Reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, Na2C4H4O4 · 6 H2O and MnSO4 · H2O in CH3OH/H2O yielded a mixture of [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] · 2 H2O ( 1 ) and [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2][Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)](C4H4O4) · 7 H2O ( 2 ). The crystal structure of 1 (P1 (no. 2), a = 8.257(1) Å, b = 8.395(1) Å, c = 12.879(2) Å, α = 95.33(1)°, β = 104.56(1)°, γ = 106.76(1)°, V = 814.1(2) Å3, Z = 1) consists of the dinuclear [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The centrosymmetric dinuclear molecules, in which the Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and four O atoms from two H2O molecules and two bis‐monodentate succinato ligands, are assembled via π‐π stacking interactions into 2 D supramolecular layers parallel to (101) (d(Mn–O) = 2.123–2.265 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.307 Å). The crystal structure of 2 (P1 (no. 2), a = 14.289(2) Å, b = 15.182(2) Å, c = 15.913(2) Å, α = 67.108(7)°, β = 87.27(1)°, γ = 68.216(8)°, V = 2934.2(7) Å3, Z = 2) is composed of the [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ cations, [Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)] complex molecules, (C4H4O4)2– anions, and H2O molecules. The (C4H4O4)2– anions and H2O molecules form 3 D hydrogen bonded network and the cations and complex molecules in the tunnels along [001] and [011], respectively, are assembled via the π‐π stacking interactions into 1 D supramolecular chains. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and two water O atoms or two carboxyl O atoms (d(Mn–O) = 2.088–2.129 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.277–2.355 Å). Interestingly, the succinato ligands in the complex molecules assume gauche conformation bidentately to chelate the Mn atoms into seven‐membered rings.  相似文献

The title compound, tetrakis(ethylenediammonium) tetra‐μ‐hydrogenphosphato‐di‐μ‐hydroxo‐ tetra‐μ‐phosphato‐bis(aquacobalt)hexakis(oxovanadium) trihydrate, was synthesized hydrothermally at moderate temperature. The structure consists of diprotonated ethylenediammonium cations and layers of the polyanions. The polyanion contains four PO4 tetrahedra and three VO5 square pyramids that are linked through corner‐sharing by alternating P—O—V, which gives rise to a chain. The chains, connected by CoO4(H2O)2 octahedra, form layers, resulting in a two‐dimensional layered structure. The Co—O distances are in the range 1.984 (3)–2.038 (4) Å, the P—O distances 1.508 (3)–1.575 (3) Å and the V—O distances 1.585 (3)–2.010 (3) Å.  相似文献

Both complexes were characterized by X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 can be prepared without by‐products by treatment of (Ph4P)2[BeCl4] with excess Me3SiNCS in dichloromethane solution. 1 : Space group I41/a, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at 100(2) K: a = b = 1091.2(1), c = 3937.1(3) pm, R1 = 0.0474. The [Be(NCS)4]2– ion of 1 forms tetragonally distorted tetrahedral anions with Be–N distances of 168.4(2) pm and weak intermolecular S ··· S contacts along [100] and [010]. 2 ·4CH2Cl2: Space group P , Z = 1, lattice dimensions at 100(2) K: a = 919.5(1), b = 1248.3(1), c = 2707.0(2) pm, α = 101.61(1) °, β = 95.08(1) °, γ = 94.52(1) °, R1 = 0.103. Compound 2 contains two different anionic complexes in the ratio 1:1. The lattice dimensions are: a = 1097 pm, b = 1510 pm, c = 1591 pm, β = 104.4°. (PPh4)2[Br4Mo(μ-S2)2MoBr4] · 3 CH2Br2 crystallizes triclinic in the space group P&1macr; with two formula units per unit cell and the lattice constants a = 1328 pm, b = 1573 pm, c = 1719 pm, α = 95.8°, β = 96.3°, γ = 74.1°. Both compounds are of ionical structure with PPh3Me and PPh4 cations, respectively, and anions [X4MO(μ-S2)2MoX4]2? very similar to each other. The molybdenum atoms are bridged by two disulfido ligands and are bonded directly with a bond length of 286 pm. The terminal halogen atoms add up to coordination number nine at the molybdenum.  相似文献

Bis(disulfido)bridged NbIV cluster oxalate complexes [Nb2(S2)2(C2O4)4]4– were prepared by ligand substitution reaction from the aqua ion [Nb2(μ‐S2)2(H2O)8]4+ and isolated as K4[Nb2(S2)2(C2O4)4] · 6 H2O ( 1 ), (NH4)6[Nb2(S2)2(C2O4)4](C2O4) ( 2 ) and Cs4[Nb2(S2)2(C2O4)4] · 4 H2O ( 3 ). The crystal structures of 1 and 2 were determined. The crystals of 1 belong to the space group P1, a = 720.94(7) pm, b = 983.64(10) pm, c = 1071.45(10) pm, α = 109.812(1)°, β = 91.586(2)°, γ = 105.257(2)°. The crystals of 2 are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 1567.9(2) pm, b = 1906.6(3) pm, c = 3000.9(4) pm, β = 95.502(2)°. The packing in 2 shows alternating layers of cluster anions and of ammonium/uncoordinated oxalates perpendicular to the [1 0 1] direction. Vibration spectra, electrochemistry and thermogravimetric properties of the complexes are also discussed.  相似文献

Synthesis and Structure of New Sodium Hydrogen Sulfates Na(H3O)(HSO4)2, Na2(HSO4)2(H2SO4), and Na(HSO4)(H2SO4)2 Three acidic sodium sulfates have been synthesized from the system sodium sulfate/sulfuric acid and have been crystallographically characterized. Na(H3O)(HSO4)2 ( A ) crystallizes in the space group P21/c with the unit cell parameters a = 6.974(2), b = 13.086(2), c = 8.080(3) Å, α = 105.90(4)°, V = 709.1 Å3, Z = 4. Na2(HSO4)2(H2SO4) ( B ) is orthorhombic (space group Pna21) with the unit cell parameters a = 9.970(2), b = 6.951(1), c = 13.949(3) Å, V = 966.7 Å3 and Z = 4. Na(HSO4)(H2SO4)2 ( C ) crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with the unit cell parameters a = 5.084(1), b = 8.746(1), c = 11.765(3) Å, α = 68.86(2)°, β = 88.44(2)°, γ = 88.97(2)°, V = 487.8 Å3 and Z = 2. All three compounds contain SO4 tetrahedra as HSO4? anions and additionally in B and C in form of H2SO4 molecules. The ratio H:SO4 determines the connectivity degree in the hydrogen bond system. In A , there are zigzag chains and dimers additionally connected via oxonium ions. Complex chains consisting of cyclic trimers (two HSO4? and one H2SO4) are present in B . In structure C , several parallel chains are connected to columns due to the greater content of H2SO4. Sodium cations show a distorted octahedral coordination by oxygen in all three structures, the NaO6 octahedra being “isolated” (connected via SO4 tetrahedra only) in A . Pairs of octahedra with common edge form Na2O10 dimeric units in C . Such double octahedra are connected via common corners forming zigzag chains in B .  相似文献

The title compound, triammonium cis‐diaqua‐cis‐dioxo‐trans‐disulfatovanadate 1.5‐hydrate, was obtained by oxidizing VIV to VV in a 2 M sulfuric acid solution of vanadyl sulfate and adding ammonium sulfate. Here, the V atom is sandwiched by two sulfate groups by corner‐sharing to form a discrete [VO2(SO4)2(OH2)2]3? anion. The water molecules occupy cis positions in the equatorial plane of the vanadium octahedron.  相似文献

Contributions on Crystal Structures and Thermal Behaviour of Anhydrous Phosphates. XXIII. Preparation, Crystal Structure, and Thermal Behaviour of the Mercury(I) Phosphates α-(Hg2)3(PO4)2, β-(Hg2)3(PO4)2, and (Hg2)2P2O7 Light-yellow single crystals of (Hg2)2P2O7 have been obtained via chemical vapour transport in a temperature gradient (500 °C → 450 °C, 23 d) using Hg2Cl2 as transport agent. Characteristic feature of the crystal structure (P2/n, Z = 2, a = 9,186(1), b = 4,902(1), c = 9,484(1) Å, β = 98,82(2)°, 1228 independent of 5004 reflections, R(F) = 0,066 for 61 variables, 7 atoms in the asymmetric unit) are Hg22+-units with d(Hg1–Hg1) = 2,508 Å and d(Hg2–Hg2) = 2,519 Å. The dumbbells Hg22+ are coordinated by oxygen, thus forming polyhedra [(Hg12)O4] and [(Hg22)O6]. These polyhedra share some oxygen atoms. In addition they are linked by the diphosphate anion P2O74– (ecliptic conformation; ∠(P,O,P) = 129°) to built up the 3-dimensional structure. Under hydrothermal conditions (T = 400 °C) orange single crystals of the mercury(I) orthophosphates α-(Hg2)3(PO4)2 and β-(Hg2)3(PO4)2 have been obtained from (Hg2)2P2O7 and H3PO4 (c = 1%). The crystal structures of both modifications have been refined from X-ray single crystal data [α-form (β-form): P21/c (P21/n), Z = 2 (2), a = 8,576(3) (7,869(3)), b = 4,956(1) (8,059(3)), c = 15,436(3) (9,217(4)) Å, β = 128,16(3) (108,76(4))°, 1218 (1602) independent reflections of 4339 (6358) reflections, R(F) = 0,039 (0,048) for 74 (74) variables, 8 (8) atoms in the asymmetric unit]. In the structure of α-(Hg2)3(PO4)2 three crystallographically independent mercury atoms, located in two independent dumbbells, are coordinated by three oxygen atoms each. Thus, [(Hg2)O6] dimers with a strongly distorted tetrahedral coordination of all mercury atoms are formed. Such dimers are present besides [(Hg2)O5]-polyhedra in the less dense crystal structure of β-(Hg2)3(PO4)2 (d(Hg–Hg) = 2,518 Å). The mercury(I) phosphates are thermally labile and disproportionate between 200 °C (β-(Hg2)3(PO4)2) and 480 °C (α-(Hg2)3(PO4)2) to elemental mercury and the corresponding mercury(II) phosphate.  相似文献

In the title compound, disodium cobalt tetrakis(dihydrogenphosphate) tetrahydrate, the CoII ion lies on an inversion centre and is octahedrally surrounded by two water molecules and four H2PO4 groups to give a cobalt complex anion of the form [Co(H2PO4)4(OH2)]2?. The three‐dimensional framework results from hydrogen bonding between the anions. The relationship with the structures of Co(H2PO4)2·2H2O and K2CoP4O12·5H2O is discussed.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the monomeric palladium(II) azide complexes of the type L2Pd(N3)2 (L = PPh3 ( 1 ), AsPh3 ( 2 ), and 2‐chloropyridine ( 3 )), the dimeric [(AsPh4)2][Pd2(N3)4Cl2] ( 4 ), the homoleptic azido palladate [(PNP)2][Pd(N3)4] ( 5 ) and the homoleptic azido platinates [(AsPh4)2][Pt(N3)4] · 2 H2O ( 6 ) and [(AsPh4)2][Pt(N3)6] ( 7 ) were determined by X‐ray diffraction at single crystals. 1 and 2 are isotypic and crystallize in the triclinic space group P1. 1 , 2 and 3 show terminal azide ligands in trans position. In 4 the [Pd2(N3)4Cl2]2– anions show end‐on bridging azide groups as well as terminal chlorine atoms and azide ligands. The anions in 5 and 6 show azide ligands in equal positions with almost local C4h symmetry at the platinum and palladium atom respectively. The metal atoms show a planar surrounding. The [Pt(N3)6]2– anions in 7 are centrosymmetric (idealized S6 symmetry) with an octahedral surrounding of six nitrogen atoms at the platinum centers.  相似文献

Tetraammonium cadmium dihydrogenselenite(IV) diselenate(VI), (NH4)4Cd(HSeIVO3)2(SeVIO4)2, is the third example of a compound containing both hydrogen selenite and selenate anions, and has a new structure type. It contains kröhnkite‐like heteropolyhedral chains in which CdO6 octahedra are linked via bridging HSeO3 groups, having their remaining two trans apices decorated by SeO4 groups. The charge‐balancing NH4 groups are involved in weak hydrogen bonding, whereas the H atom of the HSeO3 group provides a strong hydrogen bond [O⋯O = 2.614 (5) Å]. The average Cd—O bond length is 2.298 Å. All atoms are on general positions except Cd (on ). Relations to the kröhnkite‐type compounds Na2Mg(SO3)·2H2O, Ba2CoCl2(SeO3)2 and Ba2Ca(HPO4)2(H2PO4)2, and to the mineral curetonite are discussed. Unit‐cell data are given for an isotypic MnII analogue.  相似文献

The crystal structures of Na2Mg3(OH)2(SO4)3 · 4H2O and K2Mg3(OH)2(SO4)3 · 2H2O, were determined from conventional laboratory X‐ray powder diffraction data. Synthesis and crystal growth were made by mixing alkali metal sulfate, magnesium sulfate hydrate, and magnesium oxide with small amounts of water followed by heating at 150 °C. The compounds crystallize in space group Cmc21 (No. 36) with lattice parameters of a = 19.7351(3), b = 7.2228(2), c = 10.0285(2) Å for the sodium and a = 17.9427(2), b = 7.5184(1), c = 9.7945(1) Å for the potassium sample. The crystal structure consists of a linked MgO6–SO4 layered network, where the space between the layers is filled with either potassium (K+) or Na+‐2H2O units. The potassium‐bearing structure is isostructural to K2Co3(OH)2(SO4)3 · 2(H2O). The sodium compound has a similar crystal structure, where the bigger potassium ion is replaced by sodium ions and twice as many water molecules. Geometry optimization of the hydrogen positions were made with an empirical energy code.  相似文献
