Three new homochiral bis-diamine-bridged bi-Mn(salen) complexes were synthesized. Their catalysis on asymmetric epoxidation of α-methylstyrene, styrene and indene was studied with NaClO and m-CPBA as oxidants respectively. This homogeneous catalyst exhibited comparable catalytic activity and enantioselectivity to the Jacobsen’s catalyst in the asymmetric epoxidation of unfunctionalized olefins. Furthermore, the catalyst could be conveniently recovered and reused at least five times without significant losses of both activity and enantioselectivity. Specially, it also could be efficiently used in large-scale reactions with superior catalytic disposition being maintained at the same level, which provided the potential for the applications in industry. The effect of axial bases, temperature and solvent on activity and enantioselectivity of the catalytic system were also studied.  相似文献

Iron-manganese catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method.Characterization of catalysts was carried out by using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),temperature program reduction(TPR),N2 adsorption-desorption measurements. The results from catalytic performance tests in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis showed that the iron-manganese catalysts are supersensitive to catalyst composition and materials source. It was found that C2~4 light olefins increased while CH4 and CO2 decreased by using iron-manganese catalyst prepared from iron(II) sulfate(A catalyst). The activity and selectivity of A catalyst was studied in different operational conditions. The results showed that the best operational conditions for C2~4 light olefins production were H2/CO=1/1(GHSV=2400h-1) at 260℃ under 0.3MPa total pressure.  相似文献

The interest of the coordination chemistry of manganese has been driver by the important roles of metalloenzymes and highly valuable catalysts in olefin expoxidation.1 Jacobsen Salen-Mn complexes with a simple structure have been commercially utilized to catalyze asymmetric epoxidation of unfunctionalized cis-alkenes2, but the catalytic enantioselectivity for trans-alkenes, unfortunately, are lower and this kinds of complexes are unstable and difficult to be recovered for reuse.3 In order to i…  相似文献

In this research work, two 30%(Co-Mn)/TiO2catalysts were prepared using sol-gel(catalyst A)and coprecipitation(catalyst B)methods. The activity and selectivity to C2~4light olefins in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis(FTS)has been studied in a fixed-bed reactor under different operational conditions. These operational conditions were:temperature220~280℃,and total pressure from0.1~0.6 MPa.The optimum operating conditions were investigated after steady state. As the results shown, the catalyst A was more selective to C2~4olefins(58.7%in 260℃)and catalyst B was more selective to C5+hydrocarbons.Characterization of both catalysts was carried out by using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and N2adsorption-desorption measurements methods.  相似文献

Catalytic pyrolysis of Chinese Daqing atmospheric residue on a commercial fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalyst was investigated in a confined fluidized bed reactor. The results show that the commercial FCC catalyst has good capability of cracking atmospheric residue to light olefins. The analysis of gas samples shows that the content of total light olefins in cracked gas is above 80%. The analysis of liquid samples shows that the content of aromatics in liquid samples ranges from 60% to 80%, and it increases with the enhancement of reaction temperature. The yield of total light olefins shows a maximum with the increase of reaction temperature, the weight ratios of catalyst-to-oil and steam-to-oil, respectively. The optimal reaction temperature, the weight ratios of catalyst-to-oil and steam-to-oil are about 650℃, 15 and 0.75, respectively.  相似文献

The synthesis of formic acid from carbon dioxide and hydrogen using a silica immobilized ruthenium catalyst as precursor has been studied in different reaction conditions. The results revealed that the TOF (turn over frequency) of HCOOH achieved 1481.5 h^-1 on immobilized ruthenium catalyst near the critical pressure point of CO2 with H2 pressure of 4.0 MPa, reaction temperature of 80℃ and PPh3/Ru molar ratio of 6:1. The reaction activity of immobilized catalyst was higher than that of homogeneous catalyst, and the immobilized catalyst also offered the practical advantages such as easy separation and reuse.  相似文献

A series of ZrO2 catalysts were prepared by treating ZrO(OH)2 hydrogel with different alcohol solvents (C2-C4 alcohols) and calcining under N2 flow at 773 K for 3 h. The obtained ZrO2 catalysts were systematically characterized by the methods of N2 adsorption-desorption, powder X-ray diffraction, NH3 temperature-programmed desorption, and CO2 temperature-programmed desorption. The catalytic performance of each catalyst was evaluated in the selective synthesis of iso-C4 (isobutene and isobutane) and light olefins (C2= ~C4= ) from CO hydrogenation. The specific surface area increased for the ZrO2 catalysts obtained by treating ZrO(OH)2 hydrogel with different alcohol solvents. The amounts of both acidic and basic sites on the catalyst surface increased obviously. The catalytic activity (CO conversion) of ZrO2 catalysts also increased after the treatment with different alcohol solvents. The highest activity was obtained over the catalyst which was pretreated with isopropanol. However, alcohol solvent treatment retarded the transformation of ZrO2 crystal structure from tetragonal phase to monoclinic phase, and subsequently resulted in the decrease of monoclinic phase in ZrO2, which led to the decrease of olefin selectivity in corresponding hydrocarbon products (C2=~C4= /CH).  相似文献

Cobalt-manganese nano catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method. This research investigated the effects of different cobalt-manganese (Co/Mn = 1/1) loading, pH and calcination conditions on the catalytic performance of Co-Mn/TiO2 catalysts for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) in a fixed bed reactor. It was found that the catalyst containing 30wt%(Co-Mn)/TiO2 was an optimal catalyst for the conversion of synthesis gas to light olefins especially propylene. The activity and selectivity of optimal catalyst were studied under different operational conditions. The results showed that the best operational conditions were H2 /CO = 1/1 molar feed ratio at 250℃ and GHSV = 1300 h-1 under atmospheric pressure. Characterization of catalysts was carried out by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), N2 adsorption-desorption measurements.  相似文献

A systematic study was carried out to investigate the promotion effect of manganese on the performance of a coprecipitated iron-manganese bimetallic catalyst for the light olefins synthesis from syngas. The catalyst samples were characterized by N2 physisorption, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Mo¨ssbauer spectroscopy, H2-differential thermogravimetric analysis (H2-DTG), CO temperature-programmed reduction (CO-TPR) and CO2 temperature-programmed desorption (CO2-TPD). The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) performance of the catalyst was measured at 1.5 MPa, 250 C and syngas with H2 /CO ratio of 2.0. The characterization results indicated that the addition of manganese decreases the catalyst crystallite size, and improves the catalyst BET surface area and pore volume. The presence of manganese suppresses the catalyst reduction and carburization in H2 , CO and syngas, respectively. The addition of manganese improves the catalytic activity of water-gas shift reaction and suppresses the oxidation of iron carbides in the FTS reaction. The incorporation of manganese improves the catalyst surface basicity and results in a significant improvement in the selectivities to light olefins and heavy hydrocarbons (C5+ ), and furthermore an inhibition of methane formation in FTS. The pure iron catalyst (Mn-00) has the highest initial FTS catalytic activity (65%) and the lowest selectivity (17.35 wt%) to light olefins (C=2-C=4 ). The addition of an appropriate amount of manganese can improve the catalyst FTS activity.  相似文献

The deactivation of nickel catalysts used in Arak and Razi petrochemical complexes followed by catalyst regeneration was evalu-ated. The characterization of the different structures was made by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and carbon & sulfur analyzer. The Ni particle size was estimated from XRD patterns and TEM graphs. The agglomeration of nickel particle and the poison by sulfur components were recognized as the main reasons in deactivation of Arak and Razi catalysts, respectively. The activity of the used catalysts before and after regeneration was measured on methane steam reforming at a CH4:H2O ratio of 1:3 at 850 oC. The regeneration processes for Arak and Razi samples were performed with CO2 as an oxidative atmosphere and steam as a regenerating agent, respectively. The results show that,(1) no residual sulfur components were on the regenerated Razi catalyst surface without changing the structure of the catalyst and the regenerated catalyst has gained 80% of its catalytic activity, and that(2) the nickel particle size of regenerated Arak specimen decreased remarkably as measured by Debye-Scherrer equation from XRD patterns. TEM images were in agreement with the XRD results and indicated a decrease in nickel particle size of regenerated catalyst. Additionally,in both regenerated catalysts all the coke on the surface of the support was eliminated after regeneration.  相似文献

Catalytic performances of the CO2 reforming of toluene on Co/MgO catalysts with different cobalt loadings were evaluated in a fluidized-bed reactor. The results showed that the conversion of toluene and the stability of Co/MgO increased, but the apparent reaction rate decreased at the initial stage with increasing the amount of metallic Co formed from the reduction of Co/MgO catalysts at 700 ~C. The deactivation of Co/MgO catalysts was mainly resulted from that a part of the metallic Co was oxidized by CO2 and could not be re-reduced by H2 at reaction temperature. Therefore, the excess metallic Co on the higher Co loading catalysts was beneficial to the catalyst stability.  相似文献

With the growing consumption of oil, the production of /?-xylene(PX) from renewable biomass has gained significant attention recently. This work demonstrated that cellulose, a main component in lignocellulosic biomass, was directly converted into PX over the Mg/P surface-modified zeolites. The catalysts modified by the incorporation of P2O5 and MgO into HZSM-5(HZ) promoted the isomerization of zw-/o-xylenes to p-xylene. The PX selectivity was greatly enhanced using the modified zeolites due to the deactivation of external surface and the adjustment of pore entrance. In addition, the addition of methanol to cellulose was beneficial to increase the selectivity of xylenes due to the alkylation reactions and the Diels-Alder reactions between cellulose-derived furans and methanol-derived olefins. The highest PX yield of 10.7%(molar fraction) with a high PX selectivity in xylenes(97.1%) was obtained over the 10%Mg/5%P/HZ catalyst. The reaction pathway for the formation ofp-xylene was addressed according to the study of the key reactions and the characterization of catalysts.  相似文献

Methane partial oxidation to methanol (MPOM) using dielectric barrier discharge over a Fe2O3-CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was performed. The multicomponent catalyst was combined with plasma in two different configurations,i.e.,in-plasma catalysis (IPC) and post-plasma catalysis (PPC).It was found that the catalytic performance of the catalysts for MPOM was strongly dependent on the hybrid configuration.A better synergistic performance of plasma and catalysis was achieved in the IPC configuration, but the catalysts packed in the discharge zone showed lower stability than those connected to the discharge zone in sequence.Active species, such as ozone, atomic oxygen and methyl radicals, were produced from the plasma-catalysis process, and made a major contribution to methanol synthesis. These active species were identified by the means of in situ optical emission spectra, ozone measurement and FT-IR spectra. It was confirmed that the amount of active species in the IPC system was greater than that in the PPC system. The results of TG,XRD,and N2 adsorption-desorption revealed that carbon deposition on the spent catalyst surface was responsible for the catalyst deactivation in the IPC configuration.  相似文献

A series of chiral salen-Mn(Ⅲ) complexes featuring two tertiary amine units were synthesized and employed in the enantioselective epoxidation of unfunctionalized alkenes in the presence of pyridine N-oxide and 2,6-dimethylpyridine N-oxide as proximal ligands, respectively. Moderate to high enantioselectivity and acceptable yields were achieved when NaClO was used as terminal oxidant under CH2Cl2/H2O biphasic media. Methyl iodide was found to be an effective additive to accelerate the epoxidation, possibly owing to the formation of quaternary ammonium units on catalysts, which may facilitate the reaction in an oil/water biphasic medium. The subsequent stimulation experiment was carried out, and the resulting ESI-HRMS analysis revealed the formation of a novel (salen)manganese(m) intermediate featuring two quaternary ammonium units, and bearing a pyridine N-oxide and a molecule of water simultaneously axially-coordinated backbone.  相似文献

Sulfated zirconia (SZ) and two promoted 1%Mn/SZ catalysts which have been prepared via sol gel (Mn/SZ-S) and impregnation (Mn/SZ-I) methods were studied. The morphology of the catalysts was characterized by XRD,BET,NH_3-TPD,ICP,SEM and FT-IR analysis. The conversion of methanol to dimethyl ether and hydrocarbons was carried out in the temperature range of 120-300 ℃.The Mn/SZ-S showed the highest activity due to the high surface area with suitable acidity. The optimum condition of Mn/SZ-S catalyst was investigated at 200°C and LHSV of 0.02 h~(-1) in a time range from 30 to 210 min.It was found that the total conversion decreased from 80.18% to 53.26% at 210 min.The reusability of this catalyst was studied at the optimum condition up till four cycles for 1 h.The characterization of the reused catalyst showed a significant change in the structure and surface acidity due to the blockage of the surface acid sited by carbonaceous materials.  相似文献

Light cycle oil(LCO) with high content of poly-aromatics was difficult to upgrade and convert, which had hindered upgrading fuel quality to meet with the standard of automotive diesel for the purpose of sustainable development. The hydrocracking behaviors of typical aromatics in LCO of naphthalene and tetralin were investigated over NiMo and CoMo catalysts.Several characterization methods including N2-adsoprtion and desorption, ammonia temperature-programmed desorption(NH3-TPD),Pyridine infrared spectroscopy(Py-IR),CO infrared spectroscopy(CO-IR),Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) were applied to determine the properties of different catalysts. The results showed that CoMo catalyst with high concentration of S-edges could hydrosaturate more naphthalene to tetralin but exhibit lower yield of high-value light aromatics(carbon numbers less than 10) than NiMo catalyst.NiMo catalyst with high concentration of Mo-edges also presented a higher selectivity of converting naphthalene into cyclanes than CoMo catalyst.Subsequently, the naphthalene and LCO hydrocracking performances were also investigated over different catalysts systems. The activity evaluation and kinetic analysis results showed that the naphthalene hydrocracking conversion and the yield of light aromatics for CoMo-AY/NiMo-AY grading catalysts were higher than NiMo-AY/CoMo-AY grading catalysts at same condition.A stepwise reaction principle was proposed to explain the high efficiency of CoMo-AY/NiMoAY grading catalysts. Finally, the LCO hydrocracking evaluation results confirmed that CoMo-AY/NiMoAY catalysts grading system with low carbon deposition and high stability could remain high percentage of active phases, which was more efficient to convert LCO to high-octane gasoline.  相似文献

A series of P/HZSM-5 catalysts prepared by impregnation method were used for ethanol conversion to lower olefins. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), NH3-temperature-programmed desorption (NH3-TPD) and N2 adsorption-desorption measurements. It was found that the P/HZSM-5 catalysts showed high activity and selectivity toward light olefins. The selectivities of propylene and butylene can be improved with the introduction of phosphorus (P). When the content of P reached 3.0 wt%, more than 18.9% propylene in the gaseous products was obtained over the P/HZSM-5 catalyst at 450 ?C. The introduction of P modified the strong Br?nsted acid sites of the original HZSM-5 catalysts and P/HZSM-5 catalysts could resist coke formation and showed good stability.  相似文献

An Au/ceria(0.44%, mass fraction) catalyst containing gold ions was prepared by a modified deposition precipitation method, and the evolution of gold ions in the catalyst and its influence on the catalysis of CO oxidation were investigated. It was found that the as-prepared catalyst containing gold ions with high valence could fully oxidize CO at –10 °C initially but was deactivated gradually at low temperatures during the reaction with CO or treatment by unpurified air. The deactivation of the catalyst during CO oxidation or treatment of it by unpurified air was independent and progressive at low temperatures while the activity of the catalyst at relatively high temperatures was maintained well. During the reaction with CO or treatment by unpurified air, the XPS results indicate that gold species evolved from high valence to low valence and the diffuse reflectance UV-Vis spectra show that high valence gold was reduced to charged gold clusters, gold clusters grew to small gold crystals and small gold crystals grew to large gold particles. Accordingly, the high valence gold corresponded to the activity at low temperatures and the metallic gold was active and relatively stable at high temperatures. The turnover frequencies(TOF) of the catalysts treated by different methods at 273 K decreased with the evolution of gold species from high valence to low valence, no maximum of TOF was observed although gold particles in the catalyst attained to about 2―3 nm during the treatment. An Au/ceria catalyst with a gold load of 0.87% (mass fraction) maintained a good activity for CO oxidation within 18 h at room temperature. The catalysts were characterized via transmitted electronic microscopy(TEM), inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and BET specific surface area and UV-Vis DRS as well.  相似文献

A series of Fe/HZSM-5 catalysts with different iron loadings were prepared by impregnation method.Characterization was performed by N2 adsorption-desorption,X-ray diffraction(XRD),NH3 temperature-programmed desorption(NH3-TPD),temperature-programmed reduction (TPR),temperature-programmed oxidation(TPO)and thermogravimetry(TG)analysis.Iron content in the synthesized samples varied from 1.1 wt%to 20 wt%.The obtained samples have been used for ethanol conversion into light olefins. It was found that the amount of strong acidity at 300 -5 50-C on Fe-modified samples was decreased, going with another new acid site appearance at 550- 600-C and that Fe/HZSM-5 catalysts were highly selective towards light olefins, especially the 9FZ sample. In addition,Fe-modified catalysts suppressed the conversion of ethanol to aromatics and paraffins and enhanced their anti-carbon deposit ability.  相似文献
