2,4-二取代嘧啶衍生物的合成

以乙酰丙酮为原料,溴化后与硫脲缩合成噻唑环,再与DMF-DMA(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺二甲基缩醛)反应生成取代噻唑烯胺酮(6);6与取代芳香胍碳酸盐缩合得到一系列2,4-二取代嘧啶衍生物(7a～7e),其结构经1HNMR,IR和MS表征,其中7b～7e为新化合物。     

Synthesis of Some New 2,4-Disubstituted Hydrazinothiazoles and 2,5-Disubstituted Thiazolidinones

A series of hydrazinothiazoles has been synthesized by the condensation of thiosemicarbazones and α-bromoketones. Similarly the hydrazinothiazolidiones were prepared by the condensation of thiosemicarbazone and α-bromoesters. The newly synthesized compounds were characterized by NMR and LCMS studies.

X-ray emission spectroscopy and electronic structure of heterocyclic compounds. 1. Furan

The electronic structure of the furan molecule was investigated by x-ray spectroscopy. A quantum-chemical calculation (ab initio) was undertaken, and the results were compared with the experimental data. The interpretation of the x-ray spectra of the molecule, the carbon atoms of which have a different energy position for the 1s levels, is discussed in detail. The electronic transitions from the MO to these core levels are clearly recorded in the carbon x-ray spectrum. Merrifield树脂负载的固相法合成1-氨基-2,4-咪唑二酮

设计了两条新的固相有机合成路线合成了1-氨基-2,4-咪唑二酮化合物4. 一条是由Merrifield树脂负载的羟基苯甲醛1a～1c和氨基脲反应得到缩氨基脲树脂2a～2c, 再在乙醇钠存在下和氯乙酸乙酯成环, 经盐酸切割得到1-氨基-2,4-咪唑二酮; 另一条是将Merrifield树脂用二甲基亚砜氧化氯甲基末端醛化后, 与氨基脲反应得到负载的缩氨基脲6, 经环化、切割得到目标产物4. 这两种方法中用1 mol/L的盐酸代替三氟乙酸作为切割剂, 产物单一、操作简便、可定量反应, 是合成1-氨基-2,4-咪唑二酮化合物的新方法.     

深共融溶剂中合成2,4-二取代喹啉衍生物

在氯化胆碱和氯化锌组成的深共融溶剂中,以2-氨基苯乙酮和芳香炔烃为原料,通过环化偶联反应,合成了一系列2,4-二取代喹啉衍生物;当n(氯化胆碱)∶n(氯化锌)=1∶2,反应温度为80℃时,反应3 h即获得高达98%的产率.该方法无需额外添加催化剂,而且反应条件温和、操作简单、底物范围较广泛.     

Convenient Synthesis of 2,4-Disubstituted Tetrahydrothiophenes from Mannich's Adducts

Ammonium salts of β-functionalized allylic amines 1 were successfully employed as electrophilic agents with functional thiols. The obtained intermediate 2 underwent intramolecular cyclization in the presence of potassium tert-butoxide to afford 2,4-disubstituted tetrahydrothiophenes 3.     

Synthesis and reactions of heterocyclic compounds

5-Azido-2-methylbenzthiazole, 6-azido-1, 2-dimethyl-, and 5-azido-2-methyl-1-phenylbenzimidazoles were prepared. By the reactions of these azides with alkyl halides the quaternary slats based on the cyanine dyes were obtained.     

异色满酮-4及其衍生物的合成IX异香豆素并杂环化合物的合成

本文通过3, 4-二氢异苯并吡喃酮-4和其β-二酮衍生物的缩合反应, 合成出3, 4-二氢异苯并吡喃并吲哚、并喹啉、并吡唑和并嘧啶类化合物, 并进一步氧化成标题化合物。所合成的新化合物均经核磁共振光谱红外光谱及元素分析证明其分子结构。     

缩杂环卓酮化合物的合成

本文报道Friedlaender反应在卓酮化学中的应用, 合成了喹啉基取代的卓酮化合物。

Synthesis and reactions of azides of heterocyclic compounds

Cyanine dyes containing azido groups in the 5 or 6 position of the benzazole ring were obtained from quaternary salts of azides of benzothiazole and benzimidazole.
