The neutral part of the acetone extract from the bark of Pinus luchuensis Mayer has been investigated and found to consist of alkanes (C22–C34) and triterpenes of serratene type. The triterpenes are 3β–methoxyserrat–14–en–21–one, serrat–14–en–3, 21–dione, 3β–hydroxyserrat–14–en–21–one, 3β–21α–dimethoxyserrat–l4–ene and 3β–methoxyserrat–14–en–21α–ol.  相似文献

From the hexane and acetone extractive of the wood of Keteleeria davidiana Beissner, α-pinene, β-pinene, limonene, α-copaene, bornyl acetate, β-elemene, caryophyllene, caryophyllene oxide, α-selinene, β~selinene, selin-11-en-4α-o1, laevojunenol, α-cyperone, stigmasterol, β-sitosterol, tetracosyltetracosanoate, docosanyl tetracosanoate, hexacosanyltetracosanoate, tetracosanol, hexacosanol, docosanol, α-conidendrin and 15-hydroxydehydroabietic acid were isolated. Straight chain saturated hydrocarbons (C13, C14, C17-C14) were also obtained.  相似文献

Two new phenylpropanoids, integrifoliolin ( 1 ) and integrifoliodiol ( 2 ), together with 23 known compounds, have been isolated from the root wood of Zanthoxylum integrifoliolum. The structures of these compounds were determined by means of spectral analyses. The reported anti‐HIV constituents of decarine and γ‐fagarine were also isolated from the root wood of this plant.  相似文献

Two diterpenoids, (+)-labda-7,14-dien-13-ol and (+)-manoyl oxide, and one bis(bibenzyl) compound, isomarchantin C, were isolated as the major components from the Taiwanese liverwort Mylia nuda. Nineteen compounds were isolated from the CHCl3 soluble portion of the heartwood of Eucalyptus citriodora. These compounds included trans‐calamenene (1), T‐muurolol (2), α‐cadinol (3), 2β‐hydroxy‐α‐cadinol (4), 4‐hydroxy‐3,5‐dimethoxybenzaldehyde (5), 4‐hydroxy‐3,5‐dimethoxybenzoic acid (6), linoleic acid (7), squalene (8), α‐tocopherol (9), erythrodiol (10), morolic acid (11), betulonic acid (12), cycloeucalenol (13), cycloeucalenol vernolitate (14), β‐sitosterol (15), β‐sitosteryl‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside (16), β‐sitostenone (17), yangambin (18), sesamin (19). Among them, 14 is a new compound. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to characterize and quantify the chemical constituents of heartwood and sapwood of Dalbergia oliveri extract in order to investigate the chemical components that determine the formation of heartwood’s color. In this work, the types of pigments in heartwood and sapwood extract were analyzed using UV-Visible (UV) Spectrophotometer, and the main pigment components of heartwood and sapwood extract were identified and quantified using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS). The results showed that the difference in content of the main components between heartwood and sapwood of Dalbergia oliveri was slight, and the lignin structure between heartwood and sapwood is basically identical; flavonoid pigments were found to be the primary chromophoric components of heartwood and sapwood extract. However, a total of 21 flavonoids were identified in heartwood and sapwood, of which the unique substances to heartwood were vitexin, isorhamnetin, and pelargonidin, and the content of isoliquiritigenin, formononetin, and biochanin A were 253, 37, and 583 times higher in the heartwood than in the sapwood, respectively, which could be the main pigment components affecting the significant color difference between heartwood and sapwood of Dalbergia oliveri. These results will provide a foundation for revealing the underlying mechanism of color difference between heartwood and sapwood and provide a theoretical basis for wood coloring.  相似文献

Eleven chemical constituents were isolated from the ethyl acetate soluble fraction of the aerial part of Rosa laevigata Michx. These compounds include the Henze's ketol (16), diethyl malate (17), three γ-lactones (18-20), loliolide (21), p-coumaric acid (22), 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin (23) and three flavonoids (24-26). Five ent‐atisane diterpenoids, including three new ones, i.e., (16α)‐17‐hydroxy‐ent‐atisan‐19‐oic acid methyl ester ( 1 ), (16α)‐17‐dihydroxy‐ent‐atisan‐19‐oic acid methyl ester ( 2 ), (16α)‐ent‐atisan‐16,17,19‐triol ( 3 ), and two known compounds, i.e., 17‐hydroxy‐ent‐atisan‐19‐oic acid ( 4 ), (16α)‐16,17‐dihydroxy‐ent‐atisan‐19‐al ( 5 ), together with one known diterpene glycoside, i.e., sumogaside, two known triterpenes, i.e., germanicone and (3β)‐β‐amyrin, three known phenolic compounds, i.e., (+)‐gallocatechin, (+)‐catechin, and gallic acid, and two known sterols, i.e., β‐sitosterol and daucosterol, were isolated from the callus cultures of Trewia nudiflora. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR experiments. No maytansinoids were isolated or detected by LC‐ESI‐MS in the extracts of the calli, which suggests that the callus cultures can not produce maytansinoids under these conditions.  相似文献

扫帚松(Pinustabulaeformis Rabracrlifera)为松科植物油松的变种,目前仅在辽宁千山发现存有数棵,国内外还未见发现的报道.扫帚松没有主干,从根部开始分枝,形似扫帚而得名,该树现已被列为国家级保护名树.为了探索这一稀有物种的奥秘,我们对它的化学成分进行研究.对于扫帚松松针挥发性成分我们已有研究报道[1],本文对扫帚松树皮挥发性成分进行研究.松木皮可以祛风、胜湿、祛痰、敛疮.治风湿骨痛,跌打损伤,肠风下血,远年久痢;痈疽久不收口,金疮,汤火伤[2].采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取扫帚松树皮的挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术,并结合Wiley/NBS标准谱图库[3],人工检索鉴定了20个化学成分.  相似文献
