煤液化是提高煤炭资源利用率、减轻燃煤污染的有效途径[1].在煤液化工艺过程中,煤液化残渣的主体是由液化原料煤中未转化的煤有机体、无机矿物质以及外加的液化催化剂组成,是一种高炭、高灰和高硫的物质,在某些工艺中会占到液化原煤总量的30%左右,如此多的残渣量对液化过程的热效率和经济性所产生的影响是不可低估的[2].  相似文献

采用经典法(GB/T 212-2008)、常量热重法(Marco-TG)和同步热分析三种方法分析了多种产地的煤炭产品,结果表明,在煤炭样品制备良好的条件下,常量热分析法与经典法的煤炭工业分析值基本吻合,同步热分析(STA)法的结果波动相对较大,可作为半定量的快速评价煤炭品质检测方法;根据褐煤、烟煤和无烟煤燃烧时的差示扫描量热曲线热力学特征,初步探讨了三种煤炭的分类鉴别技术,促进煤炭产品的进出口贸易。  相似文献

This research presents the combustion behavior of lignite under different reaction pressures. Lignite from Alpagut, Çorum of Turkey was combusted in its run off mine (ROM) condition under three different pressure levels of 172, 345, 517 kPa (25, 50, 75 psi). Experiments were done in a fully controlled temperature regime in an isolated combustion tube that operated in coordination with a continuous gas analyzer. Combustion behavior of lignite under different pressures was characterized by effluent gas analysis method. The changes in the amounts of consumed oxygen, evolved carbon oxides as well as variations in the temperature were assessed. The combustion efficiency and effectiveness of lignite was evaluated in terms of thermal features, from the viewpoint of reaction kinetics and by the computation of instantaneous fuel consumption at critical points. It was seen that combustion of lignite tended to turn from a steady profile to a considerably rapid one with increase in pressure, proving to be highly sensitive to the applied pressure level. Also, different levels of pressure resulted in distinctive combustion behavior not only from the view of thermal characteristics, but also in terms of reaction kinetics.  相似文献

选用内蒙古的胜利褐煤作为研究对象,通过固定床反应装置对褐煤进行不同温度(200-300℃)下的低温氧化,利用FT-IR、Raman和XPS等方法对氧化处理后煤样的结构进行了表征,考察了不同温度下低温氧化对褐煤微结构和质量变化的影响,并利用热重分析仪研究了氧化后煤样的燃烧反应性能。结果表明,温度对低温氧化过程中胜利褐煤的质量变化率影响较大,低于220℃时,褐煤的质量变化率很小,高于220℃时,质量变化率有明显的改变。特别在220-230℃,煤样的质量变化率由5. 80%(220℃)突变为42. 55%(230℃)。FT-IR/Raman/XPS表征结果显示,220℃氧化后的煤样中有明显的苯醌类结构形成,此结构的形成使苯环骨架C=C的伸缩振动吸收峰发生红移,且Raman谱图中D峰位置偏移,D峰和G峰两峰间距增大。氧化温度低于220℃的煤样表面C-O-和C=O的含量均增加,推测煤样在220-230℃质量变化率的突变主要与苯醌类结构的氧化分解有关。  相似文献

The synergic effect of sawdust (SD) and a lignite can be observed by analyzing their co-pyrolysis behavior. The co-pyrolysis behavior of SD and lignite mixtures was investigated by thermo-gravimetric analysis, and their sulfur transformation was measured by X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS). The pyrolysis process can be divided into three stages for SD and lignite, while four their mixtures. The experimental mass loss of SD and lignite mixture during co-pyrolysis is higher than its theoretically calculated mass loss, especially at the mixing ratio of 1:1. This indicates that synergy occurs during SD and lignite co-pyrolysis process. XAS spectra of sulfur show that SD can promote FeS to decompose before 900 °C during co-pyrolysis, as the peak of FeS decreases in the mixture’s char. However, the experimental sulfur removal of mixtures is lower than the theoretically calculated one. This indicates that synergic effect has no effect on sulfur removal, which is very corresponding to more thiophenes gathering in the mixture’s char, because the peak of thiophenes is very steep for the mixture after pyrolysis. And other sulfurs transformation in the mixture is very similar to that of CF coal. For CF coal and its mixture, sulfate peak increases obviously after pyrolysis, which is mostly caused by absorbing SO2 of alkaline minerals during pyrolysis. This also suggests SD cannot prevent sulfate from forming during co-pyrolysis. Therefore, SD can be added to promote high-pyrite coal to increase sulfur removal, since the decomposition of FeS needs higher temperatures.

采用热天平研究了贵州褐煤、三江原煤及其拔头半焦的燃烧行为,考察了粒径和升温速率对样品着火点和燃烧稳定性的影响。减小样品的粒径可显著降低样品的着火点,改善样品的燃烧性能,在粒径100~120目和升温速率25℃/min下,样品的燃烧稳定性最好。根据Coats-Redfern方法求解燃烧反应动力学参数。燃烧反应动力学分析表明,三种样品的热天平燃烧反应均为一级反应,并得到了实验样品的燃烧反应动力学参数,表观活化能E和指前因子A。贵州褐煤的活化能为100.0~163.6 kJ/mol,三江原煤的活化能为73.4~161.2 kJ/mol,三江煤焦的活化能为68.3~178.1 kJ/mol。  相似文献

Thermal reactions of polyethylene with coal were studied. Coal used exhibited an endothermal effect in the temperature range of 425-495°C with a flat maximum (about 460°C). In contrast, polyethylene alone was decomposed in the temperature range of 420-540°C (mainly of 485-540°C) with the significant DSC maximum at 510°C. In the presence of coal this maximum shifted to lower temperature (483°C), therefore, coal promoted the decomposition of polyethylene. As decomposition of polyethylene yields alkenes and alkadienes, the thermal reaction of polyethylene with coal under low temperature conditions can be described as two-stage process in which the first stage includes the decomposition of polyethylene giving unsaturated hydrocarbons and the second stage adsorption and hydrogenation of these products (mainly by coal hydrogen) on the inner surfaces of semicoke and coal.  相似文献

热重法研究K2CO3与Fe2O3对煤粉燃烧反应性的影响   总被引:5,自引:3,他引:2  
利用综合热重分析仪分别研究了K2CO3、Fe2O3对褐煤、烟煤、无烟煤、石墨等不同燃料的催化燃烧反应性的影响。结果表明,催化剂种类、添加量、粒径和燃料的变质程度对催化燃烧具有一定的影响;向无烟煤中加入K2CO3、Fe2O3两种催化剂,无烟煤的燃点由458℃分别降为319℃、405℃,燃烧速率由11.94%/min分别提高到26.40%/min、17.66%/min。K2CO3、Fe2O3对褐煤和烟煤的燃点没有明显的降低作用,但是对无烟煤和石墨燃点有明显的降低作用,且随着煤变质程度的增加,燃点降低幅度增大。由于引起燃点和燃速变化的原因不同,所以加入催化剂后造成燃点和燃速的变化也不同。  相似文献

在固定床反应器中考察了低温(200~350 ℃)、加压(0.25~8.00 MPa)热解条件下胜利褐煤主要含氧官能团的变化规律,并进一步分析了褐煤中含氧官能团的脱除对其吸水能力的影响。结果表明,温度升高对胜利褐煤中羧基和酚羟基的脱除非常有效,压力变化对羧基脱除影响极小,而在3.00~4.00 MPa时对酚羟基脱除效果最佳;同时羧基对煤样的表面极性和亲水性具有决定性作用,当羧基含量不变时,固体比表面积对煤样的吸水性影响相对较明显。  相似文献

Single‐particle combustion of carbon and lignite char is analyzed in the present work using a generalized shrinking sphere model. Finite volume method (FVM), which was earlier employed by the authors in solving such moving boundary problems involving single particle analysis of general fluid–solid noncatalytic reactions, has been used in this work to solve the transient mass and energy balance equations. The computed results are compared with published experimental data of fluidized‐bed combustion of lignite char. The effects of various parameters like bulk temperature, initial particle temperature, initial particle radius, etc. are examined on the dynamics of combustion of carbon and lignite char. The phenomena of ignition and extinction are also investigated. The importance of nonequimolar diffusion in the combustion reaction has also been analyzed. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The combustion of two kinds of biomass and sewage sludge was studied. The biomass fuels were wood biomass (pellets) and agriculture biomass (oat). The sewage sludge came from waste water treatment plant. The biomass and sludge percentage in blends with coal were 10 %. The studied materials were characterised in terms of their proximate and ultimate analysis and calorific value. The composition of the ash of the studied fuels was also carried out. The behaviour of studied fuels was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TG, DTG and DTA). The samples were heated from an ambient temperature up to 1,000 °C at a constant three rates: 10, 40 and 100 °C min?1 in 40 mL min?1 air flow. TG, DTG and DTA analysis showed differences between coal, biomass fuels and sewage sludge. 10 % addition of studied fuels to the mixture with coal changed its combustion profile in the case of sewage sludge addition. The combustion characteristics of fuel mixtures showed, respectively, qualitative summarise behaviour based on single fuels. Evolved gaseous products from the decomposition of studied samples were identified. This study showed that thermogravimetric analysis connected with mass spectrometry is useful techniques to investigate the combustion and co-combustion of biomass fuels, and sewage sludge, together with coal. Non-isothermal kinetic analysis was used to evaluate the Arrhenius activation energy and the pre-exponential factor. The kinetic parameters were calculated using Kissinger–Akahira–Sunose model.  相似文献

利用XRD、Raman、XPS和FT-IR表征技术,研究无机酸洗脱(HCl、H2SO4、HCl-HF)处理的胜利褐煤微晶结构的变化,采用自行设计的表面吸附仪-GC联用装置,对样品进行不同温度的低温脉冲氧化实验,考察了煤样在不同温度下氧吸附量的变化规律,通过低温脉冲氧吸附规律与TG/DTG和固定床燃烧实验关联,考察了煤样的自燃倾向。结果表明,无机酸洗脱对矿物质的脱除使得煤结构的有序度增加,石墨化程度提高,无机酸洗脱煤样与原煤相比吸氧量明显下降。随着吸附温度的升高,各煤样吸氧量明显增加,且随着脱除矿物质程度的增加,吸氧量呈减小的趋势,导致自燃倾向降低。  相似文献

At elevated temperatures (650–750°C), coating the inner surface of the reactor with coal dust exerts a significant effect on the ignition of hybrid coal-gas mixtures because coal evolves an effective inhibitor of methane combustion upon heating. The hybrid mixtures consisting of a coal powder and a stoichiometric natural gas-oxygen mixture do not ignite in the reactor lined with coal dust.  相似文献

采用水热法对小龙潭褐煤进行提质处理,从煤质特性、含氧基团、表面亲水性和粒度分布等因素,探究了水热提质对褐煤水煤浆成浆浓度、流变特性以及稳定性的影响。结果表明,水热提质脱除了褐煤中的水分,氧含量降低,煤阶升高。水热提质脱除了褐煤中含氧基团,煤水表面接触角增大,褐煤表面亲水性得到改善。小龙潭褐煤颗粒粒度呈现双峰分布,水热提质后褐煤颗粒粒径减小且趋于规则。水热提质改善了水煤浆的成浆性能,成浆浓度由提质前的44.09%,最高可提升到61.94%。在相近的表观黏度下,水热提质后水煤浆的稠度系数K减小,流变指数n增大,水热提质在降低浆体黏度的同时,仍保持假塑性流体特征。水热提质降低水煤浆的析水率,延缓了浆体出现硬沉淀的时间,改善浆体的稳定性。水热提质从理化特性对褐煤进行深度改性,从而获得高浓度,假塑性以及稳定性良好的符合工业应用的水煤浆。  相似文献

Four microbial cultures, two pure and two mixed, were examined for their abilities to solubilize chemically treated (oxidized) lignites, thermally treated (wet-carbonized) lignite, and untreated lignites. Extensive solubilization of oxidized lignites and limited solubilization of untreated North Dakota lignite was observed by three of the four cultures tested. Solubilization of wet-carbonized (a technique to reduce equilibrium moisture and oxygen contents) lignite was not demonstrated. The increase in solubilization correlated with the increase in the oxygen content of lignite and the pH of culture broths. These results also suggest that microbial solubilization of coal may involve nonlignin degrading organisms capable of producing alkaline conditions in the presence of coal.

实验选用三种性能较差,不适宜制浆的煤作为原料煤,选用成浆性、稳定性或流变性较好的三种煤作为配煤进行混合煤制备水煤浆。实验结果表明,在相同的制浆条件下,加入成浆性、稳定性较好的煤种,使得水煤浆性质较差的煤成浆性、稳定性均有不同程度的提高,浆体流变性得到改善,煤浆粘度明显降低。根据配煤加入量的不同,煤的成浆浓度可提高约2%~3%,浆体稳定性增加,产生软沉淀的时间由1 d提高到10 d。加入成浆性较差的褐煤,亦可明显提高难制浆煤种的稳定性和改善浆体的流变性,使得浆体由胀塑性流体变为假塑性流体。煤的表面性质分析表明,配入表面性质差异较大的煤种,有利于改善难制浆煤种的水煤浆性质。  相似文献

In this paper, novel low-cost oxygen carriers containing Fe2O3 are evaluated for use in chemical looping combustion. Sewage sludge ashes and reference samples were prepared and used in cyclic reduction and oxidation experiments in a thermogravimetric analyzer (TG). A gaseous (3 % H2) fuel and a solid fuel (hard coal) were tested. Three-cycle CLC tests were carried out in the 600–800 °C temperature range and long-term testing was performed at 950 °C. A reactivity study showed that the natural sewage sludge ash sample was stable during the cycling TG tests when hydrogen was used as a fuel at all of the temperatures investigated. Strong temperature effects on the oxygen transport capacity were observed. An one-cycle test at 900 °C showed also that the sewage sludge ash successfully reacted with coal. The oxygen released was fully used for coal combustion, with appreciable reaction rate at temperature of ~750–800 °C, that is significantly lower than that obtained for pure Fe2O3-based oxygen carrier. The oxidation reaction was much faster than the reduction reaction. Moreover, the sewage sludge ash showed a low tendency toward agglomeration in the cyclic test, which was superior to the behavior of synthetic materials. The sewage sludge ash exhibited also high mechanical strength, an attrition index of 1 % and a high-temperature resistance of 1,170 °C in a reducing atmosphere. We conclude that sewage sludge ash can be effectively used as a low-cost, valuable oxygen carrier in practical application in chemical looping combustion technology for power generation.  相似文献

根据褐煤含水量高的特点,研究了以水为溶剂,不同气氛条件下小龙潭褐煤的液化行为。结果表明,小龙潭褐煤具有较好的液化活性,在420℃,H2气氛下以四氢萘为溶剂时煤的液化转化率可达到94.5%。煤液化过程中,稳定热解产生的自由基活性氢主要来自于供氢溶剂,而气相H2不具活性,不能直接为液化过程提供活性氢。当以水为溶剂取代四氢萘进行褐煤直接液化时,相对于H2和N2气氛,CO 气氛下表现出较好的液化性能。这表明发生了水煤气变换反应并生成了活性氢,该活性氢可以使得煤热解产生的自由基稳定,生成低分子的液化产物,提高了液化转化率。由于在较低的CO初压下反应生成的活性氢数量有限,因而液化转化率不高。实验表明,以水为溶剂在CO气氛下进行褐煤的液化是一种新的褐煤直接液化技术。  相似文献

实验采用TG151型高压热天平对不同热解压力和热解升温速率下煤焦炉气共热解半焦燃烧反应性进行了考察。主要考察半焦燃烧的特征参数如着火温度(Ti)、最大燃烧速率峰温(TM)和燃尽温度(Tf),最大燃烧速率(RM)以及燃尽时间(t),通过燃烧特征参数(燃尽时间t)和TG及DTG数据的相关动力学分析(Rf图)来描述半焦燃烧反应性能。结果表明,热解压力越高,其半焦燃烧反应性越差,在慢速升温情况下尤为明显;热解升温速率越快其半焦燃烧反应性越好,在较高压力下更为明显。先锋褐煤与焦炉气共热解半焦的反应活性与其加氢热解半焦的反应活性相当,但两者均略低于氮气氛下热解半焦的反应性。  相似文献

Co-pyrolysis of a lignite coal and a bituminous coal was carried out on a fixed-bed reactor. The lignite was enriched with calcium, and the bituminous coal featured in high sulfur and strong swelling. Experiments were also conducted for the blends using the acid-washed lignite and/or the acid washed bituminous coal to address the influences of calcium in the lignite on the synergistic behaviors. Calcium in the lignite exhibited some aspects of synergy including the catalytic cracking reactions of tar, the retention of sulfur in the char, and the catalyzed polyaromatization and gasification of char. These synergies impacted the differences in the product distribution and gas composition between the co-pyrolytic results and the additive ones. Moreover, there appeared to be a synergistic effect on the cross-linking reaction of volatile matter, resulting in an increase in the char yield irrespective of coal demineralization. The co-pyrolysis was also observed to destroy the swelling of coal. This synergistically increased the tar yield due to less resistant escaping of tar from the intra-particles of coal.  相似文献
