光子晶体光纤,利用有限元法模拟了0.3~1.5 THz频带内的液体传感特性。结果表明,设计的光子晶体光纤的灵敏度系数很高,当纤芯空气孔直径d1=2.4 μm、包层空气填充比为0.3时,苯炔在频率0.3 THz的相对灵敏性系数最高为37.63%,在1.5 THz,限制损耗的数量级可以降至10-7。  相似文献

 利用时域有限差分法(FDTD)研究了电磁脉冲对不同孔洞的耦合规律。分别分析了电磁脉冲对正方形、长方形和多孔洞的耦合效应,讨论了不同极化方向的电磁脉冲对孔洞的耦合能量的规律。研究表明:电磁脉冲对正方形孔洞的耦合能量较小;而对长方形,当脉冲极化方向与长方形短边平行时,耦合能量最大;在孔洞面积相同的条件下,对多孔洞的能量耦合要比单孔洞小。  相似文献

Experiments are carried out for the circular, square, and equilateral triangular orifices of the same contraction ratio in order to explore the heat transfer characteristics for nozzle pressure ratios of 2.36, 3.04, 3.72, 4.4, and 5.08 at z/d = 2, 4, 6, and 8. The presence of vena contracta and shock cells and its locations are estimated from the impact pressure distribution along the axial direction. The pressure drop during the initial expansion is minimal for the equilateral triangular orifice. However, this pressure drop is comparable for the square and circular orifices. The heat transfer characteristics of the circular orifice are nearly axisymmetric, but that for non-circular jets are asymmetric, and the three dimensional effects are clearly observed. This is inferred through the spatial gradients of the Nusselt number and adiabatic wall temperature distributions. The linear correlations for the average Nusselt number are proposed for the circular, square, and equilateral triangular orifices.  相似文献

The complete band gaps (CBGs) of shallow water waves propagating over bottoms with periodically drilled holes are investigated numerically by the plane wave expansion method. Four different patterns are considered, containing triangular, square, hexagonal and circular cross-sectioned holes arranged into triangular lattices. Results show that the width of CBGs can be changed by adjusting the orientation of noncircular holes and the effect of hole shape on the width of the maximal CBGs is discussed.  相似文献

Using micromagnetic simulations, we investigated the magnetic states and switching processes of Co nanorings with lateral dimensions of 200 nm. We propose a special geometry of nanorings that adopts different Reuleaux triangular shapes. Reuleaux's triangles (RT) combine both the equilateral triangle and circular geometries. We studied the magnetic spin configurations of individual nanorings by varying the thickness and geometry of the nanomagnets. Our results demonstrated that in most nanomagnets exhibiting a thickness of less than 4 nm, there exists an onion-type state, which precedes either a twisted, double twisted, or cardioid state, when studying the magnetization reversal process. The hysteresis loops and magnetic states found in these RTs are compared with circular nanorings.  相似文献

The recombination radiation line of surface excitons and the recombination radiation line of multi-exciton complexes bound to a two-dimensional hole layer are observed in luminescence spectra of [100] silicon metal–oxide–semiconductor structures at low two-dimensional hole density. The circular polarization of these two lines in a transverse magnetic field is defined by the average electron spin. The hole spin contribution to the circular polarization is very small due to Kondo spin correlations of holes in the excitons and complexes and holes in the two-dimensional hole layer. The Coulomb blockade excludes a direct contribution of the complexes to a surface photoconductivity. Moreover, a significant negative photoconductivity of the two-dimensional holes is observed at high excitation levels, presumably as a result of the quantum scattering of the two-dimensional holes by the complexes. A shell model of surface multi-exciton complexes is introduced.  相似文献

Applying the finite element analysis on the photonic band-gap materials with a cavity at the center for two types of structures, circular and square shape holes with the same cross section, filtering operation of these structures is simulated and compared. Any variations in the structure parameters, such as cavity length, period and hole dimensions, change the transmission peak and frequency bandwidth of these structures. The effects of rotation of square holes and ellipticity of circular holes on filtering operation are studied. Other new structures such as tapered, shortened and non-uniform rotated structures are proposed and filtering characteristics of them are discussed. It is found that, by rotating the square holes around their axis, it is possible to have a blue-shift in the transmission peak wavelength without notable variations in the filter peak and bandwidth. It is concluded that the increase of elliptical holes diameters length causes the decrease of transmission peak and increase of bandwidth with blueshift of the peak wavelength. This shift is larger for one of the elliptical diameter values considered that is along the waveguide length.  相似文献

金属薄膜上制备的表面等离激元颜色滤波器具有很强的颜色可调性. 在200 nm厚的金膜上, 通过聚焦离子束刻蚀, 制备一系列周期逐渐变化的圆形、方形、矩形亚波长尺寸小孔方阵列表面等离激元颜色滤波器, 改变入射光的偏振方向, 观察其超透射滤波现象. 研究发现: 对于矩形小孔阵列, 其透射光颜色随入射光偏振方向的变化而改变; 而对于圆形、方形的小孔阵列, 其透射光颜色对入射光的偏振方向并不敏感. 分析表明, 对于金膜上刻蚀的小孔结构, 虽然结构的周期性导致的表面等离激元极化子会对透射光的颜色变化产生一定影响, 但是随小孔形状变化的局域表面等离激元共振才是影响透射光颜色的决定性因素. 如果入射光没有在小孔中激发出局域表面等离激元, 则表面等离激元极化子对透射光的影响也会消失. 根据不同形状小孔周期结构透射光颜色随入射光的偏振变化特点, 制备出了包含两种小孔形状的复合周期结构. 随着入射光偏振方向的改变, 该结构会显示出不同的颜色图案. 关键词: 表面等离激元极化子 局域表面等离激元 颜色滤波器 亚波长小孔阵列  相似文献

A metal object is computer visualized by registration of the amplitudes of the transmitted through the object short acoustic pulses. The pulses are separated by time, because of the presence of holes and internal compact components in the longitudinal section (structure along the propagation direction of acoustic wave). The acoustic field transmitted through the object is composited from a field presenting Fourier transformation of the hole shape and field, transmitted through the metal components in the longitudinal section of the object. A computer Fourier transformation of the digital data of the amplitude fields transmitted through the object components is performed instead of converging lens. The Fourier series of the object obtained as digital data after the transformation is multiplied with a term, describing the angle distribution of the field on spatial frequencies. The reconstruction of the image of the metal components is performed by reverse transformation, i.e. summing up in all spatial frequencies. 3D visualization of the transmitted through the hole acoustic field determines the hole geometry (circular, square, rectangular).It is shown that at the transmission of a short acoustic pulse through the components with different thicknesses and holes, presenting Fourier and non-Fourier transformation can be registered separately in contrast to the optics.  相似文献

 首先介绍了用传输线法(transmission line method,TLM)分析有孔矩形腔屏蔽效能的基本原理,然后将基本公式作进一步扩展,使其能计算圆孔、多孔洞以及在任意极化方向时的情形。仿真结果表明:当频率低于主谐振频率时,离孔缝越近,耦合进的电磁能量越大;当处于谐振频率时,屏蔽腔与孔形成共振,屏蔽效能很低甚至为负,而且腔体内任何空间都如此;屏蔽效能随极化角度的递增而递减,低频段的屏蔽比高频段要好;对于相同面积的孔洞,单孔洞的屏蔽效能比多孔洞的屏蔽效能要差,孔洞越多,屏蔽效果越好,而圆形孔(等同于方形孔)的屏蔽效果最好。  相似文献

We show that extraordinary light transmission of periodic subwavelength hole arrays, generally attributed to surface-plasmon resonances, is strongly influenced by the hole shape. Both experiments and calculations, based on a Fourier modal method, demonstrate that a shape change from circular to rectangular increases the normalized transmission by an order of magnitude while the hole area decreases. Moreover, the spectra exhibit large redshifts (approximately 2500 cm(-1)). A comparison with the transmission of isolated holes shows that shape resonances of the rectangular holes play a dominant role.  相似文献

环模在饲料加工机械中是一个易阻塞的核心部件。国内外常见清理手段是人工手动逐孔清理。针对现有技术存在清理效率低、易产生误操作及毁坏环模等瓶颈,提出了一套有效的环模模孔定位方法。首先运用磁敏元件检测漏磁原理,分析了模孔定位方法的可行性;然后根据电磁屏蔽对屏蔽材料的选择角度,制作关键探测探头;最后根据捕获模孔的信号特征,基于高效的黄金分割优化搜索的设计思想,构建了环模模孔定位算法模型,分析了模孔定位方案的有效性。结果表明研制的修复机系统模孔定位精度在mm级以下,模孔刮伤率大大降低,进而环模的使用寿命得到延长。  相似文献

The study of charged test particle dynamics in the combined black hole gravitational field and magnetic field around it could provide important theoretical insight into astrophysical processes around such compact object. We have explored the orbital and epicyclic motion of charged test particles in the background of non-rotating Einstein-Æther black holes in the presence of external uniform magnetic field. We numerically integrate the equations of motion and analyze the trajectories of the charged test particles. We examined the stability of circular orbits using effective potential technique and study the characteristics of innermost stable circular orbits. We analyze the key features of quasi-harmonic oscillations of charged test particles nearby the stable circular orbits in an equatorial plane of the black hole, and investigate the radial profiles of the frequencies of latitudinal as well as radial harmonic oscillations in dependence on the strength of magnetic field, mass of the black hole and dimensionless coupling constants of the theory. We demonstrate that the magnetic field and dimensionless parameters of the theory have strong influence on charged particle motion around Einstein-Æther black holes.  相似文献

Detecting holes in oil–gas reservoirs is vital to the evaluation of reservoir potential. The main objective of this study is to demonstrate the feasibility of identifying general micro-hole shapes, including triangular, circular, and square shapes, in oil–gas reservoirs by adopting terahertz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS). We evaluate the THz absorption responses of punched silicon(Si) wafers having micro-holes with sizes of 20 μm–500 μm. Principal component analysis(PCA) is used to establish a model between THz absorbance and hole shapes. The positions of samples in three-dimensional spaces for three principal components are used to determine the differences among diverse hole shapes and the homogeneity of similar shapes. In addition, a new Si wafer with the unknown hole shapes, including triangular, circular, and square, can be qualitatively identified by combining THz-TDS and PCA. Therefore, the combination of THz-TDS with mathematical statistical methods can serve as an effective approach to the rapid identification of micro-hole shapes in oil–gas reservoirs.  相似文献

Cross-flows around two, three and four circular cylinders in tandem, side-by-side, isosceles triangle and square arrangements are simulated using the incompressible lattice Boltzmann method with a second-order accurate curved boundary condition at Reynolds number 200 and the cylinder center-to-center transverse or/and longitudinal spacing 1.5D, where D is the identical circular cylinder diameter. The wake patterns, pressure and force distributions on the cylinders and mechanism of flow dynamics are investigated and compared among the four cases. The results also show that flows around the three or four cylinders significantly differ from those of the two cylinders in the tandem and side-by-side arrangements although there are some common features among the four cases due to their similarity of structures, which are interesting, complex and useful for practical applications. This study provides a useful database to validate the simplicity, accuracy and robustness of the Lattice Boltzmann method.
