In the title compounds, C6H8N3O2+·NO3? and C5H6N3O2+·CH3SO3?, respectively, the cations are almost planar; the twist of the nitramino group about the C—N and N—N bonds does not exceed 10°. The deviations from coplanarity are accounted for by intermolecular N—H?O interactions. The coplanarity of the NHNO2 group and the phenyl ring leads to the deformation of the nitramino group. The C—N—N angle and one C—C—N angle at the junction of the phenyl ring and the nitramino group are increased from 120° by ca 6°, whereas the other junction C—C—N angle is decreased by ca 5°. Within the nitro group, the O—N—O angle is increased by ca 5° and one O—N—N angle is decreased by ca 5°, whereas the other O—N—N angle remains almost unchanged. The cations are connected to the anions by relatively strong N—H?O hydrogen bonds [shortest H?O separations 1.77 (2)–1.81 (3) Å] and much weaker C—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O separations 2.30 (2)–2.63 (3) Å].  相似文献

The title compounds, C12H13NO4, are derived from l ‐threonine and dl ‐threonine, respectively. Hydrogen bonding in the chiral derivative, (2S/3R)‐3‐hydroxy‐2‐(1‐oxoisoindolin‐2‐yl)butanoic acid, consists of O—Hacid?Oalkyl—H?O=Cindole chains [O?O 2.659 (3) and 2.718 (3) Å], Csp3—H?O and three C—H?πarene interactions. In the (2R,3S/2S,3R) racemate, conventional carboxylic acid hydrogen bonding as cyclical (O—H?O=C)2 [graph set R22(8)] is present, with Oalkyl—H?O=Cindole, Csp3—H?O and C—H?πarene interactions. The COOH group geometry differs between the two forms, with C—O, C=O, C—C—O and C—C=O bond lengths and angles of 1.322 (3) and 1.193 (3) Å, and 109.7 (2) and 125.4 (3)°, respectively, in the chiral structure, and 1.2961 (17) and 1.2210 (18) Å, and 113.29 (12) and 122.63 (13)°, respectively, in the racemate structure. The O—C=O angles of 124.9 (3) and 124.05 (14)° are similar. The differences arise from the contrasting COOH hydrogen‐bonding environments in the two structures.  相似文献

The title compounds, C10H11ClO3, (I), and C10H11BrO3, (II), are isomorphous and effectively isostructural; all of the interatomic distances and angles are normal. The structures exhibit long intermolecular C—H...O and C—H...π contacts with attractive energies ranging from 1.17 to 2.30 kJ mol−1. Weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds form C(3) and C(4) motifs, combining to form a two‐dimensional R34(12) net. No face‐to‐face stacking interactions are observed.  相似文献

The 17O-NMR signals of four true C-nitroso compounds 1–4 appear at particularly low field (1550–1265 ppm), whereas the dimers (azodioxy type) resonate at ca. 400 ppm and the ‘isonitroso compounds’ ( ? quinone-oximes; 5 and 6 ) at ca. 250 ppm. S-Nitroso compounds ( ? thionitrites; 8 and 9 ) show shift values of ca. 1300 ppm, not far from C—NO; the NO+ ion is much stronger shielded (474 ppm). The results, together with those for higher-shielded nitroso compounds X—NO (X ? RO, R2N, Cl, O?) are discussed in terms of (a) resonance stabilization through n-donation from X(π-bond order, approximated by the known barriers of rotation around the X—N bond) and of (b) electronic excitation energies ΔE. The latter are approximated by long-wave (symmetry-forbidden) UV/VIS absorptions and confirmed, where available, by the maxima of the curves of circular dichroism (CD); the CD curve of thionitrite 9 has been measured. It is found that the δ(17O) values of X—NO depend both on bond order and on ΔE, which could not be separated. The higher shielding of NO+ compared with X—N?O is explained on the basis of anisotropy effects, which differ between sp and sp2 systems.  相似文献

In the phosphoric triamides N,N,N′,N′‐tetrabenzyl‐N′′‐(2‐chloro‐2,2‐difluoroacetyl)phosphoric triamide, C30H29ClF2N3O2P, (I), N,N,N′,N′‐tetrabenzyl‐N′′‐(3‐fluorobenzoyl)phosphoric triamide, C35H33FN3O2P, (II), and N,N,N′,N′‐tetrabenzyl‐N′′‐(3,5‐difluorobenzoyl)phosphoric triamide, C35H32F2N3O2P, (III), the tertiary N atoms of the dibenzylamido groups have sp2 character with minimal deviation from planarity. The sums of the three bond angles about the N atoms in (I)–(III) deviate by less than 8° from the planar value of 360°. The geometries of the tertiary N atoms in all phosphoric triamides with C(O)NHP(O)[N]2 skeletons deposited in the Cambridge Structural Database [CSD; Allen (2002). Acta Cryst. B 58 , 380–388] have been examined and the bond‐angle sums at the two tertiary N atoms (SUM1 and SUM2) and the parameter ΔSUM (= SUM1 − SUM2) considered. It was found that in compounds with a considerable ΔSUM value, the more pyramidal N atoms are usually oriented so that the corresponding lone electron pair is anti with respect to the P=O group. In (I), (II) and (III), the phosphoryl and carbonyl groups, separated by an N atom, are anti with respect to each other. In the C(O)NHP(O) fragment of (I)–(III), the P—N bond is longer and the O—P—N angle is contracted compared with the other two P—N bonds and the O—P—N angles in the molecules. These effects are also seen in analogous compounds deposited in the CSD. Compounds with [C(O)NH]P(O)[N]X (X≠ N), such as compounds with a [C(O)NH]P(O)[N][O] skeleton, have not been considered here. Also, compounds with a [C(O)NH]2P(O)[N] fragment have not been reported to date. In the crystal structures of all three title compounds, adjacent molecules are linked via pairs of P=O...H—N hydrogen bonds, forming dimers with Ci symmetry.  相似文献

2,2,2‐Trinitroethanol, C2H3N3O7, at 100 (2) K has Z′ = 2 in the space group P21/c. The structure displays intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds, as well as intermolecular O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonding; the O—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming R44(8) rings, and dipolar nitro–nitro interactions account for the high density of 1.839 Mg m−3.  相似文献

Polysulfonylamines. CLIV. Crystal Structures of Metal Di(methanesulfonyl)amides. 7. A Three‐Dimensional Coordination Polymer Built up from Layers and Pillars: Crystal Structure of Ba[(CH3SO2)2N]2·2H2O The barium compound BaA2·2H2O, derived from HA = di(methanesulfonyl)amine, has been characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction at —95 °C (monoclinic, space group P21/n, Z = 4). Despite numerous metal‐ligand bonds, the independent anions A and A′ retain the pseudo‐C2 symmetric conformation that commonly occurs in organic onium salts BH+A. The large cation attains ninefold coordination via interactions with one (O, N)‐chelating A, three κ1O‐bonding A, two κ1O‐bonding A′ and two monodentate water molecules; if a distinctly longer barium‐water distance is included, the coordination number may alternatively be viewed as 9 + 1 and one water molecule regarded as an asymmetrically μ2‐bridging ligand. In contrast to the previously reported layer structures of SrA2 and PbA2, the present crystal displays a three‐dimensional coordination assembly consisting of layers formed by the cations, the water molecules and the pentadentate A ligands, and of interlayer pillars provided by the bidentate A′ ligands; however, the Ba2+/A substructure turns out to be topologically and crystallographically congruent with the corresponding M2+/A substructures in SrA2 and PbA2. The crystal cohesion of the barium complex is reinforced by four O(W)—H···O=S hydrogen bonds and several non‐classical C—H···O=S hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compounds N2‐(benzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O2, (I), N2‐(2‐hydroxybenzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (II), and N2‐benzoyloxy‐2‐hydroxybenzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (III), all have extended chain conformations, with the aryl groups remote from one another. In (I), the molecules are linked into chains by a single N—H⋯N hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.15 Å, N⋯N = 3.029 (2) Å and N—H⋯N = 153°] and these chains are linked into sheets by means of aromatic π–π stacking interactions. There is one intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond in (II), and a combination of one three‐centre N—H⋯(N,O) hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.46 Å, H⋯O = 2.31 Å, N⋯N = 3.190 (2) Å, N⋯O = 3.146 (2) Å, N—H⋯N = 138° and N—H⋯O = 154°] and one two‐centre C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.46 Å, C⋯O = 3.405 (2) Å and C—H⋯O = 173°] links the molecules into sheets. In (III), an intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond and two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 2.26 and 2.10 Å, N⋯O = 2.975 (2) and 2.954 (2) Å, and N—H⋯O = 138 and 163°] link the molecules into sheets.  相似文献

The title compounds, C20H25N2O2S+·I?, (I), and C29H25BrN2O2S, (II), respectively, both crystallize in space group P. The pyrrole ring subtends an angle with the sulfonyl group of 33.6° in (I) and 21.5° in (II). The phenyl ring of the sulfonyl substituent makes a dihedral angle with the best plane of the indole moiety of 81.6° in (I) and 67.2° in (II). The lengthening or shortening of the C—N bond distances in both compounds is due to the electron‐withdrawing character of the phenylsulfonyl group. The S atoms are in distorted tetrahedral configurations. The molecular structures are stabilized by C—H?O and C—H?I interactions in (I), and by C—H?O and C—H?N interactions in (II).  相似文献

The crystal structures of tris(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H8NO)3], (I), and aquabis(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)copper(II), [Cu(C10H8NO)2(H2O)], (II), have been determined. Compound (I) has a distorted octahedral configuration, in which the central Fe atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three 2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olate ligands. The three Fe—O bond distances are in the range 1.934 (2)–1.947 (2) Å, while the three Fe—N bond distances range from 2.204 (2) to 2.405 (2) Å. In compound (II), the central CuII atom and H2O group lie on the crystallographic twofold axis and the coordination geometry of the CuII atom is close to trigonal bipyramidal, with the three O atoms in the basal plane and the two N atoms in apical positions. The Cu—N bond length is 2.018 (5) Å. The Cu—O bond length in the basal positions is 1.991 (4) Å, while the Cu—O bond length in the apical position is 2.273 (6) Å. There is an intermolecular OW—H?O hydrogen bond which links the molecules into a linear chain along the b axis.  相似文献

In the title compounds, C7H8NO2+·Br, (I), and C7H8NO2+·I, (II), the asymmetric unit contains a discrete 3‐carboxyanilinium cation, with a protonated amine group, and a halide anion. The compounds are not isostructural, and the crystal structures of (I) and (II) are characterized by different two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded networks. The ions in (I) are connected into ladder‐like ribbons via N—H...Br hydrogen bonds, while classic cyclic O—H...O hydrogen bonds between adjacent carboxylic acid functions link adjacent ribbons to give three characteristic graph‐set motifs, viz. C21(4), R42(8) and R22(8). The ions in (II) are connected via N—H...I, N—H...O and O—H...I hydrogen bonds, also with three characteristic graph‐set motifs, viz. C(7), C21(4) and R42(18), but an O—H...O interaction is not present.  相似文献

In both title compounds, (acetylacetonato‐O,O′)bis(3‐cyanopyridine‐N)nickel(II), (I), and (acetylacetonato‐O,O′)bis(4‐cyanopyridine‐N)nickel(II), (II), both [Ni(C5H7O2)2(C6H4N2)2], the NiII atom, which is situated on a centre of symmetry, is octahedrally coordinated. Distances and angles for (I) and (II), respectively, are: Ni—O 2.009 (2)/2.016 (2) and 2.0110 (16)/2.0238 (18) Å, Ni—N 2.116 (3) and 2.179 (2) Å, O—Ni—O 91.86 (10) and 90.19 (7)°, and O—Ni—N 91.27 (11)/90.19 (11) and 89.65 (8)/90.79 (7)°.  相似文献

The prominent features in the molecular structure of the title compound (alternative name: 2‐diethylcarbamoyl‐1,1,3,3‐tetraoxo‐1,3,2‐benzodithiazole), C11H14N2O5S2, arise in the urea moiety S2N—C(O)—N′C2: the sum of the angles at N is 332.3 (1)°, the N—C(O)—N′C2 unit is planar, and distances N—C(O) = 1.494 (3) Å, N′—C(O) = 1.325 (2) Å and C—O = 1.215 (2) Å. The molecules are associated via five C—H?O hydrogen bonds to form layers parallel to the yz plane. This compound and its dimethyl homologue, which were synthesized by treating the silver salt of o‐benzenedisulfonimide with carbamoyl chlorides, are prone to rapid hydrolysis at the weak N—C(O) bond. For both molecules, the rotational barrier about the partial N′—C(O) double bond is ca 50 kJ mol?1 at 250 K (from dynamic 1H NMR experiments).  相似文献

Strontium phosphate apatites containing different amounts of copper were prepared by a solid state reaction at 1100 °C or by arc melting above 1600 °C in air. The samples were characterized by X‐ray diffraction, ICP analysis, scanning electron microscopy, IR spectroscopy, MAS—1H—NMR, diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and SQUID magnetometry. X‐ray crystal structure determination was carried out for a single crystal obtained from the melt. The compound is formulated as Sr5(PO4)3(CuO2)1/3 and has an apatite structure (space group P63/m, a = 9.7815(4)Å, c = 7.3018(4)Å, Z = 2) with linear CuO23— ions occupying hexagonal channels. For solid state synthesized samples, Rietveld refinement of powder XRD patterns was performed. The samples obtained at 1100 °C acquire the composition Sr5(PO4)3CuxOHy, with x changing from 0.01 to 0.62 and y < 1—x. The copper content can be increased to x = 0.85 by annealing in argon at 950 °C. The compounds represent a hydroxyapatite in which part of the protons is substituted by Cu+ and Cu2+ ions. The ions form linear O—Cu—O units which are progressively condensed creating the Cu—O—Cu bridges on increasing copper content. IR and NMR data testify existence of OH groups, non‐disturbed and disturbed by neighboring Cu atoms. In the electron spectra, the samples exhibit absorption bands at 7800‐7900, 14200‐14500 and 17500‐17550 cm—1, which were assigned to Cu2+ d‐electron transitions. By annealing the sample with x = 0.1 in oxygen at 800 °C copper is fully oxidized while retaining in channels in unusual for Cu2+ linear coordination.  相似文献

The title compound, [Y(C2H6OS)2(H2O)6]Cl3, contains the cation [Y(H2O)6{(CH3)2SO}2]3+ with a distorted square antiprismatic geometry of the eight coordinated O atoms. The six water molecules are coordinated with an average Y—O distance of 2.38 (2) Å, ranging from 2.360 (3) to 2.404 (3) Å. Each water molecule forms two hydrogen bonds to the chloride anions with O—Cl distances ranging from 3.068 (4) to 3.422 (4) Å. The two dimethyl sulfoxide ligands, situated in the cis position with the O—Y—O angle equal to 83.22 (11)°, have Y—O distances of 2.269 (3) and 2.278 (3) Å.  相似文献

Single crystals of the hitherto unknown compound Hg2(OH)(NO3)·HgO were obtained unintentionally during hydrothermal phase formation experiments in the system Ag—Hg— As—O. Hg2(OH)(NO3)·HgO (orthorhombic, Pbca, Z = 8, a = 6.4352(8), b = 11.3609(14), c = 15.958(2) Å, 1693 structure factors, 83 parameters, R1[F2 > 2σ(F2)] = 0.0431) adopts a new structure type and is composed of two types of mercury‐oxygen zig‐zag‐chains running perpendicular to each other and of intermediate nitrate groups. One type of chains runs parallel [010] and consists of (Hg—Hg—OH) units with a typical Hg—Hg distance of 2.5143(10) Å for the mercury dumbbell, whereas the other type of chains runs parallel [100] and is made up of (O—Hg—O) units with short Hg—O distances of about 2.02Å. Both types of chains are concatenated by a common O atom with a slightly longer Hg—O distance of 2.25Å. The three‐dimensional assembly is completed by nitrate groups whose O atoms show Hg—O distances > 2.80Å. Weak hydrogen bonding between the OH group and one oxygen atom belonging to the nitrate group stabilizes this arrangement. Hg2(OH)(NO3)·HgO decomposes above 200 °C to HgO.  相似文献

The title compounds, C11H11BrO3, (I), and C11H11NO5, (II), respectively, are derivatives of 6‐hydroxy‐5,7,8‐trimethylchroman‐2‐one substituted at the 5‐position by a Br atom in (I) and by a nitro group in (II). The pyranone rings in both molecules adopt half‐chair conformations, and intramolecular O—H...Br [in (I)] and O—H...Onitro [in (II)] hydrogen bonds affect the dispositions of the hydroxy groups. Classical intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds are found in both molecules but play quite dissimilar roles in the crystal structures. In (I), O—H...O hydrogen bonds form zigzag C(9) chains of molecules along the a axis. Because of the tetragonal symmetry, similar chains also form along b. In (II), however, similar contacts involving an O atom of the nitro group form inversion dimers and generate R22(12) rings. These also result in a close intermolecular O...O contact of 2.686 (4) Å. For (I), four additional C—H...O hydrogen bonds combine with π–π stacking interactions between the benzene rings to build an extensive three‐dimensional network with molecules stacked along the c axis. The packing in (II) is much simpler and centres on the inversion dimers formed through O—H...O contacts. These dimers are stacked through additional C—H...O hydrogen bonds, and further weak C—H...O interactions generate a three‐dimensional network of dimer stacks.  相似文献

Polysulfonylamines. CLII. Crystal Structures of Metal Di(methanesulfonyl) amides. 6. Three Layer Structures: The Isotypic Binary Compounds M[(MeSO2)2N]2 (M = Sr, Pb) and the Ethanol Solvate Pb[(MeSO2)2N]2 · EtOH Low‐temperature X‐ray crystal structures are reported for the layer compounds SrA2 (monoclinic, space group P21/n, Z′ = 1), PbA2 (isotypic and isostructural with SrA2), and PbA2·EtOH (triclinic, P1¯, Z′ = 1), where A denotes the anion obtained by deprotonation of the strong NH acid (MeSO2)2NH. The ternary compound appears to be the first crystallographically established ethanol solvate of a lead(II) complex. In the two‐dimensional coordination networks, the cations adopt either a distorted cubic or, in the solvate, an irregular (O6N2)‐octacoordination, the metal centres of the isotypic structures forming close contacts to two (O, N)‐chelating and four κ1O‐bonding anions, whereas in the solvate one of the latter ligands is displaced by an EtOH molecule. In the isotypic structures, the Pb—O distances are systematically longer than the Sr—O distances and the Pb—N bonds shorter than the Sr—N bonds, which correlates with the softer character of Pb2+ as compared to Sr2+. The 6s lone pair on Pb2+ is stereochemically inactive in both lead compounds. Analogies and discrepancies between the layer architectures are discussed in detail, including an evaluation of short C—H···O contacts in terms of weak hydrogen bonding. Two complexes of composition PbA2·2 L, where L is pyridine or 1, 10‐phenanthroline, have been synthesized and characterized by analytical methods.  相似文献

Abstract

Water assisted supramolecular structures of 2-acetylamino-6-methylpyridine-1-oxide (1) and 1:1 complex of o-phenylenediamine with catechol (2) were determined. The crystal structure of 2-acetylamino-6-methylpyridine-1-oxide. H2O (1), triclinic, a = 7.1276 (6), b = 7.8860 (6), c = 8.9938 (7) Å, α = 100. 143 (2), β = 91.493 (2), γ = 110.972 (1)°, V =462.47 (6) Å3, Z = 2, D calc = 1.323 mg.m?3(293°K) reveals a novel centrosymmetric supramolecular assembly that is sustained by water molecules linking the dimers of pyridine-1-oxide through C—H…O, N—H…O, N+—O? … H hydrogen bonds. The pyridine rings of the dimers are stacked at 3.473 Å apart, involving π- stacking interactions. Complex (2), C6H8N2.—C6 H6O2. 1/2H2O crystallises in the monoclinic space group P2/c: a = 9.0498(2), b = 5.2275(1), c = 25.0771(2) A, β = 97.71°, V= 1175.62(4) Å3, Z = 4. Refinement led to a final conventional R value of 0.041 for 2016 reflections. In these crystals (2), the water molecules lie on the twofold axis and they are linked to the pyrocatechol molecules through an O—H…O hydrogen bond.  相似文献

The X‐ray single‐crystal structure determinations of the chemically related compounds 2‐amino‐1,3,4‐thiadiazolium hydrogen oxalate, C2H4N3S+·C2HO4, (I), 2‐amino‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole–succinic acid (1/2), C2H3N3S·2C4H6O4, (II), 2‐amino‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole–glutaric acid (1/1), C2H3N3S·C5H8O4, (III), and 2‐amino‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole–adipic acid (1/1), C2H3N3S·C6H10O4, (IV), are reported and their hydrogen‐bonding patterns are compared. The hydrogen bonds are of the types N—H...O or O—H...N and are of moderate strength. In some cases, weak C—H...O interactions are also present. Compound (II) differs from the others not only in the molar ratio of base and acid (1:2), but also in its hydrogen‐bonding pattern, which is based on chain motifs. In (I), (III) and (IV), the most prominent feature is the presence of an R22(8) graph‐set motif formed by N—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds, which are present in all structures except for (I), where only a pair of N—H...O hydrogen bonds is present, in agreement with the greater acidity of oxalic acid. There are nonbonding S...O interactions present in all four structures. The difference electron‐density maps show a lack of electron density about the S atom along the S...O vector. In all four structures, the carboxylic acid H atoms are present in a rare configuration with a C—C—O—H torsion angle of ∼0°. In the structures of (II)–(IV), the C—C—O—H torsion angle of the second carboxylic acid group has the more common value of ∼|180|°. The dicarboxylic acid molecules are situated on crystallographic inversion centres in (II). The Raman and IR spectra of the title compounds are presented and analysed.  相似文献
