Synthesis of Enantiomerically Pure Mimulaxanthin and of Its (9Z,9′Z)- and (15Z)Isomers We present the details of a synthesis of optically active, enantiomerically pure stereoisomers of mimulaxanthin (=(3s,5R,6R,3′S,5′R,6′R)-6,7,6′,7′-tetradehydro-5,6,5′,6′-tetrahydro-β,β-carotin-3,5,3′,5′-tetrol) either as free alcohols 1a and 24a or as their crystalline (t-Bu)Me2Si ethers 1b and 24b . Grasshopper ketone 2a , a presumed synthon, unexpectedly showed a very sluggish reaction with Wittig-Horner reagents. Upon heating with the ylide of ester phosphonates, an addition across the allenic bond occurred. On the contrary, a slow but normal 1,2-addition took place with the ylide from (cyanomethyl)phosphonate but, unexpectedly, with concomitant inversion at the chiral axis. So a mixture of(6R,6S,9E,9Z)-isomers 6 – 9 was produced {(Scheme 1). However, a fast and very clean 1,2-addition occurred with the ethynyl ketone 12 to yield the esters 13 and 14 (Scheme 2). DIBAH reduction of the separated stereoisomers gave the allenic alcohols 15 and 16 in high yield. Mild oxidation to the aldehydes 17 and 18 followed by their condensation with the acetylenic C10-bis-ylide 19 led to the stereoisomeric 15,15′-didehydromimulaxanthins 20 and 22 , respectively (Schemes 3 and 4). Mimulaxanthins 1 and 24 were prepared by partial hydrogenation of 20 and 22 followed by a thermal (Z/E)-isomerization. As expected, the mimulaxanthins exhibit very weak CD curves, obviously caused by the allenic bond that insulates the chiral centers in the end group from the chromophor. On the contrary, some of the C15-allenic synthons showed not only fairly strong CD effects but also a split CD curve which, in our interpretation, results from an exciton coupling between the allene and the C(9)?C(10) bond. We postulate a rotation around the C(8)? C(9) bond, presumably caused by an intramolecular H-bond in 16 or by a dipol interaction between the polarized double bonds in 6 , 7 , 8 , and 17 .  相似文献

Baker's yeast reduction of 4-methoxy-5,6,7,8-tetramethylidenebicyclo[2.2.2]octan-2-one ( 11 ) under fermenting conditions afforded (?)-(1S,2S,4R)-4-methoxy-5,6,7,8-tetramethylidenebicyclo[2.2.2]octan-2-ol ((?)- 13 ) in 60% yield with an e.e. > 99.5%. Its methanesulfonate (?)- 14 was hydrolyzed and rearranged with high stereo-selectivity into (+)-(1S,2S,5S)-5-methoxy-3,4,6,7-tetramethylidenebicyclo[3.2.1]octan-2-ol ((+)- 15 ). The absolute configuration of (?)- 13 was deduced from the CD spectrum of its 4-(dimethylamino)benzoate ((+)- 22 ) applying the chiral exciton-coupling method. The CD spectrum of (+)- 15 and of its (tert-butyl)dimethylsilyl ether ((+)- 23 ) showed exciton-split type of Cotton effects attributed to through-space interactions between the s-gauche-buta-diene and s-cis-butadiene chromophores of these systems.  相似文献

Ethyl and tert-butyl azidoformate added to 7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one dimethyl ( 5 ) and dibenzyl ( 6 ) acetals to give mixtures of regioisomeric triazolines. The latter gave the corresponding aziridines (6,6-dialkoxy-3-aza-8-oxatricyclo[3.2.1.02,4]octane-3-carboxylates 15 , 19 , 23 , and 27 and 31 ) on UV irradiation. In the presence of protic acids, the aziridines were rearranged into protected amines ([3-endo-alkoxy-5-oxo-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-exo-yl]carbamates 16 , 20 , 24 , and 28 and 33 ). Using (+)-(1R, 4R)-5,5-bis(benzyloxy)7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene((+)- 6 ) derived from furan and l-cyanovinyl (1S)-camphanate, the method was applied to prepare 2-O-benzyl-3-[(tert-butoxy)carbonyiamino]-5-O-(3-chlorobenzoyl)-3-deoxy-β-D -altrofuranurono-6,1-lactone ((?)- 37 ). This compound was converted to methyl 3-amino-3-deoxy-α-D-altropyranoside hydrochloride ( 44 ) and several derivatives.  相似文献

The first synthesis of (Z)-neomanoalide ( 4 ) and an improved synthesis of its (E)-isomer 3 was accomplished in a concise, regiocontrolled manner by exploiting 2-[(tert-butyl)dimethylsiloxy]-4{[(tert-butyl)dimethylsiloxy]-methyl}furan ( 6 ) as the key reagent. Lithiation of 6 and subsequent reaction with the (2Z)- or (2E)-isomer of (6E)-3-{[(tert-butyl)dimethylsiloxy]methyl}-7-methyl-9-(2′,6′,6′-trimethylcyclohex-1′-enyl)nona-2,6-dienyl bromide ( 5 ), followed by hydrolysis, afforded the corresponding neomanoalide.  相似文献

(1R,2S,4R)-2-Cyano-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-yl (1S′)-camphanate ( 5 ) was transformed into (?)-methyl 2,5-anhydro-3,4,6-O-tris[(tert-butyl)dimethylsilyl]-D -allonate ( 2 ), (+)-1,3-diphenyl-2-{2′,3′,5′-O-tris[(tert-butyl)dimethylsilyl]-β-D -ribofuranosyl}imidazolidine ( 3 ), and the benzamide 20 of 1-amino-2,5-anhydro-1-deoxy-3,4,6-O-tris-[((tert-butyl)dimethylsily)]-D -allitol. The Diels-Alder adduct of 2,4-dimethylfuran to 1-cyanovinyl (1′R)-camphanate ((+)-(1R,2S,4R)-2-exo-cyano-1,5-dimethyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-endo-yl (1′R)-camphanate ((+)- 1 )) was converted into (+)-2,7-dideoxy-2,4-di-C-methyl-L -glycero- ((+)- 6 ) and -D -glycero-L -altro-heptono-1,4-lactone ((+)- 7 ), into (?)-(3R,4R,5R,6S)-3,4:5,7-bis(isopropylidenedioxy)-4,6-dimethylheptan-2-one ((?)- 22 ), and into (+)-(2R,3R,4R,5S,6S)-3,4:5,6-bis(isopropylidenedioxy)-2,4-dimethylheptanal ((+)- 34 ). Condensation of ((+)- 34 with the lithium enolate of (?)-(1R,4R,5S,6R)-6-exo-[(tert-butyl)dimethylsilyloxy]-1,5-endo-dimethyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1] heptan-2-one ((?)- 38 ; derived from (+)- 1 ) gave a 3:2 mixture of aldols (+)- 39 and (+)- 40 (mismatched pairs of a α-methyl-substituted aldehyde and (E)-enolate) whereas the reaction of (±)- 34 with (±)- 38 gave a 10:1 mixture of aldols (±)- 41 and (±)- 39 . A single aldol, (?)- 44 , was obtained to condensing (+)- 34 with the lithium enolate of (+)-(1S,4S,5S,6S)-5-exo-(benzyloxy)-1,5-endo-dimethyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-one ((+)- 43 ; derived from (?)-(1S,2R,4S)-2-exo-cyano-1,5-dimethyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-endo-yl (1′S)-camphanate ((?)- 3 )). All these cross-aldolisations are highly exo-face selective for the bicyclic ketones. The best stereochemical matching is obtained when the lithium enolates and α-methyl-substituted aldehydes can realize a ‘chelated transition state’ that obeys the Cram and Felkin-Anh models (steric effects). Polypropionate fragments containing eleven contiguous stereogenic centres and tertiary-alcohol moieties are thus prepared with high stereoselectivity in a convergent fashion. The chiral auxiliaries ((1R)- and (1S)-camphanic acid) are recovered at the beginning of the syntheses.  相似文献

Methyl 2-O-benzyl-3,6-thioanhydro-α-D-mannopyranoside ( 9 ) was obtained in eight steps from the commercially available methyl α-D-glucopyranoside. Compound 9 was transformed into (2R,3R,4S)-3-benzyloxy-4-hydroxy-2-[(R)-1-benzyloxy-4-hydroxybutyl]thiolane ( 14 ) by acid hydrolysis of its 2,4-di-O-benzyl derivative 10 followed by reaction of the not isolated 2,4-di-O-benzyl-3,6-thioanhydro-D-mannose ( 11 ) with ethoxycarbonylmethylenetriphenylphosphorane to give an = 1:1 E/Z mixture of the corresponding α,β-unsaturated ester ( 12 ). Finally, catalytic hydrogenation of 12 to ethyl (R)-4-benzyloxy-4-[(2′R)3′R,4′S)-3′-benzyloxy-4′-hydroxythiolan-2′-yl]butanoate ( 13 ) and subsequent reduction with lithium aluminum hydride gave the title compound 14 .  相似文献

The ‘naked sugar’ (+)-(1R,2R4R)-2-endo-cyano-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-sn-2-exo-yl acetate ((+)- 4 ) was converted (7 steps, 45% overall) with high stereoselectivity into (?)-(4R,5S,6R)-4,5,6-tris{[(tert-butyl)dimethylsilyl]oxy}cyclohex-2-en-1-one ((?)- 11 ). Reduction of (?)- 1 with NaBH4- CeCl3 · 7 H2O, followed by deprotection of the silyl ether moieties gave (+)-conduritol F ((+)- 1 ; 47%) whose characteristics were identical to those of natural (+)-leucanthemitol. Reduction of (?)- 11 with DIBAH, followed by deprotection of the silyl ether moiety led to (?)-conduritol B ((?)- 3 ; 51 %).  相似文献

Carotenoids from Hips of Rosa pomifera: Discovery of (5Z)-Neurosporene; Synthesis of (3R, 15Z)-Rubixanthin Extensive chromatographic separations of the mixture of carotenoids from ripe hips of R. pomifera have led to the identification of 43 individual compounds, namely (Scheme 2): (15 Z)-phytoene (1) , (15 Z)-phytofluene (2) , all-(E)-phytofluene (2a) , ξ-carotene (3) , two mono-(Z)-ξ-carotenes ( 3a and 3b ), (6 R)-?, ψ-carotene (4) , a mono-(Z)-?, ψ-carotene (4a) , β, ψ-carotene (5) , a mono-(Z)-β, ψ-carotene (5a) , neurosporene (6) , (5 Z)-neurosporene (6a) , a mono-(Z)-neurosporene (6b) , lycopene (7) , five (Z)-lycopenes (7a–7e) , β, β-carotene (8) , two mono-(Z)-β, β-carotenes (probably (9 Z)-β, β-carotene (8a) and (13 Z)-β, β-carotene (8b) ), β-cryptoxanthin (9) , three (Z)-β-cryptoxanthins (9a–9c) , rubixanthin (10) , (5′ Z)-rubixanthin (=gazaniaxanthin; 10a ), (9′ Z)-rubixanthin (10b) , (13′ Z)- and (13 Z)-rubixanthin (10c and 10d , resp.), (5′ Z, 13′ Z)- or (5′ Z, 13 Z)-rubixanthin (10e) , lutein (11) , zeaxanthin (12) , (13 Z)-zeaxanthin (12b) , a mono-(Z)-zeaxanthin (probably (9 Z)-zeaxanthin (12a) ), (8 R)-mutatoxanthin (13) , (8 S)-mutatoxanthin (14) , neoxanthin (15) , (8′ R)-neochrome (16) , (8′ S)-neochrome (17) , a tetrahydroxycarotenoid (18?) , a tetrahydroxy-epoxy-carotenoid (19?) , and a trihydroxycarotenoid of unknown structure. Rubixanthin (10) and (5′ Z)-rubixanthin (10a) can easily be distinguished by HPLC. separation and CD. spectra at low temperature. The synthesis of (3 R, 15 Z)-rubixanthin (29) is described. The isolation of (5 Z)-neurosporene (6a) supports the hypothesis that the ?-end group arises by enzymatic cyclization of precursors having a (5 Z)- or (5′ Z)-configuration.  相似文献

The preparation and the CD spectra of optically pure (+)-trans-μ-[(1R,4S,5S,6R,7R,8S)-C,5,6,C -η : C,7,8,C-η-(5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene-2-bicyclo [2.2.2]octanone)]bis(tricarbonyliron) ((+)- 7 ) and (+)-tricarbonyl[(1S,4S,5S,6R)-C-5,6,C-η-(5,6,7,8,-tetramethylidene-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanone)]iron ((+)- 8 ), and of its 3-deuterated derivatives (+)-trans-μ-[(1R,3R,4S,5S,6R,7R,8S)-C,5,6,C-η : C,7,8,C-η-5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene(3-D)-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]-(octanone)]bis(tricarbonyliron) ((+)- 11 ) and (+)-tricarbonyl[(1S,3R,4S,5S,6R)-C-5,6,C- η-(5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene(3-D)-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanone)]iron ((+)- 12 ) are reported. The chirality in (+)- 7 and (+)- 8 is due to the Fe(CO)3 moieties uniquely. The signs of the Cotton effects observed for (+)- 7 and (+)- 8 obey the octant rule (ketone n→π*CO transition). Optically pure (?)-3R-5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene(3-D)-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanone ((?)- 10 ) was prepared. Its CD spectrum showed an ‘anti-octant’ behaviour for the ketone n→π*CO transition of the deuterium substituent. The CD spectra of the alcoholic derivatives (?)-trans-μ-[(1R,2R,4S, 5S,6R,7R,8S)-C,5,6,C-η : C,7,8,C- η-(5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanol)]bis(tricarbonyliron) ((?)- 2 ) and (?)-tricarbonyl- [(1S,2R,4S,5S,6R)- C,5,6,C- η-(5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanol)]iron ((?)- 3 ) and of the 3-denterated derivatives (?)- 5 and (?)- 6 are also reported. The CD spectra of the complexes (?)- 2 , (?)- 3 , (+)- 7 , and (+)- 8 were solvent and temperature dependent. The ‘endo’-configuration of the Fe(CO)3 moiety in (±)- 8 was established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Mitsunobu displacement of (−)-(1S,4R,5S,6S)-4,5,6-tris{[(tert-butyl)dimethylsilyl]oxy}cyclohex-2-en-1-ol ((−)- 12 ; a (−)-conduritol-F derivative) with 4-ethyl-7-hydroxy-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one ( 16 ) provided a 5a-carba-β-D -pyranoside (+)- 17 that was converted into (+)-4-ethyl-7-[(1′R,4′R,5′S,6′R)-4′,5′,6′-trihydroxycyclohex-2′-en-1′-yloxy]-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one ((+)- 5 ) and (+)-4-ethyl-7-[(1′R,2′R,3′S,4′R)-2′,3′,4′-trihydroxycyclohexyloxy]-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one ((+)- 6 ). The 5a-carba-β-D -xyloside (+)- 6 was an orally active antithrombotic agent in the rat (venous Wessler's test), but less active than racemic carba-β-xylosides (±)- 5 and (±)- 6 . The 5a-carba-β-L -xyloside (−)- 6 was derived from the enantiomer (+)- 12 and found to be at least 4 times as active as (+)- 6 . (+)-4-Cyanophenyl 5-thio-β-L -xylopyranoside ((+)- 3 ) was synthesized from L -xylose and found to maintain ca. 50% of the antithrombotic activity of its D -enantiomer. Compounds (±)- 5 , (±)- 6 , and (−)- 6 are in vitro substrates for galactosyltransferase 1.  相似文献

(3Z,9Z,6S,7R)-6,7-epoxy-3,9-octadecadiene (1) and (3Z,9Z,6R,7S)-6,7-epoxy-3,9-octadecadiene (2) have been stereoselectively synthesized in eight steps from 2-pentyn-1-ol with an overall yield of 8%. The key steps involved the Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation of (2E)-oct-2-en-5-yn-1-ol (6). The new synthetic method is suitable for multigram-scale preparation of 1 and 2 and might be used for producing sufficient quantities of the sex pheromone components for management of the pest of tea plantations.  相似文献

( all-E)-12′-Apozeanthinol, Persicaxanthine, and Persicachromes Reexamination of the so-called ‘persicaxanthins’ and ‘persicachromes’, the fluorescent and polar C25-apocarotenols from the flesh of cling peaches, led to the identification of the following components: (3R)-12′-apo-β-carotene-3,12′-diol ( 3 ), (3S,5R,8R, all-E)- and (3S,5R,8S,all-E)-5,8-epoxy-5,8-dihydro-12′-apo-β-carotene-3,12′-diols (4 and 5, resp.), (3S,5R,6S,all-E)-5,6-epoxy-5,6-dihydro-l2′-apo-β-carotene-3,12′-diol =persicaxanthin; ( 6 ), (3S,5R,6S,9Z,13′Z)-5,6-dihydro-12′apo-β-carotene-3,12′-diol ( 7 ; probable structure), (3S,5R,6S,15Z)-5,6-epoxy-5,6-dihydro-12′-apo-β-carotene-3,12′-diol ( 8 ), and (3S,5R,6S,13Z)-5,6-epoxy-5,6-dihydro-12′-apo-β-carotene-3,12′-diol ( 9 ). The (Z)-isomers 7 – 9 are very labile and, after HPLC separation, isomerized predominantly to the (all-E)-isomer 6 .  相似文献

Aervalanata possesses various useful medicinal and pharmaceutical activities. Phytochemical investigation of the plant has now led to the isolation of a new 2α,3α,15,16,19-pentahydroxy pimar-8(14)-ene diterpenoid (1) together with 12 other known compounds identified as β-sitosterol (2), β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (3), canthin-6-one (4), 10-hydroxycanthin-6-one (aervine, 5), 10-methoxycanthin-6-one (methylaervine, 6), β-carboline-1-propionic acid (7), 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3R,8E)-2-[(2′R)-2-hydroxylpalmitoylamino]-8-octadecene-1,3-diol (8), 1-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(2S,3S,4R,8Z)-2-[(2′R)-2′-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-8(Z)-octadene-1,3,4-triol (9), (2S,3S,4R,10E)-2-[(2′R)-2′-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-10-octadecene-1,3,4-triol (10), 6′-O-(4″-hydroxy-trans-cinnamoyl)-kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (tribuloside, 11), 3-cinnamoyltribuloside (12) and sulfonoquinovosyldiacylglyceride (13). Among these, six compounds (813) are reported for the first time from this plant. Cytotoxicity evaluation of the compounds against five cancer cell lines (CHO, HepG2, HeLa, A-431 and MCF-7) shows promising IC50 values for compounds 4, 6 and 12.  相似文献

(+)-(1S, 3S, 6S, 8S)-and (?)-(1R, 3R, 6R, 8R)-4, 9-Twistadiene: Synthesis and Absolute Configuration A synthesis and the determination of the absolute configuration of (+)-(1S, 3S, 6S, 8S)- and (?)-(1R, 3R, 6R, 8R)-4, 9-twistadiene ((+)- and (?)- 4 , respectively) is described. Their chiroptical properties are compared with those of saturated twistane ((+)- and (?)- 5 ) as well as with those of the unsaturated and saturated 2, 7-dioxatwistane analogs (+)- and (?)- 9 , and (+)- and (?)- 10 , respectively, which also are compounds of known absolute configurations.  相似文献

Highly regio- and stereoselective monohydroxylation of the C?C bond of (+)-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one ( 8 ) was achieved via LiAlH4 reduction of the corresponding 5,6-exo-epoxy dimethyl acetal 9 . The reaction gave exclusively (–)-(1R, 2R, 4S)-6,6-dimethoxy-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-exo-ol ( 10 ) which was transformed into 2,5-anhydro-3-O-benzyl-4-deoxy-D -ribo-hexonic acid ( 15 ) and 2,5-anhydro-4-deoxy-D -ribo-hexonic acid ( 6 ) via ozonolysis of (–)-(1R, 4S, 6R)-6-exo-benzyloxy-2-{[(tert-butyl)dimethylsilyl]oxy}-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene ( 14 ). Cordycepin C ( 5 ) was derived from 6 and 4,5,6-triaminopyrimidine using CsF/DMF to generate the adenine heterocycle.  相似文献

Antioxidant activity guided fractionation of extracts of the aerial parts of the title plant and HPLC separation yielded a series of oxygenated long-chain alkylcatechols. Their structures were inferred by spectroscopic methods and chemical transformations to be the novel 4-[(2S,4R,6S)-4-(acetyloxy)tetrahydro-6-pentyl-2H-pyran-2-yl]benzene-1,2diol ( 1a ), 4-[(2S,4R6S)-tetrahydro-4-hydroxy-6-pentyl-2H-pyran-2-yl]benzene-1,2-diol ( 1b ), 4-[(3S,5S)-5-(acetyloxy)-3-hydroxydecyl]benzene-1,2-diol (2a), 4-[(3S,5S)3-(acetyloxy)-5-hydroxydecyl]benzene-1,2-diol ( 2b ), (3S,13Z)-1-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3-hydroxydocos-13-en-5-one ( 3a ), (Z)-1-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)docos-13-en-5-one ( 4 ), besides the known l-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)icosan-5-one ( 5 ). The absolute configurations of the optically active compounds which are structurally related to the [n]-gingerols ( 6 ) and -diols ( 7 ) were established by the high-field 1H-NMR application of Mosher's method. All compounds are in vitro potent antioxidants, inhibiting the Fe2+-catalysed autoxidation of linoleic acid in the same order of magnitude as the commercial antioxidant 2,6-di(tert-butyl)-4-methylphenol (BHT). The dose-dependent inhibitory effects on soybean-lipoxygenase are in the μmol range, that of the most effective compound ( 3a ) in the nmol range, hence being significantly more potent than the Known anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs indomethacin and nordihydroguaiaretic acid.  相似文献

It is shown here that the stoloniferan coral Sarcodictyon roseum of east Pyrenean waters contains four novel diterpenoids, sarcodictyin C ((?) -3 ), D ((?) -4 ), E ((+)- 5 ), F ((+)- 6 ), which are related to sarcodictyin A ( = (?)-(4R,4aR,7R,10S,11S,12aR,1Z,5E,8Z-7,10-epoxy-3,4,4a,7,10,11,12,12a-octahydro-7-hydroxy-6-(methyoxycarbonyl)-1,10-dimethyl-4-(1-methylethyl)-benzocyclodecen-11-yl (E)-N1-methylyrocanate; ((?)? 1 ), previously isolated from the same coral. Sarcodictyin C ((?) -3 ) and D ((?) -4 ) and the 3α-hydroxy and 3α-acetoxy derivatives of (?) -1 ), sarcodictyin E ((+) -5 ) is the (Z)-urocanate isomer of (?) -3 ), and sarcodictyin F ((+) -6 ) is the 1α-hydroxy-2-ene isomer of (?) -3 . In all cases, the nine-membered ring is locked, and the molecule stabilized, by the urocanic appendage; when this is removed in MeOH/KOH, the C(11)–O? function is free to attack at C(5), and retro-condensations then lead to the ring-contracted butenolides 11 (from (?) -3 ) or 10 (from(?) -1 ) with extrusion of the hydroxyfuran nucleus (Scheme 3). Under the same conditions, with (?) -3 , the C(3)-O? group competitively attacks at C(5), the hydroxyfuran nucleus is expelled, and aldehyde 14 is formed. Peculiarly, in the reaction of (?) -3 with MeOD/KOD, the ring-contracted butenolide 17 contains D at the 4′-ax position. The sarcodictyins are unique in these chemical properties, not shared by the cladiellanes which have the same C-skeleton.  相似文献
