由少量投影数据快速重建图像的迭代算法   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
针对由少最角度的投影数据重建CT图像的问题,提出了一种改进的基于图像总变差最小的迭代重建算法.该算法采用共轭梯度法求图像总变差最小,并在迭代过程中采用了多分辨迭代技术.用模拟的投影数据和实际扫描数据进行了重建数值实验.实验结果表明该算法不但提高了重建图像质量,也同时显著提高了迭代图像的收敛速度.  相似文献

提出了一种基于图像处理算法和频域有限差分法相结合研究实际光子晶体光纤的数值分析方法.该方法针对实际光子晶体光纤由于结构不规则难以进行数值分析的缺点.采取首先对光子品体光纤的电镜扫描图像使用阈值分割和维纳滤波等图像处理算法获得光纤截面的几何网像.然后使用图像插值及构造均值移动窗口滤波等方法实现了网格划分和介电系数平均等步骤,最后结合频域有限差分法对光纤特性进行分析计算.结果表明,该方法能够精确分析实际光子晶体光纤的色散特性.模拟得到的实际光子晶体光纤的模场分布与实验结果吻合很好.  相似文献

首先介绍了迭代正则化方法的理论基础,建立了含有空间电荷密度分布的Fredholm第一类积分方程的反卷积算法,利用数值实验研究了加性高斯白噪声对迭代反卷积算法的影响,以及迭代停止标准对非适定问题的数值解的影响,最后使用该方法求解电介质样品中的空间电荷分布.结果表明,在无噪或者低噪环境下,反卷积算法能够非常好地计算出非适定问题的解.当噪声影响增大,信噪比降低时,反卷积的计算结果受到明显的影响.迭代停止标准对数值解的计算精度起着明显的作用.对实际测量数据进行处理表明,迭代正则化反卷积算法能够计算出固体电介质中的空间电荷分布.  相似文献

以角谱传播理论和分数傅里叶变换(FRFT)的单透镜和双透镜光学实现单元为理论基础,提出了一种基于实际光学结构的光学FRFT的数值模拟算法,推导了该算法中采样间隔的选取方法,并利用Matlab语言编写了相应的处理程序,将该程序对方孔分数傅里叶变换的计算结果与实际实验结果相比较,结果表明该算法是实际光学结构在理想情况下的模拟,因此,该数值计算在一定程度上可以代替柱面镜对光场实现分数傅里叶变换,也可以为实际实验提供很好的参考和指导。  相似文献

本文研究了选取不同谱线组合对非均匀燃烧场分布重建精度的影响,并针对传统模拟退火算法收敛速度慢、运行效率不高的问题,提出了一种改进的模拟退火算法(ISA算法)用于燃烧流场的场分布重建.通过改变算法的模型扰动及退火方式,大大提高了算法的运行效率.数值仿真模拟结果显示,纳入更多的谱线有助于提高燃烧场重建的精度和降低重建对噪声的敏感性.相较于传统模拟退火算法,改进模拟退火算法在精度一致的前提下,将运行效率提升了近40倍.利用改进模拟退火算法在实验室平焰炉上重建了两种不同燃烧状态,重建分布与原始分布基本一致.通过数值仿真与实际实验,验证了该方法的有效性,对高光谱重建燃烧流场的温度浓度分布具有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

通信算法需要在相邻子区域间传输数据.通过求解子区域间的相交问题可以寻找相邻区域.针对子区域的求交问题,基于区间树,结合结构网格应用的特点,构造近似线性时间复杂度的算法.数值实验表明该算法具有较高的计算效率和可扩展性,能够支持百万量级矩形子区域的并行计算.  相似文献

Precursory changes in the radon concentration of groundwater were observed by Wakita et al. (1980) prior to the 1978 Izu-Oshima-Kinkai earthquake of magnitude 7.0. Mechanisms for interpreting the anomalous radon decrease are examined in this paper. The SKE-1 well is situated in a volcanic-rock fractured aquifer of limited recharge. Given these geological conditions, the dilation of brittle rock mass occurred at a rate faster than the recharge of groundwater and gas saturation developed in newly created cracks preceding the earthquake. Radon volatilization into the gas phase can explain the anomalous decrease of radon precursory to the 1978 earthquake. To support the hypothesis, vapor–liquid two-phase radon-partitioning experiments were conducted at formation temperature (14 °C) using formation water from the SKE-1 well. Experimental data indicated that the decrease in radon concentration from 483 ± 3 count/min to 439 ± 7 count/min required a gas saturation of 2.35% developed in rock cracks through the dilatancy process.  相似文献

The China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)is going to be located in Dalang Town,Dongguan City in the Guangdong Province.In this paper we report the results of the parameters related with environment safety based on experiential calculations and Monte Carlo simulations.The main project of the accelerator is an under ground construction.On top there is a 0.5 m concrete and 5.0 m soil covering for shielding,which can reduce the dose out of the tunnel's top down to 0.2 μSv/h.For the residents on the boundary of the CSNS,the dose produced by skyshine,which is caused by the penetrated radiation leaking from the top of the accelerator,is no more than 0.68 μSv/a.When CSNS is operating normally,the maximal annual effective dose due to the emission of gas from the tunnel is 2.40×10-3 mSv/a to the public adult,and 2.29×10-3 mSv/a to a child,both values are two orders of magnitude less than the limiting value for control and management.CSNS may give rise to an activation of the soil and groundwater in the nearest tunnels,where the main productions are 3H,7Be,22Na,54Mn,etc.But the specific activity is less than the exempt specific activity in the national standard GB13376-92.So it is safe to say that the environmental impact caused by the activation of soil and groundwater is insignificant.To sum up,for CSNS,as a powerful neutron source device,driven by a high-energy high-current proton accelerator,a lot of potential factors affecting the environment exist.However,as long as effective shieldings for protection are adopted and strict rules are drafted,the environmental impact can be kept under control within the limits of the national standard.  相似文献

Techniques for rapid and sensitive detection of energetics such as cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine (RDX) are needed both for environmental and security screening applications. Here we report the use of surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy to detect traces of RDX with good sensitivity and reproducibility. Using gold (Au) nanoparticles (∼90–100 nm in diameter) as SERS substrates, RDX was detectable at concentrations as low as 0.15 mg/l in a contaminated groundwater sample. This detection limit is about two orders of magnitude lower than those reported previously using SERS techniques. A surface enhancement factor of ∼6 × 104 was obtained. This research further demonstrates the potential for using SERS as a rapid, in situ field screening tool for energetics detection when coupled with a portable Raman spectrometer. Chronic kidney disease of unknown etiology (CKDu) is the main health issue in the dry zone of Sri Lanka. Despite many studies carried out, causative factors have not been identified yet clearly. According to the multidisciplinary researches carried out so far, potable water is considered as the main causative factor for CKDu. Hence, the present study was carried out with combined isotopic and chemical methods to understand possible relationships between groundwater; the main drinking water source, and CKDu in four endemic areas in the dry zone. Different water sources were evaluated isotopically (2H, 3H and 18O) and chemically from 2013 to 2015. Results revealed that prevalence of CKDu is significantly low with the groundwater replenished by surface water inputs. It is significantly high with the groundwater stagnated as well as groundwater recharged from regional flow paths. Thus, the origin, recharge mechanism and flow pattern of groundwater, as well as geological conditions which would be responsible for natural contamination of groundwater appear as the main causative factors for CKDu. Therefore, detailed investigations should be made in order to identify the element(s) in groundwater contributing to CKDu. The study recommends providing drinking water to the affected zones using water sources associated with surface waters.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Changes in groundwater evolutionary processes due to aquifer overexploitation show a world-wide increase and have been of growing concern in recent years. The study aimed to improve the knowledge of groundwater evolutionary processes by means of stable water isotopes and hydrochemistry in a representative lake basin, Ordos energy base. Groundwater, precipitation, and lake water collected during four campaigns were analysed by stable isotopes and chemical compositions. Results showed that temperature effect predominated the isotope fractionation in precipitation, while evaporation and inadequate groundwater recharge were the key factors explaining high salinity and isotopic enrichment in lake water. Additionally, the Kuisheng Lake was a preferential area of groundwater recharge, while the Subei Lake received less sources from underlying aquifer due to the combined effects of low permeable zone and upstream groundwater captured by the production wells. The homogeneous isotope signatures of groundwater may be ascribed to the closely vertical hydraulic connectivity between the unconfined and the confined aquifers. Isotopically enriched groundwater pumping from well field probably promoted isotopic depletion in groundwater depression cone. These findings not only provide the conceptual framework for the inland basin, but also have important implications for sustainable groundwater management in other groundwater discharge basins with arid climate.  相似文献

Fluoride anomalies (up to 11 mg/l) have been detected in groundwater of the central region of Rio Grande do Sul State, Southern Brazil, in an area where fluorosis is endemic. Two hypotheses are investigated concerning the fluoride origin: lithochemical affiliation from regional rock or contamination by fertilisers application. These hypotheses are discussed based on the stable isotope data of water, nitrate, and sulphate, which indicates that the local precipitation is the main groundwater recharge source. The isotopic composition of groundwater sulphate is similar to that of fertiliser sulphate. However, a conclusive assignment of groundwater sulphate to fertiliser origin is not indicated because further possible sulphate sources fall into the same isotopic range. In contrast, the isotopic composition of dissolved nitrate suggests that there is no direct relationship to the use of NPK fertilisers. Hence, an origin of the high fluoride content in groundwater related to long-term rock-water interactions seems likely.  相似文献

In this paper, hydrochemistry and boron isotopes are successfully applied to elucidate hydrogeological processes by the use of natural tracers. The hydrochemical analysis identifies four end-members in the hydrochemical evolution of groundwater from the North Chianan plain groundwater district. A few groundwater contain extraordinary chlorine concentrations of up to 48,000 mg l?1. However, the hydrochemistry of groundwater only reveals that high saline water is a dominant factor in groundwater hydrochemistry. It is thought that these groundwater experienced precipitation of carbonates during seawater evaporation that did not involve the precipitation of gypsum. Boron isotopes are very efficient tracers in determining the source of salinisation. The boron isotopes reveal the results of mixing of evaporated seawater and water–sediment interaction. In general, the boron isotope ratio of the groundwater is controlled by a two-end-member mixing system, which is composed of evaporated seawater (isotopically heavy) and fresh surface water (isotopically light). Due to a long lagoonal period in the coastal plain, the groundwaters in the downstream area generally have high Cl/B ratios and relatively heavy boron isotope ratios while those in the upstream area are composed of low Cl/B and light boron isotopes. However, there is not a resolvable mixing trend between the Cl/B ratio and the isotopic composition of boron. It is probably obscured by a highly variable boron isotope ratio in fresh surface water and through fractionation associated with water–rock interaction. Both factors would decrease the boron isotope ratio but one effect cannot be distinguished from the other.  相似文献

针对具有精细网格剖分、长时间跨度特征的地下水流模拟中计算时间长、存储开销大等瓶颈问题,基于MODFLOW三维非稳定流计算方法,提出基于网格片的核心算法以及基于影像区的通信机制,并在JASMIN框架上研制了大规模地下水流并行数值模拟程序JOGFLOW.通过河南郑州市中牟县雁鸣湖水源地地下水流的模拟,对程序正确性和性能进行了验证;通过建立一个具有精细网格剖分的假想地下水概念模型对可扩展性进行测试.相对于32核的并行程序,在512以及1 024个处理机上的并行效率分别可达77.2%和67.5%.数值模拟结果表明,JOGFLOW具有较好的计算性能与可扩展性,能够有效使用数百上千计算核心,支持千万量级以上网格剖分的地下水流模型的大规模并行计算.  相似文献

This paper presents the stable isotope data of oxygen (δ18O) and hydrogen (δ2H) in groundwater from 83 sampling locations in Slovenia and their interpretation. The isotopic composition of water was monitored over 3 years (2009–2011), and each location was sampled twice. New findings on the isotopic composition of sampled groundwater are presented, and the data are also compared to past studies regarding the isotopic composition of precipitation, surface water, and groundwater in Slovenia. This study comprises: (1) the general characteristics of the isotopic composition of oxygen and hydrogen in groundwater in Slovenia, (2) the spatial distribution of oxygen isotope composition (δ18O) and d-excess in groundwater, (3) the groundwater isotope altitude effect, (4) the correlation between groundwater d-excess and the recharge area altitude of the sampling location, (5) the relation between hydrogen and oxygen isotopes in groundwater in comparison to the global precipitation isotope data, (6) the groundwater isotope effect of distance from the sea, and (7) the estimated relation between the mean temperature of recharge area and δ18O in groundwater.  相似文献
