研究无限介质中矩形排列双周期圆柱形夹杂的纵向剪切问题.利用Eshelby等效夹杂理论并结合双周期与双准周期解析函数工具,为这类考虑夹杂相互影响的问题提供了一个严格又实用的分析方法,求得了问题的全场级数解.作为退化情形得到单夹杂问题的经典解答,双周期孔洞、双周期刚性夹杂及单行(列)周期弹性夹杂等问题也可作为特殊情况被解决.数值结果揭示了这类非均匀材料力学性质随微结构参数变化的规律.  相似文献

受损伤固体中含有的微裂纹或微孔洞往往具有周期性,对含周期性缺陷结构中的弹性波分析是力学研究中的重要课题,它直接关系到结构的强度和使用寿命。目前对损伤固体中弹性波散射与透射研究结果主要是弹性动力学平面问题。1995年。Scarpetta和Sumbatyan采用解析法研究了平面波在双周期裂纹弹性介质中的传播问题。并推出显式分析结果。本文基于弹性动力学理论,分析研究了含有单排横向周期裂纹的平板中弯曲波的反射与透射问题。给出了含单排裂纹时反射波与透射波系数的数值结果。对于多排裂纹情况,可采用具有退化核第一类Fredholm积分方程方法分析求解,在求解中给出相应的无量纲数,例如无量纲波数、裂纹尺寸比等。本文分析结果可望能在工程振动控制中应用。  相似文献

The formulation in Part I (Theoret. Appl. Fracture Mech. 17, 205–219 (1992)) of this work for collinear cracks in alternate layers of an anisotropic laminate is extended to a system where each of the cracked layer contains a periodic array of parallel cracks. These cracks are also collinear such that they are periodic in two mutually perpendicular directions. Finite Fourier transform is applied at discrete points for one of the space variables reducing the problem to a singular integral equation. The unknown is expressible in terms of the crack opening displacement as in Part I. Displayed graphically are the normalized stress intensity factor, effective stiffness of the laminate, and the interlayer stresses. The local stress intensity factor for the double array crack system is always less than that for a single isolated crack depending on the periodicity ratio. The interlayer stresses directly ahead of the crack are elevated, the intensity of which increases with decreasing distance between the crack tip and interface. Increase in the thickness of the adjoining layer tends to decrease the interlayer stresses nearest to the crack tip, a result that is to be expected.  相似文献

周期性多孔结构具有质量轻、比密度低、比强度高、隔音等优良特点, 同时也能很好地满足结构-功能一体化的需求, 在许多领域具有广泛的应用前景. 目前, 对周期性多孔结构在复杂载荷下的力学响应和断裂行为的研究较少. 采用细观力学和相场方法相结合, 基于二维代表性体积单元RVE模型, 施加能实现比例加载的周期性边界条件, 研究周期性多孔结构在复杂多轴比例加载状态下的裂纹萌生位置、断裂模式、承载极限及其变化规律. 本文的数值模拟结果表明: 首先, 周期性多孔结构在竖直方向拉伸载荷作用下, 裂纹均从孔边萌生并沿水平方向同步扩展; 其次, 在双轴载荷作用下, 随着水平载荷的增加, 结构在竖直方向的极限拉伸载荷逐渐增大; 当双轴拉伸载荷等值时, 结构的抗拉强度达到最大, 此时断裂模式呈现为十字正交型开裂; 最后, 面内剪切应力的引入会导致结构的拉伸强度极限降低, 孔边裂纹的萌生位置和扩展路径发生偏移, 裂纹模式从单S型转变为双弧线型, 裂纹向水平位置上相邻的孔洞扩展. 随着水平载荷的增加, 裂纹模式最终转变为斜裂纹, 从孔边对角线位置萌生并沿着45°方向扩展.   相似文献

利用Stroh公式,研究了含共线周期裂纹热的压电介质的广义二维问题。该工作有两个特征:一是裂纹被建模为具有渗透表面的缝隙,并假设为跨越上下表面时,电场的切向分量和电位移的法向分量是连续的;另一个特征是,机-电载荷和热载荷被假设作用在无限远处,而不是在裂纹表面。基于这两个假设,我们获得了有关场强因子,以及裂纹内电场的相当简洁的表达式。结果表明:①在裂纹内电场是线性变化的,②电位移的奇异性总是取决于应力的奇异性.③所有场的奇异性与所加的电载荷无关。  相似文献

In-plane elastic wave propagation in the presence of a damaged interface is investigated. The damage is modeled as a distribution of small cracks and this is transformed into a spring boundary condition. First the scattering by a single interface crack is determined explicitly in the low frequency limit for the case of a plane wave normally incident to the interface. The transmission at an interface with a random distribution of small cracks is then determined and is compared to periodically distributed cracks. The cracked interface is then described by a distributed spring boundary condition. As an illustration the dispersion relation of the first modes in a thick plate with a damaged interface in the middle is given.  相似文献

The problem of a periodic array of parallel cracks in a homogeneous piezoelectric strip bonded to a functionally graded piezoelectric material is investigated for inhomogeneous continuum.It is assumed that the material inhomogeneity is represented as the spatial varia- tion of the shear modulus in the form of an exponential function along the direction of cracks. The mixed boundary value problem is reduced to a singular integral equation by applying the Fourier transform,and the singular integral equation is solved numerically by using the Gauss- Chebyshev integration technique.Numerical results are obtained to illustrate the variations of the stress intensity factors as a function of the crack periodicity for different values of the material inhomogeneity.  相似文献

A cyclic bending experiment is designed to investigate the interface fracture behaviour of a hard chromium coating on a ductile substrate with periodic surface hardened regions. The unique deflection pattern of the vertical cracks after they run through the coating and impinge at the interface is revealed experimentally. A simple double-layer elastic beam model is adopted to investigate the interfacial shear stresses analytically. A FE model is employed to compute the stresses of the tri-phase structure under a single round of bending, and to investigate the effect of the loading conditions on the deflection pattern of the vertical cracks at the interface.  相似文献

Orthotropic materials weakened by a doubly periodic array of cracks under far-field antiplane shear are investigated, where the fundamental cell contains four cracks of unequal size. By applying the mapping technique, the elliptical function theory and the theory of analytical function boundary value problems, a closed form solution of the whole-field stress is obtained. The exact formulae for the stress intensity factor at the crack tip and the effective antiplane shear modulus of the cracked orthotropic material are derived. A comparison with the finite element method shows the efficiency and accuracy of the present method. Several illustrative examples are provided, and an interesting phenomenon is observed, that is, the stress intensity factor and the dimensionless effective modulus are independent of the material property for a doubly periodic cracked isotropic material, but depend strongly on the material property for the doubly periodic cracked orthotropic material. Such a phenomenon for antiplane problems is similar to that for in-plane problems. The present solution can provide benchmark results for other numerical and approximate methods.  相似文献

A periodic array of cracks in an elastic coating bonded to a homogeneous substrate is considered. The medium is subjected to mechanical loads and/or thermal loads. The problem is formulated in terms of a singular integral equation with the crack face displacement as the unknown variable. In addition to the time-varying stress intensity factors and stresses for various parameters of the problem, the effect of periodic cracking on the relaxation of the transient stress on the coating surface is discussed. Solution techniques for a single elastic layer and an elastic coating bonded to an infinite substrate are given. It is found that, if the crack density attains a saturation value, the transient thermal stress in the medium could be released significantly, suggesting that further cracking is difficult.  相似文献

A periodic array of interface cracks is considered as a simple model for studying interface crack interaction. The novel feature of the solution is the elimination of the oscillatory singularities and of the material overlapping which is accomplished by allowing frictionless contact zones at the crack tips. The results are obtained for a combination of shear and tension-compression loads applied at infinity. It is shown that the stress intnsity factors become smaller with decreasing distance between the cracks. This indicates that the spreading of an interface crack is inhibited by the presence of adjacent cracks.  相似文献

本文采用电磁声传感器接收单一S0模态激励,测量Lamb波在板中不同深度的槽形裂纹处的反射与透射,用于对已知扩展长度的表面裂纹进行深度测量。然后分析了Lamb波模态的频散与波动特性,由超声Lamb波的波结构,近似计算了S0模态入射到裂纹时的反射系数。计算结果与实验结果一致。结果表明,Lamb波在有限长裂纹处的反射系数可采用二维模型中的反射系数求解公式近似求解。采用电磁超声传感器接收单一S0模态激励,重复测量稳定性高,适用于Lamb波反射系数的测量。Lamb波的反射系数与裂纹深度有很好的对应关系,可用于板表面已知长度裂纹的深度测量。  相似文献

A complete analytical solution has been obtained of the elasticity problem for a plane containing periodically distributed, partially debonded circular inclusions, regarded as the representative unit cell model of fibrous composite with interface damage. The displacement solution is written in terms of periodic complex potentials and extends the approach recently developed by Kushch et al. (2010) to the cell type models. By analytical averaging the local strain and stress fields, the exact formulas for the effective transverse elastic moduli have been derived. A series of the test problems have been solved to check an accuracy and numerical efficiency of the method. An effect of interface crack density on the effective elastic moduli of periodic and random structure FRC with interface damage has been evaluated. The developed approach provides a detailed analysis of the progressive debonding phenomenon including the interface cracks cluster formation, overall stiffness reduction and damage-induced anisotropy of the effective elastic moduli of composite.  相似文献

对粘接结构进行超声导波无损检测与评估是一个有挑战性的前沿性课题.针对此问题,研究了SH0导波在界面为理想连接的三层板状粘接结构中传播时的相位变化情况.首先基于波传播的控制方程,建立了粘接结构中反射和透射SH0导波相对于入射SH0导波的相位差解析模型.然后利用数值模拟计算了铝/环氧树脂/铝粘接结构中反射和透射SH0导波的相位差曲线.最后分析了入射角度和频厚积的变化对反射和透射SH0导波相位差的影响.结果表明,对于具体的粘接结构,反射和透射SH0导波在其中传播时的相位差变化主要依赖于入射角度、频率等参数.在特定的频厚积下,当声波水平入射时,反射和入射SH0导波同相位.无论入射角度为多大,随着频厚积的增大,反射SH0导波的相位差曲线均会产生周期性谐振.对于透射SH0导波,当声波垂直入射时,其相位差曲线的改变无规律可循;但是随着入射角度逐渐增大,透射SH0导波的相位差曲线逐渐变规则.所得结果可为实验时研究板状粘接结构中SH0导波的传播特性以及提取SH0导波回波中的有用信息和定位提供一定的理论指导.  相似文献

In this contribution, effective elastic moduli are obtained by means of the asymptotic homogenization method, for oblique two-phase fibrous periodic composites with non-uniform imperfect contact conditions at the interface. This work is an extension of previous reported results, where only the perfect contact for elastic or piezoelectric composites under imperfect spring model was considered. The constituents of the composites exhibit transversely isotropic properties. A doubly periodic parallelogram array of cylindrical inclusions under longitudinal shear is considered. The behavior of the shear elastic coefficient for different geometry arrays related to the angle of the cell is studied. As validation of the present method, some numerical examples and comparisons with theoretical results verified that the present model is efficient for the analysis of composites with presence of imperfect interface and parallelogram cell. The effect of the non uniform imperfection on the shear effective property is observed. The present method can provide benchmark results for other numerical and approximate methods.  相似文献

A wide range of reflection and transmission problems for elastic waves can be represented formally in terms of reflection and transmission operators. The action of these operators on the incident field is to produce the corresponding reflected and transmitted displacement fields.
