一、引言 苏联的库尔恰托夫研究所最早报导了强流相对论电子束与等离子体相互作用过程中能量沉积的磁增强效应,该所于1976年发表了实验结果,增强因子是10;随后美国的Sandia实验室报导的磁增强因子是2—5;C.Peugnet和R.Bailly-Salins等人用强流电子束在薄金靶上做实验,获得了2—3倍的增强效应。他们的实验结果与理论计算结果是相符合的。本文主要是用蒙特卡罗方法对电子束在束自磁场的作用下的运动进行了模拟跟踪,计算了电子在薄铜靶中沉积能量的磁增强效应。 相似文献

为了进一步研究相对论电子束-离子通道辐射实验和理论的需要, 研究了相对论电子束入射中性气体以及通过碰撞电离动态加载等离子体实现对高能束流的自聚焦传输过程PIC(particle in cell) 模拟发现, 电子束电离出的离子背景能够实现对电子束的聚焦传输. 但是离子背景横向和纵向的不均匀性对束流的传输特性有显著影响. 在此基础之上, 提出了电子束在横向不均匀离子背景中传输的理论模型, 给出了束流的自聚焦条件.数值计算结果表明, 横向不均匀性会导致电子束的混合相位传输, 使得焦点附近内层电子可能跑到电子束外而被散焦损失, 这与PIC模拟的结果相符. 此外, PIC模拟还发现, 由于电子束的自聚焦, 在焦点处将电离出更多的离子而引起纵向不均匀性, 纵向不均匀性使得碰撞后的低能电子被俘获, 俘获电子效应会大幅降低电子束的传输效率. 但是俘获电子在纵向呈准周期分布, 对传输电子起到静电Wiggler场的作用, 可能实现静电Wiggler场的动态加载. 研究结果对于进一步研究电子束-等离子体系统的实验以及理论模型提出有一定的参考价值. 相似文献

多注相对论速调管放大器可在较高的工作频段实现GW级功率微波产生,在很多领域得到了发展和应用.多注相对论速调管中强流相对论多注电子束相互之间存在空间电磁场的作用,使得多注电子束从二极管引入多注漂移管,以及在多注漂移管中的传输运动受到影响,导致电子束会轰击到管壁上,早期实验中多注电子束的传输通过率较低.本文对功率数GW的强流相对论多注电子束在二极管与多注漂移管中的运动过程进行了理论分析与粒子仿真模拟,得到强流相对论多注电子束的传输运动规律.对多注二极管的结构进行了优化设计,仿真设计实现强流相对论多注电子束的传输通过率达到99%,并且开展了验证实验研究,实验在电子束电压为801 kV,电流为9.3 kA的情况下,电子束的传输通过率达到92%. 相似文献

建立了多注电子束在空心圆柱波导中传输的理论模型,定量分析了多注电子束自电磁场力与镜像电磁场力对其角向运动的影响,并推导了考虑镜像束流影响下多注电子束的布里渊磁场.开展了模拟仿真研究,模拟与理论计算结果基本一致.研究发现:当电子束注数较少且靠近波导管壁传输时,镜像电磁场力是影响多注电子束角向漂移的主要因素;随着电子束注数或电子束与波导壁间距的增加,镜像电磁场力迅速减小并趋近于零,此时自电磁场力起主导作用;在一般情况下,漂移角速度的变化百分比只与加速电压有关,与多注电子束的注数、空间位置关系等参数无关.在输出电压约670 kV,电流约7 kA,空心圆柱波导长约100 mm的平台上开展了实验研究,研究发现多注电子束存在明显的畸变,通过进一步的分析认为多注阴极柱的侧面发射是导致电子束畸变的一个主要因素,并且二极管加速区的角向漂移不可忽视.提出并模拟验证了采取倾斜多注阴极柱的方法可提高电子束的引入效率. 相似文献

在HPM效应实验中经常可以获得区间删失数据,为了能够合理利用这类数据对HPM效应进行有效分析,需要对它进行处理。根据电子器件的微波失效机理和实验现象,基于插值方法的思想,在充分利用删失数据信息情况下建立了不同阶插值精度的数据处理方法。理论分析可知,高阶精度处理方法要优于低阶精度方法。此外,根据构建的区间删失数据,通过统计分析可知,处理后数据与原始数据在统计意义上没有显著差异,可用于HPM效应研究,为数据的可靠分析提供了有利支撑。 相似文献

A novel denoising method based on Radon transform and filtered back-projection (FBP) image reconstruction algorithm was proposed. This method can be considered as a special mean filter on projection line, which is different from most of the traditional filters operated on adjacent templates that could bring serious blurs to images. The details of images processed by the proposed method can be preserved relatively complete and the denoising effect is satisfactory. To verify the denoising effect of the proposed method, the simulation was designed and carried out, and the image evaluation parameters were applied to analyze the denoising effect and the detail-preserving ability quantitatively. For further understanding of the proposed method, the basic denoising principle of this method was analyzed. Noise points and information points can be distinguished: the attenuation velocity of gray scale of noise points is faster than that of information points, which was verified by the experiment. The results of different parameters in the proposed method were compared and analyzed. Several kinds of traditional filters were compared with the proposed method, and the result shows that the proposed method is better than the traditional filters in the aspects of both denoising effect and detail-preserving ability. Apart from this, the proposed method is not particular about the kind of noise; therefore, it is a powerful method to deal with atypical noise, uncertain noise, and mixed noises. 相似文献

We propose an indirect-link-weakened mass diffusion method(IMD), by considering the indirect linkage and the source object heterogeneity effect in the mass diffusion(MD) recommendation method. Experimental results on the MovieLens, Netflix, and RYM datasets show that, the IMD method greatly improves both the recommendation accuracy and diversity, compared with a heterogeneity-weakened MD method(HMD), which only considers the source object heterogeneity. Moreover, the recommendation accuracy of the cold objects is also better elevated in the IMD than the HMD method. It suggests that eliminating the redundancy induced by the indirect linkages could have a prominent effect on the recommendation efficiency in the MD method. 相似文献

The temperature field distribution directly reflects the combustion condition in a furnace.In this paper, acoustic thermometry to reconstruct temperature distribution is investigated. A method based on radial basis function approximation with polynomial reproduction (RBF-PR) is proposed in order to improve the accuracy and stability of the method based on RBF approximation. In addition, the refraction effect of sound wave paths is considered in the process of reconstruction. The curved lines with refraction effect are numerically calculated by solving differential equations, which show that sonic waves curve towards the zones of higher temperature. The reconstructed performance is validated via numerical simulation using four temperature distribution models. Results and analysis show that the proposed method has much greater accuracy than the method based on RBF approximation, and when considering the effect of refraction, our method can reconstruct more excellent reconstruction performance than others, which do not take into account the refraction effect of sound wave paths. 相似文献

There exists a current crowding effect in the anode of AIGaN/GaN heterojunction Schottky diodes, causing local overheating when working at high power density, and undermining their performance. The seriousness of this effect is illustrated by theoretical analysis. A method of reducing this effect is proposed by depositing a polysilicon layer on the Schottky barrier metal. The effectiveness of this method is provided through computer simulation. Power consumption of the polysilicon layer is also calculated and compared to that of the Schottky junction to ensure the applicability of this method. 相似文献
