A new furanoterpene designated dehydrofurodendin and nine scalarane sesterterpenes of which four are new, were isolated from two different species of Madagascan sponges of the genus Lendenfeldia, both of which seem to be yet undescribed. The structure of the compounds was elucidated by interpretation of 1D and 2D NMR data. Dehydrofurodendin was found to be a potent inhibitor of HIV-1 RT. Several of the isolated scalaranes exhibited cyctotoxicity against several human tumor cells.  相似文献

A quantum dynamics study for the NH(a(1)Δ) + D((2)S) reactions using coupled channel time dependent real wavepacket formalism is presented. Moreover, the Renner-Teller (RT) interactions between two electronic states of NHD (X[combining tilde](2)A' and ?(2)A') have been taken into account by means of semiempirical RT matrix elements. The introduction of RT effects opens the possibility of studying not only the adiabatic reactions [depletion (d) to N((2)D) + HD(X(1)Σ(+)) and exchange (e) to ND(a(1)Δ) + H((2)S)] but also nonadiabatic ones [quenching (q) to NH(X(3)Σ(-)) + D((2)S) and exchange-quenching (eq) to ND(X(3)Σ(-)) + H((2)S)]. Reaction probabilities, cross sections, isotopic effects, and rate constants are presented for all the before mentioned reactions. RT results are compared with Born-Oppenheimer, quasiclassical, and experimental data. Contrasting with previous NH + H results, we point out interesting RT and isotopic effects, which depend on the D and H masses and on the tunneling of the H atom. In fact, RT effects, near-threshold cross sections, and rate constants are smaller in NH + D than in NH + H, as expected from the masses of the attacking atoms. Our rate constants and quenching branching ratio agree well with previous quasiclassical and experimental data, validating the semiempirical RT coupling we employ. Some small differences between calculated and measured rate constants might be due to the theoretical approximations and to the large experimental error bars.  相似文献

The Renner-Teller (RT) coupled-channel dynamics for the C((1)D)+H(2)(X(1)Σ(g) (+))→CH(X(2)Π)+H((2)S) reaction has been investigated for the first time, considering the first two singlet states ??(1)A' and b(1)A' of CH(2) dissociating into the products and RT couplings, evaluated through the ab initio matrix elements of the electronic angular momentum. We have obtained initial-state-resolved probabilities, cross sections and thermal rate constants via the real wavepacket method for both coupled electronic states. In contrast to the N((2)D)+H(2)(X(1)Σ(g)(+)) system, RT effects tend to reduce probabilities, cross sections, and rate constants in the low energy range compared to Born-Oppenheimer (BO) ones, due to the presence of a repulsive RT barrier in the effective potentials and to long-lived resonances. Furthermore, contrary to BO results, the rate constants have a positive temperature dependence in the 100-400 K range. The two-state RT rate constant at 300 K, lower than the BO one, remains inside the error bars of the experimental value.  相似文献

The exploration of dynamic molecular crystals is a fascinating theme for materials scientists owing to their fundamental science and potential application to molecular devices. Herein, a one-dimensional (1D) rhodium-dioxolene complex is reported that exhibits drastic changes in properties with the phase transition. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) revealed that the room-temperature (RT) phase is in a mixed-valence state, and therefore, the drastic changes originate from the mixed-valence state appearing in the RT phase. Another notable feature is that the mean square displacements of the rhodium atoms along the 1D chain dramatically increased in the RT phase, indicating a large-amplitude vibration of the Rh−Rh bonds. From these results, a possible mechanism for the appearance of the mixed-valence state in the RT phase was proposed based on the thermal electron transfer from the 1D d-band to the semiquinonato π* orbital coupled with the large-amplitude vibration of the Rh−Rh bonds.  相似文献

Molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation were applied to study the binding mode of 3',4'-di-O-(S)-camphanoyl-(+)-cis-khellactone (DCK) analogs anti-HIV inhibitors with HIV-1 RT. The results suggest that there is a strong hydrogen bond between DCK O16 and NH of Lys101, and that DCK analogues might act similarly as other types of HIV-1 RT inhibitors. The investigation about drug resistance for DCK shows no remarkable influence on the most frequently observed mutation K103N of HIV-1 RT. Based on the proposed mechanism, some new structures were designed and predicted by a SVM model. All compounds exhibited potent inhibitory activities against HIV replication in H9 lymphocytes with EC50 values lower than 1.95 microM. The rationality of the method was validated by experimental results.  相似文献

A new megastigmane glycoside, phoenixoside A (1), has been isolated from the n-butanol--soluble fraction of seeds of Phoenix dactylifera. The structure was characterized as (6S,7Z,9R)-hydroxy-3-oxo-ionol-9-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1" --> 6')-beta-D-glucopyranoside on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy, high-resolution mass spectrometry, and CD spectroscopy.  相似文献

Two new xanthones, 8-(methoxycarbonyl)-1-hydroxy-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-3-carboxylic acid (1) and dimethyl 8-methoxy-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-1,6-dicarboxylate (2) and one known xanthone methyl 8-hydroxy-6-methyl-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-1-carboxylate (3) were isolated from the culture broth of the mangrove fungus Penicillium sp. (ZZF 32#) collected from the South China Sea. Their structures were established by comprehensive analysis of one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) NMR data. The structure of compound 3 was confirmed by X-ray crystallography, which led to the suggestion that janthinone (4) might have the same structure as 3. Compounds 1-3 were inactive against KB or KBv200 cells during cytotoxicity evaluations.  相似文献

Based on previously reported approximations of the temperature integral, a new approximation $$\int {\exp ( - E/RT)dT = \frac{{RT^2 }}{E}} \left[ {\frac{{1 - 2(RT/E)}}{{1 - 5(RT/E)^2 }}} \right]\exp ( - E/RT)$$ has been proposed for modeling nonisothermal reactions. It has been found that the equation of Coats and Redfern deviates by less than 1 % from the exact solution forE/RT ratio greater than 23 and by less than 10% forE/RT ratio greater than 6. The exact solution was obtained independently by solving the exponential temperature integral numerically by the Simpson's rule and the Trapezoidal rule. The Gorbachev equation deviates by less than 0.1% forE/RT ratio greater than 41 and by less than 1 % forE/RT ratio greater than 11. The Li equation deviates by less than 0.1 % forE/RT ratio greater than 21 and by less than 1% forE/RT ratio greater than 9. The proposed equation deviates by less than 0.1% forE/RT greater than 7.  相似文献

A new polyprenylated xanthone (=9H‐xanthen‐9‐one) and a new polyprenylated benzophenone, namely oblongifolixanthone A ( 1 ) and garciniagifolone A ( 2 ), were isolated from the bark of Garcinia oblongifolia, together with five known compounds including the four xanthones 3 – 5 and 7 and a benzophenone 6 . The structures of 1 and 2 were established by detailed analysis of their spectroscopic data, especially 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectra and HR‐ESI‐MS data. All these compounds were assayed for their cytotoxic activities against three human tumor cell lines (HeLa, SGC7901, and HepG2). The 1,3,6,7‐tetrahydroxy‐9H‐xanthen‐9‐one ( 3 ) was inactive, and the other compounds showed weak to moderate activity.  相似文献

Bioassay-guided fractionation of the methanolic extract of Viburnum awabuki afforded two new lupane triterpene derivatives; 6 beta-hydroxyl-3,20-dioxo-30 norlupane-28-oic acid (1) and 3,4-secolup-4,20-dihydroxy-3,28-dioic acid-3-oic acid methyl ester (2), along with seven known lupane and oleanane-type triterpenes (3-9). The structure of the isolated compounds was assigned using different spectroscopic techniques including 1D and 2D NMR. The 13CNMR data of compounds 5 and 9 is reported for the first time. Triterpenes 1, 2, and 7-9 showed in vitro cytotoxic activity against several tumor cell lines.  相似文献

The present work reports the tracer diffusion coefficient for (93)Nb in rutile TiO(2) single crystals using secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS). The determined tracer diffusion coefficient exhibited the following temperature dependence in air ( p(O2) = 21 kPa) over the range 1073-1573 K: D93(Nb) = (4.7 m2 s(-1))x10(-7+/-0.4) exp ((-244 +/- 9 kJ mol-1)/RT) Through comparison to the self-diffusion of (44)Ti in rutile TiO(2), (93)Nb is interpreted to diffuse via the interstitialcy mechanism. The obtained tracer diffusion data are useful for ensuring compositional control during the processing of Nb-doped TiO(2)-based semiconductors using solid-state reactions between Nb(2)O(5) and TiO(2).  相似文献

The mechanism of the electroreduction of Te(IV) has been studied, it is (TeO3)2- + 3H2O + 4e = (Teads)0 + 6OH- (1) (Teads)0 + H2O + 2e = (Hte)- + OH- (Teads)0 + 2e = Te2- The reaction scheme can generally be expressed as follows: ACcordingly, the equation of adsorptive current is give: i = 0.629 n2**2F**i/RT \n\(D0)1/2m2/3t7/6 \Pn\/(1+\Pn\)**2 (C0)* where \Pn\ = bAtA,7exp n2F/RT (E-E0)/& When \Pn\ = 1 the current reaches the maximum, ip = 0.157 n2**2F**2/RT \n\(D0)1/2m2/3t7/6(C0)* This equation shows that the peak current ip is proportional to m2/3t7/6, the ratio of potential change v and the concentration of the substance O being reduced. The half wave width, w1/2, can be obtained from the equation (6) in the form of the following expression W1/2 = 3.52RT/n2F The theoretical conclusions are in good agreement with experimental data for the adsorptive wave of tellurium in 0.25M NH3-NH4cl solution. The diffusion coefficient value determined agrees with that obtained by other polarographic method reported in the literature.  相似文献

Anti-complementary activity-guided fractionation of the ethanolic extract of Prunella vulgaris spikes led to the isolation of a new, unusual delta11(12) triterpene, 3beta,13beta-dihydroxyolic-11-ene-28-oic acid (1), along with thirteen known triterpenes (2-14). The structure of the new compound was established by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis. All the isolates were evaluated for their anti-complementary activity against the classical pathway (CP) and alternative pathway (AP). Eight triterpenes (1-8) showed anti-complementary activity against CP and AP, with CH50 and AP50 values of 0.15-0.37 mg/mL, and 0.29-0.53 mg/mL, respectively. Mechanism study using complement-depleted sera showed that oleanolic acid (2) acted selectively on C1q, C5, and C9 components, while 2alpha-hydroxy oleanolic acid (3) interacted with C1q, C3, C5 and C9, and 2alpha,3alpha-dihydroxyolic-12-ene-28-oic acid (4) blocked C1q, C2, C3, C5 and C9.  相似文献

For GC-MS analysis of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-9-THC), perfluoroacid anhydrides in combination with perfluoroalcohols are commonly used for derivatization. This reagent mixture is preferred because it allows simultaneous derivatization of delta-9-THC and its acid metabolite, 11-nor-delta-9-THC-9-carboxylic acid present in biological samples. When delta-9-THC was derivatized by trifluoroacetic anhydride/hexafluoroisopropanol (TFAA/HFIPOH) and analyzed by GC-MS using full scan mode (50-550 amu), two peaks (P1 and P2) with an identical molecular mass of 410 amu were observed. On the basis of the total ion chromatogram (TIC), P1 with a shorter retention time (RT) was the major peak (TIC 84%). To identify the peaks, delta-8-THC was also tested under the same conditions. The RT and spectra of the major peak (TIC 95%) were identical with that of P1 for delta-9-THC. A minor peak (5%) present also correlated well with the latter peak (P2) for the delta-9-THC derivative. The fragmentation pathway of P1 was primarily demethylation followed by retro Diels-Alder fragmentation (M - 15-68, base peak 100%) indicating P1 as a delta-8-THC-trifluoroacetyl compound. This indicated that delta-9-THC isomerized to delta-8-THC during derivatization with TFAA/HFIPOH. Similar results were also observed when delta-9-THC was derivatized with pentafluoropropionic anhydride/pentafluoropropanol or heptafluorobutyric anhydride/heptafluorobutanol. No isomerization was observed when chloroform was used in derivatization with TFAA. In this reaction, the peaks of delta-8-THC-TFA and delta-9-THC-TFA had retention times and mass spectra matching with P1 and P2, respectively. Because of isomerization, perfluoroacid anhydrides/perfluoroalcohols are not suitable derivatizing agents for analysis of delta-9-THC; whereas the TFAA in chloroform is suitable for the analysis.  相似文献
