采用分子动力学模拟研究甲基多巴分子透过磷脂双层膜的动力学机制.研究所采用的磷脂双层膜是一种卵磷脂脂质分子双层膜,即1-棕榈酰-2-油酰-卵磷脂(POPC)双层膜,分子动力学模拟基于Gromacs程序.通过分子动力学模拟获得甲基多巴透过POPC双层膜的自由能垒是99.9 kJ·mol-1(310 K),显示甲基多巴分子可以透过细胞生物膜.模拟获得甲基多巴在POPC双层膜中间层扩散运动的自由能垒是16.9-27.7 kJ·mol-1(310 K),证明甲基多巴分子在细胞膜中间层容易扩散.研究工作加深了对甲基多巴治疗高血压病机制的理解,促进研发治疗高血压病的新药物.  相似文献

用AM1和INDO/CI方法研究了螺旋共轭化合物I的结构和电子光谱,并在此基础上,用完全态求和公式(SOS,自编程序)计算了二阶非线性光学系数βμ,把结果与其对应的多烯及联苯连接的化合物Ⅱ和Ⅲ用同一方法计算得到的结果加以比较,发现螺旋共轭化合物Ⅰ的二阶非线性光学系数βμ虽然小于ⅡⅢ,但其透明性均比化合物Ⅱ和Ⅲ好。  相似文献

本文研究了电解质对铝镁混合金属氢氧化物(Al-MgMMH)溶胶粒子中Cl-和OH-的阴离子交换性能。在所研究的电解质NaNO3,HCOONa,CH3COONa,Na2CO3,Na2SO4和Na3PO4中,发现高价阴离子的交换能力大于低价阴离子的交换能力,无机阴离子的交换能力大于有机阴离子的交换能力。所研究Al-MgMMH溶胶粒子的阴离子交换容量为2.82mmol/g,比粘土粒子的阳离子交换容量大得多。  相似文献

建立了邻苯二甲醛(OPA)手动柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法测定样品中氨基酸含量的方法。以邻苯二甲醛(OPA)/3-巯基丙酸(3-MPA)为衍生试剂进行衍生,ODS柱分离,340nm检测,在40min内18种氨基酸全部得到基线分离。测定牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的氨基酸组成和小鼠血清中的游离氨基酸,取得满意的结果。  相似文献

采用二维核磁共振波谱完全归属了天然有机化合物香茶菜醛的^1H和^13C NMR化学位移,测定了部分质子的偶合常数,并用孤立自旋对近似方法质量处理香茶菜醛的相敏NOSEY谱,根据1/γ^6ij∝Aij计算出相应的质子间距离。其溶液中的三维空间结构采用以NMR结构参数为初始数据的WUPH计算程序和分子力学能量优化(MM2)完成计算。计算结果表明,得到的香茶菜醛在溶液中的三维空间结构反映了该化合物在溶液  相似文献

实验发现,铁氰化钾在碱性条件下能氧化甲基多巴产生微弱的化学发光,而二氯荧光素能大大增强该体系的发光强度。基于此,并结合流动注射技术,建立起一种直接测定甲基多巴的流动注射化学发光新方法。该方法的检出限为5.8×10-9g/mL,甲基多巴在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6g/mL范围内与发光强度呈良好的线性关系。对1.0×10-7g/mL的甲基多巴平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为2.9%。用该法对甲基多巴片剂含量进行了测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

The Rh(II)-catalyzed reaction of 2-carbonyl-substituted 2H-azirines with ethyl 2-cyano-2-diazoacetate or 2-diazo-3,3,3-trifluoropropionate provides an easy access to 2H-1,3-oxazines and 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-ones. These compounds can be selectively prepared from the same starting material using temperature as the only varied parameter. The 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, a common precursor for both heterocyclic products, isomerizes into 2H-1,3-oxazine under kinetic control, while 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-one is the sole product of the reaction at elevated temperatures. According to DFT-calculations a one-atom oxazine ring contraction involving ring-opening to a 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, followed by a 1,5- and 1,2-prototropic shift leads to the consecutive formation of imidoylketene and azomethine ylide, which then further undergo cyclization to the pyrrole derivative.  相似文献
