为了研究周期性结构的左手材料中层间距和频率的关系,分别制作了层间距分别为3.08mm,2.93mm,2.73mm和2.33mm的棱镜形样品。用网络分析仪HP8720ES测量了电磁波通过样品折射后的强度和频率的关系图。同时还模拟了层间距为3.23mm,3.13mm,3.03mm,2.93mm和2.73mm的样品,得到了相应的频率和电磁波强度的关系曲线。实验和模拟结果一致,即:随着层间距的减小,谐振频率从高频向低频移动。  相似文献

基于Z变换形式的时域有限差分法计算公式,模拟了传播方向垂直于磁化磁场的电磁波在磁化等离子体层中的传播.通过离散傅立叶变换,给出了电磁波通过均匀和非均匀磁化等离子体后的反射系数和透射系数随频率的变化关系.还给出了电磁波经过均匀磁化等离子体层后的反射和透射系数和理论值的对比.  相似文献

应用模式传输线理论分析了多层周期介质实心砖墙对电磁波的衰减特性。计算得到了电磁波穿透实心砖墙的透射反射系数与入射角和频率的关系曲线,数值计算的结果与软件仿真的结果符合较好。利用电磁波测量系统测量得到了实心砖墙对电磁波衰减随频率(2~8 GHz)的变化关系。综合考虑数值计算和实验测量的结果,得到频率为2~8 GHz时,实心砖墙对电磁波的衰减为15~25 dB。  相似文献

研究了电磁波在非均匀碰撞等离子体中的传播和吸收,提出了一种计算电磁波在非均匀等离子体层中反射和透射功率的模型。对几种典型的非均匀密度剖面,计算了在不同的碰撞频率和层边缘密度下电磁波衰减率与电磁波频率的关系,结果表明,对于给定的密度剖面和有效吸收频宽,存在一个最佳的磁撞频率。  相似文献

利用CST电磁场仿真软件模拟设计了基于石墨烯巴比涅互补结构的太赫兹超材料,分别研究了互补层间距、石墨烯费米能级、互补层数对太赫兹波透射谱的影响.模拟结果表明:互补层之间的强烈耦合作用使得太赫兹波的透射得到显著增强;在间距较小时,共振频率随着间距增大而发生蓝移;在间距较大时,共振频率随着间距增大而发生红移,并且透射峰值强度大幅减弱;透射峰频率随着石墨烯费米能级减小而单调减小;增加耦合的互补层数,可使得透射频宽变宽.所设计结构可作为可调控的太赫兹带通滤波器使用.  相似文献

云层上端冰雪粒子的融化形成了降雨融化层,随着粒子的下落融化过程开始,因此融化层的微观特性在垂直方向上是连续变化的.建立了降雨融化层的仿真模型,应用更为切合实际的三层球形粒子代替了融化层中的粒子.根据降雨过程中雨滴的尺寸分布推导了融化层中融化粒子的尺寸分布.根据Mie理论,计算了降雨率小于12.5 mm/h时,降雨融化层对5,10,35,94 GHz电磁波的雷达反射率和特征衰减因子的垂直廓线.计算结果表明,当电磁波频率高于20 GHz时,将无法观测到“雷达亮带”,这与实验结果相符.根据辐射传输理论,应用蒙特卡罗方法计算了垂直方向微观特性连续变化的降雨融化层对不同频率电磁波的反射率,比较了两种不同尺寸分布(Gamma分布和Marshall-Palmer分布)融化层反射率的差别,这为利用高频电磁波对降雨融化层进行遥感提供了理论和数值依据. 关键词: 降雨融化层 蒙特卡罗方法 后向散射 电磁波  相似文献

对两个热电制冷片的制冷模组进行数值模拟,分析制冷片中心间距对热耦合强度的影响;通过有限元仿真,对比分析热电制冷片中心间距和偏置距离差异对其性能的影响。结果表明:制冷片的中心间距能显著影响热耦合强度,热耦合强度随着中心间距的增大而降低;制冷片的热布局优化能使制冷模组的实际工作性能提升,在热电制冷片中心间距为100 mm,偏置中心线距离为10 mm时,模组工作性能最佳。在工作电流3 A时,相比于两片热电制冷片邻接布置,冷热面温差降低了11.66%,制冷量和制冷效率分别提升了6.76%和9.21%。  相似文献

 通过Z变换的方法,将与频率有关的磁化等离子体的介电常数由频域变换到Z域,推导了Z变换形式的时域有限差分法计算式,模拟了电磁脉冲在磁化等离子体中的传播。经过离散傅里叶变换,给出了电磁波通过磁化等离子体后的反射系数和透射系数与频率的关系。还给出了模拟结果和理论值的对比。结果表明,Z变换算法的模拟结果比卷积分更接近理论值。  相似文献

通过对具有不同层间耦合强度的Bi2212单晶样品的磁滞回线的测量,得到了样品的临界电流密度Jc随层间耦合强度和磁场的变化关系.实验结果显示,样品的层间耦合减弱,Jc明显减小.同时发现Jc与磁场间存在Jc ∝ exp(-H^a)关系,进一步分析表明,Jc的这种磁场依赖关系是对数钉扎势垒模型的必然结果.  相似文献

A 1D photonic crystal structure contains 16 layers, 8 common dielectric layers and 8 layers with nonlinear medium, with an arrangement similar to the 5th generation, Thue–Morse multilayer is presented. The properties of photonics band gap, field distribution and optical multistability are investigated. On the band gap, 5 resonant modes is observed. On the behavior of output intensity versus input intensity around resonant frequencies, the multistability response observed. When the frequency of incident field is close to the resonant frequency, the threshold intensity of multistability is decreased.  相似文献

Electromagnetic properties of resonant inhomogeneous media are investigated. A new type of transverse electromagnetic wave arising due to the effective spatial dispersion is studied. It is shown that scattering on the fluctuations of the resonant frequency of the medium shifts the Cherenkov threshold and reduces the intensity of the Cherenkov radiation.  相似文献

In this paper, an ultra-small cavity resonator (USCR) loaded with left-handed metamaterial (LHM) and right-handed material (RHM) layers is designed using a novel miniaturization approach. The resonant behavior is successfully observed, and the dimensions of the USCR are only 4.58 mm × 5.08 mm × 2.29 mm at the dominant resonance frequency of 10.3 GHz. Through the field distribution calculation, we confirmed that the miniaturization of the USCR arises from the left-handed property of the LHM. For a practical application, a miniaturized filter with overall length of 10.19 mm consisting of two USCRs is designed to confirm the frequency-selective characteristics. Results show that the filter has some narrow pass bands, which correspond to the resonant modes of the electromagnetic resonance in the USCR, and the insertion loss at the dominant resonance frequency of the USCR is as low as 0.65 dB. 设计和制备了含螺旋单元频率选择表面吸波片的三层复合吸波体,上层和下层均为磁性吸波片,中间层为带缺口的螺旋单元频率选择表面.复合吸波体在总厚度分别为1.4,1.7和2.0 mm时,其反射率在-10d B以下的频带宽度分别达到了9.29,6.69和7.11 GHz,与不含有频率选择表面的吸波体相比较(其他参数相同),-10d B以下反射率带宽分别提高了159.5%,69.3%和129.4%,复合吸波体在总厚度低于吸波体时,也取得了更好的反射效果.带缺口圆螺旋单元的频率选择表面嵌入吸波体中,引入了额外的吸收频带,拓宽了吸波体的反射率频带宽度.仿真分析表明嵌入频率选择表面能够改善吸波体的阻抗匹配性,进而影响其反射率.  相似文献

Emission of terahertz radiation from strained Be-doped GaAsN layers has been revealed at 4.2 K in postbreakdown electric fields. Heavy and light hole subbands are split in strained layers, and, along with localized acceptor states, resonant states arise. The spectrum of terahertz radiation has been obtained, the current-voltage characteristics of the samples were investigated, and the energy spectra of acceptors were calculated. Peaks in the spontaneous emission spectrum correlate well with the results of the energy spectrum calculations. The transitions between the resonant and localized states of the acceptors make the main contribution to the terahertz radiation intensity.  相似文献

The eigenexcitation and transmission spectra of a one-dimensional resonant photonic crystal are studied for TM and TE polarized electromagnetic waves. The crystal considered is a layered structure consisting of alternating isotropic layers and layers of a resonantly absorbing gas. The performed calculations show that the band structure of the spectra of the resonant photonic crystal significantly changes as the angle of incidence and the density of the resonant gas are varied. The structure of the spectra of additional transmission in the bandgap of the resonant photonic crystal is studied taking into account the decay of electromagnetic modes. The possibilities of controlling the spectrum of electromagnetic modes are indicated.
