A new cyclic peptide, prepatellamide A (1), along with three known cyclic peptides (2)-(4), was isolated from the ascidian Lissodinum patella. Distomadines A and B, novel tetracyclic guanidine-containing 6-hydroxyquinoline alkaloids were isolated from the New Zealand ascidian Pseudodistoma aureum and characterised by interpretation of spectroscopic data and chemical derivatisation. Distomadine A exhibited mild antifungal activity but failed to exhibit any biological activity in a range of antitumour, cytotoxicity, anti-inflammatory, and antimycobacterial tests. The known methyl esters of fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid and eicosatetraenoic acid were also identified in the extract with EPA methyl ester exhibiting mild cytotoxicity to a non-malignant cell line.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the CH2Cl2/MeOH extract from the Australian ascidian Leptoclinideskingi led to the isolation of a new brominated indole alkaloid, kingamide A (1). The planar structure of kingamide A was elucidated following the interpretation of 1D/2D NMR and MS data, and the absolute configuration was determined using Marfey’s method. A new triterpene glycoside, leucospilotaside C, along with two known saponin, was isolated from sea cucumber Holothuria leucospilota collected from the South China Sea, and its structure was elucidated as 3-0-{4′-O-sodiumsulfate-β′-D-xylopyranosyl}- holosta-22,25-epoxy-9-ene-3β,12α,17α-triol (1) by extensive spectroscopic analysis and chemical methods. A new skeleton bisabolane-type sesquiterpene curcuminoid,bisabocurcumin(1),along with 5 known compounds,curcumin(2), demethoxycurcumin(3),bidemethoxycurcumin(4),(1E,4E)-1,5-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-penta-1,4-dien-3-one(5),and (1E,4E)-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-5-(4-hydroxy phenyl-)-penta-1,4-dien-3-one(6)were isolated from the rhizomes of Curcuma longa L.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.Bisabocurcumin(1) is firstly obtained from nature with a new skeleton combined by a bisabolane-type sesquiterpene and a 1,7-diphenylheptanoid through a C-C bond.  相似文献

A new nitrogenous bromophenol, colensolide A, is isolated from the New Zealand red alga Osmundaria colensoi together with the known bromophenol lanosol and four of its derivatives. In this study, a novel technique is employed to identify potentially new compounds in semi-purified mixtures containing a plethora of structurally similar, known metabolites, using NMR spectroscopy. The structure and relative configuration of colensolide A is determined using standard spectroscopic techniques. Several of the known bromophenols exhibit antibacterial activity and one shows moderate cytotoxicity.  相似文献

Bioassay-guided fractionation of the MeOH extract from a Philippine didemnid ascidian resulted in the isolation of two new dimeric alkaloids, lissoclinotoxins E (1) and F (2). The polysulfide structures for compounds 1 and 2 were determined by interpretation of spectroscopic data and chemical degradation. Computational chemistry studies suggested that the N-alkyl chains about the tricyclic systems of lissoclinotoxins E and F had trans and cis orientations, respectively. Alkaloids 1 and 2 displayed IC50 values of 2.3 and 1.5 μg/mL, respectively, towards the PTEN-deficient human breast carcinoma cell line, MDA-MB-468.  相似文献

The continuous chemical investigation on the ethyl acetate (EtOAc) soluble fraction of the MeOH extract afforded two new lanostane triterpenoid derivatives including one with a rearranged lanostane skeleton. They were identified as 3,4-seco-8-(14→13R)abeo-17,13-friedo-9β-lanosta-4(28), 7,14(30),24-tetraen-26,23-olide-23-hydroxy-3-oic acid (1) and 7,14-mariesa- dien-3oL-hydroxy-25-methoxy-26-oic acid (2). Structural determination of these compounds were carried out by the spectral studies especially by the two digital (2D)-NMR and high-resolution MS experiences.  相似文献

The synthesis of a range of thiazole containing cyclic peptides using cyclooligomerisation reactions of amino acid substituted thiazole monomers and by macrolactamisation procedures is reported. The synthetic approaches lead to high yields of novel 18- and 24-membered ring analogues of the naturally occurring Lissoclinum families of cyclic peptides found in marine organisms and algae.  相似文献

The isolation and structure determination of an unusual cyclic heptapeptide, wainunuamide, from a Fijian marine sponge, Stylotella aurantium, is reported. The peptide contains three proline residues and a histidine residue, which is rare in cyclic peptides and has only previously been reported in a cyclic peptide isolated from the cyanobacterium Oscillatoria agardhii, suggesting a possible source of the peptide. Wainunuamide is found to have weak cytotoxic activity.  相似文献

Ab initio calculation at HF/6-31G* and MP2/6-31G* levels of theory for geometry optimization of some syn- and anti-1,8-di-pyridine 9H-fluorene, dibenzo[b,d]furan, 9H-carbazole and Dibenzo[b,d]thiophene are reported. The rotational barrier energy, heat of formation and Gibbs energy are determined for the conversion of the anti-(syn) to the syn (anti)-isomers at 25 °C in the gas phase. The models are chosen as isomers of 9H-fluorene, dibenzo[b,d]furan, 9H-carbazole and dibenzo[b,d]thiophene as scaffold with pyridine as module. Results obtained show that (at equilibrium) for most of atropisomers the syn- is favored over the anti-isomer. Moreover, the ground state structures show that the modules are not parallel to each other but are tilted away in order to increase separation and there by minimize electrostatic repulsion. In atropisomers of 9H-carbazole the isomers are showing an attraction due to the presence of nitrogen atom. Influence of the position of nitrogen atom on the magnitude of the rotational barriers in these atropisomers is also studied.  相似文献

From the ethanol extract of Selaginella moellendorffii Hieron., a new flavone O-glycoside and three known flavone C-glycosides have been isolated and identified as 5-carboxymethyl-4′-hydroxyflavone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside 1, 6,8-di-C-β-D-glueopyranosylapigenin 2, 6-C-[3-D-glucopyranosyl-8-C-β-D-xylopyranosyl apigenin 3, 6-C-B-D-xylopyranosyl-8-C-β-glucopyranosylapigenin 4, respectively. Eight known glycosides of hederagenin and the new triterpene glycoside 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-6-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester of hederagenin were isolated by chromatographic methods from leaves of Kalopanax septemlobum var. maximowichii introduced to Crimea.
