Silica gel bearing isonicotinamide groups was prepared by further modification of 3-aminopropyl-functionalized silica by a reaction with isonicotinic acid and 1,3-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide to yield 3-isonicotinamidepropyl-functionalized silica gel (ISNPS). This support was characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and specific surface area. The ISNPS was used to immobilize the [Ru(NH(3))(4)SO(3)] moiety by reaction with trans-[Ru(NH(3))(4)(SO(2))Cl]Cl, yielding [Si(CH(2))(3)(isn)Ru(NH(3))(4)(SO(3))]. The related immobilized [Si(CH(2))(3)(isn)Ru(NH(3))(4)(L)](3+/2+) (L=SO(2), SO(2-)(4), OH(2), and NO) complexes were prepared and characterized by means of UV-vis and IR spectroscopy, as well as by cyclic voltammetry. Syntheses of the nitrosyl complex were performed by reaction of the immobilized ruthenium ammine [Si(CH(2))(3)(isn)Ru(NH(3))(4)(OH(2))](2+) with nitrite in acid or neutral (pH 7.4) solution. The similar results obtained in both ways indicate that the aqua complex was able to convert nitrite into coordinated nitrosyl. The reactivity of [Si(CH(2))(3)(isn)Ru(NH(3))(4)(NO)](3+) was investigated in order to evaluate the nitric oxide (NO) release. It was found that, upon light irradiation or chemical reduction, the immobilized nitrosyl complex was able to release NO, generating the corresponding Ru(III) or Ru(II) aqua complexes, respectively. The NO material could be regenerated from these NO-depleted materials obtained photochemically or by reduction. Regeneration was done by reaction with nitrite in aqueous solution (pH 7.4). Reduction-regeneration cycles were performed up to three times with no significant leaching of the ruthenium complex.  相似文献

Phosphino carboxylic acid ester terminated G(0) compounds Si(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(C(6)H(4)CH(2)OC(O)(CH(2))(n)()CH(2)PPh(2)(4) (9a and 9b; n = 1, 2) and the carbosilane dendrimers Si(CH(2))(3)Si((CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(C(6)H(4)CH(2)OC(O)(CH(2))(n)()CH(2) PPh(2))(3)(4) (10a and 10b; n = 1, 2) have been prepared as hemilabile nanoscale ligands for the palladium-catalyzed codimerization of olefins. The hydrovinylation of styrene was carried out in a continuously operated nanofiltration membrane reactor. Under continuous conditions, the selectivity of the reaction is increased considerably. Monomeric model complexes and the dendritic catalysts were compared for their activity and selectivity in batch reactions. The Pd catalyst complexes were prepared in situ from the dendritic ligands and an (allyl)palladium(II) precursor.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of new organosilicon derivatives of N(3)P(3)Cl(6), N(3)P(3)[NH(CH(2))(3)Si(OEt)(3)](6) (1), N(3)P(3)[NH(CH(2))(3)Si(OEt)(3)](3)[NCH(3)(CH(2))(3)CN](3) (2), and N(3)P(3)[NH(CH(2))(3)Si(OEt)(3)](3)[HOC(6)H(4)(CH(2))CN](3) (3) are reported. Pyrolysis of 1, 2, and 3 in air and at several temperatures results in nanostructured materials whose composition and morphology depend on the temperature of pyrolysis and the substituents of the phosphazenes ring. The products stem from the reaction of SiO(2) with P(2)O(5), leading to either crystalline Si(5)(PO(4))(6)O, SiP(2)O(7) or an amorphous phase as the glass Si(5)(PO(4))(6)O/3SiO(2).2P(2)O(5), depending on the temperature and nature of the trimer precursors. From 1 at 800 degrees C, core-shell microspheres of SiO(2) coated with Si(5)(PO(4))(6)O are obtained, while in other cases, mesoporous or dense structures are observed. Atomic force microscopy examination after deposition of the materials on monocrystalline silicon wafers evidences morphology strongly dependent on the precursors. Isolated islands of size approximately 9 nm are observed from 1, whereas dense nanostructures with a mean height of 13 nm are formed from 3. Brunauer-Emmett-Teller measurements show mesoporous materials with low surface areas. The proposed growth mechanism involves the formation of cross-linking structures and of vacancies by carbonization of the organic matter, where the silicon compounds nucleate. Thus, for the first time, unique silicon nanostructured materials are obtained from cyclic phosphazenes containing silicon.  相似文献

Reaction of the platinum(III) dimeric complex [Pt(2)(NH(3))(4)((CH(3))(3)CCONH)(2)(NO(3))(2)](NO(3))(2) (1), prepared in situ by the oxidation of the platinum blue complex [Pt(4)(NH(3))(8)((CH(3))(3)CCONH)(4)](NO(3))(5) (2) with Na(2)S(2)O(8), with terminal alkynes CH[triple bond]CR (R = (CH(2))(n)CH(3) (n = 2-5), (CH(2))(n)CH(2)OH (n = 0-2), CH(2)OCH(3), and Ph), in water gave a series of ketonyl-Pt(III) dinuclear complexes [Pt(2)(NH(3))(4)((CH(3))(3)CCONH)(2)(CH(2)COR)](NO(3))(3) (3, R = (CH(2))(2)CH(3); 4, R = (CH(2))(3)CH(3); 5, R = (CH(2))(4)CH(3); 6, R = (CH(2))(5)CH(3); 7, R = CH(2)OH; 8, R = CH(2)CH(2)OH; 9, R = (CH(2))(2)CH(2)OH; 10, R = CH(2)OCH(3); 11, R = Ph). Internal alkyne 2-butyne reacted with 1 to form the complex [Pt(2)(NH(3))(4)((CH(3))(3)CCONH)(2)(CH(CH(3))COCH(3))](NO(3))(3) (12). These reactions show that Pt(III) reacts with alkynes to give various ketonyl complexes. Coordination of the triple bond to the Pt(III) atom at the axial position, followed by nucleophilic attack of water and hydrogen shift from the enol to keto form, would be the mechanism. The structures of complexes 3.H(2)O, 7.0.5C(3)H(4)O, 9, 10, and 12 have been confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. A competitive reaction between equimolar 1-pentyne and 1-pentene toward 1 produced complex 3 and [Pt(2)(NH(3))(4)((CH(3))(3)CCONH)(2)(CH(2)CH(OH)CH(2)CH(2)CH(3))](NO(3))(3) (14) at a molar ratio of 9:1, suggesting that alkyne is more reactive than alkene. The ketonyl-Pt(III) dinuclear complexes are susceptible to nucleophiles, such as amines, and the reactions with secondary and tertiary amines give the corresponding alpha-amino-substituted ketones and the reduced Pt(II) complex quantitatively. In the reactions with primary amines, the once formed alpha-amino-substituted ketones were further converted to the iminoketones and diimines. The nucleophilic attack at the ketonyl group of the Pt(III) complexes provides a convenient means for the preparation of alpha-aminoketones, alpha-iminoketones, and diimines from the corresponding alkynes and amines.  相似文献

MCM-41 and SBA-15 silicas were studied by (29)Si solid-state NMR and (15)N NMR in the presence of (15)N-pyridine with the aim to formulate generic structural parameters that may be used as a checklist for atomic-scale structural models of this class of ordered mesoporous materials. High-quality MCM-41 silica constitutes quasi-ideal arrays of uniform-size pores with thin pore walls, while SBA-15 silica has thicker pore walls with framework and surface defects. The numbers of silanol (Q(3)) and silicate (Q(4)) groups were found to be in the ratio of about 1:3 for MCM-41 and about 1:4 for our SBA-15 materials. Combined with the earlier finding that the density of surface silanol groups is about three per nm(2) in MCM-41 (Shenderovich, et al. J. Phys. Chem. B 2003, 107, 11924) this allows us to discriminate between different atomic-scale models of these materials. Neither tridymite nor edingtonite meet both of these requirements. On the basis of the hexagonal pore shape model, the experimental Q(3):Q(4) ratio yields a wall thickness of about 0.95 nm for MCM-41 silica, corresponding to the width of ca. four silica tetrahedra. The arrangement of Q(3) groups at the silica surfaces was analyzed using postsynthesis surface functionalization. It was found that the number of covalent bonds to the surface formed by the functional reagents is affected by the surface morphology. It is concluded that for high-quality MCM-41 silicas the distance between neighboring surface silanol groups is greater than 0.5 nm. As a result, di- and tripodical reagents like (CH(3))(2)Si(OH)(2) and CH(3)Si(OH)(3) can form only one covalent bond to the surface. The residual hydroxyl groups of surface-bonded functional reagents either remain free or interact with other reagent molecules. Accordingly, the number of surface silanol groups at a given MCM-41 or SBA-15 silica may not decrease but increase after treatment with CH(3)Si(OH)(3) reagent. On the other hand, nearly all surface silanol groups could be functionalized when HN(Si(CH(3))(3))(2) was used.  相似文献

Catalytic materials bearing multiple sulfonic acid functional groups and positioned at varying distances from one another on the surface of mesoporous solids are prepared to explore the effects that the spatial arrangement of active sites have on catalytic activity and selectivity. A series of organosiloxane precursors containing either disulfide or sulfonate ester functionalities (synthons of the eventual sulfonic acid groups) are synthesized. From these molecular precursors, a variety of organic-inorganic hybrid, mesostructured SBA-15 silica materials are prepared using a postsynthetic grafting procedure that leads to disulfide and sulfonate ester modified silicas: [Si]CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)SS-pyridyl, 2.SBA, [Si]CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)SSCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)[Si], 3.SBA, [Si]CH(2)CH(2)(C(6)H(4))(SO(2))OCH(2)CH(3), 4.SBA, and [Si]CH(2)CH(2)(C(6)H(4))(SO(2))OC(6)H(4)O(SO(2))(C(6)H(4))CH(2)CH(2)[Si], 6.SBA ([Si] = (tbd1;SiO)(x)()(RO)(3)(-)(x)()Si, where x = 1, 2). By subsequent chemical derivatization of the grafted species, thiol and sulfonic acid modified silicas are obtained. The materials are characterized by a variety of spectroscopic ((13)C and (29)Si CP MAS NMR, X-ray diffraction) and quantitative (TGA/DTA, elemental analysis, acid capacity titration) techniques. In all cases, the organic fragment of the precursor molecule is grafted onto the solid without measurable decomposition, and the precursors are, in general, attached to the surface of the mesoporous oxide by multiple siloxane bridges. The disulfide species 2.SBA and 3.SBA are reduced to the corresponding thiols 7.SBA and 8.SBA, respectively, and 4.SBA and 6.SBA are transformed to the aryl sulfonic acids 11.SBA and 12.SBA, respectively. 7.SBA and 8.SBA differ only in terms of the level of control of the spatial arrangement of the thiol groups. Both 7.SBA and 8.SBA are further modified by oxidation with hydrogen peroxide to produce the alkyl sulfonic acid modified materials 9.SBA and 10.SBA, respectively. The performances of the sulfonic acid containing SBA-15 silica materials (with the exception of 12.SBA) are tested as catalysts for the condensation reaction of phenol and acetone to bisphenol A. The alkyl sulfonic acid modified material 10.SBA derived from the cleavage and oxidation of the dipropyl disulfide modified material 3.SBA is more active than not only its monosite analogue 9.SBA, but also the presumably stronger acid aryl sulfonic acid material 11.SBA. It appears that a cooperative effect between two proximal functional groups may be operating in this reaction.  相似文献

A new series of cis-dioxomolybdenum(VI) complexes MoO(2)(L(n))Cl (n = 1-5) were prepared by the reaction of MoO(2)Cl(2)(DME) (DME = 1,2-dimethoxyethane) with 2-N-(2-pyridylmethyl)aminophenol (HL(1)) or its N-alkyl derivatives (HL(n)) (n = 2-5) in the presence of triethylamine. The new mu-oxo dimolybdenum compounds [MoO(2)(L(n))](2)O (n = 1, 4, 5, 7) were also prepared by treating the corresponding ligand HL(n) with MoO(2)(acac)(2) (acac = acetylacetonate) in warm methanolic solutions or (NH(4))(6)[Mo(7)O(24)].4H(2)O in the presence of dilute HCl. Treatment of MoO(2)(L(1))Cl or [MoO(2)(L(1))](2)O with the Grignard reagent Me(3)SiCH(2)MgCl gave the alkyl compound MoO(2)(L(1))(CH(2)SiMe(3)), which represents the first example of dioxomolybdenum(VI) alkyl complex supported by a N(2)O-type ancillary ligand. The analogous chloro and mu-oxo tungsten derivatives WO(2)(L(n))Cl (n = 6, 7) and [WO(2)(L(n))](2)O (n = 1, 4, 6, 7) were prepared by the reaction of WO(2)Cl(2)(DME) with HL(n) in the presence of triethylamine. Similar to their molybdenum analogues, the tungsten alkyl complexes WO(2)(L(n))(R) (n = 6, 7; R = Me, Et, CH(2)SiMe(3), C(6)H(4)(t)Bu-4) were synthesized by treating WO(2)(L(n))Cl or [WO(2)(L(n))](2)O (n = 6, 7) with the appropriate Grignard reagents. The catalytic properties of selected dioxo-Mo(VI) and -W(VI) chloro and mu-oxo complexes toward epoxidation of styrene by tert-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) were also investigated.  相似文献

Oxidation of [Li(DME)(3)][U(CH(2)SiMe(3))(5)] with 0.5 equiv of I(2), followed by immediate addition of LiCH(2)SiMe(3), affords the high-valent homoleptic U(V) alkyl complex [Li(THF)(4)][U(CH(2)SiMe(3))(6)] (1) in 82% yield. In the solid-state, 1 adopts an octahedral geometry as shown by X-ray crystallographic analysis. Addition of 2 equiv of tert-butanol to [Li(DME)(3)][U(CH(2)SiMe(3))(5)] generates the heteroleptic U(IV) complex [Li(DME)(3)][U(O(t)Bu)(2)(CH(2)SiMe(3))(3)] (2) in high yield. Treatment of 2 with AgOTf fails to produce a U(V) derivative, but instead affords the U(IV) complex (Me(3)SiCH(2))Ag(μ-CH(2)SiMe(3))U(CH(2)SiMe(3))(O(t)Bu)(2)(DME) (3) in 64% yield. Complex 3 has been characterized by X-ray crystallography and is marked by a uranium-silver bond. In contrast, oxidation of 2 can be achieved via reaction with 0.5 equiv of Me(3)NO, producing the heteroleptic U(V) complex [Li(DME)(3)][U(O(t)Bu)(2)(CH(2)SiMe(3))(4)] (4) in moderate yield. We have also attempted the one-electron oxidation of complex 1. Thus, oxidation of 1 with U(O(t)Bu)(6) results in formation of a rare U(VI) alkyl complex, U(CH(2)SiMe(3))(6) (6), which is only stable below -25 °C. Additionally, the electronic properties of 1-4 have been assessed by SQUID magnetometry, while a DFT analysis of complexes 1 and 6 is also provided.  相似文献

A modified tris(pyrazolylborate) ligand has been prepared in two steps. First, reaction of triisopropylborate with allylmagnesium bromide and further treatment with benzoyl chloride gave CH(2) = CHCH(2)B(O(i)Pr), which was then reacted with potassium pyrazolate and pyrazole to give the compound K[CH(2) = CHCH(2)Bpz(3)]. The new allyl-containing scorpionate anion of acts as a bi- or tri-dentate ligand, as shown by the mononuclear complexes [CH(2) = CHCH(2)Bpz(3)M(LL)] (M = Rh, LL = nbd, ; LL = tfb, ; LL = (CO)(PPh(3)), ; M = Ir, LL = cod, ), obtained from reactions of the chlorido-bridged dinuclear complexes [{M(mu-Cl)(LL)}(2)] with 2. Furthermore, the borate represents a key material to achieve the attachment of tris(pyrazolyl)borate groups to the peripheries of carbosilane dendrimers. Thus, the platinum-catalyzed hydrosilylation reactions of compound with the dendritic cores Si[(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)H](4) (G(0)-(SiH)(4)), (G(1)-(SiH)(8)), and (G(2)-(SiH)(16)) gave the corresponding borate-containing dendrimers Si[(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)B(O(i)Pr)(2)](4) (G(0)-B(4)), Si[(CH(2))(3)SiMe{(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)B(O(i)Pr)(2)}(2)](4) (G(1)-B(8)), and Si[(CH(2))(3)SiMe{(CH(2))(3)SiMe[(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)B(O(i)Pr)(2)](2)}(2)](4) (G(2)-B(16)) selectively in the anti-Markovnikov direction. Further reactions of G(0)-B(4), G(1)-B(8) and G(2)-B(16) with potassium pyrazolate and pyrazole rendered the corresponding polyanionic dendrimers K(4)[Si{(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)Bpz(3)}(4)] (G(0)-(Bpz(3))(4)), G(1)-(Bpz(3))(8), and G(2)-(Bpz(3))(16), respectively, which contain 4, 8, and 16 tris(pyrazolyl)borate groups symmetrically located around the dendritic peripheries. These unusual polyanionic dendrimers are excellent scaffolds to support metal centres, as shown by the reactions of G(0)-(Bpz(3))(4), G(1)-(Bpz(3))(8), and G(2)-(Bpz(3))(16) with [{Rh(mu-Cl)(nbd)}(2)] to give the neutral rhodadendrimers [Si{(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)Bpz(3)Rh(nbd)}(4)] G(0)-(Bpz(3)Rh)(4), G(1)-(Bpz(3)Rh)(8) and G(2)-(Bpz(3)Rh)(16) as stable solids in excellent yields. Following this protocol, mixed rhodium/iridium metallodendrimers can be prepared.  相似文献

The unimolecular metastable decompositions of trimethylsilylacetic acid, (CH(3))(3)SiCH(2)COOH (1), and its methyl ester, (CH(3))(3)SiCH(2)COOCH(3) (2), were investigated by mass-analyzed ion kinetic energy (MIKE) spectrometry in conjunction with thermochemical data. The abundance of the molecular ions of both compounds, generated by electron ionization, is extremely low. However, the abundance of the ions generated by the loss of (.)CH(3) and observed at m/z 117 and 131 is moderate. These fragment ions further decompose to form the most abundant m/z 75 and 89 ions, respectively, by the loss of CH(2)CO through a (CH(3))(2)Si group migration. The loss of CH(2)CO is also observed to occur from 2(+.) and its fragment ion at m/z 115 generated by the loss of (.)OCH(3). The former reaction is proposed to occur via an ion-radical complex.  相似文献

The reaction of [(C(3)H(5))Mo(CO)(2)(CH(3)CN)(2)Cl], 2, with [Bi(OCH(2)CH(2)OCH(3))(3)](2) on a large scale leads to the novel molybdenum/bismuth alkoxide [(C(3)H(5))Mo(CO)(2)(mu-kappa O,2 kappa O'-OCH(2)CH(2)OCH(3))(2)(mu-kappa O-OCH(2)CH(2)OCH(3))BiCl], 6, as the main product as well as to [(C(3)H(5))Mo(CO)(2)(mu-kappa O,2 kappa O'-OCH(2)CH(2)OCH(3))(2)(mu-Cl)BiCl], 4, as a byproduct. Both compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and NMR spectroscopy as well as by X-ray diffraction. If 6 is brought into contact with a large excess of silica gel, aggregation and condensation reactions are initiated, which led to clusters of ca. 200 nm size spread over the silica surface. When the resulting material is calcinated at 350 degrees C in the presence of O(2), all organic ligands are eliminated and the metal oxo units rearrange: SEM/EDX measurements showed afterward Mo-free bismuth oxo clusters with sizes between 30 and 1000 nm, which are distributed together with molybdenum oxo particles of lower nuclearity over the silica surface. If such a material is employed as a potential catalyst for the propene oxidation under technical conditions, no activity is observed. If, however, the process is performed under very low pressures, a conversion of 5% is found. This result is discussed in the context of the mechanism proposed for the technical oxidation of propene to acrolein on bismuthmolybdate catalysts.  相似文献

2,5-Dimethoxycarbonyl[60]fulleropyrrolidine (1) is acylated with various chlorocarbonyl compounds to give fullerene derivatives with the general formula C(60)(MeOOCCH)(2)NC(O)R, R = (CH(2))(5)Br, (CH(2))(8)C(O)Cl (3), (CH(2))(4)C(O)Cl, or cis-C(6)H(4)(C(O)Cl. The monoacylated sebacoyl derivative 3 readily reacts with alcohols and amines such as methanol, diethylamine, glycine methyl ester, and aza-18-crown-6 through the remaining chlorocarbonyl group. Chromatography of 3 on silica gel converts it into the corresponding acid C(60)(MeOOCCH)(2)NC(O)(CH(2))(8)COOH (4). Treating 4 with PCl(5) regenerates the precursor 3 quantitatively. Piperazine reacts with 4 in the presence of DCC and BtOH to form a bisfullerene derivative in which two sebacoyl chains and the piperazine act as the bridge between two molecules of 1. Other molecules with multifunctional groups react with 4 similarly to form multifullerene derivatives. NMR data indicate that the rotation of the relatively bulky phthaloyl group is hindered around the amide bond N [bond] C(O), the rotation barrier of which is 15.06 kcal/mol. The relative stereochemistry of the 2,5-dimethoxycarbonyl groups is established by (1)H NMR spectra and further confirmed by resolution of the enantiomeric 2,5-trans-isomer of the starting material 1.  相似文献

Electrostatic-gated transport in chemically modified glass nanopore electrodes with orifice radii as small as 15 nm is reported. A single conical-shaped nanopore in glass, with a approximately 1 microm radius Pt disk located at the pore base, is prepared by etching the exposed surface of a glass-sealed Pt nanodisk. The electrochemical response of the nanopore electrode corresponds to diffusion of redox-active species through the nanopore orifice to the Pt microdisk. Silanization of the exterior glass surface with Cl(Me)(2)Si(CH(2))(3)CN and the interior pore surface with EtO(Me)(2)Si(CH(2))(3)NH(2) introduces pH-dependent ion selectivity at the pore orifice, a consequence of the electrostatic interactions between the redox ions and protonated surface amines. Nanopore electrodes with very small pore orifice radii (< approximately 50 nm) display anion permselectively at pH < 4, as demonstrated by electrochemical measurement of transport through the pore orifice. Ion selective transport vanishes at pH > 6 or when the pore radius is significantly larger than the Debye screening length, consistent with the observed ion selectivity resulting from electrostatic interactions. The ability to introduce different surface functionalities to the interior and exterior surfaces of glass nanopores is demonstrated using fluorescence microscopy to monitor the localized covalent attachment of 5- (and 6)-carboxytetramethylrhodamine succinimidyl ester to interior pore surfaces previously silanized with EtO(Me)(2)Si(CH(2))(3)NH(2).  相似文献

para-Nitrobenzaldehyde semicarbazone (O(2)N(para)-C(6)H(4)C(H)=N-NH-CO-NH(2)) undergoes unprecedented chemical transformation during its reaction with [Os(PPh(3))(2)(CO)(2)(HCOO)(2)] in different alcoholic (R'OH, R' = CH(2)CH(2)OCH(3), CH(2)CH(3), CH(2)CH(2)CH(3), and CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)CH(3)) solvents whereby the NH(2) group of the semicarbazone ligand is displaced by a OR' group provided by the solvents. The transformed semicarbazone ligand binds to osmium as a bidentate N,O-donor forming five-membered chelate ring to afford complexes of type [Os(PPh(3))(2)(CO)(H)(L-OR')], where L-OR' refers to the transformed semicarbazone ligand. Structure of the [Os(PPh(3))(2)(CO)(H)(L-OCH(2)CH(2)OCH(3))] complex has been determined by X-ray crystallography. All the [Os(PPh(3))(2)(CO)(H)(L-OR')] complexes are diamagnetic and show characteristic (1)H NMR signals. They also show intense absorptions in the visible and ultraviolet region. Cyclic voltammetry on the complexes shows an irreversible oxidative response within 0.69-0.88 V versus SCE.  相似文献

The reaction of cyclohexylphosphonic acid (C(6)H(11)PO(3)H(2)), anhydrous CuCl(2) and 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) in the presence of triethylamine followed by a metathesis reaction with KNO(3) afforded [Cu(4)(mu-Cl)(2)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(bpy)(4)](NO(3))(2) (1). In an analogous reaction involving Cu(OAc)(2).H(2)O, the complex [Cu(4)(mu-CH(3)COO)(2)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(2,2'-bpy)(4)](CH(3)COO)(2) (2) has been isolated. The three-component reaction involving Cu(NO(3))(2).3H(2)O, cyclohexylphosphonic acid and 2,2'-bipyridine in the presence of triethylamine afforded the tetranuclear assembly [Cu(4)(mu-OH)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(2,2'-bpy)(4) (H(2)O)(2)](NO(3))(3) (3). Replacing 2,2'-bipyridine with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) in the above reaction resulted in [Cu(4)(mu-OH)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(phen)(4)(H(2)O)(2)](NO(3))(3) (4). In all the copper(II) phosphonates (1-4) the two phosphonate ions bridge the four copper(II) ions in a capping coordination action. Each phosphonate ion bridges four copper(II) ions in a mu(4), eta(3) coordination mode or 4.211 of the Harris notation. Variable-temperature magnetic studies on reveal that all four complexes exhibit moderately strong intramolecular antiferromagnetic coupling. The DNA cleavage activity of complexes 1-4 is also described. Compounds 1 and 3 were able to completely convert the supercoiled pBR322 DNA form I to nick form II without any co-oxidant. In contrast, 50% conversion occurred with and 40% with 4. In the presence of magnesium monoperoxyphthalate all four compounds achieved rapid conversion of form I to form II.  相似文献

Trialkyl imido niobium and tantalum complexes [MR(3)(NtBu)] (M = Nb, R = Me 2, CH(2)CMe(3)3, CH(2)CMe(2)Ph 4, CH(2)SiMe(3)5; M = Ta, R = Me 6, CH(2)CMe(2)Ph 7, CH(2)SiMe(3)8) have been prepared by treatment of solutions containing [MCl(3)(NtBu)py(2)] (M = Nb 1a, Ta 1b) with three equivalents of magnesium reagent. By an unexpected hydrolysis reaction of the tris-trimethylsilylmethyl imido tantalum compound 8a, a μ-oxo derivative [(Me(3)SiCH(2)O)(Me(3)SiCH(2))(3)Ta(μ-O)Ta(CH(2)SiMe(3))(2)(NtBu)] (8a) was formed and its structure was studied by X-ray diffraction methods. Reactions of trialkyl imido compounds with two equivalents of isocyanide 2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3)NC result in the migration of two alkyl groups, leading to the formation of a series of alkyl imido bisiminoacyl derivatives [MR(NtBu){C(R)NAr}(2)] (Ar = 2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3); M = Nb, R = Me 9, CH(2)CMe(3)10, CH(2)CMe(2)Ph 11, CH(2)SiMe(3)12, CH(2)Ph 13; M = Ta, R = CH(2)CMe(3)14, CH(2)CMe(2)Ph 15, CH(2)SiMe(3)16). This work describes the preparation and characterization of a cellulose acetate fiber coated with Al(2)O(3), resulting in the organic-inorganic hybrid Cel/Al(2)O(3). Furthermore, the hybrid was modified by attaching organofunctional groups by reaction with the precursor reagents (RO)(3)Si(CH(2))(3)L (L=NH(2), NH(CH(2))(2)NH(2), NH(CH(2))(2)NH(CH(2))(2)NH(2), and N(2)C(3)H(3) (imidazole)), resulting in Cel/Al(2)O(3)/Si(CH(2))(3)NH(2) (1), Cel/Al(2)O(3)/Si(CH(2))(3)NH(CH(2))(2)NH(2) (2), Cel/Al(2)O(3)/Si(CH(2))(3)NH(CH(2))(2)NH(CH(2))(2)NH(2) (3), and Cel/Al(2)O(3)/Si(CH(2))(3)N(2)C(3)H(3) (4). The amounts of attached organofunctional groups were (in mmol per gram of the material) 1=1.90, 2=1.89, 3=1.66, and 4=1.35. The isotherms of adsorption of FeCl(3), CuCl(2), and ZnCl(2) by Cel/Al(2)O(3)/Si(CH(2))(3)L from ethanol solutions were obtained at 298 K. Accurate estimates of the specific sorption capacities and the heteregeneous stability constants of the immobilized metal complexes were determined with the aid of several computational procedures. It is shown that the sorptional capacities are much less than the concentrations of the attached organofunctional groups. As all sorption isotherms are fitted properly with the Langmuir isotherm equation, the effects of the energetic heterogeneity and the lateral interactions do not affect the chemisorption equilibria. The heterogeneous stability constants of the immobilized complexes are fairly high, which provides efficient removal of the metal ions from solutions by the hybrid materials.  相似文献

We previously showed that [Rh(2)(O(2)CCH(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(6)](2+) binds to dsDNA only upon irradiation with visible light and that photolysis results in a 34-fold enhancement of its cytotoxicity toward Hs-27 human skin fibroblasts, making it potentially useful for photodynamic therapy (PDT). With the goal of gaining further insight on the photoinduced binding of DNA to the complex, we investigated by NMR spectroscopy the mechanism by which 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), a model for biologically relevant bidentate nitrogen donor ligands, binds to [Rh(2)(O(2)CCH(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(6)](2+) upon irradiation in D(2)O. The photochemical results are compared to the reactivity in the dark in D(2)O and CD(3)CN. The photolysis of [Rh(2)(O(2)CCH(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(6)](2+) with equimolar bpy solutions in D(2)O with visible light affords [Rh(2)(O(2)CCH(3))(2)(eq/eq-bpy)(CH(3)CN)(2)(D(2)O(ax))(2)](2+) (eq/eq) with the reaction reaching completion in ~8 h. Only vestiges of eq/eq are observed at the same time in the dark, however, and the reaction is ~20 times slower. Conversely, the dark reaction of [Rh(2)(O(2)CCH(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(6)](2+) with an equimolar amount of bpy in CD(3)CN affords [Rh(2)(O(2)CCH(3))(2)(η(1)-bpy(ax))(CH(3)CN)(5)](2+) (η(1)-bpy(ax)), which remains present even after 5 days of reaction. The photolysis results in D(2)O are consistent with the exchange of one equiv CH(3)CNeq for solvent, and the resulting species quickly reacting with bpy to generate eq/eq; the initial eq ligand dissociation is assisted by absorption of a photon, thus greatly enhancing the reaction rate. The photolytic reaction of [Rh(2)(O(2)CCH(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(6)](2+):bpy in a 1:2 ratio in D(2)O affords the eq/eq and (eq/eq)(2) adducts. The observed differences in the reactivity in D(2)O vs CD(3)CN are explained by the relative ease of substitution of eq D(2)O vs CD(3)CN by the incoming bpy molecule. These results clearly highlight the importance of dissociation of an eq CH(3)CN molecule from the dirhodium core to attain high reactivity and underscore the importance of light for the reactivity of these compounds, which is essential for PDT agents.  相似文献

In this study, we developed a facile method for preparing a superhydrophobic paper surface using a multi-layer deposition of polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride (polyDADMAC) and silica particles, followed by a fluorination surface treatment with 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane (POTS, CF(3)(CF(2))(5)CH(2)CH(2)Si(OC(2)H(5))(3)). The superhydrophobic wood fiber products prepared in this study have contact angles of water greater than 150 degrees and sliding angles less than 5 degrees. Besides their high water repelling property, the superhydrophobic paper products kept a high tensile strength at high relative humidity condition. The superhydrophobic paper products also showed high resistance to bacterial contamination.  相似文献

(13)C CPMAS NMR spectroscopy has been employed to investigate the surface chemistry of the organotantalum hydrocarbyl/alkylidene complexes, Cp'Ta((13)CH(3))(4) (1*), Cp(2)Ta((13)CH(3))(3) (2*), Cp(2)Ta((13)CH(2))((13)CH(3)) (3*), and Ta((13)CH(t)Bu)((13)CH(2)(t)Bu)(3) (4*) [Cp' = eta(5)-(CH(3))(5)C(5), Cp = eta(5)-C(5)H(5)] supported on partially dehydroxylated silica (PDS), dehydroxylated silica (DS), or dehydroxylated gamma-alumina (DA). Mono-Cp tantalum hydrocarbyl 1* undergoes chemisorption to form Cp'Ta((13)CH(3))(3)O-Si mu-oxo species on silica, and "cation-like" Cp'Ta((13)CH(3))(3)(+) and Cp'Ta((13)CH(3))(3)O-Al mu-oxo species on DA, via pathways analogous to those established for organo-group 4 and actinide complexes. When supported on DA, bis-Cp tantalum hydrocarbyl 2* follows the same chemisorption mode as 1*. However, when 2* is chemisorbed on PDS and DS, a "cation-like" Cp(2)Ta((13)CH(3))(2)(+) species is the major adsorbate product. On PDS, bis-Cp tantalum alkylidene complex 3* is converted predominantly to a stable "cation-like" Cp(2)Ta((13)CH(3))(2)(+) species, presumably via electrophilic addition of a proton from the PDS surface. In contrast to 3*, Ta alkylidene complex 4* forms predominantly a Ta((13)CH(t)Bu)((13)CH(2)(t)Bu)(2)O-Si, mu-oxo-alkylidene species on PDS.  相似文献
