Considering the dimension and relative position of the two plates, the capacitance of an inclined plate capacitor is precisely calculated. Conformal mappings are employed and elliptic functions are used for achieving the general result. Taking the fringing effect into account, the inner capacitance and outer capacitance of the inclined angle are added to obtain a reliable result. The expression for computing the fringing capacitance of a parallel-plate capacitor and the capacitance of a parallel-strip transmission line in a plane are presented as special cases.  相似文献

The analysis of flow past a continuously moving semi-infinite flat plate in the presence of transverse magnetic field has been presented. Model solutions have been derived and the resulting equations are integrated numerically. Velocity profiles are displayed graphically and the numerical values of the transverse velocity skin friction are given in the form of tables. It has been observed that an increase inM (magnetic field parameter) leads to a decrease in velocity.The author wishes to express his thanks to Dr. H. N. Siddiquie, Director, and Dr. J. S. The potential energy and the interaction force of a conducting spherical particle and a similarly charged plane plate are calculated for relatively small distances. The force is calculated from the potential energy and the plate is represented as a conducting sphere whose radius is 100 times greater than the radius of the particle. It is assumed that the particle is not charged by the plate. The domains of parameters in which the particle is always repulsed from the plate and in which the attraction takes place are determined.  相似文献

Active control of the plate flexural wave transmission through the beam in a semi-infinite beam-reinforced plate is analytically investigated. The ribbed plate is modeled as a continuous system, using equations of motion to describe the plate in flexure and the beam in both flexure and torsion. The maximum transmission of the plate flexural waves through the reinforcing beam is found to occur at resonance frequencies corresponding to the optimal coupling between the plate flexural waves and the flexural and torsional waves in the beam. A single control force is applied to the beam, and a cost function is developed to attenuate the far-field flexural energy transmission. It can be observed that the transmission peaks corresponding to the flexural resonances in the beam are reduced. Similarly, the transmission peaks corresponding to the torsional resonance conditions in the beam can be attenuated using a single control moment applied to the beam. Significant attenuation of all the resonance peaks in the flexural wave transmission can also be achieved with the application of a single force and a single moment collocated on the beam. In this paper, the feasibility of attenuating the flexural wave transmission due to both the flexural and torsional resonance conditions by using a single point force and point moment collocated on the beam is demonstrated.  相似文献

 根据陶瓷介质材料具有高介电常数和高工作场强的特性,从理论上分析了陶瓷电容器具有的储能密度高、可工作在数kHz至数MHz的振荡放电回路中和老化缓慢等特性。对试制的1μF/500V的多层陶瓷电容器(MLC)试样品进行了750V 的1min直流耐压和100Hz重复充放电等可靠性试验研究,结果表明:该MLC在500V工作电压下(对应的体积储能密度达到720J/L)重复充放电寿命达107次以上;50kHz振荡放电输出电流峰值达320A;试验前后电气性能保持不变。因此,这种陶瓷电容器适合用作强脉冲大功率电源的储能元件。  相似文献
