Asymptotic Rayleigh-Schrödinger perturbation theory for discrete eigenvalues is developed systematically in the general degenerate case. For this purpose we study the spectral properties ofm×m—matrix functionsA(κ) of a complex variable κ which have an asymptotic expansion εA k κ k as τ→0. We show that asymptotic expansions for groups of eigenvalues and for the corresponding spectral projections ofA(κ) can be obtained from the set {A κ} by analytic perturbation theory. Special attention is given to the case whereA(κ) is Borel-summable in some sector originating from κ=0 with opening angle >π. Here we prove that the asymptotic series describe individual eigenvalues and eigenprojections ofA(κ) which are shown to be holomorphic inS near κ=0 and Borel summable ifA k * =A k for allk. We then fit these results into the scheme of Rayleigh-Schrödinger perturbation theory and we give some examples of asymptotic estimates for Schrödinger operators.  相似文献

An evolutionary snowdrift game (SG) that incorporates bounded rationality and limited information in the evolutionary process is proposed and studied. Based on SG in a well-mixed population and defining the winning action at a turn to be the one that gets a higher payoff, the most recent m winning actions can be used as a public information based on which the competing agents decide their next actions. This defines a strategy pool from which each agent picks a number of strategies as their tool in adapting to the competing environment. The payoff parameter r in SG serves to set the maximum number of winners per turn. Due to the bounded rationality and limited information, the cooperative frequency shows steps and plateaux as a function of r and these features tend to be smoothed out as m increases. These features are results of an interplay between a restricted subset of m-bit histories that the system can visit at a value of r and the limited capacity that agents can adapt. The standard deviation in the number of agents taking the cooperative action is also studied. For general values of r, our model generates a realization of the binary-agent-resource model. The idea of introducing bounded rationality into a two-person game to realize the minority game or binary-agent-resource model could be a useful tool for future research.  相似文献

We introduce a deterministic aspiration-based learning mechanism into the prisoner’s dilemma game on regular lattices and then investigate the evolution of cooperation for different values of aspiration level A. It is found that the cooperation level exhibits discontinuous phase transition with A and there is a moderate aspiration level that can best favor the cooperative behavior. Besides, the evolution time series show the so-called “ping-pong effect” for both high and low aspiration levels. The evolution of spatial patterns is also investigated. It is found that the cooperator frequency is not sensitive to the initial condition but the evolutionary patterns can be quite different.  相似文献

We present a new form of a Parrondo game using discrete-time quantum walk on a line. The two players A and B with different quantum coins operators, individually losing the game can develop a strategy to emerge as joint winners by using their coins alternatively, or in combination for each step of the quantum walk evolution. We also present a strategy for a player A (B) to have a winning probability more than player B (A). Significance of the game strategy in information theory and physical applications are also discussed.  相似文献

EPR spectroscopic investigations on single crystals of diaquabis[malonato(1-)-κ2O,O′] zinc(II) doped with VO(II) ion have been carried out at X-band frequencies and at 300 K. The single crystal, rotated along the three mutually orthogonally axes, has yielded spin-Hamiltonian parameters g and A as: gxx=1.980, gyy=1.972, gzz=1.937 and Axx=8.4, Ayy=6.1, Azz=18.1 mT, respectively. These spin-Hamiltonian parameters reflect a slight deviation from axial symmetry to rhombic, which is elucidated by the interstitial occupation of vanadyl ions. The isofrequency plots and powder EPR spectrum have been simulated. The percentage of metal-oxygen bond has been estimated. The optical absorption spectrum exhibits four bands at 257, 592, 720 and 764 nm suggesting a C4v symmetry. The admixture coefficients and bonding parameters have also been calculated by collaborating EPR data with optical data.  相似文献

In this paper, we bring an unequal payoff allocation mechanism into evolutionary public goods game on scale-free networks and focus on the cooperative behavior of the system. The unequal mechanism can be tuned by one parameter α: if α>0, the hub nodes can use its degree advantage to collect more payoff; if α<0, numerous non-hub nodes will obtain more payoff in a single round game. Simulation results show that the cooperation level has a non-trivial dependence on α. For the small enhancement factor r, the cooperator frequency can be promoted by both negative and positive α. For large r, there exists an optimal α that can obtain the highest cooperation level. Our results may sharpen the understanding of the emergence of cooperation induced by the unequal payoff allocation mechanism.  相似文献

The p-type (Bi0.25Sb0.75)2Te3 doped with 3-12 wt% excess Te alone and n-type Bi2(Te0.94Se0.06)3 codoped with 0.017-0.026 wt% Te and 0.068-0.102 wt% I were prepared by the Bridgman method, to produce intentionally polycrystalline. Some of the as-grown specimens were annealed, in order to prepare specimens with much different ρ. These polycrystalline specimens have almost the same degree of alignment of the c plane parallel to the freezing direction. The electrical rersistivity ρ and thermal conductivity κ were measured at 298 K along the freezing direction and κ was plotted as a function of ρ. As a result, the lattice components κph obtained by subtracting the electronic component κel from the observed κ were found to decrease almost linearly with a decrease of ρ in both p- and n-type specimens, where κel was calculated using Wiedemann-Franz law. This tendency is consistent with the conventional result that κph becomes negligible small in metals. The significant decrease in κph with decrease in ρ is considered to be caused predominantly by the phonon scattering due to dopants. The relationship between κph and ρ was first clarified in the intermediate region between the metal and insulator.  相似文献

The frequencies ω of flexural vibrations in a uniform beam of arbitrary cross-section and length L are analysed by expanding the exact elastodynamics equations in powers of the wavenumber q=mπ/L, where m is the mode number: ω2=A4q4+A6q6+?. The coefficients A4 and A6 are obtained without further assumptions; the former captures Euler-Bernoulli theory while the latter, when compared with Timoshenko beam theory rendered into the same form, unambiguously yields the shear coefficient κ for any cross-section. The result agrees with the consensus best values in the literature, and provides a derivation of κ that does not rely on physical assumptions.  相似文献

We study the time evolution of cooperation in a recently proposed N-person evolutionary snowdrift game, by focusing on the details of the evolutionary dynamics. It is found that the analytic solution for the equilibrium fraction of cooperators as given previously by the replicator dynamics stems from a balance between the terms: the cost to contribute to a common task and the risk in refusing to participate in a common task. Analytic expressions for these two terms are given, and their magnitudes are studied over the whole range of parameter space. Away from equilibrium, it is the imbalance between these terms that drives the system to equilibrium. A continuous time first-order differential equation for the degree of cooperation is derived, for arbitrary interacting group size N and cost-to-benefit ratio. Analytic solutions to the time evolution of cooperation for the cases of N=2 and N=3 are obtained, with results in good agreement with those obtained by numerical simulations. For arbitrary N, numerical solutions to the equation give the time evolution of cooperation, with the long time limit giving the equilibrium fraction of cooperators.  相似文献

We study a class of composed networks that are formed by two tree networks, TP and TA, whose end points touch each other through a bipartite network BPA. We explore this network using a functional approach. We are interested in how much the topology, or the structure, of TX (X=A or P) determines the links of BPA. This composed structure is a useful model in evolutionary biology, where TP and TA are the phylogenetic trees of plants and animals that interact in an ecological community. We make use of ecological networks of dispersion of fruits, which are formed by frugivorous animals and plants with fruits; the animals, usually birds, eat fruits and disperse their seeds. We analyse how the phylogeny of TX determines or is correlated with BPA using a Monte Carlo approach. We use the phylogenetic distance among elements that interact with a given species to construct an index κ that quantifies the influence of TX over BPA. The algorithm is based on the assumption that interaction matrices that follows a phylogeny of TX have a total phylogenetic distance smaller than the average distance of an ensemble of Monte Carlo realisations. We find that the effect of phylogeny of animal species is more pronounced in the ecological matrix than plant phylogeny.  相似文献

Most papers about the evolutionary game on graph assume the statistic network structure. However, in the real world, social interaction could change the relationship among people. And the change of social structure will also affect people’s strategies. We build a coevolution model of prisoner’s dilemma game and network structure to study the dynamic interaction in the real world. Differing from other coevolution models, players rewire their network connections according to the density of cooperation and other players’ payoffs. We use a parameter α to control the effect of payoff in the process of rewiring. Based on the asynchronous update rule and Monte Carlo simulation, we find that, when players prefer to rewire their links to those who are richer, the temptation can increase the cooperation density.  相似文献

Ultrafast dynamics of the photoinduced insulator (I) to metal (M) transition were investigated using femtosecond mid-infrared pump-probe spectroscopy in two-dimensional organic Mott insulators [bis (ethylenedithio)]-tetrathiafulvalene (BEDT-TTF) salts κ-(BEDT-TTF)2X (κ-(ET)2X, where X denotes anion). In κ-(d-ET)2Cu[N(CN)2]Br, a metallic state was photogenerated using a phonon-mediated mechanism: the effective bandwidth increases through the photoinduced molecular rearrangement. The mechanism differs fundamentally from the previously reported photoinduced filling control in one-dimensional Mott insulators.  相似文献

We investigate the physical property of the κ parameter and the κ-distribution in the κ-deformed statistics, based on Kaniadakis entropy, for a relativistic gas in an electromagnetic field. We derive two relations for the relativistic gas in the framework of κ-deformed statistics, which describe the physical situation represented by the relativistic κ-distribution function, provide a reasonable connection between the parameter κ  , the temperature four-gradient and the four-vector potential gradient, and thus present for the case κ≠0κ0 one clearly physical meaning. It is shown that such a physical situation is a meta-equilibrium state of the system, but has a new physical characteristic.  相似文献

The differential structure on the κ-Minkowski spacetime from Jordanian twist of Weyl algebra is constructed, and it is shown to be closed in 4-dimensions in contrast to the conventional formulation. Based on this differential structure, we have formulated a scalar field theory in this κ-Minkowski spacetime.  相似文献

Trading model with pair pattern strategies   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

A simple trading model based on pair pattern strategy space with holding periods is proposed. Power-law behavior is observed for the return variance σ2, the price impact H and the predictability K for both models, with linear and square root impact functions. The sum of the traders’ wealth displays a positive value for the model with a square root price impact function, and a qualitative explanation is given based on the observation of the conditional excess demand 〈A|u〉. The cumulative wealth distribution also obeys a power-law behavior with an exponent close to that of real markets. An evolutionary trading model is further proposed. The elimination mechanism effectively changes the behavior of traders, and a power-law behavior is observed in the measure of zero return distribution P(r=0). The trading model with other types of traders, e.g., traders with the MG’s strategies and producers, are also carefully studied.  相似文献

The system performance in an evolutionary minority game with imitation on small-world networks is studied. Numerical results show that system performance positively correlates with the clustering coefficients. The domain structure of the agents’ strategies can be used to give a qualitative explanation for it. We also find that the time series of the reduced variance σ2/N could have a phasic evolution from a metastable state (two crowds are formed but the distribution of their probabilities does not peak at p≈0 and p≈1) to a steadystate (the two crowds evolve into a crowd and an anticrowd with the distribution of their probabilities peaking at p≈0 and p≈1).  相似文献

We study the effects of spatial structures other than the degree distribution on the extent of the emergence of cooperation in an evolutionary snowdrift game. By swapping the links in three different types of regular lattices with a fixed degree k, we study how the frequency of cooperator fC changes as the clustering coefficient (CC), which signifies how the nearest neighbors of a vertex are connected, and the sharing coefficient (SC), which signifies how the next-nearest neighbors of a vertex are shared by the nearest neighbors, are varied. For small k, a non-vanishing CC tends to suppress fC. A non-vanishing SC also leads to a suppressed fC for the networks studied. As the degree increases, the sensitivity of fC to the network properties is found to become increasingly weak. The result is discussed within the context of the ranking patterns of average payoffs as k changes. An approximation for fC, which is based on the idea of a finite fully connected network and gives results in good agreement with numerical results, is derived in the limit of large k.  相似文献

Using a kinetic Monte Carlo method, we simulate binary film (A0.5B0.5/A) growth on an L×L square lattice with the focus on the domain growth behaviour. We compute the average domain area, A(t), as a measure of domain size. For a sufficiently large system, we find that A(t) grows with a power law in time with A(t)∼t2/3 after the initial transient time. This implies that the dynamic exponent for domain growth with non-conserved order parameter is z=3, a value which was theoretically predicted for the conserved order parameter case. Further analysis reveals that such a power-law behaviour emerges because the order parameter is approximately conserved after the early stage of growth.  相似文献
