现代红外光谱技术用于复方四逆汤的配伍研究   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)技术对不同配伍方式的四逆汤水煎液进行了研究。结果表明,不同配伍方式样品的红外谱图特征具有一定的变化规律。根据对特征峰的指认和归属,可初步揭示复方四逆汤配伍中君、臣、佐、使之间的相互作用和药物剂量对复方整体配伍规律的影响。该方法为探索中药复方配伍研究提供了新思路。  相似文献

An experimental method of establishing formulas for calculating brightness temperature of extended targets at mm wave frequency is introduced in this paper. The formulas are obtained through the statistic process of a large amount of measured data. The formulas defining the backscattering factor met with in the literature are derived from the general definition. These formulas are shown to depend on the simplifying assumptions made in the derivation. The Monte Carlo algorithm is used to calculate the dependence of the backscattering factor on the primary electron incidence angle for different defining formulas. Considerable differences were found between values of the backscattering factor resulting from these definitions at grazing incidence of primary electrons.  相似文献

Approximation formulas are obtained for calculation of the gas flow rate in long isothermal microchannels. The quasi-gas-dynamic equations with Maxwell’s slip conditions are shown to predict a minimum in the flow rate within a channel that is called the Knudsen minimum. Corrections are proposed enabling derivation of approximate formulas for flow rates valid for any Knudsen number.  相似文献

We obtain the singular asymptotic behavior of the stress field in the vicinity of a non-planar dislocation in three dimensions and the nearly singular behavior of the full self-force of the dislocation including both glide and climb forces, using asymptotic analysis. We also derive asymptotic formulas for the stress field in the vicinity of a curved dislocation segment. Numerical examples are presented to examine the asymptotic formulas. The obtained formulas can be used for qualitative understanding of the stress tensor associated with dislocations and efficient and accurate calculation of the stress tensor in dislocation dynamics simulations.  相似文献

We have obtained strict formulas (without approximations) for the reflection and transmission coefficients of electromagnetic waves with an arbitrary polarization in an isotropic medium with a one-dimensional layer of an inhomogeneity of an arbitrary profile playing the role of a transition layer between two different homogeneous media. Since these formulas involve values that are found by numerically integrating the first-order ordinary differential equations, the result of this paper is a fast and convenient method for calculating the above coefficients. The calculated results for two particular cases are given. General formulas for reflectance of a weakly or moderately absorbing tapered layer and a layer with a linear dependence of the complex dielectric constant on the thickness, which are located on an absorbing substrate, are derived. Based on these formulas, a method for determining the optical constants, their dispersion, and the layer thickness from the envelopes of the extrema in the interference reflection spectrum is constructed, which generalizes the method proposed previously for homogeneous absorbing films.  相似文献

In the present paper, Feynman formulas are obtained for Schrödinger semigroups generated by self-adjoint operators which are perturbations of self-adjoint extensions of the second-order Hamiltonian operator ?Δ g,0/2+V (throughout the paper, the coefficient ?1/2 at Δ g,0 is omitted to simplify the formulas) which describe the diffusion of a quasiparticle with position-dependent mass varying jump-like on a line. Every extension of this kind is defined by some invertible operator and is characterized by matching conditions at a jump point. The Schrödinger semigroups generated by self-adjoint Laplace operators and defined by the corresponding boundary conditions define solutions of initial-boundary value problems. In turn, the term “Feynman formulas” is applied (in the present case) to an explicit representation of the Schrödinger semigroup \(e^{t\hat H^T } \) in the form of a limit of integrals of finite multiplicity over Cartesian powers of some configuration space. In essence, the Feynman-Kac formula is a “probabilistic interpretation” of the Feynman formulas. Namely, the multiple integrals in the Feynman formulas approximate integrals against some measures on the space of trajectories (functions defined on an interval of the real line and ranging in the configuration space). Thus, the Feynman formulas enable one to evaluate integrals over spaces of trajectories. A crucial role in the proof of the Feynman formulas is played by the Chernoff theorem, which is a generalization of the famous Trotter formula. The result proved in the present paper is a demonstration of a part of the results recently announced by O. G. Smolyanov and H. von Weizäcker (“Feynman Formulas Generated by Self-Adjoint Extensions of the Laplacian,” Dokl. Ross. Akad. Nauk 426 (2), 162–165 (2009) [Doklady Mathematics, 2009 79 (3), 335–338 (2009)]). The formulations of the results in question are inessentially modified here.  相似文献

The aim of this work is to fill the gap between three-dimensional embedding formulas for problems of diffraction by cones and the modified Smyshlyaev formulas. The three-dimensional embedding formulas express the diffraction effect in the form of iterated integrals over spatial variables. The modified Smyshlyaev formulas express it in the form of a single contour integral with respect to the parameter ν of separation of variables. This situation resembles the theorem of convolution for the Fourier transform: repeated convolutions are expressed by a single integral with respect to frequency. In [1], where the modified Smyshlyaev formulas were introduced for the first time, these formulas were hypothesized and then proved. No regular method for deriving them has been proposed. The extension of the analogy with the Fourier transform to the case of conical problems of diffraction enables one to construct a technique for transformation of contour integrals that can be used for deriving the modified Smyshlyaev formulas directly from the three-dimensional embedding formulas. This extension is performed by introducing an integral transform similar to the Kontorovich-Lebedev transform, for which analogs of the theorem of convolution and the Plancherel formulas can be successfully proved.  相似文献

The problem relating to the synchrotron radiation of a charged current-carrying thread in a uniaxial transparent crystal is considered here using the Sitenko-Kolomensky method. The formulas for the intensity of the synchrotron radiation and the limiting values of the formulas giving the intensity of the Cerenkov radiation of a thread moving uniformly and rectilinearly parallel to the optical axis of a crystal have been derived.  相似文献

As is known, there is a critical magnetic field which separates two principally different zones for the soliton signal propagation in magnetic chains, the sine-Gordon zone and the Heisenberg zone. We investigate the fine structure of these signals in a neighborhood of the critical field with nonzero soliton velocity. Explicit formulas both for the azimuthal kink and meridional soliton are obtained. These formulas take into account the nonlinear interaction of soliton structures. The integration of the exponential of the square of the moment map of the circle action is studied by a direct stationary phase computation and by applying the Duistermaat-Heckman formula. Both methods yield two distinct formulas expressing the integral in terms of contributions from the critical set of the square of the moment map. Certain cohomological pairings on the symplectic quotient are computed explicitly using the asymptotic behavior of the two formulas.  相似文献

We consider a stochastic particle model governed by an arbitrary binary interaction kernel. A kinetic equation for the distribution of interaction clusters is established. Under some additional assumptions a recursive representation of the solution is found. For particular choices of the interaction kernel (including the Boltzmann case) several explicit formulas are obtained. These formulas are confirmed by numerical experiments. The experiments are also used to illustrate various conjectures and open problems.  相似文献
