在线性增加磁场的条件下,用变频倒扭摆测量了配比成份为(Bi0.8Pb0.2)SrCaCu2Oy的试样在超导态时磁化过程中的低频内耗。测量温度为95K,试样处于零电阻状态,所用频率为0.5-5Hz.在内耗-场强H曲线上观测到内耗峰,它有如下特点:1)峰高随加场速率H的增大而增大,但随测量频率的增大而降低;2)峰值处的场强为4-6mT;3)当H由非零值突然改变至零时,磁化过程特征内耗消失;4)试样处于正常态时,上述特征内耗消失。认为超导体在磁化过程中的上述特征内耗是量子磁通的运动所引起来的。

本文报道,通过对Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3-xMxO7-δ(M=Fe,Ni)体系样品的晶体结构、氧含量、正常态电阻率与温度的关系,以及超导转变温度等测量,并与YBa2Cu3-xMxO7-δ(M=Fe,Ni)体系进行比较,发现Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3-xFexO7-δ体系的Tc显著地高于相应x值的YBa2Cu3-xFexO7-δ体系,而Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3-xNixO7-δ体系则相反,Tc低于仅Ni替代的体系,表明Ca和Fe同时替代时两者引起的载流子浓度(nH)变化相互补偿,抑制了仅Fe替代时引起的nH和Tc急剧下降;而作Ca和Ni同时替代时主要的不是两者引起载流子浓度变化的相互补偿,Ca和Ni替代效应之间的关联较弱。作者认为,对Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3-xFexO7-δ体系属于CuO2平面外的元素替代,这时载流子浓度是决定Tc的主要因素;而对Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3-xNixO7-δ体系,由于Ni2+离子主要占据Cu(Ⅱ)位,它导致磁拆对效应,Ni2+离子的拆对效应是引起Tc下降的直接原因。

采用固相反应法合成了名义组份为Bi2-xPbxSr2Ca2Cu3Oy (x=0.30;0.35;0.40;0.45)的样品。对样品进行了物相和结构分析,同时测量了电阻-温度关系和直流磁化率。结果表明:x=0.35的样品为单相材料,X射线相分析和电子衍射表明其相结构类似2223相,为四方结构,其晶格常数为a=b=5.414?,c=37.106?,且沿a,b两个方向都观察到调制结构。电阻和直流磁化率测量结果显示:在温度高于50K以上,仅存在一个107K超导相。此外,单相材料的制备条件(组分、烧结温度、室温下淬火及淬火速率)非常苛刻。如同1-2-3相材料一样,氧含量不仅影响样品的成相规律、零电阻温度,而且还严重影响其正常态的输运性质。

采用机械合金化法制备了p型赝三元(Sb2Te3-Bi2Te3-Sb2Se3)合金粉体,对其进行XRD分析表明Te,Bi,Sb,Se单质粉末,经100h球磨后实现了合金化;SEM分析表明所得机械合金化粉体材料颗粒均匀、细小,颗粒尺寸在10nm到100nm量级.使用这种粉体制备了冷压烧结块体样品,在室温下测量了温差电动势率(α)和电导率(σ),研究了烧结温度对材料热电性能的影响,结果表明在低于300℃的烧结温区,样品室温下的热电性能随烧结温度的升高不断提高,功率因子(α2σ)由未烧结样品的0.59μW cm-1K-2升高到在300℃下烧结样品的15.9μW cm-1K-2,这一结果对确定材料的最佳烧结温度具有重要意义.

使用X射线单晶衍射法测定了Bi2Pb2V2O10的结构。该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为C11-P1,单位晶胞内化学式数Z=1,晶胞参数为:a=7.084(4)?,b=7.278(3)?,c=5.587(3)?,α=111.91(5)°,β=95.01(6)°,γ=108.86(4)°,V=245.70?3,Dx=7.35g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=678,94cm-1,F(000)=456。用Patterson函数分析及Forier技术测定了结构,对原子坐标、各向同性及各向异性热参数进行了最小二乘方修正,R=0.079。结构分析表明,Bi2Pb2V2O10的Pb原子与O原子形成八角十二面体,Bi原子与O原子形成六角多面体。两个共棱的Pb—O多面体与两个共棱的Bi—O多面体相连,并沿bc平面无限延伸。讨论了吸收的影响。最后,将Bi2Pb2VO10的结构与Pb2SO5的结构进行了比较。

Bi0.8La0.2FeO3/CoFe2O4 (BLFO/CFO) multilayer thin films (totally 20 layers BLFO and 19 layers CFO) were prepared on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by pulsed laser deposition. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope measurements show that the films are polycrystalline and consisted of multilayered structure. Ferroelectric hysteresis loops with remnant polarization and saturated polarization of 4.2 and 13.3 μC/cm2, respectively, were observed. On the other hand, the films show well-shaped magnetization hysteresis loops with saturated and remnant magnetization of 34.7 and 11.4 emu/cm3, respectively, which are significantly larger than pure BLFO thin films deposited under the same conditions. These results indicate that constructing epitaxial superlattice might be a promising way to fabricate multiferroics with improved properties. 相似文献

We present measurements of the electrical resistivity, thermal conductivity, and Hall, Nernst, and Seebeck effects in the mixed state of single crystalline Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox. It is shown that the sign of the Hall voltage changes twice as temperature decreases below Tc. From the Nernst effect we estimate the transport entropy Sφ to be about 10−10 erg/K cm. Sφ is equal to zero in the normal state, increases and passes through a maximum at the mixed state as expected. The temperature dependences of the thermoelectric power in magnetic fields are analogous to the resistive transition curves. These phenomena are discussed in terms of flux flow. The contribution of the flux flow to the thermal conductivity is estimated to be negligible. Lowering of the thermal conductivity at temperatures below Tc by a magnetic field is attributed to phonon scattering by the vortex lines. 相似文献

La-substituted BiFeO3, Bi0.8La0.2FeO3, thin films were fabricated on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by pulsed laser deposition. X-ray diffraction and high-resolution transmission electron microscope were used to analyze the structures of the films. The results show the films fabricated under optimized growth condition are (0 1 2) textured. X-ray photoemission spectroscopy results indicate that the oxidation state of Fe ion is Fe3+ in the films without detectable Fe2+. The films show low leakage current and excellent dielectric characters. Multiferroic properties with a remnant ferroelectric polarization of 5.2 μC/cm2 and a remanent magnetization of 0.02 μB/Fe were established. Mechanochemical route has been used to produce La0.8Pb0.2MnO3 (LPMO) nanocrystalline samples from oxide precursors. The samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and AC susceptibility measurements. The results showed that it is possible to produce LPMO perovskite powders after 10 h of ball milling. The crystallite size and microstrain were estimated using Williamson-Hall equation. The results showed that the crystallite size and microstrain increase initially and then decrease by the increase of milling time. By decreasing particle size the dislocation density (strain) increases and reaches to a saturation point at a particular particle size, further particle size reduction takes place through gliding motion along grain boundaries, which leads to a reduction of the strain. The dynamic properties of 15 h ball-milled sample were investigated by AC susceptibility using the Neel-Brown and Vogel-Fulcher law for superparamagnetism. The frequency dependence of blocking temperature is well described by the Vogel-Fulcher law, and fitting the experimental data with Neel-Brown law gives unphysical value for relaxation time. 相似文献
