2a,4-Disubstituted 2,2a,3,4-tetrahydro-2-phenyl-1H-azeto[2,1-d][ 1,5]benzothiazepin-1-ones, as well as 2-substi-tuted 2,3-dihydro-3-phenylacetyl-2-styryl-benzothiazoles and 4a,6-disubstituted 3- .benzyl-4a,5-d/hydro-2-phenyl-1H,6H-[1,3]oxazino[2,3-d][1,5]benzothiazepin-1-ones, were obtained from the reaction of 2,4-disubstituted 2,3-dihydro-1,5-benzothiazepines with phenylacetyl chloride in the presence of triethylamine. The mechanism for the formation of 4a,5-dihydro-1H,6H-[1,3]oxazino[2,3-d][1,5]benzothiazepin-1-ones, 2,3-dihydro-1,3-oxazin-4-one derivatives, was suggested.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of hexahydropyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidinetrione derivatives is achieved via tandem Knoevenagel-Michael addition of aromatic aldehydes,methylcyanoacetate and 4(6)-aminouracil in solvent-free conditions in the presence of 10 mol%of ZrO2 nanoparticles(ZrO2 NPs) as a heterogenous catalyst.The procedure is formed in high yields,short reaction time and an environmentally friendly specificity.  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of novel benzo[b]pyrimido[4',5':5,4]thieno[2,3e]-[1,6]naphthyridine-8-one derivatives via Pictet–Spengler cyclization is reported. The reaction of 4-(3-aminopyrimido[4,5-d]thieno-2-yl)quinoline-2-ones, which could be obtained from Thorpe–Ziegler isomerization of 4-bromomethylquinoline-2-ones and 5-cyano-1,6-dihydro-4-methyl-2-phenyl-6-thioxopyrimidine,with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of BF_3·OEt_2 gives pyrimidothieno[1,6]naphthyridines in good yields.  相似文献

An efficient method for the preparation of thieno[3',2':2,3]pyrido[4,5-d]thiazolo[3,2-a] pyrimidin-5-ones 5 is described. The key intermediate, 7-(3-amino-4-cyano-5-phenyl aminothieno-2-yl)-5H-thiazolo-[80_TD$IF]3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-one(3), was synthesized from 7-chloromethyl-5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-one(1)with potassium-(2,2-dicyano-1-phenylaminoethen-1-yl)thiolate(2) by Thorpe–Ziegler isomerization.Subsequent reaction of the intermediate amine with aromatic aldehydes via Pictet–Spengler reaction provided thieno-pyridine fused thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidines under p-Ts OH as catalyst in good yields.  相似文献

1 INTRODUCTION As purine analogs, pyrzolo[3,4-d]pyrimidines have anti-tumor[1], antibacterial[2] and anti-leukemic activities[3,4]. Few of these, however, have been studied for pesticidal activity. Theoretical calculations of the [2,3]-sila-wittig rearrangement of isomers of [(allyloxy)silyl]lithium (C3H5O)HzSiLi have been performed in the gas phase and THF solvent using the G3MP2B3 method. Seven isomers of silylenoid (C3H5O)H2SiLi, 1-7, are found. The [2,3]-silawittig rearrangement paths are followed using two isomers, 2 and 4, to yield the transition states as well as the products. In the transition state, the silicon center functions as a nucleophile and the aUyl as an electrophile. The interaction between the silicon and allylic sites leads to the formation of SiC(3) bond and the break of O-C(1) bond. Finally, the (allylsilyl)oxylithium (C3H5)H2SiOLi is obtained. The rearrangement paths are confirmed by the intrinsic reaction coordinate (IRC) calculations. The rearrangement mechanisms of reactions of 2 and 4 are similar, and the latter reaction is more favored in the gas phase and THF solvent. A variety of 2-arylnaphtho[ 1,2-d]oxazole derivatives were efficiently synthesized in moderate to high yields by the reaction of aromatic aldehydes with 1-amino-2-naphthol derivatives in the presence of triethylamine in refluxing ethanol in air. Seven new 2-arylnaphtho[1,2-d]oxazole derivatives were obtained and characterized by the spectral data and elemental analysis. In addition, the X-ray crystal structures of 2-[4-(N,N-dimethylamino)phenyl]naphtho[ 1,2-d] oxzole (3d) and 1, 1'-bis(naphtho[ 1,2-d]oxazol-2-yl)ferrocene (3n) have been determined.  相似文献

Study on the quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) of 26 compounds, N-[5-(2-furanyl)-2-methyl-4-oxo-4H-thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-3-yl]-carboxamide and 3-substituted- 5-(2-furanyl)-2-methyl-3H-thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ones, with three-dimensional holographic vector of atomic interaction field (3D-HoVAIF) was carried out. SMR-PLS QSAR models have been created and good correlation coefficients and cross-validated correlation coefficients were obtained. The result shows that the models have good prediction capability and favorable stability and the 3D-HoVAIF is applicable to the molecular structural characterization and biological activity prediction.  相似文献

We describe here a rapid process for the preparation of new 9-chloromethyl-12-aryl-10,12-dihydrobenzo[5,6]chromeno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-11-ones 5a-d and 10-chloromethyl-7-aryl-7,9-dihydrobenzo[7,8]chromeno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-8-ones 6a-d by two different methods utilizing microwave irradiation. Mass spectrometric behaviour of 2,2a, 3,4-tetrahydro-4-methyl-2a-phenyl-2- (thiophen-2-yl)- 1H-azeto [-2,1-d-J1-1,5-]benzothiazepin-l-one-5-oxide and 2,3-dihydro-2,4-diphenyl-1,5-benzothiazepine-l-oxide/-1,1-dioxide have been studied with the aid of mass-analyzed ion kinetic energy spectrometry and accurate mass measurements under electron impact ionization. The monooxide derivatives showed a tendency to eliminate an alkene or an oxygen atom. 1H-Azeto[-2,1-d][1,5]benzothiazepin-1-one-5-oxide could also eliminate the thiophen- 2-ylketene molecule via a reverse [-2 q- 2 ~ cycloaddition. 2,3-Dihydro-2,4-diphenyl- 1,5-benzothiazepine-1-oxide/-1, 1-dioxide could eliminate SO2 or SO, respectively. The structure of 2,2a, 3, 4-tetrahydro-4-methyl-2a-phenyl-2- (thiophen-2-yl)-1H-azeto 1-2,1-d-] [1,5 -] benzothiazepin-1-one-5-oxide was identified on the basis of its fragmentation. The identification was supported by the fragmentations of model compound, 2,3-dihydro-2,4-diphenyl-1,5-benzothiazepine-1-oxide/-1,1-dioxide.  相似文献

Three small-molecule donors based on dithieno [2,3-d:2’,3 ’-d’]-benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b’] dithiophene(DTBDT)unit were designed and synthesized by side chain regulation with chlorinated or/and sulfurated substitutions(namely ZR1,ZR1-Cl,and ZR1-S-Cl respectively),along with a crystalline non-fullerene acceptor IDIC-4 Cl with a chlorinated 1,1-dicyanomethylene-3-indanone(IC) end group.Energy levels,molar extinction coefficients and crystallinities of three donor molecules can be effectively altered by combining chlorination and sulfuration strategies.Especially,the ZR1-S-Cl exhibited the best absorption ability,lowest higher occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) energy level and highest crystallinity among three donors,resulting in the corresponding all-small-molecule organic solar cells to produce a high power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 12.05% with IDIC-4 Cl as an acceptor.  相似文献

Dimethyl carbonate (DMC), an environmentally benign intermediate for organic synthesis, has been mainly synthesized through non-phosgene route of oxidative carbonylation[1]. Direct synthesis of DMC from carbon dioxide and methanol is of more significance due to atom economy. Organometallic compounds of formulae R2M(OR)2, M(OR)2 or M(OR)4[2,3] were employed as catalysts in direct synthesis of DMC, where an activation mechanism of CO2 insertion into metal-oxygen bond was supposed.
