Single-handed helical phenolic resin nanofibers were synthesized through a supramolecular templating approach using the supramolecular self-assemblies of a pair of chiral low-molecular-weight amphiphiles as the templates and 2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid and formaldehyde as the precursors.The phenolic resin nanofibers were characterized using field-emission scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and diffused reflection circular dichroism.The results indicated that the chirality of the supramolecular self-assemblies was successfully transferred to the phenolic resin nanofibers.The left- and right-handed helical phenolic resin nanofibers exhibited opposite optical activity.  相似文献

Using porous diatomite ceramic as carrier and phenolic resin as carbon precursor, the activated carbon functional ceramic with the activated carbon fixed into porous ceramic was prepared by the impregnation load phenolic resin, carbonization and activation isolated air. The influences of impregnation, curing, carbonization, activation etc. on the material property were discussed. The iodine value, SEM, elemental analyzer, BET and spectrum analysis chart were used to characterize the microstructures and performance of material at different conditions. The results showed that the excellent comprehensive property of activated carbon functional ceramic was gained when it adsorbed phenolic resin in 4 h under vacuum condition at curing temperature of 150 ℃ for 0.5 h and carbonization temperature of 600 ℃ for 1.0 h, and then put into 25wt% KOH for 4.0 h at activation temperature of 700 ℃ for 1.5 h. The iodine value is 176.9 mg/g, the specific surface area can reach 86.3 m2/g and the yield of carbonization is 50.48%.  相似文献

Phenolic hydroxyl-terminated polysiloxanes were incorporated into epoxy resins to reducethe internal stress owing to the mismatch in coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE).Polysiloxane-epoxy resin block copolymers were made by a pre-reaction step prior to thecuring. In the cured resin, the domain size of the polysiloxane phase depended on thestructure of the phenolic hydroxyl-terminated polysiloxane. It was found that the modulus ofthe cured resin depended largely on the level of the modifier, while the CTE was affectedgreatly by the structure of the polysiloxane. By means of incorporating a few percent ofmethylphenylsiloxane unit into the polydimethylsiloxane chain, or by introducing morecompatible end-capping groups, the compounds of more effective low stress modifiers weresynthesized.  相似文献

<正>Two hypercrosslinked polymeric adsorbents(ZH-01 and Amberlite XAD-4 resin) were employed to remove three kinds of phenolic compounds including phenol,4-nitrophenol and 2,4-dinitrophenol from aqueous solutions.The study was focused on the static equilibrium adsorption behavior,the column dynamic adsorption and desorption profiles.The Freundlich model gave a perfect fitting to the isotherm data.The adsorbing capacities for these three compounds on ZH-01 were higher than those on Amberlite XAD-4 within the temperature range 288-318 K,which was attributed to the large micropore area and 2-carboxybenzoyl functional groups on the network of ZH-01 resin.The adsorption for phenol and 4- nitrophenol on ZH-01 was a physical adsorption process,while for 2,4-dinitrophenol it was a coexistence process of physical adsorption and chemisorption's transitions.The column test showed the advantages of ZH-01 in the dynamic adsorption processes of phenolic compounds.Being used as the desorption reagent,sodium hydroxide solution showed an excellent performance.  相似文献

A series of macromolecular copolymers of styrene and divinyl-benzene were prepared in the presence of iso-octanol or 2-ethyl butyl alcohol. The factors which affected the physical structures of the copolymer were discussed. The macroporous amido-phosphonic acid resin was obtained after the acetylation, phosphonylation and amination of the crosslinked polystyrene. Surface reactable modified silver nanoparticles were prepared by NaBH4 reduced silver ion in the aquenous solvent, in the presence of the double group modifying agent, O,O′-di(11-bromic undecane)dithiophosphonic acid. The morphology and structure of the product were characterized using Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM), UV-Visible Absorption(UV-Vis) spectra, Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR) spectra. The result indicate that the products are spherical shape and no aggregation, C-Br functional groups are on the outermost portion of the silver nanoparticles. The nanoparticles were well dispersed in organic solution, such as chloroform, petroleum ether, toluene etc. The analysis of the sample which reacted with trimethylamine by X-ray photoelectron spectra(XPS) shows the silver nanoparticles can undergo many reactions.  相似文献

Equilibrium data for the adsorption of phenolic compounds, i.e., phenol, p-cresol, p-chlorophenol and p-nitrophenol from aqueous solutions by a water-compatible hypercrosslinked polymeric adsorbent (NJ-8) within temperature range of 283-323 K were obtained and correlated with a Freundlich-type of isotherm equation, so that equilibrium constants KF and n were obtained. The capacities of equilibrium adsorption for all the four phenolic compounds on the NJ-8 from aqueous solutions are around 2 times as high as those of Amberlite XAD-4, which may be attributed to the unusual micropore structure and the partial polarity on the network. The values of the enthalpy (always negative) are indicative of an exothermic process, which manifests the adsorption of all the four phenolic compounds on the two polymeric adsorbents to be a process of physical adsorption. The negative values of free energy change show that the solute is more concentrated on the adsorbent than in the bulk solution. The absolute free energy values of adsorption for NJ-8 are always higher than those for Amberlite XAD-4, which indicates that phenolic compounds are preferentially adsorbed on NJ-8. The negative values of the adsorption entropy are consistent with the restricted mobilities of adsorbed molecules of phenolic compounds as compared with the molecules in solution. The adsorption entropy values of phenolic compounds for NJ-8 are lower than those for Amberlite XAD-4, which means the micropores of NJ-8 require more orderly arranged adsorbate.  相似文献

A sensitive and rapid chemiluminescence(CL) flow injection with controlled-reagent-release technology for the determination of reserpine was proposed.The Cl reagents,luminol and dichromate,uses in this sensor,were all immobilized on anion-exchange resin.Through injection of 100μl of water,the reagents on the anion-ex-change resin column were eluted and in the presence of reserpine ,the CL intensity was decreased,by which reserpine could be sensed.Reserpine was quantified by measuring the decrement of CL intensity,which was observed linear with the logrithm of reserpine concentration in the rage of 1.0-500.0ng/mL,and the limit of detection was 0.4ng/mL(3σ)with a relative standard deviation of less than 3.0?The proposed procedure was applied in the assay of reserpine in pharmaceutical preparation and biological fhuids without any pre-treatment process and with sampling frequencies of 72 times per hour.  相似文献

The self-diffusion of Eu^3+ ion in porous resins D72 and D751 was studied by isotope exchange reaction.Applying Kataoka‘s bidisperse pore model,the intraparticle effective diffusivity De were resolved into a solid diffusivity Dg and a macropore diffusivity Dp.The experiments show that De.Dp and Dg all increase with the increase of reaction temperature;the response Dp and Dg of D751 resin is smaller than that of D72 resin;the diffusivity of Eu^3+ ion in solution is larger than Dp,which leads to the conclusion that the diffusion of ion in the pore of resin can not completely be equal to that in solution.  相似文献

Polysiloxane bearing pendant quaternary ammonium groups (PSI) was used to modify the surface properties ofepoxy resins. In the cured resin, PSI formed the dispersed phase. Remarkable enrichment and gradient distribution ofpolysiloxane on the surface region of the epoxy resins were demonstrated by XPS analysis. The composition and propertiesof the surface of PSI-modified epoxy resin, which is in contact with the mold, are dependent on the material of the mold.Through the incorporation of PSI, epoxy resins with low surface energy and low friction coefficient were obtained.Polysiloxane with lower ionic group content shows a higher degree of enrichment on the resin surface and leads to a highercontact angle against water, while the polysiloxane having optimum compatibility with the epoxy resin shows a greater effectin reducing the static friction coefficient of the resin against glass.  相似文献

Silver iodide nanoclusters were successfully prepared in the channels of mordenite by a heat diffusion method.Powder X-ray diffraction.adsorption technique and infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize the prepared materials,which showed that the guest silver iodied had been encapsulated in the channels of mordenite.The optical properties of the solid phase diffuse reflectance absorption of nanocomposite material NaM-AgI were studied,showing that the absorption bands of the diffuse reflectance absorption of the prepared material moved to the region of high energy.The absorption peak of the material prepared shifted to the region of high energy.Namely,blue shift was caused.This has demonstrated the incorporation of silver iodide into the channels of the zeolite.We observed the luminescence and surface photovoltage spectra of NaM-AgI sample,proposing the mechanisms of the photoluminescence and photovoltaic responses.  相似文献

<正>Adsorption ofhumic,tannic and gallic acids by a macro weakly basic ion-exchange resin JN-01 was studied.The adsorption capacity of this resin for gallic and tannic acids is much higher than that for humie acid,which can be explained on the basis of both their molecular size and ionization degree.Furthermore,humic acid is separated into different components with molecular weight in the range from 2000 Da to 100000 Da by ultra-filter,and their adsorption isotherms on resin JN-01 indicate that humic acid's molecular weight is an important factor which makes significant influence on adsorption.Finally,changes in the amount of Cu~(2+) and Pb~(2+) adsorbed on resin JN-01 as a function of the concentration of each of these three acids were studied.A large increase in the heavy metal ions uptake is observed in the presence of humic substance,such advantages are due to the interactions between the heavy metal ions and the unbound functional groups of the adsorbed organic acids.  相似文献

Microgel-epoxy resin two-phase polymers were prepared by in situ copolymerization of ethylenic monomers with unsaturated polyesters. The choice of monomers and the effect of monomer concentration on microgel particle size were discussed. Agglomeration of particles played a significant role in the early stage of polymerization. The microgel dispersion in epoxy resin was stable after the finish of polymerization. Upon curing the particles remained well dispersed.  相似文献

Triphase polyimide nanocomposite films were fabricated using barium titanate (BaTiO3) with high dielectric constant and silver (Ag) with high conductivity as fillers. In situ method was utilized to obtain the homogeneous dispersion of nanoparticles. The in situ polymerization of polyimide precursor-poly(amic acid) was performed in the presence of BaTiO3 particles. Silver compound 1,1,1-trifluoro-2,4-pentadionato silver(I) was added into the BaTiO3 containing poly(amic acid) solution to achieve silver nanoparticles via in situ self metallization technique. The thermally induced reduction converted silver (I) to metallic silver with concomitant imidization of poly(amic acid) to polyimide. Both BaTiO3 and silver nanoparticles were uniformly dispersed in the polyimide substrate. The dependence of dielectric behavior on the BaTiO3 and Ag contents was studied. The incorporation of small amount of silver nanoparticles greatly increased dielectric constant of composite films.  相似文献

Carboxyl terminated polyethers, the adducts of hydroxyl terminated polytetrahydrofuran and maleic anhydride, were used as toughener for epoxy resins. The morphology of the toughened resins was investigated by means of turbidity measurement, dynamic mechanical testing and scanning electron microscope observation. It turned out that the molecular weight and the carboxyl content of the polyether and the cure conditions are important factors, which affect the particle size of the polyether-rich domains and, in turn, the mechanical properties of the cured resin. Carboxyl terminated polytetrahydrofurans have a low glass transition temperature, and in appropriate amount they do not affect the thermal resistance of the resin. These advantages make them preferable as toughener for epoxy resins.  相似文献
