New ylidene and spirocyclopropyl derivatives of cholestanone and dehydroepiandrosterone series were synthesized and their structure was determined by X-ray analysis. These compounds may be used as chiral dopants for cholesteric liquid crystal compositions which are applied in bistable displays with low power consumption. The ability of the synthesized substances to induce cholesteric mesophase in 4′-pentyl-1,1′-biphenyl-4-carbоnitrile nematic solvent was examined. The highest values of the helical twisting power |β| (190.0?±?2.3) and (165.5?±?1.9) µm?1 mol pats?1 were showed by (E)-2-{[3-(1,1′-biphenyl-4-yl)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]methyldene}-cholestanon and (1S,2S)-1-(1-phenyl-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-yl)-2,16′-spirocyclopropyldehydroepiandrosterone, correspondingly.  相似文献

Abstract

A facile procedure is presented for the synthesis of (E)-1-(3′-hydroxy-2′-furanyl)-3-(3″-hydroxy-4″-methoxyphenyl)-2- propen-1-one (6). Galactosylisomaltol (1) was condensed with isovanillin (2) under strong alkaline conditions at 25 [ddot]C to form (E)-1-(3′-O-β-D-galactopyranosyloxy-2′-furanyl)-3-(3″- hydroxy-4″-methoxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-one (4). (E)-1-(3′-hydroxy-2′-furanyl)-3-(3″-hydroxy-4″-methoxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-one (6) was obtained by acid hydrolysis of 4 in a 53.9% yield. This hetero-cyclic 2-propen-1-one was characterized on the basis of spectral data (IR and 1H NMR), physicochemical properties, and conversion to a mono-O-acetyl derivative.  相似文献

Palladium-catalysed Buchwald–Hartwig amination of ortho-substituted hindered aryl bromides or chlorides with 9H-carbazole has been investigated. In the amination of 1-bromo- or chloronaphthalene with 9H-carbazole, the combined use of Pd2(dba)3 as a Pd precursor, Buchwald ligands with two tert-butyl groups and LiOtBu or lithium hexamethyldisilazide as a base led to satisfactory yields. N,N’-Bis[2,6-bis(diphenylmethyl)-4-methoxyphenyl]imidazol-2-ylidene (IPr*OMe), which is a bulky N-heterocyclic carbene ligand, showed similar activity as Buchwald ligands with two tert-butyl groups. In contrast, only IPr*OMe provided satisfactory yields in the amination of 2-bromo-1,1′-biphenyl with 9H-carbazole. The amination of 2-bromo- or chlorotoluene and 1-(2-bromo- or chlorophenyl)naphthalene with 9H-carbazole proceeded smoothly when the IPr*OMe ligand was used.  相似文献

Three-component condensation of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]phenyl}- carbamate with ninhydrin and L-proline in methanol–water (10: 1) afforded methyl {4-[1,3-dioxo-1′- (4-methoxyphenyl)-1,1′,2′,3,5′,6′,7′,7a′-octahydrospiro[indene-2,3′-pyrrolizin]-2′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate. Heating of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]phenyl}carbamate with isatin and benzylamine in methanol gave methyl {4-[4′-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-oxo-5′-phenyl-1,2-dihydrospiro[indole-3,2′-pyrrolidin]-3′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate. The condensation of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2- enoyl]phenyl}carbamate with sarcosine and 11H-indeno[1,2-b]quinoxalin-11-one generated in situ from ninhydrin and o-phenylenediamine in boiling ethanol led to the formation of methyl {4-[4′-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1′-methyl-11,11a-dihydro-5aH-spiro[benzo[b]phenazine-6,2′-pyrrolidin]-3′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate.  相似文献

Chromium trioxide oxidation of 1-phenylisochroman-4-spiro-1′-cyclopentane (Ia) in acetic acid led to the expected 1-(2-benzoylphenyl)cyclopentanecarboxylic acid (IIa), while its 6,7-dimethoxy analogue Ib and 6,7-dimethoxy-1-phenylisochroman-4-spiro-4′-(1′-methyl)piperidine (Ic) under the same conditions gave a mixture of their related 1-hydroxy derivatives VIIIb and VIIIc and of the p-benzoquinones, 1-benzoyloxymethyl-1-(2,5-dioxo-4-methoxyphenyl)cyclopentane (IXb) and 1-benzoyloxymethyl-1-(2,5-dioxo-4-methoxyphenyl)-1-methylpiperidine (IXc). Cyclization of Ila with hydrazine or monomethylhydrazine led to the 5-spiro-substituted 1-phenyl-3,5-dihydro-4H-2,3-benzodiazepin-4-ones IIIa or XIa.  相似文献

A new trimer from the reaction of ageratochromene [1] (6,7‐dimethoxy‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1‐benzopyran) with anhydrous aluminum chloride was shown to be 3,4‐dihydro‐6,7‐dimethoxy‐2,2‐dimethyl‐3‐(6′,7′‐dimethoxy‐2′,2′‐dimethyl‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐4′‐yl)‐4‐(3′,4′‐dihydro‐6′, 7′‐dimethoxy‐2′,2′‐dimethyl‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐3′‐yl)‐ 2H‐1‐benzopyran. The 13C NMR spectra of a number of pyridazine derivatives have been recorded in DMSO-d6 solution and analysed. Examination of the most diagnostic resonances, with particular emphasis on those arising from the pyridazine ring system, enabled the ready establishment of the presence of a ring-chain tautomerism in 5-(o-aminophenylcarbamoyl)pyridazine-4-carboxylic acid, methyl 5-(o-aminophenylcarbamoyl)pyridazine-4-carboxylate, 5-(o-aminophenylcarbamoyl)-3,6,-dimethylpyridazine-4-carboxylic acid and 5-(2-amino-1,2-dicyanovinylenecarbamoyl)pyridazine-4-carboxylic acid. This gave rise to 3′,4′-dihydro-3′-oxospiro[pyridazine-5(2H),2′(1H)-quinoxaline]-4-carboxylic acid, methyl 3′,4′-dihydro-3′oxospiro[pyridazine-5(2H),2′(1′H)-quinoxaline]-4-carboxylate, 3′,4′-dihydro-3′-oxo-3,6-dimethylspiro[pyridazine-5(2H), 2′(1′H)-quinoxaline]-4-carboxylic acid and 5-oxo-2,3-dicyano-1,4,8,9-tetraazaspiro[5.5]undeca-2,7,10-triene-11-carboxylic acid, respectively.  相似文献

The known triterpenoids β-amyrin (= olean-12-en-3β-ol; 22 ), lupeol (= lup-20(29)-en-3β-ol; 17 ), betulin (= lup-20(29)-ene-3β,28-diol; 18 ), lup-20(29)-ene-3β,30-diol ( 20 ), oleanolic acid (= 3β-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid; 21 ), and betulonic acid (= 3-oxolup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid; 19 ), together with epicatechol (= cis-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzopyran-3,5,7-triol; 23 ), 5′-O-methylgallocatechol (= trans-2-(3,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzopyran-3,5,7-triol; 24 ), and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde were isolated from the aerial parts of Maytenus boaria (MOL. ). Additonally, the eight 4,C4-dihydro-β-agarofuran sesquiterpenoids 1–8 , one of them a diol with a (4R)-configuration, and compound 9 were present in the extract. The structures of these compounds were established by spectroscopic and chemical means.  相似文献

An elegant one-step synthesis of two novel spiro ring systems viz: spiro[3H-indole-3,4′-(2′-amino-3′-carbonitrile-[4′H]-pyrano[3,2-c]benzopyran)]-2,5′(1H)-dione8 and spiro[(2-amino-3-carbonitrile-indeno[1,2-b]pyran)-4(5H)>3′-[3H]indole]-2′,5(1′H)-diones in 80–85% yields is described. The spiro heterocycles were prepared by the reactions of fluorine containing 3-dicyanomethylene-2H-indol-2-ones with 4-hydroxy-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one and 1H-indene-1,3(2H)-dione respectively. The synthesized compounds have been characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, ir, pmr, 19F nmr and mass spectral data.  相似文献

One of the two bridging protons of the aza‐nido‐decaboranes RNB9H10X can be removed by certain bases to give nido‐anions [RNB9H9X] [R/X = H/H ( 1 a ), Ph/H ( 1 b ), p‐MeC6H4/H ( 1 c ), Bzl/H ( 1 d ), H/N3 ( 1 ′ a )]; the stericly demanding base 1,8‐bis(dimethylamino)naphthalene (“proton sponge”, ps) is ideal. In the case of tBu anion, the deprotonation (→ C4H10) may be accompanied by a hydridation (→ C4H8), yielding the arachno‐anions [RNB9H11X] ( 2 a , b , d , 2 ′ a ); these are the main products, when stericly non‐demanding bases like H are applied. The Lewis acid BH3 is added to 1 a and 1 ′ a to give the aza‐arachno‐undecaborates HNB10H12X [X = H ( 3 a ), N3 (in position 2) ( 3 ′ a )]. Thia‐ and selenaaza‐arachno‐undecaborates, [S(RN)B9H10] ( 4 b , c ) and [Se(RN)B9H10] ( 4 ′ b , c ), are obtained from 1 b , c by the addition of sulfur or selenium, respectively. The methylation of the anions 4 c and 4 ′ c gives the thia‐ and selenaazaarachno‐undecaboranes (MeS)(RN)B9H10 ( 5 c ) and (MeSe)(RN)B9H10 ( 5 ′ c ), respectively. The action of HBF4 on the arachno‐borates [HNB10H12X] ( 3 a , 3 ′ a ) leads to a mixture of nido‐HNB9H10X and nido‐HNB10H11X by the elimination of BH3 or H2, respectively; the aza‐nido‐decaborane predominates in the case of 3 ′ a and the aza‐nido‐undecaborane in the case of 3 a . The action of HBF4 on the anion 4 c yields the hypho‐undecaborate [S(RN)B9H10F2] ( 6 c ). The structures of the products are elucidated on the basis of 1H and 11B NMR spectra, supported by 2D COSY and HMQC techniques. Two types of 11‐vertex‐arachno structures and an 11‐vertex‐hypho structure are found for the products. The crystal structures of 5 c and [Hps] 6 c · CH2Cl2 are reported.  相似文献

The reaction of 3-(2-oxocycloalkylidene)indol-2-one 1 with thiourea and urea derivatives has been investigated. Reaction of 1 with thiourea and urea in ethanolic potassium hydroxide media leads to the formation of spiro-2-indolinones 2a-f in 40–50% yield and a novel tetracyclic ring system 4,5-cycloalkyl-1,3-diazepino-[4,5-b]indole-2-thione/one 3a-f in 30–35% yield. 3-(2-Oxocyclopentylidene)indol-2-one afforded 5′,6′-cyclopenta-2′-thioxo/ oxospiro[3H-indole-3,4′(3′H)pyrimidin]-2(1H)-ones 2a,b and 3-(2-oxocyclohexylidene)indol-2-one gave 2′,4′a,5′,6′,7′,8′- hexahydro-2′-thioxo/oxospiro[3H-indole-3,4′ (3′H)-quinazolin]-2(1H)-ones 2c-f . Under exactly similar conditions, reaction of 1 with fluorinated phenylthiourea/cyclohexylthiourea/phenylurea gave exclusively spiro products 2g-1 in 60–75% yield. The products have been characterized by elemental analyses, ir pmr. 19F nmr and mass spectral studies.  相似文献

Three Ru(bpy)32+ derivatives tethered to multiple viologen acceptors, [Ru(bpy)2(4,4′‐MV2)]6+, [Ru(bpy)2(4,4′‐MV4)]10+, and [Ru(bpy)(4,4′‐MV4)2]18+ [bpy=2,2′‐bipyridine, 4,4′‐MV2=4‐ethoxycarbonyl‐4′‐(N‐G1‐carbamoyl)‐2,2′‐bipyridine, and 4,4′‐MV4=4,4′‐bis(N‐G1‐carbamoyl)‐2,2′‐bipyridine, where G1=Asp(NHG2)‐NHG2 and G2=‐(CH2)2‐N+C5H4‐C5H4N+‐CH3] were prepared as “photo‐charge separators (PCSs)”. Photoirradiation of these complexes in the presence of a sacrificial electron donor (EDTA) results in storage of electrons per PCS values of 1.3, 2.7, and 4.6, respectively. Their applications in the photochemical H2 evolution from water in the presence of a colloidal Pt H2‐evolving catalyst were investigated, and are discussed along with those reported for [Ru(bpy)2(5,5′‐MV4)]10+, [Ru(4,4′‐MV4)3]26+, and [Ru(5,5′‐MV4)3]26+ (Inorg. Chem. Front. 2016 , 3, 671–680). The PCSs with high dimerization constants (Kd=105–106 m ?1) are superior in driving H2 evolution at pH 5.0, whereas those with lower Kd values (103–104 m ?1) are superior at pH 7.0, where Kd=[(MV+)2]/[MV+ . ]2. The (MV+)2 site can drive H2 evolution only at pH 5.0 as a result of its 0.15 eV lower driving force for H2 evolution relative to MV+ . , whereas the PCSs with lower Kd values exhibit higher performance at pH 7.0 owing to the higher population of free MV+ . . Importantly, the rate of electron charging over the PCSs is linear to the apparent H2 evolution rate, and shows an intriguing quadratic dependence on the number of MV2+ units per PCS.  相似文献

Purine 3′:5′‐cyclic nucleotides are very well known for their role as the secondary messengers in hormone action and cellular signal transduction. Nonetheless, their solid‐state conformational details still require investigation. Five crystals containing purine 3′:5′‐cyclic nucleotides have been obtained and structurally characterized, namely adenosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate dihydrate, C10H12N5O6P·2H2O or cAMP·2H2O, (I), adenosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate 0.3‐hydrate, C10H12N5O6P·0.3H2O or cAMP·0.3H2O, (II), guanosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate pentahydrate, C10H12N5O7P·5H2O or cGMP·5H2O, (III), sodium guanosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate tetrahydrate, Na+·C10H11N5O7P·4H2O or Na(cGMP)·4H2O, (IV), and sodium inosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate tetrahydrate, Na+·C10H10N4O7P·4H2O or Na(cIMP)·4H2O, (V). Most of the cyclic nucleotide zwitterions/anions [two from four cAMP present in total in (I) and (II), cGMP in (III), cGMP in (IV) and cIMP in (V)] are syn conformers about the N‐glycosidic bond, and this nucleobase arrangement is accompanied by Crib—H…Npur hydrogen bonds (rib = ribose and pur = purine). The base orientation is tuned by the ribose pucker. An analysis of data obtained from the Cambridge Structural Database made in the context of synanti conformational preferences has revealed that among the syn conformers of various purine nucleotides, cyclic nucleotides and dinucleotides predominate significantly. The interactions stabilizing the syn conformation have been indicated. The inter‐nucleotide contacts in (I)–(V) have been systematized in terms of the chemical groups involved. All five structures display three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded networks.  相似文献

Hydrogenolysis of 5,6-dihydro-6-(p-methoxyphenyl)-6-methyl-5-oxo-2H-pyran-2-yl ethyl carbonate yielded dihydro-2-(p-methoxyphenyl)-2-methyl-2H-pyran-3(4H)-one, 3 . Subsequently cyanohydrin 4 , derived from 3 , on reduction afforded 3-(aminomethyl)tetrahydro-2-(p-methoxyphenyl)-2-methyl-2H-pyran-3-ol, 5 . The synthesis of N-dimethyl,N-isopropyl,N-imidazolyl as well as N-oxazolinyl derivatives of 5 is presented. The synthesis of 6-(p-methoxyphenyl)-6-methyl-7-oxa-1,3-diazaspiro[4,5]decane-2,4-dione 10 , a spiro hydantoin prepared from ketone 3 is also reported.  相似文献

The base-catalyzed alkylation of rac.-trans-tetrahydro-6-hydroxy-7-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1,4-thiazepin-5(2H)-one ( 1 ) with dimethylaminoethyl chloride in dimethyl sulfoxide provided predominantly rac.-trans-tetrahydro-6-hydroxy-4-[(2-dimethylamino)ethyl]-7-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1,4-thiazepin-5(2H)-one ( 2 ) and in addition, 2,3-dihydro-4-[2-(dimethylamino)-ethyl]-7-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1,4-thiazepin-5(4H)-one ( 3 ). A plausible mechanism is postulated for the dehydration of the rac.-trans-amide 2 .  相似文献

6-Triazolylpyridone derivatives were synthesized by coupling 4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-6-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-1-(3-chlorophenyl)pyridin-2(1H)-one with substituted benzenediazonium chlorides in the form of two isomers, which were separated by column chromatography and characterized by 1H and 13C NMR. Following the green approach, solvents were avoided as much as possible. The reaction monitoring was carried out by gas chromatography as well as thin-layer chromatography. The scope and limitation of the method are discussed. The structures of all the compounds have been assigned unambiguously on the basis of elemental analysis, infrared, and NMR spectral data and have been evaluated for antimicrobial and antitubercular activities.  相似文献

Supramolecular assemblies of 2,2'-biimidazole with 5-sulfosalicylic acid and 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid, have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Both the two proton-transfer compounds of 2,2'-biimidazole with 3-carboxy-4-hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid (5-sulfosalicylic acid, 5-SSA) [namely bis(2-(2-1H-imidazolyl)-1H-imidazolium) 4-hydroxybenzene-3-carboxylate-1-sulfonate monohydrate, 2(C6HTN4)^+· CTH4068^2-.H2O, (Ⅰ)] and 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid [namely 2,2'-bi-1H-imidazolium bis(3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate) tetrahydrate, C6H8N4^2+ ·2(C7H5O5)^-·4(H20), (Ⅱ)] feature extensively hydrogen-bonded three-dimensional network structures having significant interlayer n-n interactions between the cation and anion species. In Ⅰ, a 5-SSA^2- dianionic species results from deprotonation of both the sulfonic and the carboxylic acid groups, all available O-atom acceptors interact with all cation and water molecule donors by hydrogen bonds. In Ⅱ, the formula unit displays a crystallographic inversion symmetry. The structural information about the two complexes between 2,2'-biimidazole compound and benzenecarboxylic acids obtained in this work will be particularly important for the rational design of supramolecular organic functional materials.  相似文献

A number of 2-thioxopyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2-H]pyrimdin-4(3H-ones (5) have been synthesized by cyclocondensation of 2-carbethoxy-3-amino-4-phenyl-6-substituted-thieno[2,3-b]pyridines (3) with various isothiocyanates. Compounds 5 were S-methylated routinely and the reactions compared under solid-liquid phase transfer conditions to obtain 2-methylthiopyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones (6). The new triheterocyclic pyridothienopyrimidines were prepared with the objective to study their pharmacological properties.  相似文献
