 利用2 400 lp/mm或1 200 lp/mm的平焦场光栅谱仪、门控宽微带X光单分幅相机及可见光CCD记录系统建立了一套时空分辨平焦场谱仪X光谱诊断系统。介绍了该谱仪系统的结构、工作原理和实验调试方法。利用该谱仪在星光激光装置上进行了时间分辨铝等离子体发射谱线的实验测量,获得了清晰的时间分辨铝等离子体谱线。在神光Ⅱ装置上初步观测到了时空分辨铝样品吸收谱,谱分辨为0.02~0.05nm。  相似文献

在“星光Ⅱ”激光装置上进行了X射线辐射输运分解实验研究.实验中利用高时空分辨的MCP选通X射线皮秒分幅相机和软X射线条纹相机从缝口观测腔内壁X射线辐射时空分布,得到X射线在腔中的输运速率、X射线持续发射时间和轴向强度衰减量;利用X射线CCD针孔透射光栅谱仪观测到腔内X射线辐射光谱随空间位置的变化,得到X射线在输运过程中被多次吸收和发射后谱的变化特征;用X射线二极管和亚千X射线能谱仪分别得到源和输运末端X射线辐射总量和辐射温度.介绍了实验中采用的诊断技术和实验方法,并给出了获得的典型结果. 关键词:  相似文献

 采用国内首次研制出的2 000线/mm的自支撑透射光栅配上背照射软X光CCD(charge coupled device)组成了高谱分辨透射光栅谱仪。通过实验标定和理论模型计算相结合得到了高线对透射光栅的绝对衍射效率;同时建立了透射光栅谱仪测谱解谱方法,编制了相应的解谱程序。在“神光”激光装置上利用该谱仪通过激光打靶实验获得了金腔靶注入口发射的X光能谱定量实验结果,实验结果表明,该谱仪测谱范围在高能区达到6 000eV,谱分辨达到0.1nm,能够清晰地分辨金等离子体M带三峰分布X光谱结构。  相似文献

ZnS nanoparticles are prepared by homogeneous chemical co-precipitation method using EDTA as a stabilizer and capping agent. The structural, morphological, and optical properties of as-synthesized nanoparticles are investigated using x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)absorption, and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The x-ray diffraction pattern exhibits a zinc-blended crystal structure at room temperature. The average particle size of the nanoparticles from the scanning electron microscopy image is about50 nm. The ultraviolet absorption spectrum shows the blue shift in the band gap due to the quantum confinement effect.The photoluminescence spectrum of Zn S nanoparticles shows a blue visible spectrum.  相似文献

The absorption, photoluminescence, x-ray luminescence, and thermoluminescence spectra, and the photoluminescence excitation spectra of LiCl-Cu single crystals with different activator concentration were investigated at temperatures of 79–450°K. The absorption spectrum at room temperature has two bands with maxima at 237 and 259 nm. The absorption coefficient of the 237 nm band is proportional to the copper concentration in the crystal (CCu ≤ 7·10?4 mole %). The photoluminescence and x-ray luminescence spectrum at room temperature consists of one emission band at 324 nm, which conforms with the Mollwo-Ivey rule in the homologous series RbCl → KCl → NaCl → LiCl. The copper ions create trapping levels for electrons and holes at different depths in the forbidden band of the LiCl crystal. The correlation between the thermoluminescence peaks and the recombination-luminescence excitation bands (infrared stimulation) is investigated.  相似文献

The shape and fine structure of the x-ray LIII absorption discontinuity of ytterbium (Z=70) has been studied in the pure metal and in several of its compounds. The shape and the near edge structure of the discontinuity in the metal reflects the band structure. A molecular orbital interpretation for the fine structure near the absorption edge has been proposed for the spectrum of the sesqui-oxide. The average bond lengths for the systems studied have been determined from the measurements on the fine structure employing Lytle’s and Levy’s methods and are compared with the available crystallographic data in the case of the metal, oxide and fluoride.  相似文献

Time-resolved x-ray spectroscopy at the Si L edges is used to probe the electronic structure of an amorphous Si foil as it melts following absorption of an ultrafast laser pulse. Picosecond temporal resolution allows observation of the transient liquid phase before vaporization and before the liquid breaks up into droplets. The melting causes changes in the spectrum that match predictions of molecular dynamics and ab initio x-ray absorption codes.  相似文献

The x-ray absorption spectroscopy is a powerful tool for the detection of thermodynamic conditions and atomic structures on warm dense matter. Here, we perform first-principles molecular dynamics and x-ray absorption spectrum calculations for warm dense ammonia, which is one of the major constituents of Uranus and Neptune. The nitrogen K-shell x-ray absorption spectrum(XAS) is determined along the Hugoniot curve, and it is found that the XAS is a good indicator of the prevailing thermodynamic conditions. The atomic structures at these conditions are ascertained. Results indicate that the ammonia could dissociate to NH_x(x = 0, 1, or 2) fragments and form nitrogen clusters, and the ratios of these products change with varying conditions. The contributions to the XAS from these products show quite different characteristics,inducing the significant change of XAS along the Hugoniot curve. Further model simulations imply that the distribution of the peak position of atomic XAS is the dominant factor affecting the total XAS.  相似文献

X-ray absorption spectra from iron donor impurities in mercury selenide have been analyzed in a concentration range where the Fermi energy of conduction electrons is close to the energy of the donor d level. At high impurity concentrations, the resulting spectrum corresponds to the completely filled donor state and coincides with the spectrum of a bivalent iron ion. A transition to an intermediate-filling state is observed with decreasing the concentration. The spectra are quantitatively analyzed in a model implying the existence of a mixture of ions that contain and do not contain a donor electron in a bound state. It has been found that such a model is significantly inconsistent with the experimental data. It has been shown that the concentration dependence of the x-ray spectra corresponds to the manifestation of the significant hybridization of localized and delocalized donor electron states in the conduction band.  相似文献

We report what are to our knowledge the first measurements of an x-ray absorption near-edge structure (XANES) spectrum of solvated iron pentacarbonyl by use of an ultrafast laser-driven plasma x-ray source. This source is operating at a 2-kHz repetition rate. Hard x radiation that might falsify the XANES measurements is suppressed by an x-ray optical setup that consists of a fiber-optic lens and a silicon single crystal.  相似文献

We studied the resonant diffraction signal from stepped surfaces of SrTiO(3) at the Ti 2p → 3d (L(2,3)) resonance in comparison with x-ray absorption (XAS) and specular reflectivity data. The steps on the surface form an artificial superstructure suitable as a model system for resonant soft x-ray diffraction. A small step density on the surface is sufficient to produce a well defined diffraction peak. We determined the optical parameters of the sample across the resonance and found that the differences between the energy dependence of the x-ray absorption signal, the specular reflectivity and the step-related peak reflect the different quantities probed in these signals. When recorded at low incidence or detection angles, XAS and specular reflectivity spectra are strongly distorted by the changes of the angle of total reflection with energy. The resonant diffraction spectrum is less affected and can be used as a spectroscopic probe even in less favorable geometries.  相似文献

In this paper, the effect of crystal anisotropy on absorption of x-radiation is investigated. A formula is obtained describing the absorption of x-radiation by a biaxial crystal. Crystal optic effects are considered in the x-ray region of the spectrum. A mechanism is proposed for the dependence of the fine structure of x-ray absorption on the sample thickness in an anisotropic crystal.
