以邻氨基苯酚和对甲基苯甲酸为原料,多聚磷酸为溶剂,N2保护下于220 ℃反应制得中间体L1; L1溴代得中间体L2; L2与三苯基膦反应得膦盐L3,L3与吡啶-3-甲醛通过Wittig反应制得中间体L4,再通过甲基化反应和阴离子置换合成了未见报导的化合物1~6,并利用1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR和HR-MS对化合物1~6的结构进行了表征。单晶结构测试表明:化合物1(CCDC: 1838541)的阳离子部分的平面性较好。紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱结果表明:化合物1~6在不同极性溶剂中均具有良好的光学性质。  相似文献

Piperidine derivatives 1ae and 2af have been prepared by the reduction of 3‐and 4‐substituted pyridinium salts with NaBH4 in moderate to excellent yields. The reactions regioselectively give 1,2,5,6‐tetrahydropyridines, and the yields depend greatly upon the nature of substituents on the phenyl ring and on the nitrogen atom, the nature and the position of the substituents on the pyridyl ring, and the chain length between the aryloxy and the pyridyl groups.  相似文献

Abstract

The synthesis of unsubstituted pyridinium salt containing the 4-oxothiazolidine moiety bondedviaC(5) to the N position of the pyridine nucleus is reported. The nucleophilic displacement of pyridine from pyridinium salt by the selected nucleophiles leads to the formation of new 5-substituted 4-oxothiazolidines in good yields.  相似文献

The reaction of lanthanide (Ln) chloride hydrates ([Ln(H2O)n(Cl)3]) with pyridine (py) yielded a set of dehydrated pyridinium (py-H) Ln-polychloride salts. These species were crystallographically characterized as [[py-H-py][py-H]2[LnCl6]] (Ln-6; Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd) or [[py-H]2[LnCl5(py)]] ((Ln-5; Ln = Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu). The Ln-6 metal centers adopt an octahedral (OC-6) geometry, binding six Cl ligands. The −3 charge is off-set by two py-H moieties and a di-pyridinium (py-H-py) ion. For the Ln-5 species, an OC-6 anion is formed by the Ln cation binding a single py and five Cl ligands. The remaining −2 charge is offset by two py-H+ cations that H-bond to the anion. Significant H-bonding occurs between the various cation/anion moieties inducing the molecular stability. The change in structure from the Ln-6 to Ln-5 is believed to be due to the Ln-contraction producing a smaller unit cell, which prevents formation of the py-H-py+ cation, leading to the loss of the H-bonding-induced stability. Based on this, it was determined that the Ln-5 structures only exist when the lattice energy is small. While dehydrated polychloride salts can be produced by simply mixing in pyridine, the final structures adopted result from a delicate balance of cation size, Coulombic charge, and stabilizing H-bonding.  相似文献

A novel pyridinium salt, 2,4-bis[p-(N,N-dimethylamino)styryll-N-metlayl pyridinium iodide (BMSPI) was synthesized and characterized by TG, ^1H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis, and the reaction process was studied by using ES-MS. When BMSPI was pumped by a pulsed 1064 nm, 50 ps laser beam, it manifests highly efficient TPA (Two-Photon Absorption) and up-conversion superradiance. The up-conversion efficiency was 6.0% at the pump energy of 4-6 mJ and the lifetime of two-photon fluorescence was measured as 59 ps.  相似文献

The use of an equivalent amount of an organic base leads to high enantiomeric excess in the asymmetric hydrogenation of N‐benzylated 3‐substituted pyridinium salts into the corresponding piperidines. Indeed, in the presence of Et3N, a Rh‐JosiPhos catalyst reduced a range of pyridinium salts with ee values up to 90 %. The role of the base was elucidated with a mechanistic study involving the isolation of the various reaction intermediates and isotopic labeling experiments. Additionally, this study provided some evidence for an enantiodetermining step involving a dihydropyridine intermediate.  相似文献

A mechanism has been considered for the recyclization of pyridinium salts using their diacetyl derivatives as an example. Iridium‐catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation of N‐alkyl‐2‐alkylpyridinium salts provided 2‐aryl‐substituted piperidines with high levels of enantioselectivity. Simple benzyl and other alkyl groups successfully activated the challenging pyridine substrates toward hydrogenation. The use of the unusual chiral‐phosphole‐based MP2‐SEGPHOS was the key to the success of this approach which provides a versatile and practical procedure for the synthesis of chiral piperidines.  相似文献

While ketones are among the most versatile functional groups, their synthesis remains reliant upon reactive and low-abundance starting materials. In contrast, amide formation is the most-used bond-construction method in medicinal chemistry because the chemistry is reliable and draws upon large and diverse substrate pools. A new method for the synthesis of ketones is presented here that draws from the same substrates used for amide bond synthesis: amines and carboxylic acids. A nickel terpyridine catalyst couples N-alkyl pyridinium salts with in situ formed carboxylic acid fluorides or 2-pyridyl esters under reducing conditions (Mn metal). The reaction has a broad scope, as demonstrated by the synthesis of 35 different ketones bearing a wide variety of functional groups with an average yield of 60±16 %. This approach is capable of coupling diverse substrates, including pharmaceutical intermediates, to rapidly form complex ketones.  相似文献

Two unprecedented N functionalizations of indoles with ynamides are described. By varying the electron‐withdrawing group on the ynamide nitrogen atom, either Z‐indolo‐etheneamides or indolo‐amidines can be selectively obtained under the same metal‐free reaction conditions. The scope and synthetic potential of these reactions, as well as some mechanistic insights provided by DFT calculations, are reported.  相似文献

A transition‐metal‐free, mild, and highly regioselective synthesis of nitroarenes from arenes has been developed. The products are obtained in a sequential one‐pot reaction by nitration of iodine(III) reagents with two carbon ligands, which are formed in situ from iodine(I). This novel concept has been extended to formation of aryl azides, and constitutes an important step towards catalytic reactions with these hypervalent iodine reagents. An efficient nitration of isolated diaryliodonium salts has also been developed, and the mechanism is proposed to proceed by a [2,2] ligand coupling pathway.  相似文献

Synthesis and applications of fluoroalkyl and fluoroalkenyliodonium salts are summarized in this account article, focusing preferably to the reagents designed in our laboratory in the last decade. Among these reagents trifluoroethyl(aryl)iodonium salts have been used most frequently to build carbon-carbon and carbon-heteroatom bonds in simple nucleophilic substitutions and through transition metal catalyzed coupling reactions. Iodonium salts equipped with unsaturated fluorinated function showed diverse reactivity due to their electron deficient character, and these molecular motifs enable cycloadditions and nucleophilic additions to prepare fluorinated carbo- and heterocyclic molecules. Beyond the overview of existing transformations, with the presented collection, we aim to inspire future developments of iodonium reagents and their application in organic synthesis.  相似文献

通过三组份串联反应合成一系列咪唑[1,5-a]吡啶鎓盐,利用1H NMR、13C NMR、MS以及X射线单晶衍射确定其结构,其中以二乙烯三胺与三乙烯四胺为原料获得预期外的结构。以青霉素作为对照,研究了化合物的抗菌性。结果表明,所合成的化合物对溶壁微球菌和乙型链球菌均有抗菌效果,化合物2的抗菌效果最好;含有杂原子O的化合物3对嗜麦芽单胞菌和肺炎克雷伯氏菌的抗菌能力优于青霉素;联苯桥联的刚性双齿咪唑[1,5-a]吡啶鎓(5)比乙基桥联的柔性双齿咪唑[1,5-a]吡啶鎓(4)的抗菌性更强;化合物6为单齿大π体系芳香环,其抗菌效果较好,而化合物7和8为双齿的大π体系芳香环,其抗菌效果较弱。  相似文献

Reported herein is the unprecedented gold‐catalyzed formal [4+1]/[4+3] cycloadditions of diazo esters with hexahydro‐1,3,4‐triazines, thus providing five‐ and seven‐membered heterocycles in moderate to high yields under mild reaction conditions. These reactions feature the use of a gold complex to accomplish the diverse annulations and the first example of the involvement of a gold metallo‐enolcarbene in a cycloaddition. It is also the first utilization of stable triazines as formal dipolar adducts in the carbene‐involved cycloadditions. Mechanistic investigations reveal that the triazines reacted directly, rather than as formaldimine precursors, in the reaction process.  相似文献

Dearomative heterocyclic [4+2] cycloaddition between the N-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)pyridinium ion of nicotinamide and an enol ether was analyzed by Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations. The calculation revealed that the reaction undergoes stepwise bond formation rather than occurring in a concerted manner. The experimental products were found to be both kinetically and thermodynamically favored. The calculated transition states and intermediate suggested that the high diastereoselectivity is derived from the electrostatic interaction between the 2-nitro group of the pyridinium ion and the hydrogen of the enol ether.  相似文献

Intramolecular pyridinium oxide cycloadditions form complex polycyclic nitrogenous architectures. The diastereoselectivity and regioselectivity of pyridinium oxide cycloadditions was systematically investigated for the first time using complex substrates. Predictably high levels of diastereoselectivity and regioselectivity are observed, which can be attributed to minimization of steric (syn-pentane) and torsional strain in the products. The reaction is reversible under the reaction conditions, and it is stereospecific with respect to the dipolarophile geometry.  相似文献
