The solid‐state, low‐temperature linkage isomerism in a series of five square planar group 10 phosphino nitro complexes have been investigated by a combination of photocrystallographic experiments, Raman spectroscopy and computer modelling. The factors influencing the reversible solid‐state interconversion between the nitro and nitrito structural isomers have also been investigated, providing insight into the dynamics of this process. The cis‐[Ni(dcpe)(NO2)2] ( 1 ) and cis‐[Ni(dppe)(NO2)2] ( 2 ) complexes show reversible 100 % interconversion between the η1‐NO2 nitro isomer and the η1‐ONO nitrito form when single‐crystals are irradiated with 400 nm light at 100 K. Variable temperature photocrystallographic studies for these complexes established that the metastable nitrito isomer reverted to the ground‐state nitro isomer at temperatures above 180 K. By comparison, the related trans complex [Ni(PCy3)2(NO2)2] ( 3 ) showed 82 % conversion under the same experimental conditions at 100 K. The level of conversion to the metastable nitrito isomers is further reduced when the nickel centre is replaced by palladium or platinum. Prolonged irradiation of the trans‐[Pd(PCy3)2(NO2)2] ( 4 ) and trans‐[Pt(PCy3)2(NO2)2] ( 5 ) with 400 nm light gives reversible conversions of 44 and 27 %, respectively, consistent with the slower kinetics associated with the heavier members of group 10. The mechanism of the interconversion has been investigated by theoretical calculations based on the model complex [Ni(dmpe)Cl(NO2)].  相似文献

Properties indirectly determined, or alluded to, in previous publications on the titled isomers have been measured, and the results generally support the earlier conclusions. Thus, the common five‐coordinate intermediate generated in the OH?‐catalyzed hydrolysis of exo‐ and endo‐[Co(dien)(dapo)X]2+ (X=Cl, ONO2) has the same properties as that generated in the rapid spontaneous loss of OH? from exo‐ and endo‐[Co(dien)(dapo)OH]2+ (40±2% endo‐OH, 60±2% exo‐OH) and an unusually large capacity for capturing (R=[CoN3]/[CoOH][]=1.3; exo‐[CoN3]/endo‐[CoN3]=2.1±0.1). Solvent exchange for spontaneous loss of OH? from exo‐[Co(dien)(dapo)OH]2+ has been measured at 0.04 s?1 (k1, 0.50M NaClO4, 25°) from which similar loss from the endo‐OH isomer may be calculated as 0.24 s?1 (k2). The OH?‐catalyzed reactions of exo‐ and endo‐[Co(dien)(dapo)N3]2+ result in both hydrolysis of coordinated via an OH?‐limiting process =153 M ?1 s?1; =295 M ?1 s?1; KH=1.3±0.1 M ?1; 0.50M NaClO4, 25.0°) and direct epimerization between the two reactants =33 M ?1 s?1; =110 M ?1 s?1; 1.0M NaClO4, 25.0°). Comparisons are made with other rapidly reacting CoIII‐acido systems.  相似文献

The conformational isomers endo‐ and exo‐[Mo{η3‐C3H4(CH3)}(η2‐pyS)(CO)(η2‐diphos)] (diphos: dppm = {bis(diphenylphosphino)methane}, 2 ; dppe = {1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane}, 3 ) are prepared by reacting the double‐bridged pyridine‐2‐thionate (pyS) complex [Mo{η3‐C3H4(CH3)}(CO)2]212:μ‐pyS)2, 1 with diphos in refluxing acetonitrile. Stereoselectivity of the methallyl, C3H4(CH3), ligand improves the formation of the exo‐conformation of 2 and 3 . Orientations and spectroscopy of these complexes are discussed.  相似文献

The structures of the isomeric nucleosides 4‐nitro‐1‐(β‐d ‐ribofuranosyl)‐1H‐indazole, C12H13N3O6, (I), and 4‐nitro‐2‐(β‐d ‐ribofuranosyl)‐2H‐indazole, C12H13N3O6, (II), have been determined. For compound (I), the conformation of the glycosylic bond is anti [χ = −93.6 (6)°] and the sugar puckering is C2′‐exo–C3′‐endo. Compound (II) shows two conformations in the crystalline state which differ mainly in the sugar pucker; type 1 adopts the C2′‐endo–C3′‐exo sugar puckering associated with a syn base orientation [χ = 43.7 (6)°] and type 2 shows C2′‐exo–C3′‐endo sugar puckering accompanied by a somewhat different syn base orientation [χ = 13.8 (6)°].  相似文献

The novel chiral P,N‐ligand 2‐[2‐(diphenylphosphino)phenyl]‐5,6‐dihydro‐4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,3‐oxazine ( 4 ) was synthesized. The corresponding {dihydro[(phosphino‐ϰP)aryl]oxazine‐ϰN} (η3‐diphenylallyl)palladium(II) hexafluorophosphate 5 and the analogous [Pd(η3‐1,3‐dimethylallyl)] complex 6 were investigated by X‐ray analysis and 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopy. The complex 5 exists as `exo'‐syn‐syn isomer in the solid state (Fig. 1). In solution, the same isomer exceeds with 90%. The X‐ray crystal structure of 6 reveals that the dihydro(phosphinoaryl)oxazine ligand coordinates in a pseudo‐enantiomeric conformation compared with that of 5 (Fig. 3). A syn‐anti arrangement of the allyl substituents of 6 is favored in the solid state. 1H‐NMR Spectroscopic investigations suggest that the auxiliary 6 adopts two conformations. This conformational instability together with `exo'/`endo' and syn/anti isomerization leads to the formation of 6 isomers (Fig. 4). The asymmetric allylic substitution reaction of 1,3‐diphenylallyl acetate with dimethyl malonate in the presence of 4 proceeds with a selectivity of 99% ee. The ee induced by 4 in the catalytic allylic substitution of 1‐methylbut‐2‐enyl acetate is moderate (54%).  相似文献

An in situ generated cationic allylpalladium complex bearing N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) ligands, derived from the reaction of [(η3‐C3H5)Pd(NHC)Cl] with AgX (X = BF4 or SbF6), is an active catalyst for the addition polymerization of norbornene and norbornene derivatives [5‐norbornene‐2‐carboxylic acid methyl ester ( b ) and 5‐norbornene‐2‐carboxylic acid n‐butyl ester ( c )] with an ester group containing a large portion of endo‐isomers. The catalytic activities, polymer yields, molecular weights, and molecular weight distributions of polynorbornenes were investigated under various reaction conditions: the catalytic activity was highly dependent on the counteranion, the reaction solvent, and the reaction temperature. For b , as the portion of an endo‐isomer increased, the activity of 13 (SbF) was much higher than those of 14 and 15 , and for c (exo/endo = 95:5), the maximum turn over number (TON) was observed with 15 (SbF). © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The title complexes, exo‐ and endo‐[VO(C28H22N2O2)], show monomeric structures with a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination. The two phenyl groups on the five‐membered N,N′‐chelate ring are both on the same side as the oxo ligand for the exo isomer and on opposite sides for the endo isomer.  相似文献

The η1‐thiocarbamoyl palladium complexes [Pd(PPh3)(η1‐SCNMe2)(η2‐S2R)] (R = P(OEt)2, 2 ; CNEt2, 3 ) and trans‐[Pd(PPh3)21‐SCNMe2)(η1‐Spy)], 4 , (pyS: pyridine‐2‐thionate) are prepared by reacting the η2‐thiocarbamoyl palladium complex [Pd(PPh3)22‐SCNMe2)][PF6], 1 with (EtO)2PS2NH4, Et2NCS2Na, and pySK in methanol at room temperature, respectively. Treatment of 1 with dppm (dppm: bis(diphenylphosphino)methane) in dichloromethane at room temperature gives complex [Pd(PPh3)(η1‐SCNMe2)(η2‐dppm)] [PF6], 5 . All of the complexes are identified by spectroscopic methods and complex 1 is determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

A μ3‐η222‐silane complex, [(Cp*Ru)33‐η222‐H3SitBu)(μ‐H)3] ( 2 a ; Cp*=η5‐C5Me5), was synthesized from the reaction of [{Cp*Ru(μ‐H)}33‐H)2] ( 1 ) with tBuSiH3. Complex 2 a is the first example of a silane ligand adopting a μ3‐η222 coordination mode. This unprecedented coordination mode was established by NMR and IR spectroscopy as well as X‐ray diffraction analysis and supported by a density functional study. Variable‐temperature NMR analysis implied that 2 a equilibrates with a tautomeric μ3‐silyl complex ( 3 a ). Although 3 a was not isolated, the corresponding μ3‐silyl complex, [(Cp*Ru)33‐η22‐H2SiPh)(H)(μ‐H)3] ( 3 b ), was obtained from the reaction of 1 with PhSiH3. Treatment of 2 a with PhSiH3 resulted in a silane exchange reaction, leading to the formation of 3 b accompanied by the elimination of tBuSiH3. This result indicates that the μ3‐silane complex can be regarded as an “arrested” intermediate for the oxidative addition/reductive elimination of a primary silane to a trinuclear site.  相似文献

The reaction of the thiocarbamoyl‐molybdenum complex [Mo(CO)22‐SCNMe2)(PPh3)2Cl] 1 , with EtOCS2K and C4H8NCS2NH4 in dichloromethane at room temperature yielded the seven coordinated ethyldithiocarbonate thiocarbamoyl‐molybdenum complex [Mo(CO)22‐S2COEt)(η2‐SCNMe2)(PPh3)] 2 , and the dithiocarbamate thiocarbamoyl‐molybdenum complex [Mo(CO)22‐S2CNC4H8)(η2‐SCNMe2)(PPh3)] 3 . The geometry around the metal atom of compounds 2 and 3 are capped octahedrons as revealed by X‐ray diffraction analyses. The thiocarbamoyl and ethyldithiocarbonate or pyrrolidinyldithiocarbamate ligands coordinate to the molybdenum metal center through the carbon and sulfur and two sulfur atoms, respectively. Structure parameters, NMR, IR and Mass spectra are in agreement with the crystal chemistry of the two compounds.  相似文献

Reactions of pyrimidine‐2‐thione (HpymS) with PdII/PtIV salts in the presence of triphenyl phosphine and bis(diphenylphosphino)alkanes, Ph2P‐(CH2)m‐PPh2 (m = 1, 2) have yielded two types of complexes, viz. a) [M(η2‐N, S‐ pymS)(η1‐S‐ pymS)(PPh3)] (M = Pd, 1 ; Pt, 2 ), and (b) [M(η1‐S‐pymS)2(L‐L)] {L‐L, M = dppm (m = 1) Pd, 3 ; Pt, 4 ; dppe (m = 2), Pd, 5 ; Pt, 6 }. Complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N), NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 31P), and single crystal X‐ray crystallography ( 1 , 2 , 4 , and 5 ). Complexes 1 and 2 have terminal η1‐S and chelating η2‐N, S‐modes of pymS, while other Pd/Pt complexes have only terminal η1‐S modes. The solution state 31P NMR spectral data reveal dynamic equilibrium for the complexes 3 , 5 and 6 , whereas the complexes 1 , 2 and 4 are static in solution state.  相似文献

The synthesis and single crystal X‐ray structure determination are reported for the 2,2′ : 6′,2″‐terpyridine (= tpy) adduct of bismuth(III) nitrate. The hydroxide‐bridged dimer [(η2‐NO3)2(tpy)Bi(μ‐OH)2Bi(tpy)(η2‐NO3)2] with nine‐coordinate geometry about Bi was the only isolable product from all crystallization attempts in varying ratios of Bi(NO3) : terpy.; [(η2‐NO3)2(tpy)Bi(μ‐OH)2Bi(tpy) · (η2‐NO3)2] is triclinic, P 1, a = 7.941(8), b = 10.732(9), c = 11.235(9) Å; α = 63.05(1), β = 85.01(1), γ = 79.26(1)°, Z = 1, dimer, R = 0.058 for N0 = 2319.  相似文献

Piano‐stool‐shaped platinum group metal compounds, stable in the solid state and in solution, which are based on 2‐(5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐yl)pyridine ( L ) with the formulas [(η6‐arene)Ru( L )Cl]PF6 {arene = C6H6 ( 1 ), p‐cymene ( 2 ), and C6Me6, ( 3 )}, [(η6‐C5Me5)M( L )Cl]PF6 {M = Rh ( 4 ), Ir ( 5 )}, and [(η5‐C5H5)Ru(PPh3)( L )]PF6 ( 6 ), [(η5‐C5H5)Os(PPh3)( L )]PF6 ( 7 ), [(η5‐C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)( L )]PF6 ( 8 ), and [(η5‐C9H7)Ru(PPh3)( L )]PF6 ( 9 ) were prepared by a general method and characterized by NMR and IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The molecular structures of compounds 4 and 5 were established by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In each compound the metal is connected to N1 and N11 in a k2 manner.  相似文献

We report the synthesis of [n]manganoarenophanes (n=1, 2) featuring boron, silicon, germanium, and tin as ansa‐bridging elements. Their preparation was achieved by salt‐elimination reactions of the dilithiated precursor [Mn(η5‐C5H4Li)(η6‐C6H5Li)]?pmdta (pmdta=N,N,N′,N′,N′′‐pentamethyldiethylenetriamine) with corresponding element dichlorides. Besides characterization by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis, the identity of two single‐atom‐bridged derivatives, [Mn(η5‐C5H4)(η6‐C6H5)SntBu2] and [Mn(η5‐C5H4)(η6‐C6H5)SiPh2], could also be determined by X‐ray structural analysis. We investigated for the first time the reactivity of these ansa‐cyclopentadienyl–benzene manganese compounds. The reaction of the distannyl‐bridged complex [Mn(η5‐C5H4)(η6‐C6H5)Sn2tBu4] with elemental sulfur was shown to proceed through the expected oxidative addition of the Sn?Sn bond to give a triatomic ansa‐bridge. The investigation of the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) capability of [Mn(η5‐C5H4)(η6‐C6H5)SntBu2] with [Pt(PEt3)3] showed that an unexpected, unselective insertion into the Cipso?Sn bonds of [Mn(η5‐C5H4)(η6‐C6H5)SntBu2] had occurred.  相似文献

Two series of new dinuclear rare‐earth metal alkyl complexes supported by indolyl ligands in novel μ‐η211 hapticities are synthesized and characterized. Treatment of [RE(CH2SiMe3)3(thf)2] with 1 equivalent of 3‐(tBuN?CH)C8H5NH ( L1 ) in THF gives the dinuclear rare‐earth metal alkyl complexes trans‐[(μη211‐3‐{tBuNCH(CH2SiMe3)}Ind)RE(thf)(CH2SiMe3)]2 (Ind=indolyl, RE=Y, Dy, or Yb) in good yields. In the process, the indole unit of L1 is deprotonated by the metal alkyl species and the imino C?N group is transferred to the amido group by alkyl CH2SiMe3 insertion, affording a new dianionic ligand that bridges two metal alkyl units in μη211 bonding modes, forming the dinuclear rare‐earth metal alkyl complexes. When L1 is reduced to 3‐(tBuNHCH2)C8H5NH ( L2 ), the reaction of [Yb(CH2SiMe3)3(thf)2] with 1 equivalent of L2 in THF, interestingly, generated the trans‐[(μη211‐3‐{tBuNCH2}Ind)Yb(thf)(CH2SiMe3)]2 (major) and cis‐[(μη211‐3‐{tBuNCH2}Ind)Yb(thf)(CH2SiMe3)]2 (minor) complexes. The catalytic activities of these dinuclear rare‐earth metal alkyl complexes for isoprene polymerization were investigated; the yttrium and dysprosium complexes exhibited high catalytic activities and high regio‐ and stereoselectivities for isoprene 1,4‐cis‐polymerization.  相似文献

Cycloaliphatic polyolefins with functional groups were prepared by the Pd(II)-catalyzed addition polymerization of norbornene derivatives. Homo- and copolymers containing repeating units based on bicyclo[2.2.1] hept-5-en-2-ylmethyl decanoate (endo/exo-ratio = 80/20), bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester (exo/endo = 80/20), bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2-methanol (endo/exo = 80/20), and bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2-carboxylic acid (100% endo) were prepared in 49–99% yields with {(η3-allyl)Pd(BF4)} and {(η3-allyl)Pd(SbF6)} as catalysts. The catalyst containing the hexafluoroantimonate ion was slightly more active than the tetrafluoroborate based Pd-complex.  相似文献

Additionally, the dissociation of p‐cymene from 2a and 3a gives dichloro{(1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl [(1R)‐(1‐(η6‐phenyl)ethyl][(1R)‐1‐phenylethyl]phosphoramidite‐κP)ruthenium(II) ( 4a ) and di‐μ‐chlorobis{(1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl [(1R)‐1‐(η6‐phenyl)ethyl][(1R)‐1‐phenylethyl]phosphoramidite‐κP}diruthenium(II) bis(hexafluorophosphate) ( 5a ), respectively, in which one phenyl group of the N‐substituents is η6‐coordinated to the Ru‐center. Complexes 3a and 3b catalyze the asymmetric cyclopropanation of α‐methylstyrene with ethyl diazoacetate with up to 86 and 87% ee for the cis‐ and the trans‐isomers, respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, C10H12FN5O4·H2O, shows an anti glycosyl orientation [χ = −123.1 (2)°]. The 2‐deoxy‐2‐fluoroarabinofuranosyl moiety exhibits a major C2′‐endo sugar puckering (S‐type, C2′‐endo–C1′‐exo, 2T1), with P = 156.9 (2)° and τm = 36.8 (1)°, while in solution a predominantly N conformation of the sugar moiety is observed. The conformation around the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is −sc (trans, gauche), with γ = −78.3 (2)°. Both nucleoside and solvent molecules participate in the formation of a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding pattern via intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds; the N atoms of the heterocyclic moiety and the F substituent do not take part in hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The title compound, C9H12N6O3, shows a syn‐glycosylic bond orientation [χ = 64.17 (16)°]. The 2′‐deoxyfuranosyl moiety exhibits an unusual C1′‐exo–O4′‐endo (1T0; S‐type) sugar pucker, with P = 111.5 (1)° and τm = 40.3 (1)°. The conformation at the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is +sc (gauche), with γ = 64.4 (1)°. The two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network is built from intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds. An intramolecular bifurcated hydrogen bond, with an amino N—H group as hydrogen‐bond donor and the ring and hydroxymethyl O atoms of the sugar moiety as acceptors, constrains the overall conformation of the nucleoside.  相似文献
