Triclinic modification of trans-bis(trifluoroacetylacetonato)copper(II) is studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction (diffractometer X8 APEX BRUKER, MoK α radiation, T = 173(2) K). The structure is molecular. Square environment of the Cu atom (Cu-Oav 1.916 Å, ∠O-Cu-Oav 93.4°) is completed to a bipyramid by two atoms of neighboring molecules, Cu...Cγ 3.18 Å and 3.23 Å.  相似文献

The review summarizes the information available on the structures of 30 chelating. O...O-bound Cu(II) β-diketonates having the following terminal substituents: CH3, Ph, But, and CF3. The basic geometrical parameters including the bond lengths and angles are given, as well as the peculiarities of additional coordination of the central atom. Changes in the volume of the formula unit are considered in relation to the terminal groups. Hydrolytic condensation of ethyltriethoxysilane in the presence of NaOH (Si: NaOH = 1) gave crystal solvate of sodium cis-tetraethyltetrasiloxanolate {(Na+)4[EtSi(O)O]4nL (1, L = EtOH, H2O) in high yield. The molecular structure of compound 1 at L = EtOH, n = 8 was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The reaction of compound 1 with trimethylchlorosilane affords cis-tetra[ethyl(trimethylsiloxy)]cyclotetrasiloxane cis-[EtSi(O)OSiMe3]4, which is the first representative of the group of mesomorphic cyclotetrasiloxanes containing alkyl groups. A series of 6a′,7′,8′,9′-tetrahydrospiro[indoline-3,7′-pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoline]-2-one derivatives were synthesized by the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction. trans-Bis-(4-phenyliminopentan-2-onato)Cu(II) (5), which is a phenyl-substituted ketoimine, was synthesized, and an X-ray study was performed for this compound. Crystal data for CuN2O2C22H24: a = 11.4557(3) Å, b = 26.6845(9) Å, c = 14.2976(5) Å, β = 113.2270(10)°; space group P21/n, Z = 8, d calc = 1.363 g/cm3, R = 0.033. The structure is molecular and built of isolated trans complexes. The central copper atom is surrounded by four atoms (2O+2N) with the average distances Cu-O 1.904(3) Å and Cu-N 1.962(3) Å. The polyhedron around the copper atom is a distorted tetrahedron; the average values of the O-Cu-O and N-Cu-N trans bond angles are 147(2)° and 150(2)°, respectively. The average value of the O-Cu-N angles is 94(1)°.  相似文献

The reaction of 6-acetyl-5-hydroxyacenaphthene with methylhydrazine afforded 1,3-dimethyl-1H-6,7-dihydroacenaphtho[5,6-de]pyridazine. Its dehydrogenation with chloranil gave 1,3-dimethyl-1H-acenaphtho[5,6-de]pyridazine, which is a heteroaromatic compound with an essentially new topology of the ρsystem. The reaction of 3-methyl-1H-6,7-dihydroacenaphtho[5,6-de]pyridazine with 3,5-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone yielded a dimer containing the acenaphthene and acenaphthylene moieties of peri-annelated 1H-1,2-diazines connected in positions 1′ and 9.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. New alanine derivatives containing both the carboranyl and trifluoromethyl groups were synthesized by the reaction of organometallic derivatives of o-carborane with methyl trifluoropyruvate imines. When using the 1R-(−)-menthoxycarbonyl protecting group at the nitrogen atom, one of diastereomers was isolated and characterized. Trifluoromethyl-carboranylalanine methyl esters containing different protecting groups at the nitrogen atom were studied by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of (hexafluoroacetylacetonato)(pivaloylacetonato)copper(II) has been determined. Crystal data for CuO4C13H14F6: a = 8.288(2) Å, b = 8.682(2) Å, c = 12.307(2) Å; α = 90.75(3)°, β = 94.29(3)°, γ = 106.60(3)°; V = 845.7(3) Å3, space group \(P\overline 1 \), Z = 2, dcalc = 1.617 g/cm3. The coordination polyhedron of the copper atom is formed by four oxygen atoms of two different β-diketonate ligands with Cu-O distances within 1.874–1.946 Å; the O-Cu-O bond angles are 94.8° and 90.6°. The complexes are united into centrosymmetrical “dimers” with Cu...Cu distances of 4.365 Å.  相似文献

A biocompatible surfactant-n-dodecylammonium α-glutamate (GDA) with biodegradable and biocompatible properties was synthesized, and the phase behavior and the structural properties of GDA/n-pentanol/water system was studied by small-angle X-ray diffraction, electron spin resonance, and freeze-fracture transmission electron microscopy (FF-TEM). In the ternary phase diagram of GDA/n-pentanol/water system, there exist three isotropic regions—O/W, bicontinuous, and W/O structures, and two anisotropic regions—hexagonal liquid crystal (HEX), and lamellar liquid crystal (LLC) regions. UV irradiation causes the decrease in the interlayer space, d, of lamellar liquid crystal and in the radius, r, of column aggregates of hexagonal liquid crystal, but it has little effect on the structure of O/W and W/O microemulsions.  相似文献

Synthesis and X-ray diffraction study of trans-bis-(2-(methylimino)-4-pentanonato)Cu(II), which is methyl-substituted ketoiminate, is reported. Crystal data for CuN2O2C12H20: a = 7.374(1) , b = 9.171(1) , c = 10.823(2) ; = 96.51(1)°, = 106.12(1)°, = 96.81(1)°, space group P , Z = 2, d calc = 1.38 g/cm3, d exp = 1.37 g/cm3, R = 0.037. The structure is molecular and consists of isolated trans-complexes. The coordination polyhedron of the copper atom is intermediate between the square and tetrahedron; the average distances are Cu-O 1.91 and Cu-N 1.95 , the O-Cu-O and N-Cu-N trans bond angles are 145.5° and 150.3°, respectively. The O-Cu-N chelate angle is 94.6°. The calculated energies of van der Waals intermolecular interactions are compared with the thermogravimetric characteristics of the complex with ketoiminate and copper(II) ethylenediamine-bis-acetylacetonate.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2004 by I. Five compounds, terephthalic acid mono-[2-(4-carboxy-phenoxycarbonyl)-vinyl] ester (1), (E)-3-(5′-hydroperoxy-2,2′-dihydroxy[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-yl)-2-propenoic acid (2), 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid (3), succinic acid (or butanedioic acid) (4), and 2,3,4,5,6-pentahydroxybenzoic acid (5), were isolated from Phyllanthus urinaria. Six substances were isolated from the branches and leaves of the Chinese herb Leptopus Chinensis (Bunge) Pojark. by column chromatography for the first time. The essential oil of the needles of Pinus canariensis, cultivated in the Algiers region (Algeria), was obtained by hydrodistillation in a yield of 0.3% and analyzed by capillary GC and GC/MS. More than 46 compounds were identified amounting to ca 92.6% of the total oil. The structure of the oxidation product of 4,6-di(tert-butyl)pyrogallol, viz., 6,10a-dihydroxy-3,4a, 7,9-tetra(tert-butyl)-1,2,4a,10a-tetrahydrodibenzo[b,e][1,4]dioxine-1,2-dione, was established by X-ray diffraction. Summary Crystal structures of the room-temperature (RT) and low-temperature (LT) phases of p-methylbenzyl alcohol were reexamined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method while paying special attention to detect structural disorder in the RT phase involved in successive structural phase transitions at 179 and 210 K. In the RT phase at 250 K, positional disorder of oxygen atoms was detected in contrast to the previous structure report. The structure of the LT phase coincided to the previous one. Heat capacities were measured by adiabatic calorimetry below 350 K, which covers the structural phase transitions and fusion at 331.87 K. The structural phase transitions were of first-order and required long time for completion. The combined magnitude of entropies of transition was ca. 5 J K-1 mol-1, a part of which can be ascribed to the positional disorder observed in the structure analysis. Standard thermodynamic functions are tabulated below 350 K.  相似文献
