将水杨醛与碱和氯甲基甲基醚反应, 再经过NaBH4还原, 即制得邻(甲氧基甲氧基)苯甲醇, 然后将其在DMF中与NaH和二(或三)甘醇二对甲苯磺酸酯反应, 得开链冠醚1a和1b。1a和1b经稀酸水解, 即脱保护而分别生成新的酚型开链冠醚2a和2b。用2a与二甘醇二对甲苯磺酸酯和NaH在DMF溶液中反应, 合成顺型二苯并-20-冠-6(3); 而2a与环氧氯丙烷在NaOH水溶液中反应, 则合成了17-羟基二苯并-18-冠-5(4)。     

A mild, efficient and improved protocol for the synthesis of novel indolyl crown ethers, di(indolyl)pyrazolyl methanes and 3-alkylated indoles using H4[Si(W3O10)3]

Efficient electrophilic substitution reactions of indoles with various aldehydes proceed smoothly in acetonitrile using heteropoly acid (H₄[Si(W₃O₁₀)₃]) to afford the corresponding new indolyl crown ethers and di(indolyl)pyrazolyl methanes. H₄[Si(W₃O₁₀)₃] is also found to catalyze the Michael addition of indoles to ,β-unsaturated compounds for the synthesis of 3-alkylated indoles.     

冠醚硒菁染料的合成

合成了对称和非对称两个新的冠醚硒菁染料2,2'-二乙基-45,4'5'-双并-(15-冠-5)硒碳菁碘化季铵盐和2,2'-二乙基-4,5-并-(15-冠-5)硒碳菁碘化季铵盐以用三种新的中间体2,2'-二硝基-4,5,4',5'-双并-(15-冠-5)二苯基二硒化物, 2-甲基-5,6-并-(15-冠-5)苯并硒唑和2-甲基-3-乙基-5,6-并-(15-冠-5)苯并硒碘化季铵盐。报道了它们的红外、紫外、核磁共振、质谱数据。     

From crown ethers to zeolites: Reaction of EtAlCl2 with crown ethers

In contrast to aluminum alkyls, alkyl aluminum halides such as EtAlCl₂ react with crown ethers to form cation-anion pairs which exhibit the liquid clathrate effect. Specifically, [12-C-4·AlCl₂][AlCl₃Et] and [18-C-6·AlCl₂][AlCl₃Et] have been isolated and characterized by X-ray diffraction techniques. The cations show aluminum in an octahedral environment made up of four of the oxygen atoms from the crown and two chlorine atoms. The 12-C-4 derivative crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2₁/c with cell constants of a=7.497(4), b=22.121(8), c=12.339(5) Å, =94.99(3)^o, and Z=4 for =1.43 g cm^–3. Least-squares refinement based on 1413 observed reflections led to a final conventional R value of 0.093. The 18-C-6 complex belongs to the triclinic space group P1 with a=8.414(4), b=12.193(6), c=12.394(6) Å, =73.14(4), =86.07(4), =81.52(4)^o, and Z=2 for =1.45 g cm^–3. Refinement based on 2605 observed reflections led to R=0.063. The complex aluminum-containing species are related to a class of compounds called aluminoxanes.     

含甲巯咪唑杂环为端基的非环冠醚的合成

本文以甲巯咪唑杂环为新的端基,在相转移催化条件合成了五个开链冠醚,这些化合物均通过元素分析、UV、IR 、^1H和^13CNMR波谱鉴定.     

含萘并呋喃基团冠醚的合成及离子选择性研究

以2-羟基-1-萘甲醛和2-羟甲基冠醚为原料,合成3种新的含萘并呋喃基团冠醚(3a-3c),并经1 H NMR,13C NMR,MS及元素分析确证.碱金属和碱土金属离子的加入对体系的最大吸收波长影响不大.Li+使3b摩尔吸光度变大,Ca2+和Ba2+引起3a-3c最大发射波长λem发生相对较大红移,同时使其荧光强度降低.     

基于联萘酚的手性冠醚的合成及其晶体结构

以R-或S-联萘酚、2,2′-联苯酚、间苯二酚、氯腈胺为原料合成了六个手性冠醚,所得冠醚的结构均经元素分析、质谱、红外光谱以及核磁共振氢谱和碳谱验证;并利用X射线衍射分析确定了单晶R-3的晶体结构.结果表明,合成产物属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群,晶胞参数为:a=1.181 8(2) nm,b=0.794 38(1...     

长链烷氧甲基冠醚的合成及表面活性

本文研究了通过长链烷氧甲基取代三甘醇(2)的环化反应合成一系列长链烷氧甲基-15-冠-5 (3) .在25℃, 35℃,45℃下测定了烷氧甲基冠醚化合物和(2)的表面张力,CMC及γ~C~M~C.结果显示,随着疏水链碳原子数的增加,CMC值减小,疏水链的碳原子数大于8的两亲分子在水溶液中可形成胶束.     

Periphery-modified crown ethers. Synthesis of bis-5,8-dimethoxy-1,4-methanonaphthalene-fused crown ethers

The easily accessible and multi-functionalized 5,8-dimethoxy-6,7-dihydroxy methyl-1,4-dihydro-1,4-methanonaphthalene (1) has been utilized as the basic building material to synthesize the symmetric bis-methanonaphthalene-fused crown ethers 14a-d (BMN-16-crown-4, BMN-22-crown-6, BMN-28-crown-8, and BMN-34-crown-10), that are constructed based on the connection between the α,β-bis-benzylic carbon atoms of diol 1 and oligoethylene glycols (9a-d) via two synthetic routes keyed upon the method of Williamson ether synthesis.     

新的偶氮酚型和酚兰型生色开链冠醚的合成和配位性质

用酚型开链冠醚1a和1b为原料, 在碱溶液中合成了两类生色开链冠醚: 一类是与对硝基苯重氮氟硼酸盐反应生成的偶氮酚型(2b和2b); 另一类是与N, N-二甲基对苯二胺和K~3[Fe(CN)~6]反应生成的酚兰型(3a和3b)。用紫外-可见光谱法研究了这些生色开链冠醚与碱金属和碱土金属离子的配位性质。发现在THF-H~2O中, 2a对LiClO~4和Ca(ClO~4)~2, 2b对LiClO~4、NaClO~4和Ca(ClO~4)~2, 有较显著的选择性变色作用; 而3a和3b在CH~3CN中, 则对LiClO~4、NaClO~4和各种碱土金属盐,均有不同程度的变色作用, 尤其以对Ca^2^+和Sr^2^+作用时的△λ~m~a~x为最大。这些结果表明, 2a和2b的配位性质分别与由邻苯二酚衍生的2'a和2'b相似, 而3a和3b的配位性质则分别与由邻苯二酚衍生的3'b相似。     

含中心功能基氮支套索冠醚化合物的合成及其钠离子络合物的晶体结构

借模板法由6,9-二氧杂-3,12-二氮杂-十四烷-1,14-二醇分别与4-甲基(或氯)-2,6-二溴甲基苯甲醚在乙腈中, 以无水碳酸钠为缩合剂, 制得两种尚未见文献报道的含中心功能基氮支套索冠醚化合物: N,N'-二羟乙基-16-甲基-18-甲氧基-6,9-二氧杂-3,12-二氮杂-二环[12.3.1]十八-1(18),14,16-三烯(4a)和N,N'-二羟乙基-16-氯-18-甲氧基-6,9-二氧杂-3,12-二氮杂-二环[12.3.1]十八-1(18),14,16-三烯(4b)的钠离子络合物3a和3b。4a和4b经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱证实其组成和结构。借四圆衍射仪测定了3b的晶体结构和分子结构。     

5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-硫为端基的非环冠醚的合成

本文用2-巯基-5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑与二溴乙烷或低聚乙二醇溴化物合成了四种新的非环冠醚. 通过元素分析,UV,IR和^1H NMR波谱鉴定.     

聚1,10—癸二酮二苯并—14—冠—4的合成

设计并合成了聚１，１０－癸二酮二苯并－１４－冠－４，改进了二苯并－１４－冠－４的合成，缩短了反应时间，收率从１０％提高到１７％，并开展了聚１，１０－癸二酮二苯并－１４－冠－４与ＰＶＣ共混用于碳膜Ｌｉ＾＋离子选择性电极研究。     

Fe（NO3）3-9H2O/Fe（HSO4）3： An efficient reagent system for the oxidation of alcohols,thiols and sulfides in the absence of solvent

Fe（NO3）3-9H2O/Fe（HSO4）3 was used as an efficient reagent system for the oxidation of alcohols to their corresponding carbonyl compounds. All reactions were performed in the absence of solvent in good to high yields. Perfluoroalkylation of benzo crown ethers with sodium perfluoroalkanesulfinates in the presence of oxidant

Using Ce(SO4)2 or Mn(OAc)3 as oxidant, dibenzo crown ethers such as dibenzo-18-crown-6 (1) and dibenzo-24-crown-8 (5) and benzo-12-crown-4 (7) reacted smoothly with sodium perfluoroalkanesulfinates (2a-2e) to give the corresponding perfluoroalkylated products (3,4,6,7) in good yields with two isomers obtained in the case of dibenzo crown ethers. This provides a facile synthesis of perfluoroalkyl-containing crown ethers.     

Synthesis of novel crown ethers. Part 1. Coumestan and coumestan analog derivatives of crown ethers

The presented ethylenedioxy compounds5a,5d,6a and6c are examples of novel cyclic ethers, while macrocyclic polyethers represent new crown ether analogues. New coumestan-crowns5a-f, derivatives of 6,7-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-dibenzofuran-1-one and 6,7-dihydroxy-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-dibenzofuran-1-one6a-e were synthesized from the correspondingo-dihydroxy compounds3a-b,4a-b and ditosylates or dichlorides of di- or triethylene glycol in the presence of K₂CO₃, in DMF/H₂O (15/1) solutions at 65–75 °C for 35 hours. The structure of the macrocyclic ethers obtained were confirmed by¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR, IR spectra and elemental analyses.Presented at the Sixth International Seminar on Inclusion Compounds, Istanbul, Turkey, 27–31 August, 1995.     

以冠醚为骨架的多足配体稀土配合物的合成、表征及荧光性质研究

A novel podand ligand using crown ether as skeleton and N-benzylsalicylamide as functional arms, 4,5-bi{2′-methylbenzeneaminoformyl)phenoxyl]methyl}-benzo-12-crown-4 (L), and its rare earth nitrate complexes have been synthesized. These complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurements and IR spectroscopy. Spectrographic analyses suggest that the complexes show a similar coordination mode. At the same time, the luminescent properties of the Eu(Ⅲ) and Tb(Ⅲ) complexes were also studied.     

Mild and efficient tetrahydropyranylation of alcohols and dehydropyranylation of THP ethers catalyzed by ferric perchlorate

A simple, mild and efficient method for tetrahydropyranylation and dehydropyranylation of alcohols in the presence of ferric perchlorate are described.     

Cation control on the synthesis of p-t-butylthiacalix[4](bis)crown ethers

Bridging of p-t-butylthiacalix[4]arene with ethylene glycol ditosylates gave diametrically bridged thiacalix[4]monocrowns-4 and -5, 1,2-alternate thiacalix[4]biscrowns-4 and -5 and 1,3-alternate thiacalix[4]biscrown-5, dependent on the metal carbonate used. They show excellent extraction ability towards Ag⁺ cations.
